Dear airline team,
Recently i have received a mail regarding an interview at indigo airlines office at hydeabad. I have paid ₹9600 as security amount as it is said it will be refunded at the date of interview. The bank slip and documents where sent to the mail id "[protected]@goindigohrd.co.in".

Later i received another mail to pay ₹11328 inclusive of gst. As per the conversation with one of the hr team member mr. Sumit rana i cancelled my appointment and he said he will refund the amount. Later he is talking rudely and threatning.
Please confirm whether it is a fake call or not. And do necessary action for the same. I'am also attaching the mail i received.

    I have approached one of your indigo executive at 6.30am on 17.07.2019 at chennai and confirmed the cancellation refund will be 2, 052/- of flight no.6e 137 dtd.17.07.2019, boarding time is 8.20am so based on his information i cancell the current flight and booked other flight for rs.5918/- booked
    (Ref. Ehthww) and your executive says the flight can not be cancelled within 2 hours of departure for which wrong information is provided me. I look for refund amount of 2, 052/-

      I have booked my via flights from jaipur to goa, first flight from jaipur to mumbai by indigo and the connecting flight i received is vistara from mumbai to goa. The booking made from go ibibo in single stretch as appearing over site.
      The layover time between both the flights are very short which may result to miss my next flight from mumbai to goa. When i asked indigo to arrange something for my layover as the another flight is from terminal 2 international airport and i cant reach their in such a short layover time by collecting my luggage from belt to the another airport, they clearly denied and told to me that they do not have such policy. Please ask to vistara. Vistara also declined the request by telling that as you have a first flight with indigo so they has to manage your transport and ask me to arrange the same by my own. As i'm travelling solo, how can they even think that i may be able to manage this in such a short layover time.
      Requested to please let me know is there a way can some one come to the terminal 1 mumbai from indigo and collect my baggage to transfer terminal 2 international airport with facility to arrange my intra transfer between both terminals as layover time is not sufficient and my flight might be missed due to this. It is neither mentioned anywhere at the time of making booking that customer has to manage their own transfer from both the locations. As domestic terminal 1 is far away from international terminal 2 and by collecting luggage from belt and taking a cab to international airport might raise the chances of my flight miss.

      I request to you please help me out if there is any way indigo may help me.

      It is requested to help me out as neither it was updated at the time of booking nor mentioned on iternary that consumer has to managed their transport from one airport to another. If the terminal will be same the issue will not came.

      Dear Forum,

      I have received a fake call from 2-3 numbers referring to indigo yesterday, numbers are [protected] & [protected]. As their identities are fraud so it's not worth to tell their names. They drop me a mail on my email id through a different domain. These are the email id's they created to communicated me- [protected]@protonmail.ch, [protected]@protonmail.ch
      They were trying to steal my information by asking me to fill my card details in a google form link they send to me. Which take me in a doubt and I asked them to mark me a mail from authorized site of indigo. They again created a fake if on the name of Indigo- indigoflight.info <indigoflight.[protected]@protonmail.ch> and sent me a mail. As the domain is wrong of this email id. they were trapped and i get to know they were trying to steal my information. It is requested from other people please be aware with such a fraudulent and never provide your bank/card details to anyone.

        We were denied boarding on indigo flight to mumbai as the tickets for the next flight from mumbai to bangkok were not connected.
        Although we arrived at the airport 4h before the flight,
        This fact was announced within 30 min. Before the plane takes off! When we were already tired of several hours of ignorance and waiting for indigo staff.
        Close to nervous breakdown and realizing we were not boarded, we were forced to buy new tickets to our original destination, crabi, thailand.
        As well as covering the additional costs of hotel and taxi, where neither of them in this city is cheap!
        List all cost items below:
        Abu dhabi-mumbai - 28582
        Mumbai-bangkok - bangkok-crabi - 27041
        New tickets from abu dhabi to crabi - 55009
        Taxi - 1545
        Hotel - 5794
        I am hoping for an indigo understanding and the empathy for this unpleasant situation, which could have easily been avoided by informing passengers in a timely manner.
        Would be gratheful atleast to get back money from indigo fligt abhu dhabi-mumbai.
        I can provide rest of the tickets and checks, if needed.

        constancy services provide me a job offer in indigo airlines n he said that give us document frees, verification frees, visit fees, n gate pass frees n now he was said bond sign in Indigo airlines to final job.
        i m pay 20000 n now, he said bond fees he was frouard n he was not refund my money.

          registration fees and security deposit for document verification

          I got an email in which they mentioned that my cv is selected for the indigo airlines ground staff. And for the further process i have to pay rs.2000 for registration. I paid the amount. Now before telephonic they are again demanding me the amount of 6500 for document verification. Infact i got a mail which i'll share with you. Kindly tell me are there any charges as such?...

          Today during travel from ccu to agartala in flight no 6e 861, seat no 23d, i received my package in broken condition due to bad handling of my trolly case, same i shown to assisting person present at agartala airport o[censored]r staff. He assured me about raised complain from his side with photo graph also taken

          Under this circumstances my demand is need competition against that & punishment of the concern staff as i suffer lot on that incedence.

