I was booked on indigo flight 407 for the 1st of aug 2019
Pnr no - njdhnd
6e-407-leaving pune at 11:00 am arriving bangalore at 12:30noon
I had a connecting flight from banglore to allahabad
At 1330 arriving allahabad at 4:10 1st aug 2019
I was on time-the flight left on time-the flight arrived on time.
However your incompetent indigo staff instead of taking me directly fro my flight which had landed on time to my connecting flight that was there when i arrived. Took me though the whole process of security check causing me to miss my important flight.
I at the age of 63 had to run to gate no 31 only to be cooly informed by your lady indigo staff that i — i had missed my flight. And i would have to wait 24 hours?? Where???
When i broke down as i was in a state of total shock and despair.
And my son made a call threatening to sue indigo, for their lack of communication in getting a passenger from one indigo flight to another.
One gentleman got me a connecting flight to ahmadabad - varanasi
I arrived in varanasi not knowing a soul there. I was shaking.
I was disturbed mentally, physically and emotionally.
My relatives from allahabad arranged a car from allahabad to varanasi along with two people to pick me up as i have stranded thanks to indigo.
I had an additional expense for this part of my journey
And i arrived in allahabad at 1 am on the morning of the 2nd of aug 2019
My family across the world were terrified.
I was terrified, i had to travel by road - all dark and empty in the middle of the night. All due to the incompetence of the indigo staff.
To reach my destination - which i was supposed to reach by 4 in the evening
What are you going to do about this?
Please do not just say you are sorry for this experience and you apologize.
That is not going to be sufficient for the ordeal you put me and my family though.

    We have taken indigo airlines flight DELHI to CHENNAI on 04/08/2019 check-in for 4 baggage at Delihi airport. When we reached chennai, we found that one of our baggage (Out of 4) hadn't reached chennai and was still at Delhi. Airport official at Delhi taken an complaint on this and assured that my baggage would reach with in 10 hrs to my residential address. Next day airlines and asked to wait for a day. When i check the baggage status next day, the indigo airlines officer informed me that the baggage didn't reach CHENNAI said that they were tracing the bag. After 3 days of waiting the airlines The baggage contained all the cloths ofmine for 3 day all the shopping items I purchased .

    so logically and practically . I had sent multiple mails to all levels of airlines officers, but they didn't accepted my claim.

    Will all doors closed, The indigo airlines still haven't completed the settlement.

    It's more than 2 3 days since i lost my baggage and still indigo airlines delaying my baggage

    now and want legal justice on the all the physiologically and financially troubles i have faced due to indigo airlines.

    We have already raised PIR in Chennai airport on 04/08/19 the PIR no TK No.LGTZ5I. Indigo person acknowledgement ID is 30446 for your reference

        Three days ago i got an e-mail from an address stating that i have been shortlisted for an interview which is going to be conducted on 19th of august 2019.in the letter, i was sent, there mentioned an hr named ajay pratap which includes his phone number '[protected]' along with the postal address as indigo office which is located in richmond street banglore. I called him to confirm the authenticity, he told me to pay the caution deposit as mentioned in the letter which was rs9600+ gst to register your application. I was told that this was to confirm my appearance for the interview. As a deceived person i had to send 9600rs. After confirming the payment he called me to notify about my successful profile generation.in the call, i was told to do a fresh payment of rs 11, 328 which includes gst as the previous one wasn't paid along with gst. And at the same time, i was told that my previous transacted fund will be retrieved within a few hours. Later i got an email from mail id with an application letter and the information about receiving of payment. Since that email as i couldn't reach him through the phone. I doubted and submitted my resume directly on the indigo website in which i got a reply from different mail id. As a result, i am complaining about this fraud and please do take necessary action so that it cannot be repeated. The details of the bank that were shared with me were

