Address: 99 bansidhar row house. Opp ISKCON temple Jahangirpuri Surat, Surat, Gujarat

We were travelling from Chennai to Surat today I.e. 9th June 2019 . We forgot our wallet in the pocket In front of our seat. Our seats were 7A 7B and 7C. I went to the indigo customer care and after some calls they said there is no wallet. But I am pretty sure that it is there only. It’s with a lot of pain I am saying this as I trusted this airlines and I think they need to look after this.

    A friend of mine recently received an appointment letter from indigo for the post of loader in indigo, but seeing through the internet I have a small fear if it may or may not be genuine.the offer say the location Chennai with terminal number and its for loader, kindly verify if the offer is genuine, the date of offer and the joining has a month gap which is giving more doubt

      Hi,

      I have travelled from Hyderabad to Indore via Indigo airlines on 10/03/2019. Details: Flight - 6E 416 & PNR - MJK3XA. I had Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch Whisky (12 years old Signature) which is of INR 6, 000 in the check-in luggage bag. They have marked it as Fragile at the Hyderabad airport. When i received my bag, I could get the smell of the Whisky & my bag seemed wet all over the place. So, I opened it & found that the bottle's external hard protection came off, the bottle's cap got broken and entire whisky got leaked. My clothes got wet & the Whisky is wasted. When I approached your representative over there, she was saying that if the bottle got broken or something, I can help you. It is your packing problem. Is that a joke?

      I have packed it at my home & travelled for an hour to come to airport. Nothing has happened during this process. I opened the bag in front of your representative at Hyderabad airport & checked the packing over there. How come the packing problem arrived suddenly when you took care of the bottle? I have made sure that the bottle is surrounded by clothes on all sides so that there wouldn't be any leakage or damage if something touches it, which I have shown to the representative I spoke at Indore airport. The only way this thing could happen is of your carelessness which caused some luggage to fall on my bag which lead to the opening of the hard protection, breaking of the cap & the leakage. The worst part is your representative who brought the luggage didn't even inform me that there is some problem with your bag as It is entirely wet & smelly. Is this the customer service you are gonna provide? I travel regularly by Indigo airlines because i loved the service. With all these bad aspects of your service today, how come your representative say that it was my mistake in packing. It's such a costly whisky & my bag and clothes got damaged. Who is gonna pay for that? I'm not going to let it go as I'm a student and this much of amount matters a lot to me. This is the reason why I'm writing this mail to demand the damaged amount. I hope you at least repair the damage caused by your people ASAP. I have mailing you 100s of times & called you 10s of times at that time. Mails got replies that your inbox is full & your customer care guys say that mailing is the only option. Was that a joke? Just refund my money as soon as possible.

        I Dr. Mittal have made a complaint on June 2 against Mr. Khan for his arrogant and uncivilized behavior on Airport T1 (at IndiGo Boarding pass counter) on May 30 around 8 am.
        The reply I received on June 7, from the IndiGo customer care is a predecided and planned one (which I think they are send to every complainant). It is not at all satisfactory. I think, I should file my to complaint to Consumer court or Ministry of civil aviation, please guide me.

          Please refer to my PNR number LB1CTL & LEPLWP for the flight 6E 731 from Guwahati to Bhubaneswar.

          The luggage check in time was upto 13:05 hrs and my family members were in the queue by 13:00 hrs. There were 2 persons before us. By the time I reached the counter it was 13:07 hrs and the counter executive mentioned that the check in closed. Subsequently I was directed to the counter no.27 and requested the executive to contact the supervisor who came 10 minutes later. She also engaged me in conversation and dragged the time further and suggested for rescheduling without listening to my concern.

          I would like to submit the following for your kind consideration and necessary action-

          1. I am a defence pensioner and I always stick to the timing, then why your executive created an embarrassing situation for me?

          2. I have been misguided and the rescheduling charge of Rs.22, 595/- has been burdened on me without any fault.

          3. I am a frequent flyer of Indigo but never had this kind of disgusting experience in my life.

          4. The executive could have managed the situation by prompt action but she was not available at the counter.

          5. The executives have not guided me properly in the sake of earning unethically for Indigo.

          At this backdrop, I urge you to refund my difference amount of Rs. 22595/-, else I will be compelled to take this case to the consumer court.

          Please note that I am a defence person and I do not accept any unfair treatment.
          This is the worst and the most emabarassing situation I have ever encountered.

            I got married on 16th April and me and my wife were travelling to bali for our honeymoon on April 23rd 1AM early morning flight from Bangalore.

            But due to carelessness of one of the indigo staff at Jaipur International Airport, we were unable to board the flight from Jaipur to Bangalore. She denied our boarding, as we showed up at 6.42PM with our check in bags. We informed her that we have an international flight from Bangalore to Bali, so we can't miss this flight from jaipur. She did not pay attention to that and asked us to go and check with the indigo counter for the next flight.

            i tried to do online check in around 5pm online. But indigo website did not allow me to do online web check in. As i used an international credit card to book my ticket. So we had called customer care around 6 pm to help us to do online web check in. But they were helpless and just told us to go and see the counter at the airport. So None of the indigo staff was helpful. When i had given them a advance call that i will be showing up little late to the counter.

