I was travelling by flight no. 6e6187, DELHI-RAJKOT DT. 24 May 2023. My ticket no. By mistake power bank was kept in baggage and in scan it was found. Office staff called me to check luggage. I went in luggage ground with staff and found power bank. But ground staff told me that they could not return power bank as it will disposed. I argued with them I have four hours before departure and I will keep the power bank in my hand luggage and I am ready to re-scan my hand luggage. But ground staff and boarding staff did not agreed and did not return my power bank. I kindly request to refund my power bank or compensat for that.

    My FIL travelled from Bangalore to Jabalpur via Indigo. It was a connecting flight with a halt at Hyderabad. When they reached Jabalpur their luggage bag was missing. Its been two days and they have still not got their luggage. he is an elderly person and my MIL is suffering from cancer. all their medications are in the bag and staff is asking them for a picture of their suitcase. Who keeps photo of their suitcase ?

      I had a chicken juggle sandwich on 23 may 2023 Morning flight from Chennai to hyderbad I’m having continuous vomitings and stomach Ache since I got down the flight
      I’m a doctor by profession I knew that the food was stale and unhygienic while I was eating it self
      Now I regret traveling in indigo

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I am writing to you about the hardships (in an understatement manner of speaking) - that my eight-year-old son and I had to go through because of the intolerable behaviors of your company's employees at Guwahati International Airport & Kolkata International Airport, on the May 14, 2023, while travelling via Indigo Airlines Flight number 6E-7309 from Guwahati to Kolkata & upon arrival.

                1) The flight from Guwahati to Kolkata was delayed in 3 hours although we were told and assured that, we shall reach Kolkata on time. I must indicate that were very badly treated by Indigo Staff.
                2) I was told that our 15:05 pm flight would be delayed for a few hours due to technical difficulties.
                I then explained to the Indigo staff a few times that I have a connecting international flight from Kolkata to Israel scheduled to depart at 20:45 pm on the same evening (14th May 2023) by Emirates Airlines.
                3) After that, the Ground Manager of Indigo Airlines (after landing & collecting our baggage again, until the technical problem is solved), - by the name of Deepak assured me that my son and I will reach Kolkata on time for my International Flight. He also gave me his word that he and his team have already informed the staff of Indigo Airlines and are aware of our arrival as well as the Emirates Airlines at Kolkata Airport and we shall definitely reach till 19:30 pm
                4) Upon arrival Kolkata, we immediately rushed to your desk to inform of our arrival (next to luggage pickup no 4) and they sent me to pick up my bags (pick up no 8 ). Mary from Ground staff came to help us picking the luggage and we rushed to Emirates Gate, which to our aggravation, was closed. I was told that I missed my flight and the gates have been closed.
                5) Mary then explained that there was nothing that could be done, then took me to the Indigo Manager Desk (3 men) who upon hearing our story just laughed and said that they were never informed about our next flight to Israel and they are not responsible, I called my husband to inform my situation with deep despair, the men laughed and another one also proceeded to say in hindi “ kyon leke aaya ye bewakoof” which translates to "why did you bring this fool" . I am Indian origin and I understand Hindi. This is the most low, despicable and insulting behavior of an airline employee, I have ever experienced.
                6) I was then sent away by them and left to deal with it. Mary showed me the way to Fly Dubai desk to buy extra set of tickets for both me and my son, which was a last minute request from my travel agent in Israel.The treatment that me and my son endured was very scarring to both o[censored]s - mentally and physically.
                7) I collapsed at the Airport's rest room following this bad behavior and treatment by staff of Indigo airlines. My 8-year-old son was tired and exhausted, as we had to wait for the next flight at 01:50 that night by Fly Dubai.
                8) Being assured that I would reach on time and be taken care of at the Kolkata Airport, moreover, being called "fool" by Indigo Employees, I am expecting:
                A) A complete refund from Indigo Airlines for my trip from Guwahati Airport to Kolkata Airport which cost me 29, 778 Indian Rupees (which was delayed by over 3 hours and which was the reason for us missing our International Flight)
                B) A complete refund of my international Flight from Kolkata Airport to Tel Aviv Airport in Israel which Costs me 98, 869 Indian Rupees
                C) Note that your staff/ company ruined the closure of our wonderful holiday with their lack of caring and lack of customer service.
                It is important for me to note, if the company had been open and the employees had not lied, I could have solved the problem in real time and prevented the anguish and suffering that my 8-year-old son and I had to go through because of their behavior.

