I had a flight today from kolkata to hyderabad. And we had 5 tickets and according to it we were entitled to carry a total weighment of 75kgs in total and 35kgs in hand luggage. But the person present in the counter didn't allow us to carry any baggage as our hand luggage and took all the luggages in the count of 75 kgs whereas 35kgs of the hand luggage left unused. He was continuously instigating us to pay extra charges for our 11 kgs as you are running loss of time. He was scaring us that you will be missing your flight. And in the hurry we have to pay the charges. Apart from repeated requests he didn't allow us to take any bag in our hand. He asked for 4400 inr. And according to me this is not correct as in every travel i made the airport authorities allow to club the weighment available for hand luggage. So kindly assist me with this.

    I got a mail from indigo airlines..in that mail they offered different type of job roles.. I choose one among them i. E software engineer. For recruiting a person they have clear 3 round of interview online test and telephonic interview and hr interview.. I read a whole message.. And then one lady called me.. And asked are you intrested in airline jobs. Then i say i yes.. Then she tell me that you have to send certain documents related to your acadamics and personal details. Then i send to her.. Then she mailed again, you are eligible for the job.. She said that for clearing the first round you have to pay 2100 hundred.. I send it theough google pay.. Then she will send a exam link and i clear the online exam. I got 80 percent in that exam then she csalled.. I send sa screenshot of my marks.. Its time for second round.. Telephonic interview.. This happens in first day.. Lady said that tomorrow you have telephonic interview i will call at 10 am.. She called i lifted her phone and she connects his phone to higher position of job mate then he speaks to me and verify about all the datails of mine and online round. I responded according to his questions.. Then said that for verification process you have to pay 6500 rupees. I refuesd it.. He said that its a company protocal he have follow certain rules.. I dont do any thing sir.. Then i cit the phone i again callled to him there is a long conversation betwwen both o[censored]s i am saaying again and again i am not supposed to that much amount of time.. So i am quitting from the second round on wards.. You will return my money.. Because she said that in initial stage of interview process tour money is refundable.. Thats why i am asking my 2100 my.. They did not specify any thing about 6500 rupees after clearing my round they said about that.. I refused to pay that amount.. I again called to him he offered an offer that is if you pay half of thae money then i will send remaining again i refused it. I called again and again and texted to her for 2 days.. But their phones arew switched off on 3 day on wards.. Literally i begged her to return my money.. But they are liars they will not respond any of my messages.. Please take an action on such fake people.. Please refuynd my money back.. Tesolve this problem as early as possible.. Thank you..

      This is a complaint regarding mishandling/damaged of my small trolley bag (Tag mentioned as 6e[protected] ([protected]). The complaint is mentioned as below:

      Me and my family travelled from dubai to bangalore on 27th june 2019 through indigo 6e96 flight. At bangalore airport post receiving the luggage from the baggage belt section, we have noticed that our small blue coloured trolley was marked with black permanent black marker pen all over the bag. It is understood that someone intentionally doodled all over the bag with black permanent marker. As a prove we have attached the relevant pics along with this email for your ready reference. The looks of the bag is completely damaged and we cannot able to remove the permanent black ink from the outside body of the bag.

        I travelled from ahmedabad to dubai on 9th july. My pnr was chikjg. When i complained about behaviour of one handling staff, i was rudely threatened by the duty officer that he will get my luggage offloaded and i will not be allowed to fly.
        I was going on an emergency and it was so distressing. I had to literally beg this "gentleman" to not take this extreme step.
        It was such a traumatic experience.
        I have now decided not to travel by indigo in future-ever.

          We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Our staff do accept passengers who are marginally late but it's not possible always due to operational reasons. Sadly, you had reported after closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard.
          Further, flight 6E 476 was delayed due to the late arrival of the incoming aircraft. Our operations are dependent on various factors, some are beyond our control and determine our on-time performance. Please be rest assured that we always remain committed to assist our passengers in the best possible manner.

            Adding to the disappointment of flight getting cancelled without any prior information, the unprofessional attitude of indigo airlines has really really given reasons to chose an alternative over indigo airlines. We had two pnr for a total of 4 passengers scheduled to travel from patna to lucknow on 4th of july 2019. First the airline kept on delaying the flight and suddenly the announcement was made that the flight is cancelled. Loss in business reputation in my organisation had already hit all four o[censored]s. To our utter disappointment no one present there was giving any solution possibility to us. As our travel by any means was necessary we decided to apply for refund. We got our pnr registered for refund and left the airport. After 6 days on 10th of july i gave a call to the customer care they showed ignorance as nothing has happened. After a series of inquiry the customer care executive asked me my mobile number and assured a call back very soon for update. Today after 2 days i am still awaiting the call. The flight was cancelled by you people we have not missed the flight. Where is the refund? When will it be processed? You people want money without providing any of your services. Is this a kind of a loot. Note down my pnr numbers and passenger's name and revert me on the issue at the earliest.

