Dear sir, i would like to bring to your notice that we were travelling from jaipur to chennai on goindigo outbound flight which was scheduled at 14.10hrs dated[protected].

I along with a infant were at indigo passengers reporting counter in jaipur airport prior 45minutes to departure. An officer from the airline named mrs. Rachana denied us the service saying that your baggage is not allowed for sacnning eventhough there was plenty of time.

So, i request you that to take a deep look in this including cctv footage as a great loss incurred to us having an emergency medical appointment to a surgeon at chennai.

    Hey i was travelling from bagdogra to ahmedabad on 24th july. There was only 5 minutes left for checkin so i was in a haste.. I went to the fast forward counter. The lady there said u weigh ur bag first then go for scanning. The display machine of weighing was on her side so it, was not visible to a person on the other side. She said ur luggage exceeded by 2 mgs so u need to pay an extra amount of 800. I told her i will take out some luggage. I literally didn't take out anything and got back to her and checked the weighing display myself.. It was 15 kgs. I didn't have time so i avoided to get into an argument with her. This meant the airport staff on the indigo counter tried to befool me and deceive me and wanted to take undue advantage due as i was in a haste. Such an unprofessional and derogatory conduct was not expected from a staff of such a reputed airline. Please look into the matter.

      My family including my old parents were flying to jaipur from trivandrum on 25th july by indigo flight no 676 supposed to depart at 5.10 pm to bangalore with eta 6.25 pm. The connecting flight from bangalore was again indigo no 838 at 7.40 pm for jaipur.
      The travellers were my parents
      Sanotsh kumar manglunia and prem lata manglunia and my sister julie khetan and brother in law umesh khetan
      My mother is heart patient and father is old and isover weight with problem in walking. We had requested wheel chair for both as they have difficulty in walking.
      The flight from trivandrum was delayed by 40 minutes and as result the flight arrives late at bangalore
      On wheelchair my father was moved to the connecting flight with indigo staff. The flight to jaipur was only 25 minutes away andthey all rushed madly to the connecting flight causing them health problemsbdue to severe stress. However indigo despite their own staff with us did not board our family on the flight to jaipur. They then asked them to go by midnight flight which would have been hazardous for my parents.
      Finally after lot of requests and persuasion they gave us a flight in the morning and a 2 star poor hotel with no lift which my parents had to climb the stairs
      Finally they reached jaipur with great diffuculty next day.
      It was all due to fault of indigo as their flight from trivandrum. Was delayed
      My parents are under medical supervision now and my brother in law lost a very important contract due to delayed arrival at jaipur
      I would like to take action against indigo and claim rs 5 lacs as compensation amount from them for all troubles, health issues and losses incurred due to them.

        On our complaint for deficiency of their service during january, 2019, we were given two vouchers vide voucher nos.[protected]; and[protected] in the name of myself and my wife (Gv ramakrishna and pl padmakumari). The information was given that we need to utilise these vouchers before 5th august, 2019. When we tried to book the tickets, the site is not allowing with the error :the voucher name does not match the booking name". We sent a mail yesterday, i. E., on 26th july, duly attaching the screen shot, but till now we could not get any response so far. The worst & unprofessional service of indigo continues like this. If we do not get response for this also, we prefer to approach legal remedies like consumer forum, etc.,

          My name is sheehan saif, from jabalpur, i was in search of o job and was going through quicker, and shine.com there i saw an ad regarding ground staff work fr airport, i applied in it... After 2 days i got a call from career solutions recruitment co. They asked me submit my doucument on mail or whtsapp.. With registration fee of 1800... Later they made a telephonic interview kind of an interview.. And said u will get confirmation letter within 7-8 days and will be getting joining at ur native place

          . Bt bfr this document verification process is to be done... Fr that u have to submit 5500/... I m confused... I think it's fraud.. Plz help me regarding dis...

            I booked the flight under the students discount section but on the ticket it was not showing that.
            Assuming I got the tickets booked under the students section I carried my luggage accordingly and on the airport I had to pay extra 2, 000 Rs for my extra 5 kgs.

            I am a student of IIT Madras and last time while travelling from spice jet I got a student as well as 10kgs extra when I booked my ticket

            Please look into this case and possibly refund the my money for the same.

              At srinagar airport ground staff namely mudasir at checking-in counter misbehaving with maximum passengers traveling by indigo by this i will not prefer to travel by indigo. If no action is taken against him. He did the same thing with maximum passengers he told to remove 1, 2, 9 kgs from checking luggage to hand baggage and there after issued boarding pass. Other wise he was saying that don't waste my time or more money will be charged.

