I had a flight from goa to hyderabad on 20 jun 2023. 6E-813, pnr - GMVJJV.
I have lost a XP-Pen drawing tablet that was in my check in baggage..The drawing tablet was enclosed in its own box inside my luggage. Very strange that I lost it, must be misplaced during checking? I dont know what the procedure for check in baggage is.

    I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Srinagar via Delhi - PNR: TLGL5L. Mumbai to Delhi flight was scheduled at 7:45am and landing time was 9:55am at Delhi terminal 1. Flight from Delhi terminal 2 (which is 8kms apart) was scheduled at 12:45pm. The first flight was delayed and was landed at Delhi terminal 1 at 12pm. Due to traffic between terminal 1 and terminal 2 transport system we reached terminal 2 at around 12:35pm and the gates were closed by then. We weren’t allowed to board the flight and were charged 13k extra for the next flight for 4 people. Can I get reimbursement for the extra charge taken from us?

      In which we are being given a job on the ground post of Indigo Airline, for which HR is asking us to charge ₹ 2500 first, saying that this will be the security amount for your training.

      Hello!

      My husband and I traveled from Pune to Delhi on 01-June-2023 (PNR G14Z4B) and were charged INR 16040 for excess baggage, which we should have not been charged in the first place, as our class of travel allowed us 2 bags per person.

      I am unable to download the receipt for this payment online. Could you email me the detailed receipt at [protected]@sloan.mit.edu, please, so we could submit a request for refund/reimbursement?

        I flew from Delhi to Jaipur by 13.05 flight on 15th june with Indigo Airlines. My bag was mishandled and damaged by the indigo crew.

            Date of incident: 13 June 2023. I got to know when I out of flight at Istanbul and going to security check for my next flight.
            Flight details: 6E17. On my ticket it is TK-4751 Operated by IndiGo.
            06.40 am Departure from Mumbai airport.
            Seat Number: 21k. Where I lost my chain.
            PRN : WK2KCW
            Ticket Number: 235-[protected]
            Gold chain was around 20 gm. Picture attached to identity it's my if found.
            When I got out of flight at Istanbul airport. I have gone till Security check for my next flight and then I found that my chain I lost in flight.
            I trying to go back to search security peoples denied me to go. So I contacted the info help desk they said me to go to passport control. When I stand in the que when my number came they said you need e visa to get to go to loss and found department. So go to Turkish airline help desk.
            As this is codeshare flight between Indigo and Turkish airline. I hoped they will support. But they are not supportive. So I thought of Rasing ticket to Turkish airline. Attached the conversion images. Finally, they commented this responsivity of Indigo airlines. I checked to file ticket for this but no session is there with this airline for this.
            Photo of gold chain I wear is attaching here. Please return it once you found it in flight while cleaning flight. Becuase i am sure that when I was sleeping in flight keeping my head on platform provided at back side of next seat to eat food, it get down from my neck there.

            I but I am sure that your staff is stolen this in flight someone getting loss his chain in flight don't you think how safety is in Indigo. So no security for the valuable items in the flights right?

                I forgot my headphones on the flight 6E 5384 from Mumbai to Kanpur on 10 Jun 23 at seat 26F. The headphones ( Make Bose) were in black case. Request if the same can be found and returned.

                  I had booked 3 flight ticket from Banglore to Bhubaneswar for 29th May .I was travelling with my 2 kids My PNR No is :MPWL8M

                  While booking the flight, because of the misleading information on the site which said 1 extra baggage costs rs.900, (It never mentioned about empty bag ) I thought of booking it . Infact before booking it I even called the Indigo call center to clarify my doubt if extra baggage will include or exclude the 15 KGs. I was told that it includes 15 KG of weight. The call records may be checked . I booked 3 tickets with 1 extra baggage of Rs900 . On the travelling day I took one extra bag of 15 KG. During check in, I was told to pay around Rs 8500 (15 * 580 or 550 I don't remember the exact amount ) for that bag . So I gave back the bag to my brother who came to drop us off. I travelled with normal 3 luggage (Me and my 2 kids).

                  After my travel I called the call center to ask for the refund of Rs900 . I was assured that it will be done in a week which I never got back .Today when I called the finance dept of Indigo, they said it is not possible as the airport authorities have not updated anything about not using the extra baggage .

                  In the first place the customer care provided me wrong information on the first day .I was travelling with 2 kids and with wrong information I unnecessarily had to take the pain of going out of the que, returning the bag, again coming back to the line . Second thing is It should be the responsibility of the airport authority to update the things .

                  Mostly I see this as the mistake from the customer care which I paid for.
                  Hence I want the extra baggage money to be refunded .

                  Yes. It was addressed by the finance department, and I also mentioned that in my complaint. And I am not satisfied with that. It's not about the Rs.900.It must be happening with many people.