            Kiran, The manager at indigo jaipur airport accepted that it was one of the employee fault for not allowing us to check in our bags. it was only 6.42PM and the flight was scheduled to depart at 7.25 PM.

            we waited at the jaipur airport until 12pm under assumption that they will help us reach bangalore so we can board our international flight to bali.

            we had to rebook our flight to bali from jaipur, we spent around 80K for both o[censored]s. One way ticket.

            i cannot take all this expenses on myself. Indigo needs to help me with this big issue.

                Your customer service reps are frustrated and shout on customers. They neither have the courtesy to speak nor can they speak in proper english. Mohini being one of your reps who picked up my call tells me (yelling at me) that she has a lot of customers to deal with.

                I simply asked her for a confirmatory email on my refund status.

Then mrs ishika called me and told that im selected the job but there was a 2500 processing fees and she gives me a no after 1 days mrs nisha calling me and told that u have a police verification of 6500 processing fess which is under process and it refund by via cheque .now mrs nisha called me today and told that a joining letter recive my mail by 15200 processing fees. Sir how to mange it sir .Im a poor family and working from a shoap by 5000 monthly sallaray .Im am borroed this money of my three friends what can i do sir

                    from Colombo to Delhi. 12th March 2019 starting from Colombo & 13th March 2019 reaching delhi. Total fare was INR 21594/-

                    I tried my level best to make the customer care executive understand that we should not be shared extra as there is a demice but no one listened.

                        Worst experience ever. Made to wait 6 hours with no communication whatsoever on reason for flight delay. Hyderabad to chennai, flight 6e-274. Crew change after plane # boarded. Still no communication. Each time a different story is being told. Shame on indigo. No officials available to answer questions. A very disappointing experience. Won't ever think of travelling in indigo again. Flight delayed from 6:10 to 8:20 then 8:40 then 9:15 then no pilots as their daily schedule runtime over (Scripted story) then 11 pm new pilots arrived. Again went for signing documentation and again came back at 12 am.

                        Please don't put the blame on bad weather. Its for an hour or so. What happened to your no backup pilot to run a flight and making 100's of p#engers waiting on boarded for 3 hours. What an # job.. You think all o[censored]s are #. Will tell all my friends and my community of people across not to travel in indigo once... Please take action against such irresponsible flights.

                          Hi,
                          I was travelling from Goa to Maldives. My flight was booked by my agency from Germany with credit card. At Goa airport they didn't allow me to board as I dont have credit card copy. They make me to fo payment again and they confirm money will be refunded.
                          It's more than one month I didn't get my money back.

                            I traveled today from pune to ahmedabad by 6e-352, seat no 20 f (Pnr-gdqess), when i have collected my baggage from amd airport belt number 2, my bag's zip along with the zip lock was broken and my belongings has fell down from my bag.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              My name is ashishkumar patel.

                              I had booked indigo flight from delhi to vadodara, pnr is db7npi (01.06.2019).

                              We were 5 passengers travelling in this flight. I had submitted 2 trolley bags as check in luggage. When i received it at vadodara airport, i found that top handle of one bag has been broken and broken part is not available. This is due to improper care of indigo staff.

                              I am attaching herewith the photo of the damaged bag for your reference. When i talked with indigo staff at vadodara airport regarding the issue, he informed me to talk with indigo customer care.

                              Hence, it is requested to reimburse me the price of my bag as the damage occurred due to mistake made by indigo staff.

                              Yesterday, i received reply from indigo customer care that they are unable to reimburse for this as no complain registered on airport. I already informed to one of the indigo staff and he informed me to contact customer care. He had not taken any complain. This is not my mistake.

                              So i have raised this complain on consumer forum website.

                              Provide me reimbursement at the earliest.

                              I had booked indigo flight from delhi to vadodara, pnr is db7npi (01.06.2019).

                              We were 5 passengers travelling in this flight. I had submitted 2 trolley bags as check in luggage. When i received it at vadodara airport, i found that top handle of one bag has been broken and broken part is not available. This is due to improper care of indigo staff.

                              I am attaching herewith the photo of the damaged bag for your reference. When i talked with indigo staff at vadodara airport regarding the issue, he informed me to talk with indigo customer care.

                              Hence, it is requested to reimburse me the price of my bag as the damage occurred due to mistake made by indigo staff.

                              Yesterday, i received reply from indigo customer care that they are unable to reimburse for this as no complain registered on airport. I already informed to one of the indigo staff and he informed me to contact customer care. He had not taken any complain. This is not my mistake.

                              So i have raised this complain on consumer forum website.

                              Provide me reimbursement at the earliest.

