I got a call on February 1. I was told that you have been selected by Indigo Airlines for the ticket executive. For which you will have to pay an application fee of Rs. I paid the application fee. Then I was told that you would be interviewed. I was interviewed. And I was told that you would be selected for the interview. Then I was told that you have to make a job agreement with the company. In which there were 3 agreements. 5 years 15 years and 30 years. I chose a 15-year agreement with a fee of Rs. 15, 200. I believe this is an Indigo Airlines job offer. Then I was told that in this agreement you will not be able to leave the job for 15 years.Then I was told that you would be told by mail when to join. I get a mail and it mentions that you have to join on May 12th. I desperately needed a job then. I couldn't stay that long for the job. I told Priya Verma that I could not stay for such a long time for the job. I said I had to cancel the process. And I want all my money back. Because I had borrowed all the money from others, I had to repay all the money soon. Priya Verma said that your entire amount will be returned. But it will be on May 12. I begged him to give me my money back but he refused. I was patient. I received a call from Priya Verma on May 7 asking me to refund your amount.For that you have to pay Rs. 3000 to the company. I paid 3000 to the company that I will get my money back. But as soon as I paid the amount. Priya Verma closed her number.I have paid a total of Rs. 20, 500 to the company. I request the company to help me and give me my money back very kindly. And I will be grateful to the company.

    I got call from your department they ask me for the money and security
    After i give them security they again ask me for more money for verification process
    Then another day they ask me money for account opening and interview.

    They said me that you applied for job and ther is one job for you and monthly pay is about 35k

    1st they ask me money for registration process
    Then they ask me for interview
    After select for interview they ask me money for my security and all

          PNR number USDYME booked from Patna to Chandigarh, a passengers 19 years old travelling alone having a boarding pass provided by Indigo airlines was denied through boarding and was harassed at airport threatening to cancel the ticket without any refund or change the ticket from Patna to Delhi.

          At check in counter he was threatend to loose all money and his ticket was forcefully changed from Patna to Delhi.

          When boarding pass was issued why was passenger denied for travel. And if the ticket was changed by airline then refund should be issued. Complain number 3711136 has been already issued at customer care.

              I belongs to a poor family
              I am just requesting you if you can do anything without peying money than do it
              Otherwise I want to withdraw my complaint from consumer complaint without harming my money.

              Because you want to pay 10% fee of my money for solving the problem. But I can't really pay anything towards you, because I have nothing in my pocket.

              Sir I want my money back without charging any fee. Your service holder called me to charge 10% of my money as legal bank agreement, so that they will submit my money back. He also said that if I can't submit 10% they will submit my money to charity. But sir I don't have any money in my pocket to submit you. So please do something without charging any fee that will be your most kindness, otherwise withdraw my complaint without harming my money. I also filed the same case in cyber police they are tracking them. So please be corporative, it's a humble request from my side.

                  I received a call from indigo airlines. There was one lady named pooja sharma who called me and explained me about recruitment process. She gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id. I submitted it, after few hours i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for interview. You have to pay 2500 for the reference id and interview question-answer sheet. I deposited money in the a/c which was given to me by pooja sharma That was In the of airlines. It was happen yesterday. Before something else happen I got to know about it, today they asked me to give telephonic interview. Bt before something happen I got to know it is fraud I did online research. I want money back as I am just a student doing my graduation and even a small amount of money means a lot for me. I want you to take immediate action towards. They have fooled so many people taking too much money from a needy person I have four phone number of different person who called me their email id and their account details so kindly cieze their account as soon as possible.

                    We have booked a group booking tickets by making a quarter payment. Due to the lockdown situation we have requested for cancellation 15 days prior. Where they have cancelled with 100% Forfeiture. Which is pathetic.

                    However when i reached out to [protected]@goindigo.in they are telling this cancellation policy is as per there website.

                    But their website doesn't mentioned such things which is misleading to customer:

                    If we are not aware the policy are how can we act on it?

                      I have book my ticket for 2 passengers for 23 rd May from Nagpur to Mumbai.
                      Through net banking sbi amount is deducted but ticket is not confirmed neither PnR is generated.Payment status showing as "payment initiated"
                      Very poor experience with indigo worst site.

                        I follow the procedure with below mails and paid 39000.
                        As per conversation with him i will get the courier of offer letter, uniform and bank ac details tomorrow.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    My self Shivnath sinha, My Fight details As below.:-

                                    PNR no. -CW975W, flight no.-6E 7306, Flight timing 15:30pm from Gorakhpur to kolkata.

                                    indigo staff at Gorakhpur airport are not allow to board on the plan, saying that "your RT-PCR negative report is invalid, Because 72 hours is completed".

                                    I received my report yesterday evening i.e 07.05.21. and book a flight to coming Kolkata. but i am not able to board in the plan.

                                    for your kind information in Gorakhpur no one received the RT-PCR Report within 24 hours except they pay more than Rs 2000 for RTPCR report.

                                      I got fake offer of Ground staff job under name of Indigo airlines through shine.com. They demanded 2500 as registration fees, they send me some offer letter, test link which I'm attaching with this mail. After these letters which is signed by Shivam Malhotra that's why I thought it was genuine. But after paying registration fees they demanded 8000 more. Then I find suspicious and because I don't have enough money I requested them to refund fees. But they are not refunding it. I'm mentioning their contact numbers below:

                                      Other Verification officer:- [protected]
                                      ( With whom my conversation done and demanded all these amounts.)

                                      They told me to transfer money to Mr.Surya Prakash's Account.

                                      I find here that as there is similar case of hrgadhavi too.

                                      Please take it seriously because like me other innocent people are becoming victim of these same people.
