I booked a round trip flight from delhi to goa on 2nd july 2019. Money from my bank account deducted, even received the message from my bank and checked through my balance, but the ticket was not booked. Transaction id no. Is 60dbfbdae7ec[protected] and bank transaction id is[protected]. When is indigo going to refund my money? And how can i track the reversal?

    this is the appointed letter send to me on your name please take action on it immediately if it is fake why you allow agency to do recruitment just its brings bad image on your original recruitment process

      She initially called to me and interviewed to the indigo airlines company .For every round she asked to pay money such as 250, 2500, 7800. And attended all the rounds. To get call letter from indigo airlines she asked me to pay 15200. After payment I got the call and gone to indigo airlines for verification. They said it's a fake letter. And again I called to her asked about it she didn't replied correctly. And finally I said don't need the job send back the money. She accepted asked me to send the bank details to transfer. Still I didn't got my money it's about 2 months . Down I attached the contact number and account details of them.

        I would like to complaint about the frequent delay in the indigo flight departing from kannur to bengaluru. I have travelled thrice in the last 3 months and it has been a horrible experience. The delay in the departures are being announced 20 min prior to the actual departure time. Usually getting delayed up to an hour or even more. The frequent rescheduling of the flights saying due to operational reasons is unacceptable.

          I had booked mumbai to delhi flight on 29/06/18 no.6e 6489. Pnr eg4vxm. I had done web check in. I entered the cst t1 mumbai airport, showed boarding pass, cleared security check, got it stamped. I moved to the gate 11, showed boarding pass, which was barcode scanned and cleared. I entered the bus. Meanwhile, i somehow lost my boarding pass accidentally, while boarding the bus. While entering aeroplane, i realised that the boarding pass was lost. I informed this incidence to the personnel checking gate pass and letting passengers inside the plane. I showed him the boarding pass web check in copy with all details. But he refused to allow entry in the plane. I was sure, the boarding pass was lost just where the bus started, but he wouldn't allow me to go and check, neither did he send anybody to check for the same. I tried to convince him saying, how could have i reached the aeroplane gate without having my boarding pass and without security check! I even told them how important it was for me to board the plane, me being a doctor sent on an urgent deputation. But he and another guy just turned a deaf ear, even after talking to somebody on wireless, they didn't allow me to board the plane. Rather, i was sent back in another jeep back to the entrance of the airport.
          There i informed the receptionist about the incidence. She said she will accommodate me in the next flight 6e, but charged me a whopping amount of rs 1500. I again had to go through all the previous steps starting from scratch to board the next plane.
          My complaint is, they should have allowed me on the first plane itself, and if that didn't fit their bill, atleast they shouldn't have charged me any extra amount. This is looting the customers! A leading company like indigo is not expected to cheat their passengers in this way. Such incidence could happen with anyone.
          Least i could ask for is my additional amount paid to be refunded back.

          I reached Bhubaneswar airport before 30 min of scheduled departure. The staff did not allow me to check-in my bag though my flight was 15 min late. Worst customer service. Hell IndiGo

However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the gate before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 1250 hrs for the flight scheduled to depart at 1310 hrs. Hence we were unable to allow you onboard.
          Further, to make it as hassle-free for you as possible our airport team put you on the next available flight with minimum charges. Hope you understand.

            Travelling with my wife and 1.5 year baby
            Did not allow a priority boarding as it was a delayed flight and upon my request for information regarding this before the boarding was announced she stayed mum nodding her head it was a messy announcement and who so ever came for query she scanned their boarding pass
            Finally we stood in a long queue it is different and slightly difficult with a kid
            It's all about professional behaviour and an insult to a sensible adults who have decency not to crowd and come in a queue she could at least said there was no priority boarding we would have silently stood in the queue
            Worst of all she has no regrets
            I request a phonecall apology from her

