I got a mail stating that my profile got selected for cabin crew and interview date will be on 2nd of August and I need to pay 9600 as a security deposit in Punjab national bank and will be refunded when we attend the interview I request you all to please don't play with anyone's emotions we never no who are in very much need a job.please do not make public fool everyone one are not rich in this country more than 50 percent people are middle class and they survive a lot for their basic need and you guys are making them fool by offering like this kind of jobs by taking money

    Hi i recently booked a flight for my father from pune to Raipur via bolore. Already did we check in before a day, he reached the airport on time, did security check-in, got boarding pass and informed him to proceed to gate number 3, now before the time, 20 minutes are remaining for flight to take, they informed my father that flight is already take off, door is closed .. he can't get into flight n no way he will be onboarding the flight, not was he only rude but also HE DIDN'T MADE ANY LAst time announcement also didn't call him, he requested him so many times like still time is remaining but he didn't listen at all . Later he sent a guy to my father saying we will put you on another flight FOR RS 6500 . Is this whats expected from such a big airline . If the flight was taken off prior time the airlines should take the responsibility instead of charging the customer by such illegal ways. If needed I can attach all the proof.. request to have a look in this case and help me out.

    We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Please know that late reporting was the only reason our staff could not accept the passenger onboard. Further, our staff offered the next available flight, our endeavour has always been to assist the passengers in the best possible way. Even if the passenger is late, we try and accommodate them on the same flight if time permits. Also, request you to share the PNR private message so we may take a closer look.

      Friends dont travel with indigo one of the worst service providers and
      their employees are not even respect u as a human mainly in the baggage counter. Last Wednesday 17th July 2019 I travelled from Bangkok to Chennai in flight no 6E 92.

      my worst flight journey in life

      when im boarding suddenly one lady stopped me and checked my bag and they found some biscuits and chocolates in that and she told the bag is overweight and asked them to check properly she immediately asked one guy to check and he checked with hands no wight machines used, by taking my bag and they checked by lifting in hands itself and they told its over wight from his hand itself. and asked me to drop all those chocolates and biscuits and some more products from my bag. and they threatened me that without taking that out i will not allowed to board the flight and i told them that chocolates and biscuits are for my baby and pleased them many times and even i begged them that my baby selected all those chocolates in video call so pls leave that alone.but they stood firm and not allowed and he told y should i care for u leave them or u leave the flight literally i cried but they dint care and asked me to take all things out from bag. if the bag is over wight they have to check when the boarding pass is given and also we two people travelled we have 20 kgs each in baggage but we put the baggage of 18.5 and 19.5 respectively if my bag is over wight she can tell in the time of baggae but she told ok and the same lady checked me in the time of borading and i know u have more wight in the hand baggage.they literlly black mailed me either i have to leave the propoducts or leave the flight. this is the worst ever flight journey of my life. So guys pls try to avoid travelling in indigo airlines

        Hi I am Jagriti Deb. On 15th July 2019 i received a mail with a call letter from indigo regarding the interview process to be held in 27th July at Pune. They asked to pay an amount of Rs. 8900 plus GST as a security deposit as most of the people don't turn up for the interview after it has been scheduled. I first made a payment of Rs.8900/- and later on they informed me that I should make the make payment including taxes Rs.10, 502/- and they will refund the Rs.8900/-
        After payment, they sent an application form with few details, I reverted back by filling it up. Next day i got a call stating that I have an opportunity of direct joining without interview, and Rs. 50, 000 has to be paid as a bond which will be refunded after 12 months. I did not go through with the offer, so they said they will refund Rs.8900/- now and balance Rs.10, 502/- on the date of attending the interview on 27th July. Rs. 19402 is not a small amount and a very hard earned money. 2 hours back I had a word with him sharing my bank details to transfer the money back. But now it's switced off. They haven't made the refund yet. Please help me how can I recover my money back? I am totally lost with no money in my account. His name is Vinay Dhir (Ph:[protected])

          We were present at 7:30 pm infront of boarding gate. Our flight boarding gate was changed from 8B to 12B. No announcement was made for changing of boarding game. At 7:45 pm when we stood in line they said flight is ready to take off and there is no chance to put you in flight.

          Not only us many of passengers missed flight due to this reason. When we went to ticket counter the staff was not present, then they told system is not working, the staff was using phone while serving, getting back luggage was taking much time. How can someone be such irresponsible. I am very disappointed.

          I went through a lot of loss. Take a strict action against this.