          Missed flight - ordeal faced
          To whom it may concern.
          This is regarding my flight-indigo 407
          Confirmation no - njdhnd
          For the 1st of august 2019
          Pune bangalore
          Bangalore - allahabad flight 5989
          Leaving pune at 11 am arriving at bangalore at 12:30
          I was on time at pune-the flight left on time for bangalore
          It arrived on time in bangalore, 12:30
          But your indigo staff - directed me to security again instead of rushing me to my connecting flight - despite my telling them i had to rush and catch the flight.
          So much so although i ran to gate no 31 at the age of 63
          My heart was pounding
          The girl there casually tells me that my flight was on the runway.
          When i questioned her why the staff of indigo did not get me straight to the fight
          Why did they not call me
          Why didn't they wait for ten minutes knowing i had arrived by an indigo flight
          Total mismanagement - lack of coordination and sheer harassment to the customer.
          Then cooly she tells me i will have to wait 24 hours???
          Finally when i broke down crying with my hands shaking
          And my son made a call saying he would sue indigo
          One indigo staff who saw my condition finally made a ticket for me
          Bangalore to varanasi via ahmedabad.
          There to was a delay by an hour and we just about caught the connecting flight.
          Now because i had relatives in allahabad who had the means, and they arranged a car with a driver an additional person to pick me up at varanasi and take me to allahabad. Or else i would have had to pay a lot of more additional money to reach my destination.
          They drove non stop to varanasi and back again to allahabad
          I arrived at 1 a. M on the 2nd totally shaken.
          My family were all very stressed out and concerned about me.
          Indigo caused me extreemental, physical and emotional havoc, and stress not only to me but to my entire family.
          Never in my life have i faced such a terrible situation.
          I have traveled the world but never missed a flight nor a connecting flight.
          What if i was traveling for a funeral or to visit a dying relative in hospital then???
          For your lack of coordination and irresponsible directions, i would have missed the purpose of my going there.
          Indigo shows itsel[censored]p in very poor light.
          I want to ask you.. What action are you going to take about all this harassment caused to me personally and to my family,
          I could have collapsed - or got a heart attack or worse.. Then what would you do.
          Please don't send me any stupid reply and apologize, i want some proper action taken.

            On 4th august 2019 i reached hyderabad airport to catch my flight indigo flight number being 6e 683 whose departure time was 1030 am. I have got the seat 16a and my spouse and got the seats 11f and 21c. While we were standing in front of the check in counter we could see a coloured lean guy wearing tie apparently in his early fifties positioned behind the boy in the check in counter near the belt obviously overseeing the handling of the baggages meant to load in the flight. He was heard saying “ where is lashkar? “. This was a slur expected to assess somebody. The boy in the counter who was putting the stickers on our baggage leaned on our baggage to turn his face back to give an appreciating wider smile to the guy who used that slur against one of your staff members. Then that the supervisor increased his voice pitch calling the name “ sameer “. There i saw a bespectacled young boy responded to his call. This kind of contemptuous behaviour from your staff is deplorable. Sameer did not apparently hear the slur as he was busy with his work
            Kindly take measures to preempt recurrence of such misdeeds

              Today my flight from mumbai to baroda had been cancelled. Booking was done from kolkata to baroda via mumbai. After request for 2 three times indigo personals arranged for tickets to ahmedabad, but the flight was delayed and in this juncture i had already had the booking of bus worth rs.250 and hotel worth rs. 1900 excluding tax.

              Total monetary loss. Who shall compensate this

                  I recieved a interview letter for indigo airlines. They told to make thhe registration payment on 30th july. First i payment of 9, 600/- then again 11, 328/-. The amount with gst is 11, 328/- which he told that it will be refunded at the time of interview. And 9, 600/- will be couriered with the call letter and admit card. Since, three days i am waiting for the courier but i havent recieved any courier. These people are just playing with our middle class people who trust these kinds of animals.

                    My name is alna. I'm from kerala. I received an email regarding airport jobs from indigo airlines with all the description as well a contact number. I contacted a person named mr. Amit verma ([protected]). He explained me about recruitment process and asked for a security amount of rupees 9800 which will be repayed on the day of interview. I send it through google pay to an account of abhishek gupta. Then he gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents. Next day i had a telephonic interview and he told me that before one week of interview date he will send me the offer letter, gate pass and air ticket required for the interview. But then there was no response. Now he is not picking my calls. How can i get my money back?

