The flight on july 4th at 22:10 was cancelled by indigo. Without other options we had to move our departure to next day.

Because of this we had to stay an extra day in delhi. I want this to be reimbursed for us.

    I am writing to you regards my booking AE1DMC. On 30th June 2019, I was trying to reschedule my flight boarding from Kolkata to Brussels from13th July to 20th July. On the call, the payment was initiated and from my bank, it was shown successful. I kept on saying the payment was successfully done from my side, however, the customer service representative informed Indigo has not received the payment and the transaction could not be completed (the payment was made from SBI BHIM UPI and the bank has confirm the payment success from their side to Indigo Merchant's HDFC a/c). Thus I was in the assumption that the reschedule was not done and for my Visa application, I showed the initial booked date of the journey- 13th July 2019 (as that was the only confirmed ticket I had from you guys). Later I called back Indigo help line on 3rd July to follow up on the payment status and to my surprise, I got to know that the reschedule was completed on 30th June without my knowledge and Indigo also received the payment of Rs 5986.00. Now my Visa application is on hold and there's a good chance they might reject my application as the PNR is showing 20th July date. And due to this discrepancy in infotmation, Embassy can reject the application. And the beauty is Indigo never bothered to inform me that my ticket was rescheduled until I called up the customer service on 3rd July to inform about the payment status. I never received the updated copy of ticket also for the date of journey of 20th June as per the reschedule they did. Only when I called on 3rd July they sent the new ticket. Now if my Visa gets rejects who should be held liable here?
    Also as I had the assumption the reschedule was not done, I never changed the bookings I had in Europe. Now I will lose all the money on the hotel bookings too as I have to delay the plan for 1 whole week (in case Visa is approved).

      This is regarding to a mail i received on 05/07/2019. It was regarding jobs in indigo airlines. I checked it up on the internet and it showed that its a fake job and this situation has already been resolved two months ago by the company. If this situation is resolved than how i am getting this mail on 5th july, 2019. I am uploading the snaps to confirm my allegations. The company should take some strict actions against such demagogic activities.

        I got the email about job opening indigo. The contact person is mukul shinde.. He is asking for money for registration fees.. He said they have many opening in indigo airways.. After that, he called me and he was going to give account details... Then i asked him why why 2-3 people complaint againts you in consumer portal.. He was saying i dont know.. Then i told him how can we trust on your saving account the payment should be on companies site... Then he was trying to fool me.. After some argument he cut the phone.. And after that he blocked me.. So dont tust this guy.. His name is mukul shinde and contact number is [protected].

          I just got a email from Indigo Airlines that say I was shortlisted for the interview and for a refundable registration fee of 9800 Rs.Given me bank details after getting a call from him.So i'm not sure this is a scam or junk call.and also ask me for more details like passport size photo etc.
          I attached the photos below please help me to find out whether this is original or fake

            Dear team,
            I conducted interview from indigo airlines and they share prm appointment letter with me and my appointments sheduled has been fixed on 14th july. I apploed for this job through india job portal. Befire that they send me one confirmation letter and in that letter they mention that whatever amount will take from you it will refunded in your salary.

            So juat i want to know that this time i got prm appointment letter is is fake or true.

            Please help me on this query.

              Hey, this is poonam jatolia, i booked a ticket on indigo through goibibo from jaipur to bhubaneswar via hyderabad on 20 may 2019 and i have not received any confirmation mail or message regarding this booking and 13946 deducted from my account, only 640 amount is refunded by you on pnr-xlkntn (Hyderabad to bhubaneshwar) and pnr - udnzuv (Jaipur to hyderabad) is showing travelled on the app while i have not travelled on this booking. On what basis you refunded only 640. I reported earlier but there was no response from your side and this is very disappointing. So i kindly request to you that refund my money as soon as possible.

              I have not received any confirmation mail or message regarding this booking even i have not received any message aur mail before departure. I have travelled many time in flight even they message atleast one day before departure they mentioned our booking details departing time and fight number also, but your side there is no information regarding this. This is totally your fault so please refund my full money back inr 13946.
              If you talk about your cancellation policy so i agree with this but i[censored] messaged me atleast one day before departure then i cancelled my ticket that time but u have not informed so this time i do not agree with your cancellation policy and this is totally your fault.
              As you said that pnr udnzuv that itinerary email confirmation was sent on the day of booking but i have not got any mail of this pnr number i can show you my mail as proof and there is no msg is sent by you on [protected]. This is totally your fault and i talked to your agent she said that there is no msg or mail is sent by you and you are saying that u sent a mail or msg. Kindly refund my amount inr13946.