                Hoping to hear from you immediately with necessary actions taken.

                  Hi I was travelling from Patna to Bangalore via Bhubaneshwar in which when flight not even started we informed the crew that AC is not working she told due to outside heat it is not working in sometime when flight start it will work after flight took off 25 min later i called crew member she said in sometime it will start later they started selling food least bothered for AC and my wife and daughter both got sick 2 times my daughter did vomating after several times calling she informed that AC got problem so it is not working when my wife pulse gone after 1 hr journey than she changed her seat and said this is not there problem if AC is not working i was seated on same seat as they said flight is full full journey i was sweating and told them to give feedback form which i wrote everything and told she will give complaint from there side also.
                  I want full refund as we are paying for comfort but they are saying it is not there responsibilty and do whatever you need to give complaint nothing problem to them.
                  Previously also my bag they have damaged several complaints given but didn't got any response.I have photo and video proof.

                    Adding PNR and receipt number in subject line, i was so embarrassed and very much down with the behaviour of indigo manager at Pune airport who behaved with me rudely. My flight was at 9:55 and i reached airport at 9 and i had exceed 2KG of checkin baggage limit coming to 17KG i told the person in the counter to please accept it its just 2KG or i will remove some things from the bag and put it in hand baggage, the manager came and told me as i quote “if you dont pay for extra 2 KG i will close the gates for you”, i begged him pleaded him requested him, but he told his staff to not listen to me and told “you miss your flight and go on another but i will not allow you to chekin without paying”.

                    He made me embarrass in front of all passengers in queue. I literally started shaking dont know what to do. I PAID 1100 RS to the person and moved.

                    Horrible that you treat your passenger like a servant and just for money embarrass them mentally torcher them and make them beg.

                    You extorted money from, i need my refund back. And also the manager to by inducted again!

                      Please note my complaint against your staff at Delhi Terminal 3, I have booked a ticket on Monday 13th of March 2023 with Flight Indigo 6E-1153, The Flight was from Delhi to Kathmandu on 3rd April 2023 at 11:10 am, Passenger Name : Mr Tapi Jain & Mrs Tripti Jain, Ticket No. P1T1UE/1/1 and P1T1UE/2/1, We reached airport at 9:15 am and was at counter (which issue boarding pass) on around 9:40 am, We were standing in que after asking from one of your staff that we have to board in 11:10 am Flight, After some time I thought that que is moving very slow and I directly asked the executive sitting at counter that we have to board in 11:10 am Flight, Pls attend us on priority, At that time it was 9:55 am, She bluntly refused that now you cannot board in Flight 6E-1153 as you are late, I requested the In- Charge to help us as we still have more than 1 hour but she also refused us, She asked to pay 8000/- for new tickets of Flight 6E1155(A320) which will fly at 13:30 hrs, We requested her no. of times that still they have more tha one hour and they can arrange our boarding in Flight 6E-1153 easily, But she was rigid and compelled us to pay 8000/- for next Flight, Seeing no option we paid and saved our trip.
                      I have seen no efforts from your staff side in helping us to board the plane.
                      I am requesting you to take action against such staff and refund my entire amount.

                        On 10.05.2023 I have booked a flight (No. 6E 962 6E 2134 from Indore to Dehradun) of Indigo Airlines on its official website “https://www.goindigo.in”. Payment of Rs.25, 178.00 made through my SBI Credit Card and amount immediately debited to my SBI Credit Card account, for which I have also received confirmation message and email from SBI Card at 08.14 p.m. through SMS on my mobile number and on my email and it is also appearing in my SBI Credit Card account on the SBI Card Web Site. The evidence of payment has also been made available by me to the Indigo Airlines through scanned copies through my email "[protected]@gmail.com" email to their nodal officer at “[protected]@goindigo.in”.
                        After booking, Indigo is wrongfully denying for issue of flight tickets. While spoken with Customer Care Executive Ms Shivani at Indigo at Contact Number[protected] at 20.21 pm she advised me to wait for minimum 20 minutes of booking to generate tickets. I waited for 20 minutes and then again contacted to Customer Care Executive of Indigo Airlines on Contact Number[protected] at 20.48 p.m. and on [protected] at 21.09 pm with Mr Shriram, who has denied any such booking and also denied receipt of payment of Rs.25, 178.00. Whereas evidence of payment has also been made available by me to the Indigo Airlines through scanned copies to their nodal officer at “[protected]@goindigo.in” through my email "[protected]@gmail.com".
                        In this regard I have also raised dispute with SBI Credit Cards. Chargeback request also made.
                        I have also raised issue through email to Indigo Airline on email IDs [protected]@goindigo.in but they have not resolved the issue.
                        No one from Indigo is cooperating. In this connection I request Indigo Airlines to either issue me flight tickets or refund my mony of Rs.25, 178.00. If they have not received payment from me they must confirm me in writing that they have not received any payment form me through SBI Credit Card.