                At this juncture, you are saying that the half of the trip is cancelled. How you can cancel the half of the journey. You are suggested to show an alternative transport system or cancel the One Way ticket completely.

                  Have booked 2 no ticketson 17/07/2019 from Jaipur to Hyderabad for the journey on 7/11/2019 with pnr.no.XJG4PG. amount was dected from my credit card account. but ticketswere not confirmed and status is being shown as HOLD CANCELLEDpassengers names are 1. K S ANANDA MOHAN 2. K L VANI KUMARI. An amount of ₹14876/- paid through AXIS Bank credit card. After making payment it was observed that tickets are not confirmed. Based on the PNR NO it was observed that tickets are pending due to pending payment. But the amount was deducted from my bank account. Even after 10 days from the date of booking, the amount is not credited to my account.

                    I recieved a fake letter stating that my resume is shortlisted by indigo airlines, today (25.07.2019) morning. The letter was sent via sms, and not through a mail. From which, i figured out that it was fake. The letter was from indigo airlines, which was demanding a advance fee of inr 9600/-, which even did not mentioned my name. Also, i googled the name of the hr, mr. Sumit rana and it turned out to be fake. I read this name in many complaints and i realized that it is totally fake.
                    The letter claimed that the job interview is in bangalore. It offered me a ctc of minimum inr 28, 400/- to inr 98, 000/-.
                    Please make candidates aware of this.
                    Ps: i'm not uploading the photos. The photos were same as i saw in some complaints.

                      I applied job vacancies through quikr job one day (24/07/2019) i got a message from quikr and then call from one recruitment company all india staffing and solution (Manpower group) that i am shortlisted for indigo airline ticketing executive post also i got mail from indigo related to it from [protected]@goindigo.in in the mail and phone call they told me to pay 1500/- as a security fee of recruitment agency and after paying my telephonic interview was done and next day (25/07/2019) afternoon again i got mail from indigo mail that (Same mail id) saying that i am selected for face to face interview and before that document verification process should be done and for that i have to pay about 6500/- for document verification what should i do?

                        We transported dead body from chennai to lucknow vide awb[protected] by indigo flight 6e-2622, when its arrived home at lucknow the body was fully decomposed its not embalmed when we checked certificate its put embalming done at 16.07.2019 at 11.30 p. M but we reached cargo by 16.07.2019 at 8.15 p. M itself and body was booked at 9.45 p. M, where they done embalming? They did not preserve dead body properly.

                        More than all this that david company agent vairamani & gopal did not give airway bill to us it was very difficult to take out delivery at lucknow. He pulled money rs. 42000 and nothing done, covered polymer sheet with dead body & put in a card board box with nude condition (No cloths).

                          I was travelling with indigo from blr to del last sunday. I checked in the brand new baggage but got received the damaged bag at delhi airport. I informed it to the staff available at the terminal and he told me to drop a mail to the customer. [protected]@goindigo.in. I have tried many times to send the info to them but the recipient mailbox seems full and delivery was failed all the time. I reported the issue through the feedback form and they are offering 500rs cash voucher for the baggage worth 3900rs. Will 500rs. Voucher make it new?

                            I have booked my round trip guwahati-bangalore (Booking ref bg3whz) on 8th november, 2019 and 11th november, 2019. Booked on 5th of july. Now i got a message that due to some technical problem both flights are cancelled and they tried to adjust the trip. However, both sites are not suiting me. So i need to cancel. I could do one sector (Gau-blr). While i am trying for next sector, the option for cancellation charge is showing. I am trying to cancel the trip not at my own, it is from your side only!!! So why should i pay??
                            I want to cancel it now — so pl do it for me.

                              Hello sir
                              I was supposed to travel in indigo flight from chennai to kochi! I have missed my flight and the staff's of indigo is treated me really bad! They were just like harrasing me. Doesn't given any chances for my next flight also they denied to everything once i started talking to them. Please consider my complaint and please take action against indigo airlines for treating customers like this.

                                It is to inform you that i have traveled from New Delhi to Guwahati by your flight on 19th July 2019 at 12.40 p.m. My PNR no. was YYH85B. But when i came to Belt No. 3 in Guwahati airport to claim my baggage, I found my baggage handle and wheel being damaged. Immediately i communicate the matter one of the coordinator of Indigo Travels Ms. Nafisha at Guwahati and she had taken photographs of the damaged portion and told me to lodge a complaint though customer care number [protected]. But i did not get any fruitful answer from your executive. Again i call to the customer care and this time Ms. Nafisha has informed them about the damage. Also Ms. Nafisha told me that now the company has communicate with me within half an hour. But after three house again i call your customer care and told the whole fact . After that a call was came from your company through the phone number [protected] and told me to provide my phone number and email. id. which was already given to you.
                                But till today no any answer has been received from your end.

