Shashank maharana employee of indigo got rs12300 transfered to his account and did not book our tickets and has not refunded or returned our money, saying that indigo takes max 15 days to refund the money.

I had spoken to customer service of indigo and they asked me to send the medical reports and they will consider waiving off cancellation charges. We are booked to fly on 24th december however we had to rush to the hospital on 20th night as my moms pulse rate went up to 182 and hence we will have to do a procedure to settle the problem. Hi Team,

I had bought some Premium Pack voucher from Indigo in last December the coupon is having one year of validity but I tried to apply to coupon to many time but it's not working.

I need my money back. Indigo cheated me last time also they said the voucher is for a year but actual validity was 6 months. A very bad trick to get money.

I shown him my baby aadhaar card to verify the age.

But at the time of boarding pass they forcedly charged rs.1250/-for half ticket of my baby. I was alone in travelling.

Indigo customer care point blank refused to refund the money for cancellation (Pnr: fd26kz) which has been necessitated due to sudden death of a close/blood relative, despite proof. High insensitive of them. All good airlines companies do that in such a case, if not as per (One sided) terms but on compassionate grounds. Seems indigo airlines doesn't have any compassion....
