I had booked my flight From Ahmedabad to Raipur by paying advance of RS 800 PNR /Booking reference IKMNWZ.
I WAS FIRMLY DETERMINED to go-ahead with this booking
However I remained busy as a quasi judicial officer-independent member Consumer grievance Forum UGVCL (Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission) and today tried to book for the same PNR However the same has been cancelled and I have been charged RS 800 .I never received any reminder or notice for the same from Indi Go. This is against he principle of Natural justice
I want to book the same flights on the same booking order
Indigo MAY LOSE a permanent flier like me because of this deficiency in service

Please check that there is a lady name pooja Sharma she taken the money and send that you are selected for the indigo and u have to pay 5000 and then 3009 for gatepaas

Hlo sir i recieved a message from freshworld.. com that i am shortlisted for ground staff job and i[censored] r interested then call HR Priya gupta then I call her and she asked for application fee for job Rs2550 & I pay her that amount and she sent me offer letter and then manpreet kaur from chandigarh called me and told me that u have to pay Rs5000 for dress and Rs5200 for training amount and this will be refundable after training I'll pay all amount for getting job and my mother took this amount on interest @10% only for me and now they will not giving me a job and not pick the call please solve my problem sir /mam
I am belong to poor family and this amount had vry important. For my family in this pandemic please it's humble request to you sir/mam plss
I transfer this amount to Sir inderpal account and I showed screenshots of payment in photos

I got SMS reg indigo Airlines job vacancy through shine.com, I contacted them then they ask me to pay 1500 for aptitude test 1st round, then I completed telephonic interview, then they ask me to pay 7500 for verification then only you will get your offer letter so I paid, then they send confirmation letter reg job, then they ask me to pay 20, 000 for training amount, I got some doubt so I enquired about this then I guess this is somewhat fraud... Then I ask them to refund my amount because I won't like to join.. They also said after 45 days we will refund the amount but till now they didn't refund and didn't attend my call also please help me to get rid of this problem I have call recordings, and confirmation letter everything with me her name Reshma Singh and Sonam singh

Realising i have got the destination transposed i requested for a cancellation however i got a "Something Went Wrong" message in Goibibo App.

Correct booking was subsequently made for the same day
PNR : WWF2UD ( Raipur to Mumbai)

Resolution : Please assit with a refund.

I travelled through indigo on 4jun 21.i missed my boarding pass so I request travel certificate through indigo website but no use there was an error I tried many times. Pls help me. My booking reference is :6E/OQK42U & email:[protected]@gmail.com.

Some girl Kaur called me and asked me to pay 2200 as security amount them 7590, 14900 for uniform, 37900 insurance, and so on. Is it true or is it fake.

My Name is Tekuri Prasanna Kumar, I got a message from Indigo Airlines about a job that you for the cabin crew(Bangalore job location). after that, I got a call from Nivditha sen mobile number:[protected].she told me she is HR in indigo airlines and tell me the details for the job and you have to pay Rs.2500/- for reference Id charges and before writing exam.
The next day after paying the amount she told for the interview you are selected 2nd round of telephoned interviews. After that, she calls back you have to pay medical insurance and deposit I paid Rs.12500/- again she told me we will get back to soon before the joining date after that she calls me back wait your call will be transfer to the senior HR Department He told all details first, at last, you have to pay amount bond sign and insurance he told amount RS.27890/- and I paid that amount after that Niveditha told you have to wait until company financial department call back you with in this day before going to face to face interview your amount should be refundable(2500+12500)=15000/- this amount will be refundable to your account after that she told all document should be gathered at a time, our company side doing you are paperwork she told me like that after that I called before joining date her mobile switch off and I'm trying to call 3 days onwards [protected] this number is switched off.
and I got it to offer letter this mail (hr.indigo.[protected]@hotmail.com)
and I got this hr mail also (hr.[protected]@hotmail.com)
and I have all the invoice bills they provided also bills.
I paid the total amount(2500+12500+27890)=Rs.42890 /-
Please do some strict action against the HR employee named and send my money back (Indigo team)
I want my money back as soon as possible. totally I lose my money please return back my money back take serious action against indigo airlines

I hate indigo airlines staff service.

29.06.2021 2 am Sharjah to kannur flight travelling my wife (age 25) & my daughter (age 6) & my son (age 1).

They are not respecting infant.
My family getting near last seat (seat no:28)

Another all airlines giving near front said seat especially infant & child passengers.

They are given last coming passenger (MEN) front seat

Your boarding pass staff is not gud.

At least understood passenger situation.

Any infant passenger please give near front said priority.

Booked ticket on 13.6.2021 for delhi to madurai travel on 5th July 21 by flight no.6E2169.(PNR BH4SXF)
Intimated on 16th june that the flight is cancelled due to operational reasons giving option PLAN B to reschedule or cancel.
on 16th over phone ( quality of phone was inaudible), i may prefer for 3rd but i will confirm.
ticket was issued on 16th june for flight for 3rd august.
due to the pandemic situation my presence to my family members in delhi is highly necessitated so initially i inclined to leave on 5th july for some unavoidable work at my native place, madurai.
everything happening because of stoppage / cancellation of flight on 5th due to operational reasons (what is operational reason is beyond to comprehend). my absence here in delhi will dearly cost my family members leaving many doubts who will take care of members of my family. we hailed from tamil nadu, have been living in delhi and do not have any relatives in delhi.
kindly consider opting for PLAN B cancellation without any cancellation charges.

On 19 th April for the extra luggage charge i paid Rs.8500 /-

Flight no. 6E 211 (A320)

Payment was successful. The amount was deducted from my account for that I received the confirmation message from my Bank and also checked my account. Here also i found that the amount was debited from my account. ( Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX8511 linked to UPI ID[protected]for safety) is debited for Rs. 8500.00 on[protected]:31:03 (UPI Ref no[protected].-IPPB )

At the counter for paying extra luggage they said that money will be sended back in my account in 5-6 hr.

I requested a complaint in IPPB bank they confirmed me that the money is debited to indigo at 26th April.. But I didn't got the money back of ₹8500.

They called me that your CV was shortlisted for airticketing in indigo airlines and told to pay 1500to register the test after conducting the interviews told to pay 7500 ..they said all the amount will be refunded on the date of joining …I asked for what purpose are you collecting this amount ..they said background verification