                Respected Sir/ Madam,

                I am a serving Defence personnel. I booked a ticket of Rs 2959/- for my mother in law, Mrs Parkasho Devi from Hyd to Delhi for 19 Jun 19 by www.easymytrip.com on 27 May 19 with PNR No BKLF4X. Her name in the id proof (voter I card) is Mrs Parkasho whereas I booked the ticket in the name of Mrs Parkasho Devi. Devi was added to fill up the last name which is mandatory to book a ticket and this does not make a big difference as Devi is usually added with Indian ladies. On 19 Jun 19 my mother in law reached the Hyd Air Port well in time with her ticket and id proof. The security guard at Airport gate checked her ticket and id proof and allowed her entrance into the airport. When she approached to Indigo counter, the staff available there did not allow her to check in and said that there is a discrepancy in name printed on her id proof (Parkasho) and ticket (Parkasho Devi) and she was not allowed to travel by indigo flight at 0525 hrs on 19 Jun 19. Moreover, they were not ready to escort her to go outside the airport or allowed her to meet with any higher officials of indigo. She requested many times but they were adamant. Further, they forced her to book a new ticket in indigo for next flight. She is an uneducated lady which belongs to rural background. She finally gave up. Indigo staff took her to booking counter and they booked the ticket of Rs 6939/- in the name of Parkash Parkash with PNR No VN7U6U for the flight at 0740 hrs on 19 Jun 19. It is pertinent to mention that Parkash is usually a male gender's name. Further, Parkash Parkash even did not match with her id proof also. In view of the above I hereby request you for the following points.

                1. That Rs 6939/- must be refunded as a principal of natural justice.

                2. That the staff involved in the harassment be punished to set an example for others

                3. That my mother in law be compensated for the rude behaviour and harassment she has gone through.

                4. How my mother in law was allowed to travel with a different name (Parkash Parkash) which is usually a male's name.

                5. Who is Parkash Parkash whose ticket was given to my mother in law?

                Further, I bring your kind attention that our country is making efforts for women empowerment and the behavior from your staff is unexpectable. I reiterate that I am serving personnel and get a little time for our family.

                I hereby annexing copy of both the tickets and copy of ID proof.

                  It is with utmost regret that i had to resort to this extreme step of complaining with a belief that it will be attended to, my grand mother aged 90 along with my aunts who were also travelling to coimbatore from mumbai, was not provided with a wheel chair, the irony of the whole issue is that this was after the flight was delayed beyond 03 hours!! And a senior citizen, a lady with a bent back cannot walk without a walking stick, the reason stated was non availability of wheel chairs. Are we as a country expected to step into the next millennium where respect for our elders are lost and top it up, indigo has a huge fleet of aircraft but does not have wheel chairs to cater to its ever increasing number of passengers, the counter has no regret or does not repent to say a no for the wheel chair. This is the case in vast city like mumbai, what will be the situation in other small cities is really a cause for worrying. I expect a serious reply to this and if not addressed to my satisfaction it will be escalated till the grievance is addressed properly and remedial measures are taken.

                      And I payed to the account number [protected]

                      He told me to return the amount on July 2 but he didn't.
                      Please help me to recover my amount

                        This is swapnil dontulwar iwas supposed to board flight at 3.55 pm but the flight got delayed
                        Then we were taken to plane around 5.30pm n till now ie 20.45 we have not yet taken off

                        We were asked to wait for 5 minutes after every 5 minutes the captain said the same

                        Later came to know that that the fo had not yet boarded the plane

                          Hello,
                          2nd of july 2019.
                          I got an email at first. Later a message saying you are shortlisted for job as engineer. And then came a pdf attached to it. It said i have to submit 9600 plus the gst charges to IndiGo Accounts team. Is this true? The pdf had a name Mr. Suresh Jain with a phone number[protected]. When i called the number, i didnt get any response. But later when i sent a message asking about the job. He called me and said to sent the money first. I knew that company would not ask money for holding a interview. I was sure of its fakeness. I am sharing the details. The phone number is active now. U can catch them. Also i guess they contacted me through naukri.com and also Mr. Suresh Jain when i searched on Google. He had a profile saying about being a HR of Indigo. So i am concerned about that too.

                            I booked a round trip flight from delhi to goa on 2nd july 2019. Money from my bank account deducted, even received the message from my bank and checked through my balance, but the ticket was not booked. Transaction id no.                                 She initially called to me and interviewed to the indigo airlines company .For every round she asked to pay money such as 250, 2500, 7800. And attended all the rounds. To get call letter from indigo airlines she asked me to pay 15200. After payment I got the call and gone to indigo airlines for verification. They said it's a fake letter. And again I called to her asked about it she didn't replied correctly. And finally I said don't need the job send back the money. She accepted asked me to send the bank details to transfer. Still I didn't got my money it's about 2 months . Down I attached the contact number and account details of them.

