Dear up government, there is a frequent light cut off in my area.
Doing daily work and sleep at night is getting disturbed.
Sometimes light does not come for a whole day or two. We are dependant on light for daily activities.
I am a honest tax payer. Hope this msg can be read by appropriate authorities to bring about a needful change in my area and many others.

    This is for your kind information that i am a regular cargo customer sending vegetables/perishable goods from imphal airport to delhi airport everyday not less than 130 kg. The total kilos i am sending today was 199 kgs 11 pieces of packages. The indigo staff offloaded 6 packages of my perishable goods at imphal airport which was supposed to send in the first flight i, e 6e614 but they offloaded 6 packages and sent it in 6e6906 which flight scheduled was late. 5 packages were delivered first already. The perishable goods were all banished and nothing to sell it out. The expected cost of the goods are rs.10, 000/-. The cargo staff who are posted at imphal airport vharacter are also rough and bad, sometimes we lost some goods from the packages many atimes. This is for your kind information and for the act of consideration i am writing to you. If this mistakes continue in the coming days i will not remain still... I have already sent a complaint copy to dot too.

      I have traveled from dubai to bhopal and back to dubai.
      I have seen people suffering in your air lines due to following
      A) you do not accept uae credit card (But you tell its not working).
      B) you accept aed but many people do not carry/have.
      C) you accept indian credit card - but in usd, not known, it will be charged with in india or levy charges as uses out of india.
      D) you do not accept indian rupees.
      E) usd conversion rates are not specified.

      What is situation of passengers they have money and you are not accepting, the staff serving are offering many people from their end seeing the condition. Why cannot be seen this i am traveling so many air lines but such situation is never faced. You service staff keep asking apology, can any one look into the same and respond.

        Our family travel to kochi last friday 2nd august 219 has left us very disappointed and sad. We were in your 10.30am flight to kochi 6e-5311, pnr ej7fgq to attend a wedding. Being a morning flight we purchased the chicken sandwich for our son. We did see that the packet said best before 2nd august and it was ok to eat. But our plight started as soon as we landed kochi. Our son started developing rashes all over his face.

        We had to rush him to the doctor who diagnosed that it is because of the stale food which he may have eaten during the day. He had not eaten anything besides that in the morning. The med did not help, as the rashes were rapidly spreading across his whole body. We had to take him to hospital again and get him injected this time. He was uncomfortable and itching all over. Next day was the wedding and his rashes were only getting worse. We had to rush him again to the hospital for injections. He was on meds for the next 2 days before the rashes could subside.

        Our holidays getting wasted is only secondary to the mental trauma we had to undergo as parents and excruciating discomfort our son had to go through.

        We seek to be indemnified for the inconvenience caused to us, a visit which turned out to be a nightmare.

          Sir flight delay 6E2044 on 13.8.19 I missed next connected flight Delhi to Amritsar. After complaint to Indigo they give after long time delay certificates. But Air India did not grant it. Also not good response from your representative at shift time between 5 to 7 pm on same day. I also complain at information center. Sir due to this my travels to Amritsar affected with my family (time, money & potential for table to table complain). I think you must think not for on passenger but shown in future I travelled in lots of my life. Even if costly other flight I book another company. Also bad effect in my circle. Alternately effect in your business.

            Dear sir/madam, i had booked my airline tickets from bangalore to trivandrum, however owing to the flood in kerala i had to cancel my travel. Also, it is restricted by the government to avoid travelling as the situation is very risky.in spite of the natural calamity, the airline is charging me 3500 inr per ticket as the cancellation charge.

              I had made a booking on 3rd august, payment debited from my account.

              Payment amount inr 3783.00
              Transaction id 5738d26ecb6c[protected]
              Date/time of payment 03 aug 2019; 1841 hrs

              The booking was not done, and i got email from indigo like this :-

              "however, we are holding a pnr zg7wnc at the same price until[protected]:41 pm ist.
              You may click here to make your payment. http://I9f.in/CGntzNB31j.

              In case your account has been debited, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Please note that the refund timeframe varies across banks.

              For any assistance chat with us https://www.goindigo.in/search.html or call us at [protected]."

              I was checking the pnr number meanwhile, but always got the same statusquo that the booking is not paid.

              Then i changed my plans & decided some other route & went ahead.

              Meanwhile as instructed by these indigo people, i waited for nearly 10 days instead of 5 working days; still the refund didn't come through. Then spoke to the support number [protected]; one gentleman made me talk to nearly half an hour, and generated a new pnr, a booking for the same flight, which i don't need now. He was overall okay (Couldnt speak hindi that well; but ok) but straight away denied when i told him about the email which has been received by me. He said "kuch email wagaira nahi aya sir". [see the attached screenshot]

              This is not expected at all. How can this so called great company appoint such irresponsible officers, who instead of issuing refunds, are making you buy tickets?

              My demand is very clear :-

              I am not going to accept the newly issued ticket. I want indigo to refund my money. Simple.

              As checked, the amount which got deducted during the initial transaction was auto reversed and will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.                 Indigo flight no 894 (Guwahati to kolkata) need to be takeoff at 3:45pm ist and still i am waiting for final boarding. Got info from airlines staff that it got delayed and will be at 4:20pm. Again the time crossed and delayed time announced at 4:50pm. Now it's 5:00pm but still no status for final boarding. Even there is no go and now the airlines staffs are also not sure what will be the next tentative time for final boarding.

                I am having a important meeting at 7:00pm. Need to be reach office at 5:20pm anyhow. Now who will be taking responsibility for that? Will indigo is going to resolve my issue?? It's just a harassment to customer.

