After that, she said that pay security fees that is 12700rs then you will get a job letter through courier in that courier there will be dresses, name plate, confirmation letter, joining letter and some electronics devices like laptop, smartphone etc and for that I have to pay 8750rs for traveling...

It’s been 24 hours and I haven’t received my baggage yet! Every single time I make a call they tell me to wait 12 or 24 hours. I am so fed up with Indigo services. I have travelled in Indigo 6E 6067 (A320) on 29th Jan 2023 from Bangalore to Hyderabad with Conformation # CJIIFL. Upon opening my Bags, I found some of my items missing in my bag. This is unacceptable and tarnishes your Image. Failure of protecting its customers property despite Indigo being one of the leading airlines of the country shows that the customer is not Indigo airlines' priority....

I too had traveled from Darbhanga to hyderabad in the 1st week of Nov 2022 by indigo. I had checked in 2 baggage at Darbhanga, received only 1 at hyderabad. Indigo representative claimed at hyderabad airport that the baggage will be recovered and be send to my shared residence in next 24 hours. Although, that 24 hours never came.

Every time, I use Indigo official web site to do my flight booking, after finishing payment via Net Banking, I get the display that the transaction is successful.

I then get the email confirmation from my bank to confirm the amount being debited towards the payment made.

However, I get a payment error on my indigo website and no email received from Indigo to confirm my booking with flight details.br...
