Respected Sir/ Madam,

I am a serving Defence personnel. I booked a ticket of Rs 2959/- for my mother in law, Mrs Parkasho Devi from Hyd to Delhi for 19 Jun 19 by www.easymytrip.com on 27 May 19 with PNR No BKLF4X. Her name in the id proof (voter I card) is Mrs Parkasho whereas I booked the ticket in the name of Mrs Parkasho Devi. Devi was added to fill up the last name which is mandatory to book a ticket and this does not make a big difference as Devi is usually added with Indian ladies. On 19 Jun 19 my mother in law reached the Hyd Air Port well in time with her ticket and id proof. The security guard at Airport gate checked her ticket and id proof and allowed her entrance into the airport. When she approached to Indigo counter, the staff available there did not allow her to check in and said that there is a discrepancy in name printed on her id proof (Parkasho) and ticket (Parkasho Devi) and she was not allowed to travel by indigo flight at 0525 hrs on 19 Jun 19. Moreover, they were not ready to escort her to go outside the airport or allowed her to meet with any higher officials of indigo. She requested many times but they were adamant. Further, they forced her to book a new ticket in indigo for next flight. She is an uneducated lady which belongs to rural background. She finally gave up. Indigo staff took her to booking counter and they booked the ticket of Rs 6939/- in the name of Parkash Parkash with PNR No VN7U6U for the flight at 0740 hrs on 19 Jun 19. It is pertinent to mention that Parkash is usually a male gender's name. Further, Parkash Parkash even did not match with her id proof also. In view of the above I hereby request you for the following points.

1. That Rs 6939/- must be refunded as a principal of natural justice.

2. That the staff involved in the harassment be punished to set an example for others

3. That my mother in law be compensated for the rude behaviour and harassment she has gone through.

4. How my mother in law was allowed to travel with a different name (Parkash Parkash) which is usually a male's name.

5. Who is Parkash Parkash whose ticket was given to my mother in law?

Further, I bring your kind attention that our country is making efforts for women empowerment and the behavior from your staff is unexpectable. I reiterate that I am serving personnel and get a little time for our family.

I hereby annexing copy of both the tickets and copy of ID proof.

    On 18th of June i was travelling from Delhi to guwahati via Indigo so after landing when i have collected my luggage i found that both the wheels were broken. So i want to complain against the authority for so such inconvenience and carelessness. And i want compensations for the damage as soon as possible.

    Fake job offer and money fraud
    I got a job offer letter from Indigo and asked me to pay security deposit of 9600 plus GST. First I made payment of 9600 and then thy said they want with gst amount so pay 11328 they will refund 9600 now. But I get nothing from them yet. Please help me to get my money back

      I got a call mentioning you applied for a ground staff job in airlines and we recruit for the same for that u need to register then online test n there after selection process with paid training n later on payroll with good ctc kindly provide ur photo qualification certificate n id they demand me 1st 2000rs as registration fees once done they asked me to deposit rs6500 as test fees once test done they demanded me rs 15000 as deposit charges n for medical certificate

        Today I traveled from Delhi to Indore flight no 6E 733. I had one Johny Walker whiskey sealed bottle with me. When I checked in I told this to your employee and he put fragile sticker on bag. When I received my bag from fragile counter on Indore airport, bottle was broken and whiskey was spilled all over the bag and soaked important papers and clothes. I wanted to register a complaint, Mr Ankur Verma of your airlines told me he will register my complaint. I am really very upset because after taking all due precautions on my side, I could loose rare collection of whiskey which I was carrying for my personal bar.
        I would request you give me proper compensation for the loss incurred.

        Also I need acknowledgement of this complaint

        I was traveling to India from dubai terminal 1 airport.. My bag is uploaded in flight but some reason I have not travel and when I collect my luggage return it is damage and my bag was new.. I'm expecting new bag as my bag is got damage from your employees..[protected] this is my contact number.