              Hi i recently booked a flight for my sister from Lko to Delhi, and we reached the airport on time, while my sister was waiting patiently in the queue when her chance came the indigo personnel said that the boarding pass will not be given since she was late and now only 44 minutes are remaining for flight to take off and in no way she will be onboarding the flight, not was he only rude but also HE DIDN'T MADE ANY LAST ANNOUNCEMENT FOR onboarding ticket, we requested him so many times like still 45 mins are there for the plane to take off, you should take her in but he didn't listen at all . When i tried to talk to him he just hung up on me, such unprofessional behaviour from INDIGO. Later he sent a guy to my sister saying we will put you on another flight FOR RS 1500 . Is this whats expected from such a big airline . If the flight was overbooked the airlines should take the responsibility instead of charging the customer by such illegal ways. I am attaching the proof that we arrived at the airport around 20 mins before the 45 min deadline as claimed by indigo(screenshot of cab taken) I request to have a look in this case and help me out.                 I was in a call with the staff phanpin emp id[protected], location - gurgaon from your fight reschedule team on 16 july 2019, tuesday and 8:40pm. The personal is complete nonsense and put my call on hold and didn't answer to my voice. Almost 20 times i shouted hello hello and hello and no response from him. He put me in mute for almost 15 minutes. I have been a loyal customer to indigo and all of the time i booked my flight with indigo. I just first time all to indigo to reschedule my return date from 2 sep 2019 to 9sep 2019 and that's prior to almost 60days before but the representative asking me to pay 2600 inr for rescheduling. It was first time a date confusion and 60 days before i am calling but the rep phanpin is very very pathetic in his approach behaviour. He is a big big nonsense and you can listen our call recording. Without permission he put my call for long time and transfer to call to supervisor names mohammad saad. Both the employees are liable and nonsense to company and customer. This is my last time i will travel with indigo. I think vistara and air india are far better and loyal towards their customer. Indigo is just into business and looting the customer. The employees are pathetic and uneducated. I can see indigo is going to face the same consequences in future that jetairways faced. You don't know how to value and understand your customer problem. Money is not everything sometime valuing customer long term relationship is important. Pathetic employees pathetic. Rescheduling my ticket date only to 9 sep before 60 days and how can you charge me 2600 inr while the original ticket fare is almost 3000inr. Don’t blindly impose the rule with your customer without any logic. Don’t loot your customer thinking one time business. Indigo don’t think your customer are fool. Educate your employee who don’t know the etiquettes in call and any knowledge about the service you provide. At least learn how to value a long term customer beyond looting money. How this is logical if customer is calling to forward the date before 60 days. Sep 2 is very far and not the airline will go without flyer. This is just looting money of indigo from customer. My pnr number is jj5bmd and flight number is 6e-2489.

                  22nd june was travelling back to hyderabad from coimbatore with pnr no: wdm82f. My bag has damage during unloading. I had informed to indigo team/help desk at hyderabad airport. Accordingly i have filled one claim form which was given by indigo and submitted required documents. File attached. But no any response till date. 2nd time again bag handle was damage on 6th of july indigo help desk has confirmed i will get rs1000 food coupons (Indigo help desk has taken photos, mob no:[protected]) against this damage. After my continuous follow-up there is no any reply from indigo representative (Phone no already mentioned). I think you people don't have any responsibility towards customers.                     Impact & loss:

                    We were a group of 13 people who had planned for a manali to leh trip. We had all bookings done through thrillophillia. Our volvo bus was schedule to pick us up from delhi (Majnu ka teela) at 6:30pm based on our original arrival time of 3:50pm in delhi. Due to the flight delay, we all missed this bus and we had to re-book the volvo bus from delhi to manali and we also had to arrange a cab to goto karnal bypass and catch this bus at 10:30pm.
                    Out of the 13 people, 11 people had this flight delay and they were booked on the pnr's mentioned above. Even though 2 had reached earlier, as we were a group and the group leader was in the delayed flight, even they were unable to proceed to catch the bus.

                    Due to this delay we have incurred a loss of rupees. 25, 000 for re-booking the volvo bus from delhi to manali and also for taking cab services from airport to karnal bypass for this alternate arrangement made by thrillophilia.

                    Desirable resolution:
                    Request for a refund of rupees 25, 000/- that has been a loss for us due to this flight delay.

                      I am sharely i got message from indigo airline, and i got a contact person mobile num [protected].I called him he asked to pay 2900 rs then i received joining letter After that he asked money day by day totally i paid 1, 65, 550/- after that he said you will get courier on 15th july 2019 and my joining date is 16 july 2019.still now i did't get any courier Or mail. Today i called him he said that you date will be postponed...

                      Got a verified message and email from indigo careers about being shortlisted as a candidate. They had mentioned an amount of rs 9800 to be deposited and will be refunded on the day of the interview.
                      On confirming the payment, they told me (Mukul shinde) that they would send the call letter and the flight tickets in a weeks time and when i asked him to refund the money back he told me he will not be able to refund it until the date of the interview i. E. 29th july 2019. What should i do now? Please help!

