Self Ms Shweta Parkar with PNR SRM7HZ, flight no. 6E 229 from SRX - BOM on 27/07/2023 post landing in Mumbai while collecting my baggage noticed that one of my grey colour bag wheel was broken and untracable, hence official complaint was lodged with staff on duty Ms Shivani S who has issued a complaint receipt and the same is attached herewith along with a photo of the bag.

    I took a flight from kolkata to tvm via bombay on 23rd July (Flight no:6E5013 and 6E5114).We were three passengers and had three baggages .But the baggages were soaked in rain and damaged, even boxes iniside one was heavily shattered.Please consider my complaint and take immediate action and do the needful compensation.

      I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent flight from Srinagar to Hyderabad on July 26, 2023, with ticket number BZ6D38 and flight number 6E 609.
      Regrettably, upon reaching my destination, I discovered that my valuable earbuds, worth INR 4000, were missing from my backpack. I had securely placed them inside my backpack before boarding the flight, and their absence was only noticed upon unpacking at my destination. I am certain that the earbuds were stolen during the course of the flight.
      I am truly disheartened by this incident, as I have always trusted IndiGo for providing safe and reliable travel experiences. This unfortunate event has left me feeling uneasy and concerned about the security measures in place during the flight.

      I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to determine how such an incident could have taken place onboard your flight.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I purchased a ticket from KWI to DEL on the 28th of June (date of flight is 31th of July), the amount was deducted from my bank account but never recieved any confirmation.

        Support on whatsapp was not able to help, I didnt recieve any answer to my emails. Kindly ask you to send me the booking confirmation!

          I was traveling by indigo flight 6e6146 from Hyd to Del, on 23rd July from 10.45 pm to 12.55 am. I lost my white and grey colored OPPO AIR ENCO 2 PRO. I placed it on the area where magazines are kept in front of the seat please return the same if found. Seat was 9f (Zone 3).

                I travelled from Oslo - Doha - Delhi on Qatar/Indigo on 19.07.23 (PNR) and in one of my bags multiple blade cut marks and a hole were observed while taking the delivery of bag at delhi airport. Please see attached picture and Property Irregularity Report from Indigo staff at the airport.

                I was given a Property Irregularity Report with Airport staff marking the damage as Minor, though in no way the damage was minor, airport staff asked me to write an email highlighted in PIR and explain the nature of problem.

                When i reached out to customer relations email, in less than 10minute of sending my email with all attachments and pictures, the case was closed siting the condition of carriage and Indigo not liable for wear and tear of the bag.

                I want to highilght to the forum that multiple fresh cut marks in the bag with a deep hole, is by no means a normal wear and tear and is bad handling of the bag by airline staff resulting in the damage.

                  Hello,
                  I have done a distance MBA from National Institute of Management. Their office was located in mindspace bandra at that time. I received my certificate in jul 2009. Now when i applied for a job, the background verification says that the degree is fake.
                  The NIM contacts (mail, phone) nothing is reachable
                  The online verification link is also not working
                  Please help as my organization has said that they will cancel my job if the verification does not happen.

                    I was told to pay security charges for the job in Indigo airlines. They said it will be refunded within 24 hours but it's been a month and they didn't refunded yet. And they are also sending me forms like medical form, accomodation form and new account opening form.

                        An Indigo Flight Ticket from New Delhi (India) to Washington DC (IAD) airport for a group of 4 people was booked using my GoIndigo account on 17 July 2023.

                        Ticket Cost: 221, 421.56 INR

                        The credit card used was Scotiabank Passport Visa Infinite Card. The international credit card was charged twice by Indigo for the same ticket, and the money has not been refunded for the duplicate charge.

                        Kindly refund the credit card for the second charge at the earliest.

                          I was scammed by a person who claimed to be from Indigo Airlines for Job as a nurse in IGI.
                          I filled a form on Google for Job Interviews and a person contacted me on Whatsapp who claimed to be from Indigo Airlines. He sent me detailed information about the Salary, Workplace, Working hours at IGI airport as a medical nurse and other details.

                          After i filled the form he asked me to pay Rs.1550 for telephonic Job interview. I paid Rs.1150 on 30/06/2023 via Upi to his Airtel Payments Bank account.
                          He then told me the interview will be on 1/07/2023 at 11 am via telephone but I didnt receive any call on that day, later when i asked him he told me interview will be on 2/07/2023 at 12;30pm.

                          I did not recieve any calls on 2/07/203 so i called him again but his number is always switched off and no reply from whatsapp. So i called the Indigo Customer Support and they told me that it was a Fraud since Indigo does not take any money for interviews. I asked them for help but they are unwilling to do anything. The Fruadster has switched off his phone and no reply. I was scammed Rs.1550 .

