Address: BN32 GROUND FLOOR RELIANCE PETROCHEMICAL TOWNSHIP NAGOTHANE

While travelling from city Bangalore to Mumbai I am hangover my all luggage at check-in counter along with my babies scroller. All luggage received at Mumbai international airport but my babies scroller not received in destination location. We are waiting atleast 2 hours for the same but not get. Same issue discussed with Indigo ground staff and they noted down my current address location to ship later but still not yet received my item.
I am enclosing my ticket details for reference.

    Hi I applied for a job on quicker and I received call from this number [protected] and also an email from here [protected]@indigoairlines.in They charged me 1500 which I paid and now they asked me for 2500 for document verification and are forcing me to do so. However I denied, for which they are threatening me saying that not paying would lead to police FIR and all. Please take action against such companies who are doing fraud in the name of a reputed airlines. Also they are using the HR' name. I don't know what happens to my 1500 which I paid however I want the fraudsters out of there business.

      Respected Sir,
      I, shailendra shankar marathe, residing at thane, Maharashtra, booked tickets for self, wife Shilpa, son omkar for journey between Mumbai and Guwahati between 04 april 2020 to 18 may 2020. The flights were cancelled due to lock down on account of covid-19. The airline goindigo intimated that the amount of tickets is in credit shell and can be utilized in one-year span. As per honorable supreme court judgement the amount of credit shell is to be refunded. I communicated for the same and goindigo is still replying that the amount is still in credit shell. Further it was communicated that the journey under pnr EP1I7E is completed. It is therefore requested to resolve the issue and goindigo be directed for refund of credit shell amount with appropriate intrest.

        Refund of credit shell amount

        We have booked the indigo flight with PNR NO-XFKETL, flight 6E-634 from patna to Kolkata at morning 9:45 and connecting flight 6E 455 from kolkata to Dibrugarh at afternoon 1220 on same 20 Dec 20. It came in my notice that this flight got cancelled and alternate flight is booked from airlines side which is scheduled from patna to delhi at 2120 and this reaches delhi at 2330 in night and connecting flight from delhi to dibrugarh at 0620 on the next day 21 Dec 20 along with overnight layovers more than 0730 hrs in delhi. When I contacted the customer care for reasons behind this, they didn't confirm any specific reason, they are talking about full refund. But we have to reach dibrugarh before day night itself on 20 Dec 20. We won't be able to do this during this covid situations going out in the night time for accomodation and that to staying at our own cost outside. I expect indigo airlines to feel the responsibility of reschedule and any additional charges shall be payed by indigo due to cancelling and rescheduling, including the accomodation with safety precautions... If possible, mostly with in the airport itself...

          I had a flight from Goa to Ahmedabad on 24th March 2020. It was an afternoon flight, IndiGo sent me a message saying the flight has been delayed, and that I may cancel my ticket for a full refund. I called my cab driver to inform him about the delay and did not want to cancel my ticket since there was going to be a countrywide lockdown starting 25th March because of the Coronavirus. IndiGo sent another message saying that the flight has been delayed and that I could get a full refund, this happened one more time. The flight was finally scheduled for late evening 8:40 pm. There was a night curfew already in Goa since the 22nd of March and my driver told me that he could not take me to the airport. I tried to cancel my flight and take a refund but the indigo website link was not responsive. Their customer care was also unavailable. I got stuck in Goa for the lockdown, after this I called them several times in May, June, July and August, they kept promising me to give me a refund or a credit shell. They have not done either.

            I received my offer letter for which I had to pay total of 21, 100 rs for first round clearance I paid 2100 ts after telephonic round I paid 6500 rs and for document verification I paid 12, 500 now I'm starting to doubt after searching on google about frauds.
            So please sir my father just departed and in need for job I took the risk which im in guilty now.
            Pls help me get my refund sir.

              Dear team here is one call come from the as indigo job and they are giving fake calls and for registration for offer latter for i d card for web for laptop for uniform and many type of deposite in account . and they call for only payment and tell us this all amount at refundable please take action for this all type of cunslatancy . i m also done all the procedure the concultancy . i lost loots of money in this all procedure please take action other wise the people killed me whome form borrow the money . and i write down the latter from the cunsltancy and #indigo airlines.

                Date- 27.10.20 online job page at indigo Airlines company HR.Neha of the airlines company posted a post for which i applied and the next day HR.Neha call and after asking hay name and address told me that i have to pay 2120rs. Then i will be joined which will be refundable to you on nov10 at chandigarh Airport and i deposited 2120rs and according to them they gave me that employee ID code. AAI0007869 and they said that 12990rs which 28.10.20 job letter and Training letter will be provided and refundable and 10990rs 30.10.20 for job Uniform Dress refund on 5.11.20 asking to deposit Rs5990 for opan Bank account refundable and to send courier on 11.11.20 they asking to deposit Rs.5445. And will not be refundable and or the same date the asking for appointment to fix appointment by submitting 10945rs also asked for refund 12.11.20 will come hove for police interogation for which Rs8500.will have to be submitted and from the company HR make a mistake and forworded someone else file the deposite 6500rs. Then they said the your appointment will be in pune airport not in chandigarh the cost of the Flight is Rs3800 and to deposit it is unknown at this time what i will do after leaving the post neither the courier nor the refund came Please help me My name is Parshotam Singh

                  This is to inform you that I have booked a flight journey from Hyderabad to Mumbai journey dated 05/05/2020 for indigo flight number 6E -235, PNR :LFHJ7F as flight cancelled due to covid reason from your side.