              Hi, my name is mohammed shahabas konnakkkattil i have been travelled on indigo flight no 6e 1712 dated[protected] thursday from doha to kozhikode. I have been paid 1620qr for the oneside ticket and past time i notice that there is an option for fast forward baggage that i needed in this journey. I have paid 23qr plus 10 qr for the payment that my travel agency cost me to take this option. From the begining of the journey i have only 2 baggages that total weigh 27kg so, i leave both as luggage with number seq 0136 [protected] (Silver trolley) / seq 0136 [protected] (Purple trolly) i told the officer from the begining of giving me the boarding pass i need my luggage first thats why i paid the money becoz i am in an emergency. I have reach the destination kozhikode airport at 10:15am i have finish my emigration and security checking at 10:40 am. I rush to baggage belt which is not yet started in that time. I ask the baggage handler when this will be started he said will start shortly after 5 min it starts working. I am reallly happy that first luggage is mine which is the silver trolly number mention above and i take it first. Then the real situation comes time is rushing my second trolley is not come for after 15 min. I enquired there one officer he responce me as there no mens land. Then after 30 + min i receive my second luggage. I am really get angry for these i paid the amount for fast luggage which is delayed to me. There is one indigo staff is there i was run to him and i said my situation to him from the begining itself that i start to talk to him he said you can complain to the indigo customer care. Then my anger is doubled then for what rubbish he use to be assist the passangers or help to solve the customers problems. I said him i paid 30780rs for this one-side journey which i can purchase a business class on qatar airways in other sessons. My issue i need to get a solution for my delayed luggage and the main thing is that i have an important function on the day and time at 12:30pm which i miss due to this issue. Then the food which is served in the plane which really unsatisfied and which i ordered an chicken sandwich which they serve me cold i just put it into the garbage with a single bite. The staff which they reallly anoying in my sleeps which i didnt get in my ever journey. I hope you will replay me asooon as soon as early

                I had flight from ahmedabad to mumbai pnr number is hcvc2s. At the ahmedabad indigo staff has made me to pay twice that they said your cv is not verified because payment was made from the travel agents master card. I didn’t wanted to miss that flight so i paid for the another ticket and they promised in a written that they will refund it in the bank account in which i have give them the details after one week, but unfortunately after two week i have checked with them and they said they already transferred in to the agents account. Here my concern is why they made the refund in that account in place of my account! I already provided them the details and this is really embarrassing for the airline like indigo that they making such trouble to the customers on the airport and while refund is really inconvenience and unacceptable. Still i haven’t received my money back, now i am going to sue for this and also sending the copy of the email to the media with the proof of written confirmation on the paper from the staff indigo that they will provide the refund in the same account what i have mention the details and they didn’t. This is really inconvenience and i am not recommending to the other clients not to prefer indigo airlines. Ahmedabad staff is not at all cooperative they just want to cheat the customers.

                    Hi this side ritu sahni.. I travelled on 26 june from goa to new delhi.. Pnr number rbwrsl.
                    We reached one hr before airport and we have 10 more members with us, as we all travelling in group, indigo customer care crew staff misbehaved & allow only 10 people to board and only we 4 left us for boarding.. We stand in que for more than 15 minutes as some other passenger fighting for his money negotiation of his luggage bag. Beacuse of him we request staff to cooperate & make us board first. At last they told us luggage counter closed & they harrase us to pay 6000 immediately to move us in next flight. As we all reached aiport in group & they allowed our 10 people to fly & charge unnnecessary extra amount.

After some day i received a call from shine.com that there is vacancy at cochin airport and there is a registration fee of 2000 and i had a logical reasoning test and telephonic interview and a paid 7000 for documents verification and 15000 for medical test and 28600 for training deposit. And i got offer letter from
                      Indigoairlines. Pvt. [protected]@outlook.com i what to know any fraud in it. Please help me with this.

                          I booked the indigo flight 6e394, guwahati to kolkata on 20.06.2019 at evening made a payment through debit card. But at the time of purchasing ticket, no one of indigo staff informed us that the flight would delayed which was decided previously, we entered airport near about 10 am because our schedule time was 12.10 and check in time 11.25.
                          After entering the airport, after two hours, we came to know from other passenger well known about the matter and they had been informed through sms at 19.06.2019.
                          So why indigo staff not inform us at 20.06.2019, when we purchased the ticket.
                          Generally, we avail indigo and indigo our first preference.
                          But if indigo staff informed us then we can avail another one.
                          On that day, i have a urgent work at 2.30 pm in kolkata. On that day, i could not do any thing because o[censored]navailable of delayed flight information.
                          My booking reference number is qk17hq.
                          On that delayed flight and unavailability of information, i suffer a lot,
                          Please, take the matter seriously, and compensate me as earliest.

