Dear Sir,

I have traveled from Chennai - Hyderabad - Raipur by Indigo flight 6E 624 on 6th June. My seat number was 28 D and I have left my Ear phone (Bluetooth Make BEAT) in the seat bag of 27 D. I have sent a complaint to customer.relations on 6th june aon reaching Raipur.

Meanwhile, when I contacted [protected] on 9th June, one Mr.Chaitanya made efforts and located the Earphone. At my request, they have agreed to send the Earphone to hometown Coimbatore on 10th morning flight and I was asked to collect the Earphone from Coimbatore Airport. When I visited and enquired at the coimbatore Airport on 10th June, it was not sent. I again contacted Hyderabad office on 11th June and after taking all the details, they agreed to send the Earphone on 12th June 2019. They have asked me to show the Boarding Pass to collect the Earphone. Till now, whenever I contact the Hyderabad indigo office, they patiently listen and inform me the Earphone is available. But the item has not been sent to Coimbatore Airport. The customer relations response is not satisfied.

    On 29th May 2019, I supposed to catch a flight 6E 455 (PNR No: ODNEQF) from Delhi To Kolkata, somehow I missed that and decided to book next available flight i.e. 6E 921.
    I purchased a ticket from ROW-H, counter No 3 at T1 Terminal Delhi with amounting Rs. 7, 902.00 and counter has issued a boarding PASS directly without given me a payment receipt or Invoice.
    So I am requesting kindly arrange to send the invoice or payment...

    Booked two tickets on 10th June 2019 for an international journey through ICICI net banking. Transaction was successful and amount INR 22798 got deducted but ticket was not booked successfully. On inquiry, indigo said there is no such booking done.
    Indigo is saying that your bank will revert the amount and they are denying about the receipt of said amount.

    I booked another ticket for the same passenger through same channel and this time it got successful and again amount got deducted and ticket is generated.

    When and How will I get the refund for my first transaction.
    Awaiting response and resolution for the same.

    Payment was done against PNR/Booking Ref.: MBQYRL
    Booking was kept on hold till 15: 32 and payment was successful on 15: 34 ( can be seen in the screenshot).
    Indigo says booking was cancelled and so ticket was not generated. If this is the case, why has the amount deducted and why the amount is still not refunded ?
    Please let me know if anymore information is required.
    Flight booking is done from Dammam to Mumbai for journey dated 06th July 2019

    This is to notify that my issue has not been resolved till date and refund is not yet done.
    after having a discussion with the concern from ICICI bank, they are asking me to provide a confirmation mail from the merchant, which is dated beyond 7 days from the date of transaction with the details mentioned below

    The merchant communication should confirm the non receipt of funds at their end.

    This will help them raise a dispute against the transaction.

      I travelled from Sharjah to Hyderabad on 30-May-2019. I didn't find one of my baggage and Hyderabad Indigo staff told my baggage is not loaded in Sharjah airport. They gave one report (PIR) and told they will deliver in 1 day.
      This is 12 days since I lost my baggage, I didn't receive yet.
      I raised several customer complaints through Indigo website, called and raised complaint several times to Indigo customer care, no use.

        I was travelling in Indigo flight 6E 7188 on 11th June from Tuticotin to Chennai. I lost my gold ring during the journey & am sure i lost it while i was preparing my luggage to get down from the aircraft from seat 7A.
        I did complaint the ground staff on the issue & there was no positive response from the concern staff. I feel good if Indigo services can find my ring & get back to me.

          My friend missed his flight from bangalore to frankfurt at 3.05 6th June 2019 am due to delayed indigo flight 6E 877 scheduled to depart at 21.55 on 5th June 2019 instead departed at 5.00 am the next morning that is 6th June 2019 as a result of which my friend had to book another flight and had to pay 1000$ again. I want full refund of $1000 from bloody airlines Indigo. They did not help at all nor did they provide any accommodation or any other assistance.

