    Sir, i have booked flights tickets on 20.12.20 from (hyderabad to varanasi) journey date 03.04.21 booking reference no PNR SMLQRT and flight 6E 915 (A320) and return on 06.04.21 from (varanasi to hyderabad) booking reference no PNR/Booking Ref.: MPLENK 6E 6044 (A320) in the name of K.Ravindra Kumar and K.Lakshmi Kameswari, I paid 16, 458 for 2 passengers both up & down. MakeMyTrip Booking ID NF[protected], due to covid reasons on 13.03.21i cancel my both ticket of K.Lakshmi Kameswari for this an amount of Rs. 1164 only received. after that i have not received any amount from airlines. My mother expired on 10.11.2020 for her one ceremony i have to take opportunity perform ceremony at varanasi on 06.04.21, but due to covid19 i cancel the tickets I am unable to bear the loss of amount, may kindly consider my case and refund 75% amount please .It is my personal request.

        I got a call from quickr that my resume is shortlisted by indigo airlines i have to submit my documents if my documents will get selected i will get a call from indigo airlines within 24 hrs then i got a call from HR n she ur interview is scheduled for today at 3 o clock so for that u have to take reference I'd that will help u for the interview so for reference I'd i have to pay 999 i want to ask if it is fake or real please help me out..

          Jaipur has night curfew due to COVID. In such a scenario, we had cancelled our tickets booked with Indigo Airlines (arriving Jaipur at 22.15 hours) however, the refund has been declined.

          while we were cancelling the tickets, it was showing that the amount will be refunded to us. It was only after the tickets were cancelled and when we didn’t receive any refund, we checked on the website and it showed refund declined. This is pure breach in consumer service and Consumer Protection Act will be applicable in such a case. The courts have in the past also levied charges on the airlines for such breach. Kindly consider the same and take appropriate actions.

                I had flight on April 12, 2021 at 1:40pm fr Shirdi to Delhi, via Hyderabad. I arrived at airport at 1pm, the flight was departing infront of me. I beg the staff of indigo to please help and stop to flight as flight was departing 40 mins prior to the scheduled. Your employee named Mr. Santosh on Shirdi Airport, humiliated me and was laughing at me. Then he got angry and said me no matter what I will do, I won't get refund. Also he mention that, this is new rule from today that if passenger won't come 2 hours prior to airport, the flight can depart anytime. Departure time is just for time pass on paper. I urgently paid INR 3, 146 and booked flight from Aurangabad Airport. I want refund, I suffered a lot . Your staff was humiliated me and the way they spoke, their hand gestures was like he gonna hit me.
                After I book ticket for Aurangabad, your staff again warned me if I wont reach 2 hours prior I will miss my flight again. This incidence was so stressful, I paid extra INR 3, 146 and INR 2000 i paid for private cab to travel Aurangabad airport from Shirdi as your staff warned me like a rowdies on street that I need to be at airport 3 hours prior. Please refund me my extra amount which I paid and please look into your staffs at Shirdi Airport ​, they are so rude, no professional manners, inapproriate behaviour and zero percent co-operative.

                  I Arun Ap lost around 18.2k rupees in the name of a fake job offer in the name of . The person who is calling me is a women and she is saying that she is the HR of indigo airlines .I got a message from the same number that you are selected for a supervisor position at kochi international airport then I said to them I am a final yr forensic student and I am studying in Rajamundry Andrapradesh then they changed the job location to Rajamundry Airport. At the same time they send me an appointment letter and ask me to pay 1.2k then I paid that amount then after 3to 4 hours they called me said to pay 5k for uniform, id card and Entry pass then I paid that amount also. Then those people said to me to join on 7th April 2021. Then I waited for that day but on 6th April they call me and send me pdf to pay 12k for processing fees or else my job will cancel. Then I arranged and I payed that amount but alas they changed my appointment date to 10th April at the time I got doubt and after that they send me a PDF which is showing to pay 8640 for the service charges. After these my payment they again ask me for money then started asking them to give my money back they said that I want to pay 2k exta for the cancellation charges.
                  Sir now I am in Kerala and I am in self quarntine for my family safety. Now also those fellows are calling everyone in my college and saying the same in the name of indigo airlines. Am having the 4 numbers and one bank account and transaction details of the same case and I am attaching my whole scrnshots and phone numbers with this.
                  Sir I didn't want my money but please arrest these criminals. They are simply taking someones hardwork with simple phone calls.