            I had travelled in indigo airlines in december 2018 chennai to jaipur up and down and needs to produce travel certificate in office.

            When i entering the booking id and email address, it says incorrect email id all the time.

After next days he is tell me i am selected because i recommend 3 candidate and selection person call me and call me one person his tell me he is vice president and asked about me. I tell my family and educational background. He is tell me you are selected hr department in igi airport delhi and joining in 16july 2019. He is tell me before you received joining letter deposit 45000 for company bond after 18 month return with your salary and deposit same account i am deposit amount next day i received joining letter by mail. I am send this joining letter through twitter in indigo airlines he tell me this is not this company joining letter. I am surprised. Please help me & please refund the my total deposit amount.

                I would like to bring in your notice that i, harsirat kaur, a student in banglore, is a regular traveller of indigo flights from asr to blr n vice versa.. But this time when i was travelling back to blr from amritsar airport with flight no. 6e 478 with pnr cj5vxq.. While i was checking in the staff misbehsve with me for just extra 0.5kgs.. I had my college bag which was contaiming some packed food n filled water bottle with some cosmetics which i was carrying in my shoulders (As a purse) i was at the airport at 15.20 n my flight was at 16.25 but the lady sitting there she made me roam around for about 45mins for just that baggage.. She misbehaved n said to throw my stuff n prior 15mins to flight they put a condition to either pay 1600 or i could miss the flight.. Evn though i was havimg my boarding pass they forced me either to pay or the flight will leave.. I was tensed n stressed bcz i didnt wanted to miss the flight so i had to pay.. Evn i didnt had that much money so i called my landlords who luckily works there n took the money from him n paid.. I want refund for my money which i paid unnecessarily evn when my bag was not overweighed

As checked, you have checked-in 11 kg of excess baggage. But our staff has requested you to pay for 4 kg only after clubbing your hand baggage allowance in check-in as a customer service gesture.                   Flight no. Indigo air 6e - 123 from mumbai to kolkata on 20.07.2019. Pnr - zjmmgt
                  Passengers were mr. Satchidananda sinha and mrs. Bijaya sinha. Seat nos. 15b and 15c.
                  One luggage has been mishandled and body developed scratches and one of the four wheels has been severed and lost.
                  I am a patient and was on wheel chair. I was tired so could not spare time to complain within the arrival terminal before exiting.

                    Some recruiter in name of just in solution company take money from me in order to provide ground staff duty job in indigo they also send me offer letter in name of indigo, findind some suspicious i request them to return my money but they refuse by giving some unreasonable reason. My request to indio is that some company is earning money in name of indigo company why dont you just take action against them i have pdf offer letter that they have send in name of indigo company

                      Hi i received a message saying that my profile has been short listed and later received an email with a call letter from indigo regarding the interview process to be held on 20th july at bangalore. They asked to pay an amount of rs. 8900 plus gst as a security deposit. This was for air tickets, pickup, drop etc. I first made a payment of rs.8900/- and later on they informed me that i should make the make payment including taxes rs.10, 502/-...

                      I got a mail stating that my profile got selected for cabin crew and interview date will be on 2nd of August and I need to pay 9600 as a security deposit in Punjab national bank and will be refunded when we attend the interview I request you all to please don't play with anyone's emotions we never no who are in very much need a job.please do not make public fool everyone one are not rich in this country more than 50 percent people are middle class and they survive a lot for their basic need and you guys are making them fool by offering like this kind of jobs by taking money

                        Hi i recently booked a flight for my father from pune to Raipur via bolore. Already did we check in before a day, he reached the airport on time, did security check-in, got boarding pass and informed him to proceed to gate number 3, now before the time, 20 minutes are remaining for flight to take, they informed my father that flight is already take off, door is closed .. he can't get into flight n no way he will be onboarding the flight, not was he only rude but also HE DIDN'T MADE ANY LAst time announcement also didn't call him, he requested him so many times like still time is remaining but he didn't listen at all . Later he sent a guy to my father saying we will put you on another flight FOR RS 6500 . Is this whats expected from such a big airline . If the flight was taken off prior time the airlines should take the responsibility instead of charging the customer by such illegal ways. If needed I can attach all the proof.. request to have a look in this case and help me out.

                        We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Please know that late reporting was the only reason our staff could not accept the passenger onboard. Further, our staff offered the next available flight, our endeavour has always been to assist the passengers in the best possible way. Even if the passenger is late, we try and accommodate them on the same flight if time permits. Also, request you to share the PNR private message so we may take a closer look.

                          Friends dont travel with indigo one of the worst service providers and
                          their employees are not even respect u as a human mainly in the baggage counter. Last Wednesday 17th July 2019 I travelled from Bangkok to Chennai in flight no 6E 92.