            It was a shameful and awful experience travelling by Indigo with 4 senior citizens of whom 3 needed wheel chairs, Ms. Saswati Das, Age 78 years (PNR No. CMGH4R), Ms. Anandi More, Age 69 Years (PNR No. GFJV5J), and Ms Sandhya Shah, Age 68 Years (PNR No. GBKM8V) on 9th June’19. We were travelling from Goa to Mumbai by 6E 6097. All the 3 wheel chairs were pre-booked so that the senior citizens are not at discomfort while travelling.

            To our utter dismay, after landing at Mumbai airport, there was no attendant or wheel chair for service. It was the steep stairs which all three senior citizens had to climb down. In the hot sun, we were continuously asking the ground staff and the pilot for help, but no one had any answer. The lady pilot, however, got down from the other side of the flight, and avoided the scene completely and managed to sit in the car which was waiting for them. We were clueless and were constantly asking the ground staff to bring the wheel chairs. After 20 mins of struggle the wheel chairs came. This has caused immense mental turmoil, agony and physical pain to all the three passengers.

            Indigo, r u not responsible for all these irresponsible behaviour?? Flight landed before time / some other spot is not the passengers’ look out. It is sheer negligence of the Indigo employees for which we demand compensation and apology.

            Please treat this seriously and take necessary step immediately, else we will go to consumer court and spread the word through social media.

                One of my friend got a call, who says that there is opening for AIR TICKETING for kanpur location and asked to deposit money of 2500/- as a registration fee. Then they took a test and said you got qualified but for attending training you have to deposit another 8750 rs. They have shared some document as a offer letter.
                He (my friend) got mails from [protected]@gmail.com.

                Please suggest, is it released from indigo itself or is it fraud.

                    Our PNR no AD7ENS for Lucknow to Bagdogra.(connecting flight) We did web check-in and allotted seat 14B to 14E from Lko airport when we took bording pass, Miss Joyti informed that all seats were separate which was very disheartening. I requested her but still she did'nt help us to get seats together. All 4 o[censored]s were seated seperately in the whole journey, our's was the worst experience with Indigo this time.

                      We were travelling from Chennai to Surat today I.e. 9th June 2019 . We forgot our wallet in the pocket In front of our seat. Our seats were 7A 7B and 7C. I went to the indigo customer care and after some calls they said there is no wallet. But I am pretty sure that it is there only. It’s with a lot of pain I am saying this as I trusted this airlines and I think they need to look after this.

                        A friend of mine recently received an appointment letter from indigo for the post of loader in indigo, but seeing through the internet I have a small fear if it may or may not be genuine.the offer say the location Chennai with terminal number and its for loader, kindly verify if the offer is genuine, the date of offer and the joining has a month gap which is giving more doubt

                          Hi,

                          I have travelled from Hyderabad to Indore via Indigo airlines on 10/03/2019. Details: Flight - 6E 416 & PNR - MJK3XA. I had Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch Whisky (12 years old Signature) which is of INR 6, 000 in the check-in luggage bag. They have marked it as Fragile at the Hyderabad airport. When i received my bag, I could get the smell of the Whisky & my bag seemed wet all over the place. So, I opened it & found that the bottle's external hard protection came off, the bottle's cap got broken and entire whisky got leaked. My clothes got wet & the Whisky is wasted. When I approached your representative over there, she was saying that if the bottle got broken or something, I can help you. It is your packing problem. Is that a joke?