                                Received an email regarding airport jobs on my mail id.in that email all the description as well as contact person's phn no. Was given. I called on that number. There was one guy named raj malhotra who picked up the phone and explained me about recruitment process. He gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id. Next day i submitted it, after few hours i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for interview. You have to pay 25000 for the reference id and interview question-answer sheet. I deposited money in the a/c which was given to me by raj malhotra.in the evening one lady from indigo took my telephonic interview.
                                Next day i received call from verification dept of indigo, guy named amit agarwal told me to deposit 5000 (Refundable) for the security deposit. I again deposit that money in the same a/c which was given by raj malhotra.in the evening i received offer letter from indigo. Next day amit agarwal again called me and told to deposit again 7000rs (Refundable) for the current a/c opening as a security deposit... I already deposited 10, 000 rs (2000+15000+7000+5000).. Should i deposit again 10, 000 or is it fake?? Plz help me... Urgently

We do not indulge in the practices of collecting any processing/ enrollment fees from job aspirants/candidates.

                                I got a job offer letter from Indigo airlines after attending a telephonic interview. They asked to submit the reference documents along with the amount of 7500 which is non- refundable.Here i attached the photocopy of the job offer letter and please check whether it is true or not

                                  Hi i am kishor, on3rd may 2019 i received a mail with a call letter from indigo regarding the interview process to be held in december at bangalore and mumbai airports. They asked to pay an amount of 9800 as a security deposit. This was for air tickets etc
                                  After payment, they sent an application form with few details, i reverted back by filling it up. Next day i got a call telling 5 candidates has an opportunity of direct joining without interview and i am one among them. 35000 has be paid as a bond which will be refunded after 18 months. Can i please know what should be done? And how can i get my money back? And they deposit this account number

                                    My mom was travelling from trivandrum airport (2/06/19) to dubai. (Pnr vb3dvb). The persons who were sitting in the luggage weighing counter took the items (Excess weight) from her forcefully telling they want it and you cannot go outside and give it back to relatives now. Even they were asking the food items which she carried to have. The guys in the counter took 1/5 kg ghee from her. What is this service from the airline people. Pls make sure you take proper action on this complaint.

                                    This is not the experience that we want our passengers to have. We understand that your mother was carrying excess baggage and our staff assisted her in adjusting the hand baggage and check-in baggage weight. Also, as an exception, our staff waived off chargers of a few kgs. Nevertheless, we are sharing your feedback with our airport team to assist the passengers to their best of abilities.

                                      I am dr. Vinod mittal, had (Me + 3 family members) a horrible experience at delhi airport t1 on friday may 30, just missed the flight by one minute 7.01 am (6e 554). Despite of my repeated requests, no body helped me. I had to pay rs. 5012/- extra to (Ms. Narinder at ticket counter) as a penalty and was given new tickets for the next flight at 2.10 pm. While i moved to the required counter to collect the receipt, mr. Javed khan (A pilot with indigo) standing next to me started shouting at me in public in an uncivilized manner in front of mr. Gurparkash and ms. Harpreet (Both indigo employees at ticket counter), while i could still maintain my cool and told him not to shout. If this is the mental state of mr. Khan (A pilot), how can he fly a plane with a sound mind, putting all the passengers at risk. I think he needs a psychological treatment and counseling. It is highly shameful and undignified on his part. Mr. Gurprakash and ms. Harpreet later accepted and apologized for mr. Khan's bad behaviour. I also made this complaint to ms. Japneet (Indigo supervisor/manager at that time), she was non-cooperative and didn't pay any attention. This all is very sad, would definitely be detrimental, and would have a negative impact on the image of indigo airline. I thus request the indigo authorities to take a strict action against mr. Khan. He should be immediately be suspended/terminated. He should also apologize for his uncivilized behaviour.

                                      Went through a horrible experience with Indigo on 15th Sept 2021 @T3 terminal of IGI airport.
                                      Arrogance & non-cooperative behaviour of Ms. Japneet & Mr. Upendra resulted in worst airline experience of my life.

                                      The honeymoon trip for which we planned since long & invested lacs of money was totally spoiled.
                                      Initially i was not allowed to board the flight & thereafter no assistance was given for rescheduling of flight.
                                      Even they forced to opt for cancellation & same has resulted in deduction o[censored]njustified huge amount.

                                      Apart from this, the behaviour & use of words which one expect from customer oriented airline company was totally missing.
                                      Wonder how long Indigo will sustain with this business without addressing the inappropriate behaviour of their core employes.

                                      Overall, Indigo’s team co-ordination, decision making & customer relation was at it worst.

                                        I have booked this flight and came to the airport 3 hours before the flight but they have rejected me to give the boarding passes. They said that the flight is overbooked. I have my father with me who is suffering from cancer and he is having appointment of chemotherapy at ranchi at 3 pm.
                                        The airport authority also said that they are giving me 200% refund of the base fare and fuel charges that is around 30k and next flight tickets. But they didn’t give anything. I have called customer care they are saying they can’t do anything. And the staff of indigo who is customer service manager who’s name is subroto chatterji is very rude and misguiding me. Tell me what to do? And when will i get my refund? They are not providing me any written proof or anything.
