not allowed to board the flight even after reaching on time

I was travelling from Bangalore to Kolkata on June 15, 2019 via indigo flight 6e-713, 4:55 am departure.. I Reached the boarding gates On time and it was told to me that gates are closed and boarding is not allowed.. the indigo staff how conveniently told to take the next flight by paying 1500. I am Adv. Anil Kumar. V. C and was a passenger in Indigo flight no. 6E 176 dated 14.6.2019, boarded from Trivandrum to Dehli. When the Aircraft reached at Mumbai Airport at about 1.45pm I asked Ms.Soniya, the Cabin Crew to get some drinking water. She showed gestures at me for waiting and there after no response from the said Cabin Crew. Thereafter at about 3.45 pm I again asked another cabin crew (name not remembering) to get some drinking water immediately since my both ears were blocked. She also not cared about request and I was really shocked and disappointed with your irresponsible attitude from your cabin crews. This incident shows that you people are hardly cared about passenger's basic need of at least providing drinking water after collecting money. This is horrible and beyond imagination. My seat no. 16C and consider this complaint very seriously.This issue was already informed to one of your cabin crews when I boarded from the flight.
NB: I don't need your apology in this matter because you are not even competent for apologizing.

    On 06/ 06/ 2019, I have boarded flight no. 6E- 2484. The flight was scheduled to leave at 23: 30 but for the next four hours, they kept sending messages that it is delayed. The worst thing they did was to have the passengers board the flight without the pilot and sit for more than two hours inside. When one of the passenger asked about it and filmed the reply of the crew, the pilot started blackmailing him saying, unless the video is deleted he will not take off the flight. Is there a worst goon than this? One of th worst airline in the present time... better the airline pay back a compensation and refund the amount for not informing the passengers on time about the delay.

    The check in baggage which I have received after arrival at Delhi airport is damaged and now they are not accepting it already shared this with their executive on call but they said they can't take it as complain the baggage has completely damged from outside body it is like someone has thrown it from height..from all sides it has broken.

      I had booked my 12:50 p.m indigo flight for Delhi for 14th, June, 2019. I had arrived 1 he before and was in line for the check-in. It was still displaying on the screen above the counter that the check-in is in progress. Soon after the check-in was aborted. They said we were late and had to come 2hrs before. The flight could not be boarded now.
      I want to enquire that are there any such rules for not allowing a person to board if the counter line is not moving? Are we supposed to fight our way through?
      The indigo check-in criteria for domestic flights clearly states that check-in counter closes 45 mins before. People arriving even 1hr 15 mins before were denied check-in. The snapshot has been attached for the same.
      Moreover, indigo sends messages every now and then but failed to inform a customer that we are not allowed to board since we are late. We have to wait to come to the airport, then stand in line, then denied service.
      They even failed to give us anything in writing for why exactly they had denied check-in. We have to take there word for it. Sheer unprofessional way of handling situations?
      I also heard them speak about something called "Overbooking". What is Overbooking? The flight is allowing multiple customer to book flight even after the capacity is full. This is so that everything works out in their favor. The customers who arrive first get the seats, and the rest are said you came late.
      The Allahabad airport is not that big that everyone has to arrive 2 hrs before.
      Then, they provided me with a solution. They said I have to pay RS 1500 and can take the next indirect flight via Banglore or Pune. How convenient? And that check- in, out of the box could be done even 40 mins before. For the same airways? Rules change according to their convenience?
      They should consider cases where people can get late for no fault of there own. Everyone is learning these things. They should be flexible in cases where students or at least females are travelling alone. When already the frequency of flights is less why are they behaving as though the airport is crowded.

        [protected] another fraudulent behaviour from this number claiming himself as RK Malhotra HR head from Indigo Airlines

        [protected] another number but i am sure all these people or numbers belong to the same fraud group who is claiming to be a part of the indigo HR department with offer letter alongwith Indigo logo has been reaching out to innocent people and carrying forward fraudulent activities.

        Indigo - Kindly blacklist the above numbers and advise if you can help in anyway to stop such happenings in the future.

I sent them all of the above documents through mail after 1-2 days I got a mail mentioned that your profile has been selected and asked me to give aptitude test for which they asked me to pay after that there was telephonic round. In which also I got selected they just kept on taking money on every step. They sent me an appointment letter of 10 August saying we’ll send you hard copy of appointment letter on your address and now I find something is wrong in this I really need help.

            My bag is missing. I traveled on 9th Jun 2019 from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
            My bag had mostly branded clothes, pair of shoes and Miniso Bags. And there was a pair of small gold ear ring too worth ~5k(which I missed out on the say when I files PIR as I tired like hell).
            It has disturbed me a lot, 5 days and my bag having all the day to day things is missing.

              Hi I am Athira, on 11th June 2019 i received a mail with a call letter from indigo regarding the interview process to be held in 22nd June at Bangalore. They asked to pay an amount of Rs. 8900 plus GST as a security deposit. This was for air tickets, pickup, drop etc. I first made a payment of Rs.8900/- and later on they informed me that I should make the make payment including taxes Rs.10, 502/- and they will refund the Rs.8900/-
              After payment, they sent an application form with few details, I reverted back by filling it up. Next day i got a call telling 5 candidates has an opportunity of direct joining without interview and i am one among them. Rs. 50, 000 has be paid as a bond which will be refunded after 18 months. I didnt gone for that offer, so they said they will refund Rs.8900/- now and balance Rs.10, 502/- on the date of attending the interview.
              But they haven't made the refund yet. Please help me how can I recover my money back?

              I am recieving this message third time. It says that I am shortlisted for HR position and opens a call letter regarding the same. This is all fake. Try to call and ask them for detailed info. They will try to confuse you and will convince you to transfer money. It's totally a fraud.