                        I had a flight today from kolkata to hyderabad. And we had 5 tickets and according to it we were entitled to carry a total weighment of 75kgs in total and 35kgs in hand luggage. But the person present in the counter didn't allow us to carry any baggage as our hand luggage and took all the luggages in the count of 75 kgs whereas 35kgs of the hand luggage left unused. He was continuously instigating us to pay extra charges for our 11 kgs as you are running loss of time. He was scaring us that you will be missing your flight. And in the hurry we have to pay the charges. Apart from repeated requests he didn't allow us to take any bag in our hand. He asked for 4400 inr. And according to me this is not correct as in every travel i made the airport authorities allow to club the weighment available for hand luggage. So kindly assist me with this.

For recruiting a person they have clear 3 round of interview online test and telephonic interview and hr interview.. I read a whole message.. And then one lady called me.. And asked are you intrested in airline jobs. Then i say i yes.. Then she tell me that you have to send certain documents related to your acadamics and personal details. Then i send to her.. Then she will send a exam link and i clear the online exam. I got 80 percent in that exam then she csalled.. I send sa screenshot of my marks.. Its time for second round.. Telephonic interview.. This happens in first day.. Lady said that tomorrow you have telephonic interview i will call at 10 am.. She called i lifted her phone and she connects his phone to higher position of job mate then he speaks to me and verify about all the datails of mine and online round. I responded according to his questions.. Then said that for verification process you have to pay 6500 rupees. I refuesd it.. He said that its a company protocal he have follow certain rules.. I dont do any thing sir.. Then i cit the phone i again callled to him there is a long conversation betwwen both o[censored]s i am saaying again and again i am not supposed to that much amount of time.. So i am quitting from the second round on wards.. You will return my money.. Because she said that in initial stage of interview process tour money is refundable.. Thats why i am asking my 2100 my.. They did not specify any thing about 6500 rupees after clearing my round they said about that.. I refused to pay that amount.. I again called to him he offered an offer that is if you pay half of thae money then i will send remaining again i refused it. I called again and again and texted to her for 2 days.. But their phones arew switched off on 3 day on wards.. Literally i begged her to return my money.. But they are liars they will not respond any of my messages.. Please take an action on such fake people.. Please refuynd my money back.. Tesolve this problem as early as possible.. Thank you..

                            This is a complaint regarding mishandling/damaged of my small trolley bag (Tag mentioned as 6e[protected] ([protected]). The complaint is mentioned as below:

                            Me and my family travelled from dubai to bangalore on 27th june 2019 through indigo 6e96 flight. At bangalore airport post receiving the luggage from the baggage belt section, we have noticed that our small blue coloured trolley was marked with black permanent black marker pen all over the bag. It is understood that someone intentionally doodled all over the bag with black permanent marker. As a prove we have attached the relevant pics along with this email for your ready reference. The looks of the bag is completely damaged and we cannot able to remove the permanent black ink from the outside body of the bag.

                              I travelled from ahmedabad to dubai on 9th july. My pnr was chikjg. When i complained about behaviour of one handling staff, i was rudely threatened by the duty officer that he will get my luggage offloaded and i will not be allowed to fly.
                              I was going on an emergency and it was so distressing. I had to literally beg this "gentleman" to not take this extreme step.
                              It was such a traumatic experience.
                              I have now decided not to travel by indigo in future-ever.

                                  Adding to the disappointment of flight getting cancelled without any prior information, the unprofessional attitude of indigo airlines has really really given reasons to chose an alternative over indigo airlines. We had two pnr for a total of 4 passengers scheduled to travel from patna to lucknow on 4th of july 2019. First the airline kept on delaying the flight and suddenly the announcement was made that the flight is cancelled. Loss in business reputation in my organisation had already hit all four o[censored]s. To our utter disappointment no one present there was giving any solution possibility to us. As our travel by any means was necessary we decided to apply for refund. We got our pnr registered for refund and left the airport. After 6 days on 10th of july i gave a call to the customer care they showed ignorance as nothing has happened. After a series of inquiry the customer care executive asked me my mobile number and assured a call back very soon for update. Today after 2 days i am still awaiting the call. The flight was cancelled by you people we have not missed the flight. Where is the refund? When will it be processed? You people want money without providing any of your services. Is this a kind of a loot. Note down my pnr numbers and passenger's name and revert me on the issue at the earliest.

                                      I was to travel with indigo airlines from thituvanathapuram to vadodara via bangalore on the 8th july 2019 by the 5.10 pm flight and a connecting flight to vadodara from bangalore at 7.30 pm — my flight was getting indefiniltey delay till last i heard was 5.45 pm — the airlines crew called me up and told me that i can can cancell my flight or wait till next day for the 10.50 am flight via bombay.
                                      I was extremely sick and the staff could have put me on to the previous flight which was just close to my original flight at 4.40 pm since i was the only passenger who had a connecting flight.
                                      This mistake of theirs costed me a whole lot of mental agony as i was down with sever viral and i also had an ailing aunt whom i had to take for dialysis on the 9th morning - which i could not due to the faulty planning of the staff.
                                      They did provide me with accomodation but the physical and mental harassment i went through was beyond explanation.
                                      Please look into this and i demand some compensation from the airlines as they get away by apologising which is unacceptable in my case