                    I had booked round trip tickets from hyderabad to cochin on 13th august 2019, and return tickets on 18th august 2019 with indigo.

                    Given the current flood situation in kerala, i need to cancel my flights as there is no way to travel anywhere, it is dangerous too because of floods, landslides.

                    Out of 13 thousand, they are only refunding 2 thousand back if i cancel.in other words, they are compelling the customers to travel, no matter what the circumstances are.

                    Please ask them to issue full refunds to customers till 13th august for cochin trips.

                      I had booked tickets of the goa - kolkata indigo flight dated 16th september, 2019 (Flight number 6e 633 and pnr ucwtpy). Due to some unavoidable reasons i had to cancel my ticket. Although i cancelled my tickets much early than my boarding date i have been charged high cancellation price on my ticket cancellation amount. This was going to be my first flight with indigo but unfortunately the experience i got is very bad about your cancellation policy.

                        I tried reaching indigo 3-4 times regarding my concerns. Each time the executive informed me to email, and on emails there has been no response.
                        I had booked a flight from dimapur to surat and had purchased indigo promise and also insurance.
                        Since more than a week i am emailing and calling them regarding how do i get the claim for both, but there is no response from indigo's end.
                        Also, i need certain documents which i need to submit to the insurance company which i need to procure from indigo.

                          I was supposed to fly with my family in indigo airlines from bagdogra airport to bengaluru airport on 17 july 2019 and the flight was scheduled at 9.05 am initially. However, the flight was cancelled and the notice of the same was intimated just 3 hours before the departure through sms, by when we had already reached the airport. As per the previous schedule we were to reach bengaluru by 12.10 pm, wherein we boarded the flight to kolkatta only at 12.20pm from bagdogra and reached bengaluru by around 4.45 pm after a layover of 40 minutes at kolkatta airport. I am highly disappointed by such behaviour from the airlines and would like a response from your end for such irresponsible action. Please understand time has a very important place in everyone's life which was least considered by your airline.

                                I travelled on indigo flights 6e-958 and 6e-433 last year with pnr numbers jhjrxk and kewehd from mumbai to bagdogra and back in may 2018.

                                You will see that both the pnrs are for a consolidated list of 10 people. I needtravel certificates that 4 passengers from my family travelled on both flights. Since it was a booking through makemytrip.com i am not able to get travel certificate for :
                                1. Only 4 passengers
                                2. My own email address andrew. [protected]@live.com (Default address of [protected]@makemytrip.com is usable.

                                The 4 passengers are:

                                  I just got a text message in which they have sent me a link to download my interview letter. They have asked me to pay 9600rs that is refundable. I think this is a fake one. They also said that they will send me flight tickets for the interview and will provide accommodation facilities. So i request you to take some action on these kind of stuff. I am also adding photos of that interview letter.

                                    The flight was scheduled to depart at 8:30pm from ranchi and land delhi at 10:30pm. However, it is 12:30 am of the next day and we are stuck at lucknow airport. Even when there wasn't any planned layover. There is sheer wasting of time by the crew instead of answering our queries.
                                    This is utter irresponsibility from indigo. The passengers include old people and kids who have slept crying of hunger. Does indigo even care for it's passengers anymore? Extremely disappointed in the service.
                                    No compensations have been promised. Even when there's a delay of approximately 3 hours, just the method has been altered. Some of the passengers have emergencies and this is simple negligence. There should be refund to compensate the loss of our time and the inconveniences caused.

                                      The air hostess was racist against me. When she reached me carrying food and when i asked her food, she told me they are going row wise even though she could have given me food. She was giving food to the people of other rows. I m sure she was racist against me as i m from bihar. Why u employ such racist air hostesses? She looked to me with a sense of hatred.

                                        I was booked on indigo flight 407 for the 1st of aug 2019
                                        Pnr no - njdhnd
                                        6e-407-leaving pune at 11:00 am arriving bangalore at 12:30noon
                                        I had a connecting flight from banglore to allahabad
                                        At 1330 arriving allahabad at 4:10 1st aug 2019
                                        I was on time-the flight left on time-the flight arrived on time.
                                        However your incompetent indigo staff instead of taking me directly fro my flight which had landed on time to my connecting flight that was there when i arrived. Took me though the whole process of security check causing me to miss my important flight.
                                        I at the age of 63 had to run to gate no 31 only to be cooly informed by your lady indigo staff that i — i had missed my flight. And i would have to wait 24 hours?? Where???
                                        When i broke down as i was in a state of total shock and despair.
                                        And my son made a call threatening to sue indigo, for their lack of communication in getting a passenger from one indigo flight to another.
                                        One gentleman got me a connecting flight to ahmadabad - varanasi
                                        I arrived in varanasi not knowing a soul there. I was shaking.
                                        I was disturbed mentally, physically and emotionally.
                                        My relatives from allahabad arranged a car from allahabad to varanasi along with two people to pick me up as i have stranded thanks to indigo.
                                        I had an additional expense for this part of my journey
                                        And i arrived in allahabad at 1 am on the morning of the 2nd of aug 2019
                                        My family across the world were terrified.
                                        I was terrified, i had to travel by road - all dark and empty in the middle of the night. All due to the incompetence of the indigo staff.
                                        To reach my destination - which i was supposed to reach by 4 in the evening
                                        What are you going to do about this?
                                        Please do not just say you are sorry for this experience and you apologize.
                                        That is not going to be sufficient for the ordeal you put me and my family though.