                    Today I had checked in with your airlines and your airline person at the ticket counter was too much rude... I had a cartonq as an hand carry because i had an injury in my pelvic area i cannot lift it as an hand carry. I also said her if it would have been a trolley i would have taken it n dubai airport isnt a small airport where i can lift the lugguage and roam around. The way she spoke to me way was really rude and when i said her im gonna complaint about your behaviour she said my name is shiny go n complaint to whomever you want to. When you hire please check that they havent got any sort of attitude. I have the worst experience with indigo. There was Mr. ALI who spoke to me very politely and tried to pacify things but Ms. Shiny has got an extraordinary attitude towards the passengers she also fussed with a senior citizen argue about his lugguage. There isnt any sort of consideration from indigo.
                    I hope ill get a detailed reply on how your airline would fix people with attitude with customers.

                      I flew by Indigo flight number 6E 453 from Coimbatore to Mumbai on 11 th June, 2019. My seat number was 1 F.

                      There was a passenger seated on 2 E behind me who was talking on phone even after the announcements and the crew saw it but kept quiet. He continued talking on phone even while the plane was taxiing. When it continued almost till near the take off point I called the Flight supervisor by name Isha and told her to check this. On hearing this passenger kept quiet.

                      Instead of checking the passenger Isha made a cursory look at the passenger and told me rudely that he is only watching a movie and not talking.

                      I fail to understand how he can even watch a movie when all electronic devices should not be used ( even on airplane mode ) during take off and touch down.After this the behaviour of the supervisor was visibly agitated and at the end of the flight too she was quite rude in the manner which she was ushering the passengers out. Incidentally she ushered out the passengers without announcing details of baggage bay.

                      I am a Police Officer and Commissioner of Police of Pimpri-Chinchwad Pune.
                      I have also served as Director Security of Air India once. I am pretty familiar with Aviation security and safety.I was also Dy CVO of Air India and am familiar with these issues.

                      This supervisor Isha has a serious attitude problem and needs strong corrective action. May be a downgrade .

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have traveled from Chennai - Hyderabad - Raipur by Indigo flight 6E 624 on 6th June. My seat number was 28 D and I have left my Ear phone (Bluetooth Make BEAT) in the seat bag of 27 D. I have sent a complaint to customer.relations on 6th june aon reaching Raipur.

                          Meanwhile, when I contacted [protected] on 9th June, one Mr.Chaitanya made efforts and located the Earphone. At my request, they have agreed to send the Earphone to hometown Coimbatore on 10th morning flight and I was asked to collect the Earphone from Coimbatore Airport. When I visited and enquired at the coimbatore Airport on 10th June, it was not sent. I again contacted Hyderabad office on 11th June and after taking all the details, they agreed to send the Earphone on 12th June 2019. They have asked me to show the Boarding Pass to collect the Earphone. Till now, whenever I contact the Hyderabad indigo office, they patiently listen and inform me the Earphone is available. But the item has not been sent to Coimbatore Airport. The customer relations response is not satisfied.

                            On 29th May 2019, I supposed to catch a flight 6E 455 (PNR No: ODNEQF) from Delhi To Kolkata, somehow I missed that and decided to book next available flight i.e. 6E 921.
                            I purchased a ticket from ROW-H, counter No 3 at T1 Terminal Delhi with amounting Rs. 7, 902.00 and counter has issued a boarding PASS directly without given me a payment receipt or Invoice.
                            So I am requesting kindly arrange to send the invoice or payment...

                            Booked two tickets on 10th June 2019 for an international journey through ICICI net banking. Transaction was successful and amount INR 22798 got deducted but ticket was not booked successfully. On inquiry, indigo said there is no such booking done.
                            Indigo is saying that your bank will revert the amount and they are denying about the receipt of said amount.

                            I booked another ticket for the same passenger through same channel and this time it got successful and again amount got deducted and ticket is generated.

                            When and How will I get the refund for my first transaction.
                            Awaiting response and resolution for the same.

                            Payment was done against PNR/Booking Ref.: MBQYRL
                            Booking was kept on hold till 15: 32 and payment was successful on 15: 34 ( can be seen in the screenshot).
                            Indigo says booking was cancelled and so ticket was not generated. If this is the case, why has the amount deducted and why the amount is still not refunded ?
                            Please let me know if anymore information is required.
                            Flight booking is done from Dammam to Mumbai for journey dated 06th July 2019

                            This is to notify that my issue has not been resolved till date and refund is not yet done.
                            after having a discussion with the concern from ICICI bank, they are asking me to provide a confirmation mail from the merchant, which is dated beyond 7 days from the date of transaction with the details mentioned below

                            Transaction Date

                            Payment ID

                            Consumer Code : WWW.GOINDIGO.IN[protected]

                            Bill Reference Information : [protected]

                            The merchant communication should confirm the non receipt of funds at their end.

                            This will help them raise a dispute against the transaction.

                            Hoping your positive involvement to resolve the issue and get the refund soon.

                              I travelled from Sharjah to Hyderabad on 30-May-2019. I didn't find one of my baggage and Hyderabad Indigo staff told my baggage is not loaded in Sharjah airport. They gave one report (PIR) and told they will deliver in 1 day.
                              This is 12 days since I lost my baggage, I didn't receive yet.
                              I raised several customer complaints through Indigo website, called and raised complaint several times to Indigo customer care, no use.

                                I was travelling in Indigo flight 6E 7188 on 11th June from Tuticotin to Chennai. I lost my gold ring during the journey & am sure i lost it while i was preparing my luggage to get down from the aircraft from seat 7A.
                                I did complaint the ground staff on the issue & there was no positive response from the concern staff. I feel good if Indigo services can find my ring & get back to me.