                      I missed my flight due to changing of gate number without informing me. I was waiting more than two hours for my flight in the gate number that as printed in my boarding pass. But at the same time the flight was departed from another gate number. They given me wrongly entered boarding pass that cause me lose of my valuble money and time.
                      This was happened when i was traveling from dubai to kannur airport with a connection through hyderabad. When i reaches hyderabad, i have got the boarding pass of flight # 6e7225 from hyderabad kannur airport with gate #108. So i waited at that gate more than two hours. I was also showed and asked to a staff working at that gate about the flight didn't arrived just 10 minutes before of departure time. She said to wait there. After some times i feel something wrong and i asked another l staff about the flight and they said that is already departed form gate # 102. I complained about this problem to indigo's staffs at boarding counters they said that they can't do anything.
                      I lost my valuable money and time because of their mindlessness. They have the duty to bring a person who took boarding pass and waiting for the journey.

                        Kuwait-chennai; flight date: 30/11/2019; flight 6e1752; eta 12.30pm

                        The passenger had about 24 kgs checked in weight and she checked in atleast 1 and half hour before flight departure. Still the baggage was offloaded with no explanation. She was told in chennai that the baggage will be delivered home on the next day. She was booked on chennai coimbatore at 6.20. Am on the next day ie 31/07/2019 and was unable to carry her luggage to coimbatore.

                        The bags have not been delivered even on the next day ie today and upon calling, the customer service personnel displayed very callous and irresponsible behaviour in responding to her queries. The bags could have been atleast delivered after 24 hrs since it would have come in this morning's flight reaching chennai at 12.30pm. That too did not happen. All the food stuffs packed would have got spoiled.

                        My money has been deducted and when contacted the customer care i got a reply to complaint against bank as he claimed that transaction has been declined then when i asked for proof of transaction declined he just disconnected the call

                          Hello, my self raji from bangalore. First i applied job from online and i got the mail to pay 2000 for registration after that they sent registration code and all and 2nd day they told me pay 6800 for online test, i attended online test also after that they called for telephonic interviews,, 3rd day they sent mail to pay 16800 for offer latter (I got offer latter from mail) later finally they told me to pay 25000 for training. Please let me know weather it is fake or not. H r name is sanjay singhania

                              Is this an authorized email id by indigo. If it is then i want to file a complaint. I had applied for jobs on monster.com. At the begining of this month i received a call from a recruiting company called 'career placement'. Their contact number is [protected] and email id is ms. [protected]@outlook.com. The person who says he is the recruit head, his name is arvind. They mailed me that indigo is recruiting for ground staff for registration and online test i have to pay 1250/- after that i got a mail from the email id mentioned above 'hr. [protected]@goindigo.in'. They told me to pay 4200/- for document verification. They gave me a number of a person i could speak with who was from the indigo hr department. His name is yogesh sharma. His contact number is [protected]. After that the told me to pay 7900/- as training certification fee. After i paid that, later i get a mail from career placement saying that i have to pay a fee for bond agreement. They gave me 3 options for 1 year, 2 year, and three year. I chose 1 year because that was the only one that i could afford which was 12500/- + 18%gst which sums up to 14750/-. I paid that also. Then i got the bond and they sent me a joining letter that i have to show while my interview. But in that they did not mention any concerned person i have to speak with or any contact. So i called career placement regarding that and they told me that it will be sent to me on mail 48hours before the interview. Then i get a mail from indigo hr team, i dont know if its real, saying that for joining confirmation i have to pay 23500/- after that all my money would be refunded in 1 hour. Then i called arvind and yogesh both of them that i already have paid almost 28k till now and i cant afford it. So they told me dont worry and all and they have given my reference and all. The next day yogesh calls me and says that i have to pay 60% of 23500/- which is 14100/- and the rest amount will be paid by career placement. Then i paid it yesterday ie. 29th july, in the evening and i was waiting for the refund. I was constantly contacting yogesh for the refund. He told me that 'you submitted the money late so it would be hard but ill try give me some time' i waited, then i tried to call him he said there 80% chance ill get it the same day or maybe tomorrow but ill try. I had paid the money at 4 and till 8 i was waiting. After that i tried to call him, he did not pick up my phone. I called him 20 times atleast. So i gave up. Today ie. 30th july, i get a call from yogesh. He said he has processed the payment to career placement and they will transfer the money. So i call arvind from career placement for my refund. He said wait let me check and then later he sends me a mail that first i have to pay 18%gst for the total amount i have paid which 42200/- after that only they will send me the refund. And if i dont pay my job will also go and i wont even get the refund. Now im stuck and in big mess and i need help.
                              The address that career placement gave was 'level 1 ground floor global business park
                              Phase 3 gurgaon' and the indigo office is on the 2nd floor.

