I have travelled from Hyderabad to Indore via Indigo airlines on 10/03/2019. Details: Flight - 6E 416 & PNR - MJK3XA. I was travelling from Goa to Maldives. My flight was booked by my agency from Germany with credit card. At Goa airport they didn't allow me to board as I dont have credit card copy. They make me to fo payment again and they confirm money will be refunded.

I traveled today from pune to ahmedabad by 6e-352, seat no 20 f (Pnr-gdqess), when i have collected my baggage from amd airport belt number 2, my bag's zip along with the zip lock was broken and my belongings has fell down from my bag.