        They called me from indigo airline head office, and aske me to pay 2500 for regi..
        6200 for CRP form, then 30, 000 for job security. And after all, they send HR training letter. And aske me 40, 000 rupees. Always asking for money only.. Tell me an idea to refund my money back.

          I travelled from Thiruvandapuram to Kolkata from indigo flight on 3rd June. I was travelling with my wife and an infant. Inspite of repeated request and cabin space being available, the staff did not allow me to take the foldable baby carrier on board. They insisted that the same be deposited as luggage and even stopped me from boarding the flight (inspite of me getting the carrier on indigo airlines only while traveling from kolkata to cochin). I had to give to the request and allowed them to put the same in luggage. When i reached Kolkata, i found the carrier was broken by the staff. I tried reaching the ground staff but they simply told that it is not their fault as the carrier had been broken by staff at trivandrum. On reaching out to thier concerned department over email and facebook, they simply refused that no conplaint was registered inspite of me showing the broken carrier to your ground staff. Moreover the staff did not even help out in informing that we can register a complaint. In fact the ground staff told us to take up the matter legally.

          My PNR is YC9WXL. Regarding my complaint, you can also check the same with you staff at Trivandrum ( Mr. Riyaz) who stopped me from boarding and on behalf of Indigo, he promised me to deliver the carrier in safe condition.

            IndiGo charges total 36900/- from me for providing air ticketing job and when I told them that I am not interested to do this job because I am not able to pay full amount, Then they were sending me an email to refund my whole amount back. I was calling from yesterday and they are still not responding. In photos section I'm providing you receipt which they were sending me after my payment. Some of persons was talking with me and they told me that they are from corporate office of IndiGo and I also have call recordings of them. Now tell me what should I do?

              We lost our luggage bag when we landed in delhi from patna in flight 6e 792. The bag had all the essential which i needed for my stay in delhi. All my expensive sarees, cosmetics, foot wear, medicines etc were in that bag. I would like you to take action asap as i have further plans to travel. I would like your airlines to contact me as soon as possible and solve my issue or else i'll have to take some legal action agains the airlines.

                As i was travelling from srinagar Hyderabad and connecting at Mumbai on[protected] in flight no 6E 254 seat no 5E and when I received my bag on conveinener belt, I found my protective cover of bag was missing and bag was open .then I immediately I formed your supervisor and he starts his efforts to trace it, after half an hour he said that I have traced your cover and it will take some time to reach on the counter but nothing happen .then after waiting along he told us that if you are coming back to airport you will get back your bag cover on that but plz call on customer care no before you visit airport.i am continuously calling customer care number but no body is giving any response . Plz look into the matter as I am returning back to srinagar on[protected] via Bangalore so plz do the needful as soon as possible

                  This complaints is regarding INDIGO flight no. 6E-7192 from Kolhapur to Hyderbad on date 17 jun 2019.In this flight Checkin baggage were not loaded in flight and total 22 out 32 baggages not loaded for many passengers.When we have asked them regarding issue they have ignored the peoples and taking it casually.After so many verbal escalations and protest against this they lodged our complaint and replied that your baggage will come via pune Flight 6E122 which will come to hyderbad at 1AM on 18june2019.

                  So many Passengers are with children and suffering from so many problems, so many have connecting as well as their passports inside their checkin baggage .
                  So they were not able to checkin. Even after all this matter Indigo not provided any accommodation/compensation.
                  In morning again we called their customer care number at 7AM and 8 AM, they simply replied that they have no update on baggages.This is very pathetic and Indigo must have to accommodation/compensations
                  for all customer who have suffered with lots of problems.