                            I got a job offer fron quikr for ground staff in Indigo airlinefrom a representative name Sheetal Sharma contact no. +[protected] she told me that my profile has been shortlisted an I have to pay 2000 for profile evaluation and told that there are no further charges. I paid 2000 and next day she told me that you are shortlisted and gave me a fake letter online by the mail [protected]@gmail.com. Next day she called me and asked about my family and all after that she told me that I have to pay another 12000 for the security and dress charges. It has been very hard and one can't rely upon such offers from online websites if we are cheated. I hope there she some strict action shall be taken towards such fraud recruiters. I request to take a action upon the above mentioned person.

                              I have registered and uploaded resume in shine.com after 1 day i received a message from shine. Come as inigo hr name divya and her phone number.
                              After that i contacted hr divya she told that for online exam u have to deposit the amount of 1800 rupees after depositing the amount she conducted the online exam. After that she called me and told that u have a telephonic interview after completing the telephonic interview another hr called for the feedback and he told that you are selected for indigo airlines.
                              And he told that to send the training letter u have to deposit the amount of 8900 they always says that it all amount should be refundable first day of joining. I deposited that amount he send the traing letter. Next day he called and u have deposit the amount of 13900 for dress code and send your measurements also he said like that i deposited that amount for dress code.
                              And he called on 3rd day and told u have to pay 15900 to send offer letter. Plzzz help it's correct or not. (Recruiting by the airport authority of india) please help me

                                  I took indigo flight 6e-836 from pune to lucknow on 17th june. When i received my baggage at lucknow airport i realized that it was mishandled and bag was torn off. The bag's side were rouged and it was dragged badly (Attaching pictures)
                                  Very poor service and such a bad handling of passenger's luggage. I do not expect such outcome after paying a good sum of money for a better travel experience.

                                  I got the call from your team and I already explained that I informed about this issue at Lucknow airport to a lady who told me that they can't do much on the airport and I can register a complaint online or by calling Indigo customer care. I called customer care also and they asked me to check with ground staff at airport. After this ping-pong I raised the issue online.

                                  I would also like to inform you that looking at the cut on my bag it is evident that this is not done by a normal scratch, this is purely a case of mishandling either during boarding the luggage in flight or while passing it on to conveyor belt. There were 2 more passengers with me who spoke with your ground staff and they advised us to go online.

                                  Do you think this is a minor cut on my bag?? This will almost make my bag rouged if I used the same bag for even a single travel. There are 10000+ complaints about your baggage handling and if feedback were working for your baggage team there would have been lesser complaints against you. Such a pathetic service and because now you have monopoly in the domain this is very easy to get off the bad service and user experience.

                                      Due to your staff members we were not able to catch our flight and we were at exact time and were at in the que and your staff delay the process of check-in nd when we got our turn they said you are late 5 minutes so we can't give you the check-in hence still we got the 40 mints still they didn't give the check-in to us, we are very angry nd we are middle class don't afford this kind of this after requesting a lot they didn't give. Nd we have to take another flight about 20k rupees, just way out of our budget so i just need refund for my money and what harrassing customer service i have got nd my mom a old lady, they didn't give help to us literally just 5 minutes. I would request you to refund us or we will go to court regarding the same

                                        To whom so ever it may concern,
                                        My husband krishna das and myself jamela das travelled by flight no g e 7126 from rajamundry to hyderabad on 20/06/2019. My pnr # lmdwhh. The time of departure was 20:15.
                                        On arrival at hyderabad i was informed that the wheel chair is available and i was asked to go down. I walked down the ramp but to my surprise there was no wheel chair. I had my right knee operated and i could not stand for a long time. All the crew members were with me waiting to put me on the w c. The air hostess called for the w c several times but no use. So one of the pilots has asked an empty bus to come close so that it was able for me to get into the bus. So the pilots put me on the bus. Here i had to let you know about my age. I am 80 yrs and my husband is 82. So i can't travel without a w c. Here comes the real story, i got into the bus and driver started the bus and thud i fell down in the empty space, on the right side of my operated knee. I was in a shock and i could'd get up. Again the pilots helped me. Hats off to the crew who helped me and they were all there till i reached the terminal. I live in u s and we don't experience such situations. I was physically, mentally, and emotionally disturbed and my back is hurting a lot. I consulted the doctor and taken few x-rays. I will post them later.