              I was travelling from srinagar to chandigarh and i was allowed 15+7 baggage weight. But i was having 3 kg extra baggage and my hand bag was only 2 kg so i asked them to consider my handbag in luggage and i will take the small bag in luggage as handbag which they refused.
              And charged me extra 1200
              I am student so i am regular customer of indigo.

                I was to travel with indigo airlines from thituvanathapuram to vadodara via bangalore on the 8th july 2019 by the 5.10 pm flight and a connecting flight to vadodara from bangalore at 7.30 pm — my flight was getting indefiniltey delay till last i heard was 5.45 pm — the airlines crew called me up and told me that i can can cancell my flight or wait till next day for the 10.50 am flight via bombay.
                I was extremely sick and the staff could have put me on to the previous flight which was just close to my original flight at 4.40 pm since i was the only passenger who had a connecting flight.
                This mistake of theirs costed me a whole lot of mental agony as i was down with sever viral and i also had an ailing aunt whom i had to take for dialysis on the 9th morning - which i could not due to the faulty planning of the staff.
                They did provide me with accomodation but the physical and mental harassment i went through was beyond explanation.
                Please look into this and i demand some compensation from the airlines as they get away by apologising which is unacceptable in my case

                  When i am received mail then i called him and asked for payment details he asked my details and given account details as[punjab national bank [protected] and IFSC:punb0027200] then i paid 9600 and send a slip through mail and he again mail me to send 9600 with 18% GST of 11328 and he said to send a fresh transaction of 11328 then i will return your money of 9600 with in 3 hour but i am not received any money with this he send application form and i filled it and sent back to his mail.                     Entry date 29.4.2019 total 349, 79 eur (26 612, 11 inr). Due to bad weather your airline cancel the trip and ask me to refund money back. I was agreed and request my money back asap.

                      Few days ago i conducted indigo interview and selected also. Today i got PRM appointment letter from indigo.
                      In that letter they mentioned gurgaon address as well as mail id also.

                      So just i want to know is this fake or not.

                          I vibha singh w/o gaurav pawar lost my baggage one week ago while returning from srinagar to chandigarh, indigo fligh 6e/376.
                          As per indigo team my baggage cant be tracable now. It is very pity that i have lost my baggage after checkin, where is the accountibility for airline to protect our belongings which was taken by airline.
                          Indigo team wants me to claim compensation as 350/kg — rs. 5250 for 15 kg, bug my baggaege itself holds clothing of approx 20k and plus costing of bag, and some of purchasing specially done for srinagar trip.
                          My pnr no. Is qjfdxt, baggage no. : [protected], bag type: american tourister.
                          I want claim of rs. 30 k from team, as the bag lost costing expensive branded clothes and one of my favourite belonging in that bag which cant be paid by indigo team in any means.

                              I have applied for job in indigo for ground staff hr and within seconds call came and explained clearly job role and selection procedure, thn she said i need to pay rs 2500/ for getting id card for entering 30mnts online test and telephonic interview, and also she texted acct no and ifsc code for transfering fund, i am totally confused and also she mailed me a confirmation letter... Please help

                                Sir, i boarded from chennai to delhi in 6e 2704 on 6 jul 19. My pnr was djjlvq. I deposited my red colour shoulder bag at baggage counter. After reaching delhi i found that my samsung j2 mobile was missing from my bag. Sir it is really disappointing for me. I m in difficult situation. Please help me. If it will happen in airlines also than to whom should i believe?

                                  Today me and my wife could not fly to kolkata from guwahati even after indigo issued us boarding card for the flight 6e 856... They did not announce our name and when we approached they said the flight already left... Also could not put us on the next flight... We were not even informed by sms or mobile calling... So we missed an important work at jaipur... Our request of next days flight was also denied...

                                      Hello, i'm rupam gupta, i received a call from [protected] named ram kapoor on 4 july. Another number is[protected]. He told me that my cv have been shortlisted for air ticketing jobs which i have uploaded on shine.com. He asked me to deposit 1700 as registration fee which i had transferred. They conducted a round of online and a round of telephonic interview. After that they had asked me to pay 20000 rupees as security and training amount which will be refundable after a month of joining.
                                      Same incident with another number [protected] and [protected], named rohan and the registration amount was rs. 2050.
                                      I have call records of the conversion between us and also i am attaching the bank details and transaction details which i have made. Kindly take a note in this matter and help me.

                                        Today i reached airport at 5:45 am kolkata for check-in to board on flight 6e 623 but i was told at counter at 6:12 that the counter closed. Then i reached c01 counter where officer gave option to travel by next flight with some charges of rs1500/- from kolkata to agartala 6e139
                                        Seat no 23c at 7:20 am then agartala to guwahati 6e 119 seat no 8c which was scheduled to depart at 9:50 am but departed at 11:15 am. Fact is when i reached counter just 8 minutes late you have refused me to board and i paid rs1500 then why not you have been chagres or refunded my excess rs1500 and other charges like food and lost of time opportunity as i have lost my business opportunity for such delay.

However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported after the closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard.
                                        Further, in order to save you from losing the entire ticket amount paid for the booking, our airport team offered re-accommodation on the next available flight with minimum charges, which was accepted by you. We look forward to your understanding.