                    I booked multicity flights for my daughter travelling to India in July and opted for flexitime fare which I used yesterday evening 16 June, 2019 at 11PM (MST) to change the flight dates and paid few dollars extra for the change. Upon receiving the itenary over email I noticed that the Delhi-Pune flight time at 2 AM night was incorrect. SO using the same PNR I went to edit that particular flight online and opted for the afternoon 2.10 PM flight and once selected the screen prompted me to the payment page and I paid the fare difference. When I received the itenary, that PNR showed only the Delhi Pune flight which I changed the travel time and the remaining multicity flights were did not show up. Hence, I called the umber in India and the agent told me that my other tickets were cancelled and they have deducted USD 43 per ticket and refunded the remaining USD90. When I asked about the cancellation that I never made, he told me that in this case 'Sir, you have lost your money here'!!! I then re-purchased the same tickets again online through a separate PNR. This is not at all acceptable to me to face cancellation charges for the tickets that I never cancelled in full senses and paid more to re-book them again within half an hour. I have been an Indigo customer when I visited India and this act has taken away that comfort I had with the airlines. I will not leave this here and if no action is taken or considered, I will have to reach out to higher authorities or legal action to provide justice and protection of customer's rights when using online portal. Before making a cancellation, a typical warning should be given to the customer and not just appear cancelled for no fault of mine.

                      Hello, i recieved a call from an indigo recruiter saying pay this amount for registration and we’ll take your telephonic round. He asked me to pay 2500 to register and I found that shady but still paid and now they’ve tried to ask me for more money. They even sent fake emails claiming to be the hr of indigo. Hope you can help me out with my money and they’ve done same to other friends of mine too. They claim to be sr. Crew and the Hr and call you for an interview to pune airport.

                        Initial Flight booking-
                        Booking Reference- LBS5SY
                        Booking ID[protected]
                        Passenger Name- 1. Vibha Venkatesh 2. Venkatesh Rengasamy
                        Flight from Chennai to Kolkata got delayed by 3 hours.
                        Original time- 11:30 hours
                        Actual timing- 13:30 hours
                        We had further flight connection from Kolkata to Dhaka- Booking reference- JCGMVI
                        Time – 16:50 hours

                        We approached ground staff for a solution. Unfortunately, we were made to take rounds from one counter to another. After heated argument finally Mr Ujjal agreed to look in this issue. Though he started his rude arguments trying to create impression as if we as a passenger is responsible for flight delay.
                        We suggested below options-
                        1. Direct connection of Luggage – Due to different PNRs it was not possible
                        2. Change Flight from 6E892 to 6E292 to save 15minutes time.
                        We were promised by Mr Ujjal that our luggage will be fast forwarded.

                        Unfortunately, Flight- 6E292 as well got delayed by 15 minutes. Our luggage was last tome come after a lot of follow up with ground staff. Our flight was missed due to tis time loss.

                        Indigo gave us no choice than to wait till next day to catch connecting flight to Dhaka which was not an option for us due to urgent meetings in office.

                        We booked our tickets with another flight carrier- Nova Air which costed us excess expenses.

                        Request you to please advise if our ticket booking amount can immediately be re-reimbursed back to our account.

It was a short flight which got delayed by 6 hours and and we finally departed at 2.15 from Goa. My earphones were on my lap and probably fell down when I got up to leave. Please find it for me and I will be so so thankful as it was gift from my brother on my birthday.

But in fact it was mentioned in my ticket very clearly. It was a bad experience for me. Please ensure that such incidents don't happen in future.

                              We have a flight at 6:20, boarding pass has bee. Issued us at 5:20. Then the security persons took around 30 minutes. Instead of telling them that we have flight at 5:55 am, noone considers us. We have reported at boarding gate at 6 am and they informed that flight has taken off.
                              How could a flight can take off before time without passengers when they have already issued boarding pass. This is absolute cheating. Now authority is showing us rules that boarding gate closes before 25 minutes but when does all these rules go when they are making unnecessary delays? We have been cheated. They could not provide us any connecting flight as well.we were wiling to pay 1500 rupees extra as well what they have asked us to pay but they have not provided us any flight. This is absolute cheating that after issuing the boarding pass they have not waited for the passengers. This is not like we reported after 6:20. We reported before 20 minutes and they said flight has already taken off. They said boarding gate closes before 25 minutes And we have reported at 5:55 which is exact 25 minutes before the flight take off time. We have seen many instances where we have seen that they allowed the boarding at the flight time as well but in our case the situation is completely against us. They have cheated us.

