Very rude behaviour of customer service manager at mumbai airport

The Indigo customer service manager Benny Fernandes at mumbai airport wa very rude to all 8 passangers who were denied to board the flight coz we all reached about 28 minutes before departure while the rule is to reach 30 minutes departure. Benny Fernandes was least cooperative and did not help at all. He did not even try to speak to the Captain and wasted crucial 10-15 minutes in arguing with us. FARE REDUCED AFTER ONE DAY OF BOOKING.

Dear Sir ,

I have booked a ticket on INDIGO KOLKATA -LUCKNOW for 19 TH Sept on 14 th and today they have reduced the fare by 1200 rupees and not ready to refund.They say it is a promo fare and nothing can be done .Moreover ,I fail to understand that no policy to change in fare happen in hours and it would require considerable planning .I feel cheated as a customer .It makes me feel that one cannot trust .I need your kind...

Yesterday I have booked the tickets with above Indigo Airlines my reference PNR No. is M946HA, while giving the contact email id column by mistakes wrongly typed, Hence they are not sending the E tickets and changing my contact email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in, Also spoke to 5 times with their customer care every time they are telling that it can be done by chargeable basis, Also not allowing change my email id in their website, Above is very much disgusting and irritating, India's No. 1 Airlines behaves like a dictatorship attitude

    They asked for my documents like Aadhar card, marksheet, etc., and provided me a offer letter. They then asked me for Medical Report and if not possible from me they offered me a hello panel to get my medical tests done for which I paid them Rs.1750 on Bank Account

      I had booked return ticket for 4 persons for ahmedabad - Dharamshala for 12th and 19th May vide PNR GUT74V and U7NEGA on 23 Apr and paid by credit card. My onward journey for 12th was cancelled by Airline due to closure of chandigarh airport and full refund was approved. However Indigo approved my refund with deduction of Rs 14216 for the return journey. This is highly unethical as we could not have performed the return journey as the onward journey was cancelled. Why two seperate PNRs are issued for return journey booking is not understood. I demand that full return be issued for the return journey also

        Sir,
        While I was travelling from Srinagar to Delhi on 06/04/2025 in flight No 6E2217 ( PNR W6P8PA ) and got food infection after having PTSW as b/f served in the flight. Immediately after reaching home went to hospital for casuality and doctor advised 5 days antibiotics and subsequent restdue to Diarrhea.
        Laboratory report and medical prescription are attached herewith for your perusal.
        Now I raise complaint and requesting to serve healthy and hygienic food in flight to avoid such incidents in future and to provide compensation for the losses and hardships happened to me in this regard accordingly.
        Hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

          Indigo has denied refund of the cancelation charges after providing the death certificate of the family member due to which the travel was canceled. On the initial call before the cancellation, they promised a refund but later denied.

            When i registered for the job on the shine.com i received a call they asked me for the airline jobs and said me to send the 2500rs for the process further on the next day when i said to cancel my form they asked me for the cancellation fees 1050rs further again they asked me for the 1650rs for the gst and then again they were asking me for the 2650rs for the chairman sign they totally had taken my 5200rs for the process and said to return but they havent return and they both are fake person please take action on both of them and as soon as possible please try to refund my amount

              For the flight of 5th March evening from guwahati to delhi -
              I was to travel from guwahati to delhi with my family and when we reached the guwahati airport, we were told that our flight has already left. the flight we booked was for approx 2 hours later and it was preponed, we were not informed in any way except getting two calls around 4 pm that the gate closes in 10 mins. we received no sort of communication from indigo before those calls.
              we were additionally charged money for making our new trips from guwahati to delhi and 4 of my family members including me were sick yet no food was provided since the whole journey from guwahati to lucknow to delhi now was going to take more than 5 hours and we had to take our medicines. on top of that, i bought coffee + potato chips in guwahati to lucknow flight for my mother's low sugar that we paid for in cash at the moment and we were never delivered that despite me constantly reminding the attendants.
              and then our checked-in luggage was now to arrive directly in delhi and we did had my mother's medicine prescriptions in it along with her more medicines and we could not get her those which resulted in her health deteriorating drastically there. she is a kidney patient with her treatment ongoing in AIIMS, delhi for years.
              i demand quick response and resolve with compensations from Indigo for all the troubles we had to go through or i will be forced to go into consumer courts with my complaints.