                                  I would like to complaint about the frequent delay in the indigo flight departing from kannur to bengaluru. I have travelled thrice in the last 3 months and it has been a horrible experience. The delay in the departures are being announced 20 min prior to the actual departure time. Usually getting delayed up to an hour or even more. The frequent rescheduling of the flights saying due to operational reasons is unacceptable.

                                    I had booked mumbai to delhi flight on 29/06/18 no.6e 6489. Pnr eg4vxm. I had done web check in. I entered the cst t1 mumbai airport, showed boarding pass, cleared security check, got it stamped. I moved to the gate 11, showed boarding pass, which was barcode scanned and cleared. I entered the bus. Meanwhile, i somehow lost my boarding pass accidentally, while boarding the bus. While entering aeroplane, i realised that the boarding pass was lost. I informed this incidence to the personnel checking gate pass and letting passengers inside the plane. I showed him the boarding pass web check in copy with all details. But he refused to allow entry in the plane. I was sure, the boarding pass was lost just where the bus started, but he wouldn't allow me to go and check, neither did he send anybody to check for the same. I tried to convince him saying, how could have i reached the aeroplane gate without having my boarding pass and without security check! I even told them how important it was for me to board the plane, me being a doctor sent on an urgent deputation. But he and another guy just turned a deaf ear, even after talking to somebody on wireless, they didn't allow me to board the plane. Rather, i was sent back in another jeep back to the entrance of the airport.
                                    There i informed the receptionist about the incidence. She said she will accommodate me in the next flight 6e, but charged me a whopping amount of rs 1500. I again had to go through all the previous steps starting from scratch to board the next plane.
                                    My complaint is, they should have allowed me on the first plane itself, and if that didn't fit their bill, atleast they shouldn't have charged me any extra amount. This is looting the customers! A leading company like indigo is not expected to cheat their passengers in this way. Such incidence could happen with anyone.
                                    Least i could ask for is my additional amount paid to be refunded back.

                                      Travelling with my wife and 1.5 year baby
                                      Did not allow a priority boarding as it was a delayed flight and upon my request for information regarding this before the boarding was announced she stayed mum nodding her head it was a messy announcement and who so ever came for query she scanned their boarding pass
                                      Finally we stood in a long queue it is different and slightly difficult with a kid
                                      It's all about professional behaviour and an insult to a sensible adults who have decency not to crowd and come in a queue she could at least said there was no priority boarding we would have silently stood in the queue
                                      Worst of all she has no regrets
                                      I request a phonecall apology from her

                                        Hi, my name is mohammed shahabas konnakkkattil i have been travelled on indigo flight no 6e 1712 dated[protected] thursday from doha to kozhikode. I have been paid 1620qr for the oneside ticket and past time i notice that there is an option for fast forward baggage that i needed in this journey. I have paid 23qr plus 10 qr for the payment that my travel agency cost me to take this option. From the begining of the journey i have only 2 baggages that total weigh 27kg so, i leave both as luggage with number seq 0136 [protected] (Silver trolley) / seq 0136 [protected] (Purple trolly) i told the officer from the begining of giving me the boarding pass i need my luggage first thats why i paid the money becoz i am in an emergency. I have reach the destination kozhikode airport at 10:15am i have finish my emigration and security checking at 10:40 am. I rush to baggage belt which is not yet started in that time. I ask the baggage handler when this will be started he said will start shortly after 5 min it starts working. I am reallly happy that first luggage is mine which is the silver trolly number mention above and i take it first. Then the real situation comes time is rushing my second trolley is not come for after 15 min. I enquired there one officer he responce me as there no mens land. Then after 30 + min i receive my second luggage. I am really get angry for these i paid the amount for fast luggage which is delayed to me. There is one indigo staff is there i was run to him and i said my situation to him from the begining itself that i start to talk to him he said you can complain to the indigo customer care. Then my anger is doubled then for what rubbish he use to be assist the passangers or help to solve the customers problems. I said him i paid 30780rs for this one-side journey which i can purchase a business class on qatar airways in other sessons. My issue i need to get a solution for my delayed luggage and the main thing is that i have an important function on the day and time at 12:30pm which i miss due to this issue. Then the food which is served in the plane which really unsatisfied and which i ordered an chicken sandwich which they serve me cold i just put it into the garbage with a single bite. The staff which they reallly anoying in my sleeps which i didnt get in my ever journey. I hope you will replay me asooon as soon as early
