I arrived the airport on time and tried to check in almost before 60 minutes but not allowed to board.
While standing in queue indigo executive asked to collect boarding pass from machine, as boarding pass machine was not generating boarding pass might some technical issues, when informed to indigo executive, i was asked to stand in the queue again to collect my boarding pass....

Myself mr. Birendra jena while travelling from new delhi to bhubaneswar vide pnrt no-sj2t2u on dated 03.03.2018 i faced an unpleasant situation at the boarding lounge. As per the rule of the airline safety measures no one can travel with any battery driven equipment in their check-in baggage, but it can be taken with the hand baggage.

This was the great humiliation done by Indigo Airlines to travel on 16/2/2018 giving reasons of Cancellation of ticket which was completely false statement as I have not received any intimation through mail or phone call neither refund of total amount by any of the concerned Indigo or IRCTC flights website.
Indigo has hampered my personal dealing of worth two crores at Chandigarh due their negligence and false...

I received an email regarding airport jobs on my mail id.in that email all the description as well as contact person's phn no. Was given. I called on that number. There was one guy named raj malhotra who picked up the phone and explained me about recruitment process. He gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id. I booked two tickets today 04/01/2018 for 20/02/2018 with details as under:

I had booked a ticket for my journey from imphal to guwahati. The journey date was 3rd september, 2017 in flight no.: 6e 187.in the booking i have added services as pre-booked meal and pre-reserved seat for my itinerary.

After boarding the plane and when it comes for meal serving i was told that the meal will not be provided for this booking as the flight duration is only 50 minutes and instead of meal i can get only cookies....

This is a complaint for the website. I had booked a flight for 26th Feb from Patna to Delhi, when it came to the point of paying for the flights I was promoted with an unauthorised transaction check from my bank, this happened 3 times. On the third time i changed payment card and tried again, this worked successfully. but when i got the Itinerary the date is for the 26th March. I am 110% confident i had not selected this...