                  Last Thursday15/4/2021 I got a call from the consumer form. One guy named Karthik called me and asked about my complaint and he said that he will resolve my issue and he will get back my money on Friday 16/4/2021 I got again from this guy around evening 5.30 and he again asked me about my loss then I said that I lost around 18.2k .
                  After that conversation he said that I want to pay 10%of the lost money to him to get back my money back. Simply I said no we can discuss this on tommorow . The at Saturday he called me again and started to speak me in rude to pay money then I refused that deal then he speak me to in bad words.

                  Is this the behaviour of the senior account manager of consumer forum now I Arun Ap complaing against consumer form .
                  And I want say to the consumer team that don't give hope to any person who is in a problem.

                    I received a call from indigo airline saying that as per policy you have to check your luggage before leave the airport and report accordingly. That's mean all passengers have to unpack their luggage at airport and we have to check every item have or not which was before check in😂😂😂😂😂😂😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. There is no safety your luggage in indigo airline.

                      Dear Team, I have been continuously trying for refund from Happy Easy go and have also lodged refund claim on their website. However, its more than one month but no revert is coming & every time new excuse is given by the Customer Care of Happy Easy Go.

                      My PNR are NIQSKW, ZCU63L, GHMYFG & GFBJNC for travel from Pune to Bagdogra and return and total refund amount involved is Rs. 1.58 Lacs. Hence request you to please support.

                        I applied online for a job in indigo airlines as i studied in commerce stream. I applied and then got a call from them for a telephonic interview. They said that i am selected for ground Ticketing and then also told me to pay rs. 2000/- for security and rs. 5250/- for document verification. My joining is on 15April. I have payment slips, emails, phone numbers... Everything. Please help me to get rid of this problem. I have payed all these amount.

                          Hi,
                          Staffs of Indigo is not behaving with customers properly. They hold forcefully my Credit Card and my Boarding Pass. I traveled from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar today.

                          Such kind of behavior is not at all acceptable.

                          Pls provide some basic behavioural training to your staffs. A staff named Arun, who is saying Asst. General Manager but actually not, is threatening me to cancel my Boarding. How can he say like this. Is there any special recommendation to him from Indigo to behave in this way with customers.

                          Shame on such kind of behavior from Indigo.

                          Waiting for an action on this.

                                I received a call from Indigo airlines name with Srinivasan Reddy stating the HR head of indigo airlines. Told me my C.V has been selected for Ground staff and he forwarded me a mail that I have to pay 2500 for telephonic round and he will generate my reference ID. I want to know whether it's Indigo or a fraudulent activities happening. As far I know airlines never charge for interview.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I am Mohammed Rayees Rafeeque, working as HR Administrator at Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq.

                                      Please be informed that the trip was scheduled by Indigo and Qatar airways confirmed as follows. On 8th April 2021 at IST 17:25 from Kannur International Airport to Doha International Airport Via Indigo and from Doha Qatar on 9th April at 12:55 AM DOH to EBL via Qatar Airways.

                                      Please find the attached Screenshot of OK to Board of Qatar Airways and I'm a holder of Kurdistan, Iraq - residence visa.

                                      After completing my departure security procedure and completed web check-in and confirmed seat by indigo I had reached the Indigo check-in, counter. The indigo Check-in team stopped me from boarding the flight giving a lame excuse and denied approaching help from the higher or senior manager to find a solution for the problem which I face.

                                      In my case, I didn't get any support to talk or allowed to meet any duty manager as there was a lady personality who handled my case, but I'm not sure about her respective designation.

                                      As I was informed her to be in charge over there.

                                      Incharge gave explanation of it's a post covid rules and regulations of Indigo Airlines. The lady Incharge tried communicating with Qatar indigo Team multiple times but denied my air passage.

                                      As passenger of Indigo Airlines, without any help or assistance, I was stranded for hours till the flight departed.

                                      These kind of post-covid regulations of Indigo Airlines should be at least published through the website or social media and should be informed to the air ticketing agencies. Booking and confirmation of tickets should be done after verifying required travel documents Not like this. As customers, I had to face an extremely frustrating situation and loss of time, money, energy and which Result losing my job and effects my carrier.

                                      Kindly requesting to take necessary action against this kind of Indigo’s brutal measure towards the passenger and operating carelessly.