                  Recently my friend traveled on Akash Airlines. They were generous and gentle enough to help her with her extra baggage without her paying a single extra penny. Whereas the INDIGO ground employees were of no help.

                  With 2 kids traveling with me, I had to be vigilant about them. It is the responsibility of airport employees to update about the nonuse of Extra baggage. Indigo must be having a record of the number of bags carried by passengers. You can check them.

                  Therefore I would request you refund my money.

                    I apply shine app to take any private job because some issues in my family but still one day indigo airlines call and tell me, you interested job lucknow airport sir ticketing staff and I say yes, then he tell I'll give him document and mu document it's very then he say i give one online test to qualify nature only than i clear exam after he says I pay 2500rs to registration and after some time he took my interview and some question and I reply confidently because I trust this is real and he says I pay gadgets fees 8740 ok then after some he tell pay 15550 to uniform ok and after he tell medical no fees but again some he tell medical fees tell me any senior person I don't know who is I ask his name he can't tell me ok but medical fees is 29452 I pay and he says your profile is ready your selection can't stop any congratulations..
                    Than he says some time give date medical 3june but still 1day before he tell I pay him 25000 to barcode gate pass and i pay but he can't send any barcode, courier, dress, nothing.. And I tell this is wrong.. I tell him to refund my money so that told me i gave him 22663.2rs after he send my money refund.. They told he refund my total 103, 605rs but i can't pay 22663 so they doesn't my refund money..
                    After that day and today my family to worried and very tensied..
                    Please sir help money give back..

                      I misplaced by 'boat' while flying in Indigo flight number 6E2408. Seats allotted were 35D and 35E. I am hereby attaching some photos to get an idea about the model of my earbuds. Apparently, I came home to find out that I ve the case but the earbuds are missing. It was left in the magazine pouch as to what I remember. Kindly let me know if the earbuds are found and do contact me in that case. Thanks in advance.

                        I left behind my headphones costing INR 40, 000 in an Indigo flight from Jammu to Indore on 26.05.2023. Connected with Indigo via facebook chat. Same reply we dont have it.

                        This is very unprofessional. I remembered having left it behind just at the door of the plane while deplaning (took me 4 secs to get from the seat to door). Indigo ground staff said we will get it wait. When they went in they realized the value of the stuff and also that unlike a mobile it cant be traced.
                        Then they told me to proceed to the connecting flight and they will get it there. I can 100% understand now that Indigo employees have taken it.

                          I had short connecting flight from del - ghy 6E251 to ghy - dibrugarh 6E2652 in 30 may . My luggage lock seems to changed in TSA section. Please urgently help me to solve it as I don't wanna damage my luggage.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am writing to register a consumer complaint against Indigo Airlines. On 28/05/2023, I booked a flight from Coimbatore to Hyderabad (Vice Versa) with the following details:

                              Departure Date: 14th June 2023 and Return 16th June 2023 for my cousins.
                              Their names are "Riyaz Mohideen" and "Rizwan Moideen"
                              Payment amount: INR 15, 408.00

                              Despite the payment being deducted from my account, I have not received any confirmation email or PNR for this booking. I have tried contacting Indigo's customer service team multiple times, but have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to this issue.

                              The booking was made well in advance and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.

                              I request you to look into this matter and take the necessary actions to resolve this issue at the earliest. I am seeking to confirm my tickets and send me the Ticket details or refund of the payment made for the booking

                              I hope to receive a prompt resolution to this matter.

                                Sir/ Madam,

                                This is to inform you that i was flying to Dubai from Mumbai on 19th of May'2023 by Indigo Airline at 8.40 am flight no 6E1451. During this flight when i was landed to dubai i got the lock of my luggage was broken and Cash of AED 2500(INR 57000) was stolen from my luggage. As i was in abroad it was difficult to file complaint as i was not receiving the OTP. Now i am in my destination. So, I am lodging the complaint.
                                IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Good morning

                                  on the 17th i sent a complaint

                                  on the 18th i received a mail that my complaint has been forwarded to interglobe customer service,

                                  on the 19th i recevied a call from the cpmpany, that i shall hear from them soon
                                  today is the 28th
                                  below is a part of my complaint i'm sending again
                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I am writing to you about the hardships (in an understatement manner of speaking) - that my eight-year-old son and I had to go through because of the intolerable behaviors of your company's employees at Guwahati International Airport & Kolkata International Airport, on the May 14, 2023, while travelling via Indigo Airlines Flight number 6E-7309 from Guwahati to Kolkata & upon arrival.

                                    I was travelling from Delhi to Bagdogra with Indigo airlines, and was sitting at seat 22B. I forgot to take back my earphones kept in the seat pocket.