                        I was booking a flight from DEL - BKK, on 21/09/23 around 15:45. I paid through UPI, 15, 994 rupees were deducted but website failed to give me any confirmation and simply said "if any money was deducted it will be refunded in 3-5 working days". So, trusting Indigo, I made another booking through their app and paid 15, 974 rupees from my debit card . This time it was successful and I got emails and whatsapp updates on the same.

                        After waiting for 10 days, I emailed the customer.[protected]@InDigo.in and was told my ticket was confirmed. And they keep giving talking about my second payment which I KNOW went through. The issue is the UPI transaction money has not been refunded. I sent them all the screenshots including the UPI transaction ID, but there seems to no interest in solving my issue and I keep getting the same replies! Please give me my money back!

                        ** Don't use the indigo website, it always crashes or there is some errors and then you have to beg and run in circles to get your money back!**

                          I have booked indigi 6E 409 from hyd to visakhapatnam
                          Intially gate number has given 17 and i have waited there
                          Suddenly some of paasenger has told that gate number has changed to 107
                          I didnt get any information regarding change of gate number
                          I reached gate no 7 till that tine gate has closed and they didnt allow me to board the flight

                            Disallowance to board the flight 6e 2398

                            Hello, I had book ticket for mumbai to delhi for today with the mentioned flight. Boarding time was 6.15 and it was gate 45 B 2. I reached before time and was seating near the gate 45 an and 45 b. Apparently there was no gate mentioned as 45 b2 there. As a common sense it should be 45 b. air India flights were placed in this counter. Firstly b these gates are very congested and this part of terminal is full jam in morning times. I checked...

                            Nodhi Desai, AM Ahmedabad… heartless, inhumane customer service executive who hose actual job is to help customers. I was travelling from Bangalore to amritsar and a stop at Ahmedabad. I was asked to purchase fast forward for priority boarding and checkin which I had purchased from I digo counter itself in Bangalore and basis which I got priority boarding because I’m hurt in my leg. I told the same thing to this female and she denied me entry and threatened to cancel my ticket.

                                So called to the HR she Said For Your id card dress code and for pass order you shuld pay 1800 rupees . So hl i was paid the 1800 amount this person few minutes ago.                                   I am writing this to request reimbursement for the cab fare I had to pay from Mumbai to Pune due to the cancellation of Indigo flight 6E 522 from Ahmedabad to Pune (PNR - Z1FINH). I was notified of the cancellation after I had boarded my Indore to Ahmedabad flight with Indigo which was the first leg of the connecting flight I had to get to Pune. The only option I had once I reached Ahmedabad was to wait for almost 16 hours if I wanted a flight to Pune. Since I could not wait, I had taken an alternate flight (6E 5056) from Ahmedabad to Mumbai (PNR - Z1FINH) and had to take a cab from Mumbai to Pune which was suggested by the ground staff

                                  I would like to request a reimbursement of the cab and toll fare for the remaining part of my journey (from Mumbai to Pune) - 2903 + 640 = INR 3537

                                  The details of my booking are as follows: NR - Z1FINH Flight No. - 6E 522 From - Ahmedabad To - Pune

                                  I have attached all the necessary documents such as the cab and toll receipt and boarding pass for your reference.

                                    Damaged baggage claim

                                    Hello,

                                    On 28 Apr 2023, I flew with Indigo/Turkish (code share) airline from Zurich to Delhi.
                                    This is concerned flight 6E12. Upon arrival, my baggage came off the conveyor belt damaged (Broken from top and upper area PFA pictures) and I noticed it while putting my luggage in Taxi.

                                    According to the Montreal Treaty, I am entitled to competition. I herewith hold Indigo liable for the damage that my baggage...