                              I do not think the indigo customer support is going to do anything as they would justify their fault only. But this is a complete cheating that how a flight can leave before half an hour of an departure time and that is also when all the passengers are not boarded. They knew that they have issued boarding passes to the customers so the customers are somewhere stuck in the airport only. But they have announced that flight has been departed. I assume that they have given our 2 seats to some other passengers, certainly in high rates. We were going to chennai for doctor's consultation and we coudn't go there for necessary treatment and now we are suffering.

Sadly, passengers had reported at 0605 hrs for the flight scheduled to depart at 0620 hrs. Hence, we were unable to allow onboard. Trust us, our staff tries their best to assist our passenger with the best possible resolution even if they report marginally late. But re-accommodation in the next flight depends upon seat availability. We look forward to your understanding.

                              This is a complete false statement. We were stuck at the security. They have asked my husband to scan the belt which he had, then he had to stand again in the queue and there were around 25-30 passengers ahead. I have requested the security that we have an flight to catch at 6:20 but noone has helped us. We have not found any indigo member which you were claiming like you have tried to find us. We were there only. If anyone tried to find us, then you would surely be able to find us. Also we have reported at the boarding gate at 5:55, not 6:05 as claimed by you guys and you have told us that flight has left. And you already have arranged for our checked in baggage collected separately by that time as well. Do you think we are fool? You are now showing that you people are maintaining the necessary protocols, all rubish. We are a frequent indigo flyer and we know how you people follows protocols. Dont try to fool us. We know that everything is planned. You have given our tickets to some other customers surely and we have been harrassed at the security check in as well so that we could not make it on time. You cheaters. Cheater airlines.

                              Please check our previous records with Name Priti Dhua and Subhajyoti Pal and you can find that we are a frequent flyer of your airlines. So stop making excuses about whatever you have done. We were very polite and sophisticated that we did not create any drama at the airport. You guys already have issued boarding passes to us from the airport only and by the same you very well know that we were there in the airport only somewhere stuck. If you would not issue boarding pass or not issue boarding passes from airport you could have the confusion that the passengers were not present. But the indigo guys knew that we are in the airport and if we were not present at the boarding gate then it can be understood by a child as well that we were stuck somewhere. The guys have not tried to find us at all otherwise you could have find us at the security checking centre itself. The guys are calling for some passengers those are going to Hyderabad, not us. This is a complete injustice and well planned cheating that has been done to us. If you want to maintain a good customer relationship with us and want us to board your flight again then you should have consider to refund us atleast 50% of the flight fare. We will file a case against you guys with the help of consumer forum. We have all the proof and documents with us. You guys dont know how much harm have you done to us. We have missed our doctor's appointment which we have managed to get after trying for 3 months. And only because of you guys we have missed it. You have lost our faith and we will inform the same to our friends, families, neighbours as well so that they never take any indigo flight as you guys can cheat the customers anytime.

                              A wonderful game has been played here. The customer service agent has apologized very politely and told me that refund of 1630 has been issued to you. But the thing is we have been given only 630 rupees as you guys have marked this booking as no show. This was not at all the no show case. We have been at the airport, we have been at the boarding gate just at 5:55 and you have marked us as no show. This is a complete airlines fault that you guys have departed the flight before 30 minutes though you knew that you have comfirmed checked in passengers. You should have issued a full refund because this is a total fault of the airlines. I dont want any vouchers, i want my full refund. I have been harrassed by one of your indigo customer representative in the conference call with goibibo agent. Fraud airlines, rude customer representative. I want my money back. I want the complete refund.