                I have cancelled ticket booked in indigo airlines booking dates 14/12/24 Mumbai to washington DC flying booked 15/12/24 Bombay to Delhi, Delhi to isbul, isbul to kabul, kabul to washington DC that way I have cancelled the booking amount confirm the same till date I have not received refund amount.
                Airlines industry said refund amount only gst part I have paid rs. 47471.55 PNR number - PSUKJA, NAME OF Travel is Deepali Jitendra Shah E-Ticket No.:[protected].

                  Food not served even after booking corporate meal and drinks.
                  Other passengers who travelled serviced and served.
                  When complained 2-3 times, food was offered when plane is landing in 5 mins, impolite staff and airhostess treating passengers like beggars who are asking for food. This is not the behaviour for people who are low on sugar and not been offered food which Indigo promised while checkin.

                      Disappointed with my recent experience with Indigo Airlines.

                      On my recent travel from Shirdi to Chandigarh via Delhi (6E2273 & 6E2194 on 12.1.25), I checked in my luggage in good condition. Upon collection at Chandigarh, the handle was badly broken. To make matters worse, the ground staff not only refused to take responsibility but also rudely dismissed my concerns, stating I had handed over a damaged bag.

                      When I persisted, they justified the damage by saying that “many bags are loaded together, and belt size is limited, so such things happen.”
                      Is this the level of care and accountability expected from a leading airline? Should passengers now take pictures of their luggage at check-in to avoid being dismissed this way?

                      @IndiGo6E, I hope you will look into this and improve how such situations are handled.

                          My son K Shreyas Kumar was traveling from Hyd to Phuket on 09 Jan 25 (PNR no T4PR9D)
                          The indigo staff at the Hyd counter didn't issue boarding pass stating that Retun ticket is compulsory for issue of Boarding Pass.
                          Further they said that he can book return ticket and then boarding pass will be issued, later within 48 hrs he can cancel the return ticket and he will get full refund on cancellation ticket.
                          Therefore return ticket from Phuket to Hyd was booked for 13 Jan 25( PNR KVE6YF).
                          However I am not able get full refund for cancellation ticket.

                          You can verify the booking time of return ticket and issue of boarding pass which was issued after the indigo
                          staff had seen the return ticket.

                          Kindly resolve the matter since the return ticket was booked on the advise of indigo staff and I shall not be penalized.

                              I travelled on Indigo flight 6E 2377 on 11th Dec from Delhi(DEL) to Goa (GOX). I checked in my trolley bag (American Tourister).
                              On arrival in Goa, when I received by trolley it was broken from 2 places.
                              I reached out to Indigo official but she refused to give me a refund or replacement of my trolley which was mishandled.

                              Pls lodge my complaint against this behaviour and Indigo staff not taking responsibility for breaking the luggage.

                              I have attached all images as proof.

                              Pls help get a suitable compensation from Indigo Airlines for replacement of my luggage trolley.

                                My PNR N1WC8J... Bombay - Bangalore flight on 6th Dec 24. 01.00 AM flight.
                                my seat no was 20D. The person sitting in 20E was playing a video game without head phones. when i requested him to use head phone as the music from the game was disturbing me, he was rude and started abusing me. When i drew the attention of the crew, they also tried but to no avail. They offered me and alternate seat and resolved the issue.
                                What is the code of conduct for using mobile phones like this? Why the crew was not trying to discipline the mis having passenger.
                                Please sensitize the crew and monitor the passenger as he appeared to be a regular traveler with you. You must be having the details of the passenger.
                                Please do not make other passengers to go through such agony