                  I did not get any refund till now it's been 7months when iam trying to redeem it from credit shell I am not able to pickup that in payment mode. I have sent a several mails regarding this to indigo customer care but there is no reply from your side.As I need refund of my amount at the earliest.

                    I received a call from International career services that my cv has been selected for indigo airlines.But i hav to pay 1500 for Registration which i paid.I had a mcq kinda test and a telephonic interview. Then they sent me a confirmation letter from indigo stating that you got a job in indigo and in the mail it was mentioned that I have to pay 7500rs for verification. But that i didn't do because that made me little suspicious about the offer. Then i got a message from Neha Sharma that they are taking legal action against me for wasting the company's time. Tanuja Singh was the person i contracted all the time about the updates. I just simply told her if you guys aren't fake then give me the proof. But she didn't replied. Here are some screenshots to support my complaint. And i also want to know that indigo do this kind of thing.

                      First one person named priya called and said you have been shortlisted for indigo as a ticketing exective, she asked to pay rs 2100 i believed her and deposited that amount to a punjab national bank and i attended an telephonic interview, actually i didn't ans questions correctly, i thought i wont get selected, next day one person named manpreet kaur she said she is with indigo airlines and i have been selected n she said for profile verification half money company will pay n half money i have to pay the amount was rs.11, 000. i said her i wouldn't like to continue for further process and i asked her to refund money, she is telling its not possible, she told profile verification as already started when i still didn't send her any of my documents. how can they start verification without candidate confirmation.they told that money will be refunded if we get selected r not selected, now they are telling they can't refund. calling repeatedly they are not answering my call nor my messages
                      I lost 2100 rs
                      So please beware,
                      I ask indigo to take steps to handle these type of frauds.

                        We have booked the flight 6E-2726 from Visakhapatnam to Delhi on 20th Nov at morning 8:50. We have got a message saying that this flight got rescheduled to 10am on the same. But this reaches Delhi at 12:30pm. This delay effects our connecting flight in Delhi. We won't be able to make it to other flight. When I contacted the customer care, they are talking about prepone of the flight schedule to 19th Nov 9pm. But we have to reach Delhi before day night itself and stay there till next day afternoon. We won't be able to do this during this covid situations going out in the night time for accomodation and that to staying at our own cost outside.                             I applied for a job in airline online. A call came and pretended that they are from indigo airways pvt.ltd not any agency. Before taking interview they made me paid 2100/- told refundable, again after interview made me paid 7900/- for security and told it's refundable, again made me paid 20000/- for medical insurance and told they will refund within half an hour. I paid total 43900/- for getting this job.
                            They didn't refunded and called me next day and told there is a last procedure you have to pay 25000/- for pass and they will pay in 1-2hrs. I was not having any money left. I asked them to refund all money, I dnt want this job. They told they will not refund every thing will be waste. And continually forcing me to pay last amount. I want my 43, 900/- back. I have phonepe screen shots, emails.
                            Please help me.

                              I recently booked a ticket via Cleartrip on indigo from Chennai to Cochin .. I booked it for honey moon and had to cancel because kerala came up with quarentine from 1st October and I booked ticket for 6th.. but I booked the tickets before wedding that was on 25th itself ... They didn't refund any ticket money after cancellation and also after so much of conversation with their customer care they said only 2k will be refundable... Now after 1 week they have debited another 800rupees from account saying your money for cancellations have exceeded the amount I booked tickets for ... How is this fair .., ?

                                I've received call from the no. [protected] She was telling me that my CV got selected for INDIGO Airlines and she also said that my work will be computer related as im from computer Field. But at last she told me to pay 2250 which was very suspicious as she stated the reason behind it was The candidate, i should pay it as application fee which is totally refundable after joining.
                                This was suspicious as much as I know any company does not ask for money before giving job. so i searched it a bit and THANKS A LOT i Found this was all fake
                                Also a Mr called me today before this above lady from [protected] saying he is from same airline but as i was busy he told me he will call me later.

                                I've not payed any amount as they were very doubtful and also they were talking in Hindi the payment saga and as i didn't on the phone record i can't upload it.

                                Thanks Indigo from this Complaint page i got to know this was total scam Thanks alot for helping people like me to get know about this false people.
                                But even though i want to lodge a complaint against them.
                                i would be delighted to hear more about this reply.

                                  I have paid a total pf 28290 rs. to indigo airlines for the job in the account of ram singh and ankit maurya and now they are asking for 42000rs more for courier fees and not refunding my previous balance as they promised me that I'll get the refund by today but now they are asking for 42k more. I want my refund back asap i have all the call recordings, job letter, pay slips and id proofs of both the Hr and refund team person to whom i was talking for the job. ( Ankit saini Refund, Aditya rathor Hr)

                                  I got the interview call from indigo airlines via shine i have all the email id offer letters pay slip. I dont want to continue just refund my 28290 rs back.

                                    Hello sir I have booked ticket from delhi to Ranchi of rupees around 8000 and due to pandemic indigo has refunded the money as credit but there is no option to use that for rebooking nor you people are returning money. I have attached the old ticket and the massaging popping up during rebooking. its been 6 months I am trying to reach you people through call and mail but there is no response from your side. you people are literally just fraudulently stealing your customers money taking the advantage of the time and pandemic.

                                      Sir,
                                      I took boarding pass (DfJ5JV)as per your instruction on before enter to boarding airport (COK) for my daughter and her three friends (students ) eventhough they had boarding Pass and were on time in connection airport(MAA) they could not travel to destination. No responsible staff informed them on or before time to the right gate number. Airport was not busy at all, even a silent airport lack airline service to especially for young girls was very much disappointing. Loss of time and money and more over our family agony who will care.
                                      In Short I request compensation on this regard