                          when im boarding suddenly one lady stopped me and checked my bag and they found some biscuits and chocolates in that and she told the bag is overweight and asked them to check properly she immediately asked one guy to check and he checked with hands no wight machines used, by taking my bag and they checked by lifting in hands itself and they told its over wight from his hand itself. and asked me to drop all those chocolates and biscuits and some more products from my bag. and they threatened me that without taking that out i will not allowed to board the flight and i told them that chocolates and biscuits are for my baby and pleased them many times and even i begged them that my baby selected all those chocolates in video call so pls leave that alone.but they stood firm and not allowed and he told y should i care for u leave them or u leave the flight literally i cried but they dint care and asked me to take all things out from bag. if the bag is over wight they have to check when the boarding pass is given and also we two people travelled we have 20 kgs each in baggage but we put the baggage of 18.5 and 19.5 respectively if my bag is over wight she can tell in the time of baggae but she told ok and the same lady checked me in the time of borading and i know u have more wight in the hand baggage.they literlly black mailed me either i have to leave the propoducts or leave the flight. this is the worst ever flight journey of my life. So guys pls try to avoid travelling in indigo airlines

                            Hi I am Jagriti Deb. On 15th July 2019 i received a mail with a call letter from indigo regarding the interview process to be held in 27th July at Pune. They asked to pay an amount of Rs. 8900 plus GST as a security deposit as most of the people don't turn up for the interview after it has been scheduled. I first made a payment of Rs.8900/- and later on they informed me that I should make the make payment including taxes Rs.10, 502/- and they will refund the Rs.8900/-
                            After payment, they sent an application form with few details, I reverted back by filling it up. Next day i got a call stating that I have an opportunity of direct joining without interview, and Rs. 50, 000 has to be paid as a bond which will be refunded after 12 months. I did not go through with the offer, so they said they will refund Rs.8900/- now and balance Rs.10, 502/- on the date of attending the interview on 27th July. Rs. 19402 is not a small amount and a very hard earned money. 2 hours back I had a word with him sharing my bank details to transfer the money back. But now it's switced off. They haven't made the refund yet. Please help me how can I recover my money back? I am totally lost with no money in my account. His name is Vinay Dhir (Ph:[protected])

                              We were present at 7:30 pm infront of boarding gate. Our flight boarding gate was changed from 8B to 12B. No announcement was made for changing of boarding game. At 7:45 pm when we stood in line they said flight is ready to take off and there is no chance to put you in flight.

                              Not only us many of passengers missed flight due to this reason. When we went to ticket counter the staff was not present, then they told system is not working, the staff was using phone while serving, getting back luggage was taking much time. How can someone be such irresponsible. I am very disappointed.

                              I went through a lot of loss. Take a strict action against this.

                                  Hi i recently booked a flight for my sister from Lko to Delhi, and we reached the airport on time, while my sister was waiting patiently in the queue when her chance came the indigo personnel said that the boarding pass will not be given since she was late and now only 44 minutes are remaining for flight to take off and in no way she will be onboarding the flight, not was he only rude but also HE DIDN'T MADE ANY LAST ANNOUNCEMENT FOR onboarding ticket, we requested him so many times like still 45 mins are there for the plane to take off, you should take her in but he didn't listen at all . When i tried to talk to him he just hung up on me, such unprofessional behaviour from INDIGO. Later he sent a guy to my sister saying we will put you on another flight FOR RS 1500 . Is this whats expected from such a big airline . If the flight was overbooked the airlines should take the responsibility instead of charging the customer by such illegal ways. I am attaching the proof that we arrived at the airport around 20 mins before the 45 min deadline as claimed by indigo(screenshot of cab taken) I request to have a look in this case and help me out.                                     I was in a call with the staff phanpin emp id[protected], location - gurgaon from your fight reschedule team on 16 july 2019, tuesday and 8:40pm. The personal is complete nonsense and put my call on hold and didn't answer to my voice. Almost 20 times i shouted hello hello and hello and no response from him. He put me in mute for almost 15 minutes. I have been a loyal customer to indigo and all of the time i booked my flight with indigo. I just first time all to indigo to reschedule my return date from 2 sep 2019 to 9sep 2019 and that's prior to almost 60days before but the representative asking me to pay 2600 inr for rescheduling. It was first time a date confusion and 60 days before i am calling but the rep phanpin is very very pathetic in his approach behaviour. He is a big big nonsense and you can listen our call recording. Without permission he put my call for long time and transfer to call to supervisor names mohammad saad. Both the employees are liable and nonsense to company and customer. This is my last time i will travel with indigo. I think vistara and air india are far better and loyal towards their customer. Indigo is just into business and looting the customer. The employees are pathetic and uneducated. I can see indigo is going to face the same consequences in future that jetairways faced. You don't know how to value and understand your customer problem. Money is not everything sometime valuing customer long term relationship is important. Pathetic employees pathetic. Rescheduling my ticket date only to 9 sep before 60 days and how can you charge me 2600 inr while the original ticket fare is almost 3000inr. Don’t blindly impose the rule with your customer without any logic. Don’t loot your customer thinking one time business. Indigo don’t think your customer are fool. Educate your employee who don’t know the etiquettes in call and any knowledge about the service you provide. At least learn how to value a long term customer beyond looting money. How this is logical if customer is calling to forward the date before 60 days. Sep 2 is very far and not the airline will go without flyer. This is just looting money of indigo from customer.