                                  Dear airline team,
                                  Recently i have received a mail regarding an interview at indigo airlines office at hydeabad. I have paid ₹9600 as security amount as it is said it will be refunded at the date of interview. The bank slip and documents where sent to the mail id "[protected]@goindigohrd.co.in".

                                  Later i received another mail to pay ₹11328 inclusive of gst. As per the conversation with one of the hr team member mr. Sumit rana i cancelled my appointment and he said he will refund the amount. Later he is talking rudely and threatning.
                                  Please confirm whether it is a fake call or not. And do necessary action for the same. I'am also attaching the mail i received.

                                    I have approached one of your indigo executive at 6.30am on 17.07.2019 at chennai and confirmed the cancellation refund will be 2, 052/- of flight no.6e 137 dtd.17.07.2019, boarding time is 8.20am so based on his information i cancell the current flight and booked other flight for rs.5918/- booked
                                    (Ref. Ehthww) and your executive says the flight can not be cancelled within 2 hours of departure for which wrong information is provided me. I look for refund amount of 2, 052/-

                                      I have booked my via flights from jaipur to goa, first flight from jaipur to mumbai by indigo and the connecting flight i received is vistara from mumbai to goa. The booking made from go ibibo in single stretch as appearing over site.
                                      The layover time between both the flights are very short which may result to miss my next flight from mumbai to goa. When i asked indigo to arrange something for my layover as the another flight is from terminal 2 international airport and i cant reach their in such a short layover time by collecting my luggage from belt to the another airport, they clearly denied and told to me that they do not have such policy. Please ask to vistara. Vistara also declined the request by telling that as you have a first flight with indigo so they has to manage your transport and ask me to arrange the same by my own. As i'm travelling solo, how can they even think that i may be able to manage this in such a short layover time.
                                      Requested to please let me know is there a way can some one come to the terminal 1 mumbai from indigo and collect my baggage to transfer terminal 2 international airport with facility to arrange my intra transfer between both terminals as layover time is not sufficient and my flight might be missed due to this. It is neither mentioned anywhere at the time of making booking that customer has to manage their own transfer from both the locations. As domestic terminal 1 is far away from international terminal 2 and by collecting luggage from belt and taking a cab to international airport might raise the chances of my flight miss.

                                      I request to you please help me out if there is any way indigo may help me.

                                      It is requested to help me out as neither it was updated at the time of booking nor mentioned on iternary that consumer has to managed their transport from one airport to another. If the terminal will be same the issue will not came.

                                      I have received a fake call from 2-3 numbers referring to indigo yesterday, numbers are [protected] & [protected]. As their identities are fraud so it's not worth to tell their names. They drop me a mail on my email id through a different domain. These are the email id's they created to communicated me- [protected]@protonmail.ch, [protected]@protonmail.ch
                                      They were trying to steal my information by asking me to fill my card details in a google form link they send to me. Which take me in a doubt and I asked them to mark me a mail from authorized site of indigo. They again created a fake if on the name of Indigo- indigoflight.info <indigoflight.[protected]@protonmail.ch> and sent me a mail. As the domain is wrong of this email id. they were trapped and i get to know they were trying to steal my information. It is requested from other people please be aware with such a fraudulent and never provide your bank/card details to anyone.

                                        We were denied boarding on indigo flight to mumbai as the tickets for the next flight from mumbai to bangkok were not connected.
                                        Although we arrived at the airport 4h before the flight,
                                        This fact was announced within 30 min. Before the plane takes off! When we were already tired of several hours of ignorance and waiting for indigo staff.
                                        Close to nervous breakdown and realizing we were not boarded, we were forced to buy new tickets to our original destination, crabi, thailand.
                                        As well as covering the additional costs of hotel and taxi, where neither of them in this city is cheap!
                                        List all cost items below:
                                        Abu dhabi-mumbai - 28582
                                        Mumbai-bangkok - bangkok-crabi - 27041
                                        New tickets from abu dhabi to crabi - 55009
                                        Taxi - 1545
                                        Hotel - 5794
                                        I am hoping for an indigo understanding and the empathy for this unpleasant situation, which could have easily been avoided by informing passengers in a timely manner.
                                        Would be gratheful atleast to get back money from indigo fligt abhu dhabi-mumbai.
                                        I can provide rest of the tickets and checks, if needed.

                                        constancy services provide me a job offer in indigo airlines n he said that give us document frees, verification frees, visit fees, n gate pass frees n now he was said bond sign in Indigo airlines to final job.
                                        i m pay 20000 n now, he said bond fees he was frouard n he was not refund my money.
