We wanted to book the tickets from Mumbai to Goa by indigo airlines.Booking amount duducted but no tickets or booking information received.

Hello, I got call from Mr. Satyam Bhargav sir from Lucknow to join online ticket booking job in indigo airlines... And I applied, as their system I paid 2150 as a registration fees, also training fees 8640 and again uniform fees 16400 and again medical fees 24600 and again security fees 35200... So please help me for this fraud and start verification about Mr. Satyam Bhargav ... Thanks

Today I was trying to book a flight from Hyderabad to Pune, error msg popped up after the payment, payment was done from the hdfc bank but the tickets was not booked

At 5.58PM I have received a call from indigo whose name is vikram singh( HR) Indra Gandhi National airport delhi.first he took from us 1500 for the registration. Then he take 3000 for making passport & police varification. Then he take 6300 for dress code. 5268 for aggrement. Then he take 5150 for insurance. The he take 2300 for entry pass. Then he took 2480 for Making NOC. Then he will take 3000 for NOC letter. Please help for returning our all money from this fraud. 😭 Now the number is become off.phone number of vikram singh +[protected].

Today morning received a call from [protected] and [protected] assuring me the selection for job as ground staff technical officer in IndiGo airlines. They mentioned the Airport Authority of India durring their conversation.
I sent them my resume qualification marklist and certificates I'd proof passport photo as they demanded... I felt the call fishy when they called me back within half hour to pay the refundable amount of 2100.
I am sure that not from Indigo side they demand money for recruitment.

I was traveling from Pune to Bangalore on 06/10/2021 at 9.10 am but due to technical issues flight delayed after boarding on flight. Due to this I miss my meeting and I lost my tender. Same day I have flight at 6.20 am. I claiming my ticket money. As

I am a student traveling from India to Toronto via Dubai so I booked a flight up to Dubai from Nagpur with Indigo via Hyderabad where I got denied boarding to the flight and the concern was my RT-PCR test does not have a sample collection time instead it had sample confirmation time, the test was ICMR approved and I also got clearance from the indigo staff at Nagpur where they checked my hotel bookings and visa for Dubai plus they also checked my tickets from Dubai to Toronto.on top of that, my documents were also again checked in Hydrabad for rapid PCR but they cleared me but I was denied while taking boarding pass and later I was told they will give me the next flight, another flight at the same time another day by the assist managerager so I underwent another RT-PCR test for 2000rs from the airport then they told me that they don't have the vacancy for me. They took me outside the airport got my luggage back(which was sent to Dubai from Nagpur) and asked me to contact the indigo staff(ticket counter) to get in touch with him when I contacted them regarding the alternate flight they said they don't have vacancy and manager didn't show up and gave me excuses like a server error. I waited at the airport for 14 hours and nothing happen I missed my flight from Dubai to Toronto also lost all the money for hotel reservations and had to go back to my home in Nagpur without any assistant they gave very ill-treatment and left me stranded there. how can they do that, why didn't they denied me entry in Nagpur, and if not there why not in Hyderabad before rapid PCR where documents were checked by their staff and if I was not carrying the valid report it does not allow them to torture me whole night by giving me different excuses and false hope.

I just updated my profile on Shine.com for jobs. I received a mail from Airport Authority for ground staff . They are asking me to pay 2600 for security deposit which is refundable, if I pay I will have three rounds of interview. I just need a clarification on this.Does indigo charges any fee for security deposit.Or this is any fake recruiter.please reply me sir

I applied for quiker jobs in the month of July. The next day I got a call that your resume has been shortlisted. So what do you have to pay 1000 for the interview, so after I did the interview on they mailed me. You have to pay the verification fee 5950 I paid the fee the next day I got the bond copy in the mail. Year's agreement and 12900 was to be paid, I also sowed. In this way I made two payment on that whose amount was 26500 and 20500 and now he is neither talking nor attending call please get my amount back. There is no one earning in my house. Please

I can submit my documents than he demanded registration fees 460 rupees then I pay this fees I have got a letter and pay a demand for 3625 rupees than I pay it for courier but I did not get any courier and I lost my money please help me to recover my money someone help me

I booked a round trip flight ticket from Pune to Lucknow on 17th January 2021, on the Indigo Website, through my desktop and used Google Pay to make the payment.