                          I have packed it at my home & travelled for an hour to come to airport. Nothing has happened during this process. I opened the bag in front of your representative at Hyderabad airport & checked the packing over there. How come the packing problem arrived suddenly when you took care of the bottle? I have made sure that the bottle is surrounded by clothes on all sides so that there wouldn't be any leakage or damage if something touches it, which I have shown to the representative I spoke at Indore airport. The only way this thing could happen is of your carelessness which caused some luggage to fall on my bag which lead to the opening of the hard protection, breaking of the cap & the leakage. The worst part is your representative who brought the luggage didn't even inform me that there is some problem with your bag as It is entirely wet & smelly. Is this the customer service you are gonna provide? I travel regularly by Indigo airlines because i loved the service. With all these bad aspects of your service today, how come your representative say that it was my mistake in packing. It's such a costly whisky & my bag and clothes got damaged. Who is gonna pay for that? I'm not going to let it go as I'm a student and this much of amount matters a lot to me. This is the reason why I'm writing this mail to demand the damaged amount. I hope you at least repair the damage caused by your people ASAP. I have mailing you 100s of times & called you 10s of times at that time. Mails got replies that your inbox is full & your customer care guys say that mailing is the only option. Was that a joke? Just refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I Dr. Mittal have made a complaint on June 2 against Mr. Khan for his arrogant and uncivilized behavior on Airport T1 (at IndiGo Boarding pass counter) on May 30 around 8 am.
                            The reply I received on June 7, from the IndiGo customer care is a predecided and planned one (which I think they are send to every complainant). It is not at all satisfactory. I think, I should file my to complaint to Consumer court or Ministry of civil aviation, please guide me.

                              Please refer to my PNR number LB1CTL & LEPLWP for the flight 6E 731 from Guwahati to Bhubaneswar.

                              The luggage check in time was upto 13:05 hrs and my family members were in the queue by 13:00 hrs. There were 2 persons before us. By the time I reached the counter it was 13:07 hrs and the counter executive mentioned that the check in closed. Subsequently I was directed to the counter no.27 and requested the executive to contact the supervisor who came 10 minutes later. She also engaged me in conversation and dragged the time further and suggested for rescheduling without listening to my concern.

                              I would like to submit the following for your kind consideration and necessary action-

                              1. I am a defence pensioner and I always stick to the timing, then why your executive created an embarrassing situation for me?

                              2. I have been misguided and the rescheduling charge of Rs.22, 595/- has been burdened on me without any fault.

                              3. I am a frequent flyer of Indigo but never had this kind of disgusting experience in my life.

                              4. The executive could have managed the situation by prompt action but she was not available at the counter.

                              5. The executives have not guided me properly in the sake of earning unethically for Indigo.

                              At this backdrop, I urge you to refund my difference amount of Rs. 22595/-, else I will be compelled to take this case to the consumer court.

                              Please note that I am a defence person and I do not accept any unfair treatment.
                              This is the worst and the most emabarassing situation I have ever encountered.

                                I got married on 16th April and me and my wife were travelling to bali for our honeymoon on April 23rd 1AM early morning flight from Bangalore.

                                But due to carelessness of one of the indigo staff at Jaipur International Airport, we were unable to board the flight from Jaipur to Bangalore. She denied our boarding, as we showed up at 6.42PM with our check in bags. We informed her that we have an international flight from Bangalore to Bali, so we can't miss this flight from jaipur. She did not pay attention to that and asked us to go and check with the indigo counter for the next flight.

                                i tried to do online check in around 5pm online. But indigo website did not allow me to do online web check in. As i used an international credit card to book my ticket. So we had called customer care around 6 pm to help us to do online web check in. But they were helpless and just told us to go and see the counter at the airport. So None of the indigo staff was helpful. When i had given them a advance call that i will be showing up little late to the counter.

                                Kiran, The manager at indigo jaipur airport accepted that it was one of the employee fault for not allowing us to check in our bags. it was only 6.42PM and the flight was scheduled to depart at 7.25 PM.

                                we waited at the jaipur airport until 12pm under assumption that they will help us reach bangalore so we can board our international flight to bali.

                                we had to rebook our flight to bali from jaipur, we spent around 80K for both o[censored]s. One way ticket.

                                i cannot take all this expenses on myself. Indigo needs to help me with this big issue.

However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure.                                   I have applied for the job in shine. Com they asked to pay 2000 as registration fee after that they kept online test it was done after that they asked to pay 6, 500 after that they have done an telephonic interview after that they are asked to pay 15, 500 they said all this amount is refundable

                                    Your customer service reps are frustrated and shout on customers. They neither have the courtesy to speak nor can they speak in proper english. Mohini being one of your reps who picked up my call tells me (yelling at me) that she has a lot of customers to deal with.

                                    I simply asked her for a confirmatory email on my refund status.

                                    Thank you so much for such an insult.