                                Dear sir
                                While boarding on flight number 6e 402, departed from pune airport at 2045 hrs for delhi on 29th july 2019, it is learnt that the boarding pass were verified only once during security check. Where as, the third portion of boarding pass should be detached and must be taken out by the ground staff to insure the boarding of bonafide passengers, having their boarding pass with them. But it was to my surprise that while boarding, the third portion neither was not taken out by the ground staff nor verified on board. It is worth mentioning here that there are so many shop keepers, restaurant staff and air staff works in between boarding and security check and there may be a chance of boarding of any illegal passenger or passengers, which may cause a threat to all passengers as well as to crew members and pilot with aircraft. It is also to note that there were at least 6 vacant seats which could have been occupied by any illegal passenger (S) due to lapse in security process.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  We booked a ticket from bengaluru to doha (Qatar) via mumbai (Pnr: lekcms & date of travel as 28th july'19) in the name of mrs. Babita jain.

                                  The passenger was allowed to board from bengaluru to mumbai without any hassles. But at the mumbai airport, she was offloaded and not allowed to board for her flight to doha (Qatar) because she had ecr passport. We made repeated requests that indians get visa on arrival in qatar since she had return ticket booking (Pnr: dju8vq) and a confirmed hotel reservation as well but it was not accepted. Instead she was sent back to bengaluru from mumbai.

                                  We claim full refund of the ticket cost paid (Rs.17, 466/-) for her outgoing journey on the basis of below arguments -

                                  1) if the law states ecr passport holders to not to avail of visa on arrival facilities, then why was she allowed to board flight from bengaluru to mumbai at the first place? (Since ticket was made for bengaluru to doha under same pnr - lekcms and indigo staff had clear and complete knowledge of the travel itinerary). It shows apparent negligence from indigo staff.

                                  2) if the indigo staff would have stopped her at the bengaluru airport itself, she would not have gone though the harassment of travelling all the way to mumbai and coming back again to bengaluru and also the mental trauma and stress.

                                  3) her return ticket (Pnr: dju8vq) was also booked with indigo and was well known to their staffs. Since she wasn't allowed to board, the return ticket amount is also wasted.

                                  More than anything else, the passenger was a female aged 50 years and was travelling internationally for the 1st time. The stress and trauma that she had gone through cannot be fully compensated only in monetary terms. The least we expect is return of the full cost of the onward journey (Rs. 17, 466) and an apology from the airline. We would have appreciated if the airline was more diligent in their duties and responsibilities.

                                      This is just to bring in your notice that i have booked the flight no 6e2716 from banglore to delhi pnr/booking ref no lmr24u depart time 20;00 i reached airport 5.20 pm and requested to preponed my flight no 6e2783 at 18.15 pm and pay rs 1500/- but earlier i used to pay rs 1000/- but they dont listen and carged rs 1500/- without any payment reciept one thing i want to know once the seats are available why the charges and moreover fair was less for 18.15 flights you are requested to issue a reciept

                                        My niece was travelling to trivendrum from mumbai on 21st july. While booking ticket, student option was not available so could not book ticket under student catagory. Being a student, she has to carry some extra luggage. Even after showing i card and telling them facts, she had to pay rs 4000/-. I request you to refund amount charged as extra luggage carried by her is for starting of new academic year.

You may carry up to 15 Kg of check-in baggage and 7 kg of hand baggage in one bag only including laptop/ladies. Hence, our staff advised you to pay for excess baggage.                                         I have written very clearly that the option to book ticket under student discounted fare was not available on your website on the day of booking. Hence we had no option to book her ticket under normal quota. At the time of checking in, my niece did show her I - card as a proof of student of a very reputed Govt. institute. This should have been considered by Indigo duty staff and supervisor. The booking could not be made under student discount only because the facility was not available on your web site. Please look into this and refund the extra baggage allowance charged to my niece.