                              The goibibo customer agent has arranged a conference call with the indigo customer representative yesterday so that I can ask for a full refund, he has initiated the call by himself but the indigo representative and his supervisor Mr Anmol, what a terrific person he is. He has shouted on me and he was trying to proof that the airport authorities there are saints, they cant do any mistake and this is us, who has done all the wrong things. Hr has treated us very rudely and he has asked us that we can go to consumer forum or go anywhere as they have not done anything wrong. What a pathetic airlines! They have ruined our treatment, it was solely their mistake that they have informed us that the flight has already departed. But the Mr Anmol has told us that flight has departed at 6:14 not before 5:55 though we have been told there by the indigo staffs that flight has already departed. By this own statement only it has proven that how pathetic game they have played, they lied to us, they ruined our medical treatment, they harassed us and now the so called supervisor is humiliating us as we have asked for a full refund. What a behaviour they are offering with their regular customers. They are cheater, they stole our money and they sold out our seats to some other passengers and humiliate us. In all the ways we are becoming the looser. I will make sure that you guys have to pay for this insult.

                                This is with regards to PNR # LB4V4Y (Hyd - Goa). I was charged an excess baggage fees of 6KG extra even though I had an international connection with Qatar Airways - and for my laptop bag. (I had one check in within weight limit (13.7 KG) and one carry on (6.9 KG) and one laptop bag (6 KG - due to two laptops). During this visit I was travelling around many states in India through Indigo and no one else charged me an excess fee other than the lady in Hyderabad. The Supervisor was so rude that she used words like "Dont care" even though I was polite and trying to explain her the situation. I was travelling with my Client who was an American and even she was not happy with the level of language the lady in the counter was talking.

                                Other PNR's that did not charge me any excess fees for laptop bag are below: TES68P - Delhi to pune and Pune to Hyd / LGVSMJ - Goa to Blr . The staff of other locations was very polite and happy.

                                In Hyd I was told that card was not working and they insisted me to pay by cash (Receipt attached). I am very upset and not sure why only in Hyderabad they charged me for my Laptop bag Inspite of mentioning them that the weight is due to 2 laptops. I do travel a lot and never came across a situation where you check my laptop baggage weight and Hyderabad was the only location I saw this happening.

                                As a principle, even though the amount is small, I do not appreciate mis-behavior and non compliant leading to fraud. I will take this up if you do not provide me an immediate refund of Rs. 2400/-. Kindly let me know how you will transfer this fund to me.

                                Indigo agreed to their mistake on baggage and refunded me only half ? Not sure why their hyd office has different rules.. I am very unhappy with their service and their behaviour to their customer ..

                                  Indigo and eezygo travels are big frauds. They steal customers hard earned money. I canceĺled the ticket for SL5rpn. The refund was due from 31st may. Indigo blames agency while agency blamed indigo. I spoke to a customer rep on 15th june called laxmi. She was rude and unhelpful. I spoke to her manager Ram to my surprise he was rude too. I have hired a lawyer and have no option other than to file a law suit. You can speak to me any time after 5.30 pm

                                      not allowed to board the flight even after reaching on time

                                      I was travelling from Bangalore to Kolkata on June 15, 2019 via indigo flight 6e-713, 4:55 am departure.. I Reached the boarding gates On time and it was told to me that gates are closed and boarding is not allowed.. the indigo staff how conveniently told to take the next flight by paying 1500.                                       I am Adv. Anil Kumar. V. C and was a passenger in Indigo flight no. 6E 176 dated 14.6.2019, boarded from Trivandrum to Dehli. When the Aircraft reached at Mumbai Airport at about 1.45pm I asked Ms.Soniya, the Cabin Crew to get some drinking water. She showed gestures at me for waiting and there after no response from the said Cabin Crew. Thereafter at about 3.45 pm I again asked another cabin crew (name not remembering) to get some drinking water immediately since my both ears were blocked. She also not cared about request and I was really shocked and disappointed with your irresponsible attitude from your cabin crews. This incident shows that you people are hardly cared about passenger's basic need of at least providing drinking water after collecting money. This is horrible and beyond imagination. My seat no. 16C and consider this complaint very seriously.This issue was already informed to one of your cabin crews when I boarded from the flight.
                                      NB: I don't need your apology in this matter because you are not even competent for apologizing.