The amount had been deducted from my account but no confirmation on the booking has been made.

Please find attached the screenshot of the same for your reference.

Since then, I have been getting automatic replies like "With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that the amount of INR 9, 622 will be auto refunded and same will be credited in 7-10 working days."

But it has been over 9 months, and even after sending details of my bank statement, they have not credited the amount back.

Then on Jan 30th, they wrote:

"With regard to your mail, we would like to confirm that we have received a payment of INR 9622 on 18th January and this amount is refunded back to original mode of payment under refund ID rfnd_GRZcMndwczYj4Y . This may take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account."

Then, after mailing again and again, they wrote, "With reference to your mail, we would like to confirm that we have processed a refund of INR 9622 under refund ID rfnd_GRZcMndwczYj4Y

Further, this is to inform you that all the card holders has right to dispute the transaction with their banks if they are not aware about the details of the said transaction. Raising dispute against the said transaction will make the bank to investigate the matter internally within their departments and as well as the Merchant bank to provide resolution to the customers.

Therefore, we would request you to kindly make a call to the card dispute division and raise a dispute for faster response."

I checked with my bank and they said that the reference number does not exist.

After so many mails and to-fro of information, I am still struggling to get my refund of almost 10k after over 9 months from the date of payment.

I lost my wallet with all my IDs in the flight 6E 6167, seat 10A from Dibrugarh T1 to Delhi T3 on 25th sept.

I would like to be informed if there's any way to get back my wallet.

I booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking ID FMNBA3IYGS5VU. I booked a ticket on 4th September for 5 oct date of travel.But I cancelled the flight for some reasons . Till now i did not get refund. Airlines is telling tat they gave refund to via.com. Via.com says they did not get amount from airlines and hence it ll take time. But they are not ready to give a clear tine frame. Plz help me to get the refund.

I am chayapathi R from karnataka i got a message from shine.com for indigo airlines job and HR amit Sharma asked the amount for registration of Rs 2500 & I have paid then he asked for document verification Rs 6500 I have paid then he asked for 10, 000 for insurance then I told can't give the and cancelled the job then he told the amount will credit in 15 days money as not refunded

I got one advertise in the daily Newspaper Assam Tribune in Indigo Airlines where they asking for Biodata.So, I mail my Biodata to [protected]@gmail.com on 21 sep, 2021.Then Next day one lady call me(her number [protected]) and said that I have been shorlisted for Groundstaff in Indigo Airlines in Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport Guwahati and she said me to send my documents to the mail i have mentioned earlier.After sending the documents I get another call from one guy with the same number and said me that document is verified and asked me to fillup one docx file for registration and also to pay Rs 2750 for regisration fee with account name

After paying they call me and asked for screeshot of payment and send two photo for gate pass and Identity card which I have send to their mail id which i have mentioned earlier.After that they send me one mail where they give me one offer letter and asked me to pay Rs 5550 as security fee.After that they will call me for face to face meeting.I then send Rs 5550 to their account given earlier.After that they call to pay me Rs 10000 for insurance, after calling I got the feeling that he is doing fraud and I said him u r doing fraud and then he hanged up.
I know I will not get refund but I urge u to catch this people because they are ruining ur company's name and also many people will suffer like me.

Hello sir I'm shivaraju n I'm from karnataka i recieved a message from quicker.. com that i am shortlisted for ground staff job and i[censored] r interested then call HR ROSHAN then I call him and he asked for application fee for job Rs550 & I pay her that amount and he sent me offer letter and then he return called me and told me that u have to pay Rs5000 for dress and Rs5200 for training amount and i paid total 23000 rs this will be refundable after training I'll pay all amount for getting job and my mother took this amount on interest @10% only for me and now they will not giving me a job and not pick the call please solve my problem sir /mam

Now I want my 1250 which I paid