                            Good Evening Sir/ Mam? I am JUSTAN.V M.COM Graduate Passed out in 2023 Living in pondicherry. Sir at the Completion of my degree I as really interested in Joining your esteemed organization. so that i viewed indigo Carrer page every day.
                            for the suitable job. but sir/ Mam on July7/2023 i got an call from indigo and they asked to introduced about myself. and i made an introduction. they said the telephonic interview is over. we will call you soon like that. at the same day i received an mail that i has got selected for Airlines ticketing executive. the starting salary will be 27000 and you in the probation period for six month like that. and the very next day they contacted mee to pay 530 RS that for application fee. and i paid it too. i received an appointment letter from indigo airlines and along with the offer letter to.
                            and they instructed to fill the appointment letter and sent a photo of the filled appointment in whatsapp. i sent it to their whatsapp. and the next day they instructed to pay 2250 RS for the uniform they said they will sent in delivery manner. on that instruction i got strucked and i thinking its scam sir i alredy seen the indigo websites that indigo does not charges any fee for interviewe and posting.
                            Sir i attached the documents they sent to mee to cheat mee for an job scam
                            Indigo is an best organization some scammers are damaging their goodwill.
                            they need to be punished by the law.
                            now i thinking from one person they cheating for job like 530Rs like that how much of them cheated by them.

                              Travelling as a transfer passenger from Muscat Oman to Chennai, India to kuala Lumpur Malaysia to Manila International Airport Philippines. Upon arrival at Chenni. not aware that it is recommended for me to pay 7, 000 Rupees before i can claim my Luggage from Muscat. I am a transfer passenger and i should be informed if there are payments for this. I arrived in Philippines not able to claim my Luggage that was in India AIrport.

                                My Wife Bina Jain has suffered with a Fracture yesterday for which the attachment are made hereunder and as per the doctor the Plaster is for a month and so I humbly request to Please reschedule my Flight dates in the month of August 2023 without any charges due to this medical emergency.

                                I Humbly request to please consider my request as I am going through a very tough phase as my wife is around 58 years and I am 60+ years and we were going to meet our son but faced this problem so please consider our Flight Reschedule request

                                      Travel Date: 04-Jul-2023 Flight 6E808-BDQ to BLR.
                                      They have asked to weigh my Laptop Bag and charged me Rs 2200.00 for the extra weight of my laptop and its charger. I can understand, Check-in or Carryon Bags charge extra weight (15KG + 7 KG), but really not able to understand Laptop + its charges extra weigh charges!!
                                      I have travelled a lot Nationally and Internationally as well, but not a single Airlines have charged for Laptop and its charger weight. So, I wanted to bring to your attention, please.

                                        Hi, I live in the US but recently visited India (I am originally from India) and make trips often. Most of the times for local flights, i fly other airlines like Vistara and in the past Jet airways etc. This time I flew Mumbai to Chennai on Indigo and flying this career for the first time. This easily has been my worst experience till date. I am in Sales and so flying (mostly within the US) and international is a norm for me. I had to carry a little extra luggage with me - 1 KG over the 15 KG allowed and I also had my family travelling with me (wife and 2 kids) - Each of our check-in bags was 1 KG over the weight limit. Since we fly international, it is hard for us to not carry a lot of stuff - International flight baggage limits are 23 KG normally. I thought this would be okay since the flight was half empty and I explained to the agent at the airport 2 things - One that i am flying internationally and 2, that i also have a student flying with me but i did not choose the student fare option while booking (which allows 10KG etc for the same ticket price) - The agent was super rude and said they cannot do anything and asked me to pay the fine. I had called the customer service desk the previous night and asked about possibly changing my ticket category to Student but they said it cannot be done post booking. After speaking to a supervisor, they said they will put a note in my PNR about allowance for extra KGs but that its not guaranteed to be accomodated. When i mentioned this to the gate agent, he looked at the notes and did see this and called a supervisor to see if they can do anything about it. Sylvira was the sypervisor that came to talk to us. She was even more rude and asked us to weigh all our handbags. Our handbags also were a little more than the allowed 7 KG per bag. So instead of the original fine of 4000 rupees or so that the agent had asked me to pay Sylvira said we need to now pay 15000 rupees! All this because i requested them to read the note and see if they can accomodate us. I was obviously stunned by this and asked if i can speak to someone else as this seems like daytime robbery - Another superviser Yolanda then came and was more rude. She said we will miss our flight if we keep talking and that we either pay up or leave the place! All in all, i agree we had some extra weight in our bags but the treatment given to us was appalling. This is 2 days after our Indigo flight from Agra to Lucknow was delayed by 2 hours resulting in us missing our Air Asia connection from Luckknow to Bombay resulting in us losing money on both the flights. Overall, Indigo because they have a big marketshare seems to not have an iota of customer focus and has left with a horrible experience and i will never fly indigo again for local travel within India
