I booked the indigo flight 6e394, guwahati to kolkata on 20.06.2019 at evening made a payment through debit card. But at the time of purchasing ticket, no one of indigo staff informed us that the flight would delayed which was decided previously, we entered airport near about 10 am because our schedule time was 12.10 and check in time 11.25.
After entering the airport, after two hours, we came to know from other passenger well known about the matter and they had been informed through sms at 19.06.2019.
So why indigo staff not inform us at 20.06.2019, when we purchased the ticket.
Generally, we avail indigo and indigo our first preference.
But if indigo staff informed us then we can avail another one.
On that day, i have a urgent work at 2.30 pm in kolkata. On that day, i could not do any thing because o[censored]navailable of delayed flight information.
My booking reference number is qk17hq.
On that delayed flight and unavailability of information, i suffer a lot,
Please, take the matter seriously, and compensate me as earliest.

    I got a job offer fron quikr for ground staff in Indigo airlinefrom a representative name Sheetal Sharma contact no. +[protected] she told me that my profile has been shortlisted an I have to pay 2000 for profile evaluation and told that there are no further charges. I paid 2000 and next day she told me that you are shortlisted and gave me a fake letter online by the mail [protected]@gmail.com. Next day she called me and asked about my family and all after that she told me that I have to pay another 12000 for the security and dress charges. It has been very hard and one can't rely upon such offers from online websites if we are cheated. I hope there she some strict action shall be taken towards such fraud recruiters. I request to take a action upon the above mentioned person.

      I have registered and uploaded resume in shine.com after 1 day i received a message from shine. Come as inigo hr name divya and her phone number.
      After that i contacted hr divya she told that for online exam u have to deposit the amount of 1800 rupees after depositing the amount she conducted the online exam. After that she called me and told that u have a telephonic interview after completing the telephonic interview another hr called for the feedback and he told that you are selected for indigo airlines.
      And he told that to send the training letter u have to deposit the amount of 8900 they always says that it all amount should be refundable first day of joining. I deposited that amount he send the traing letter. Next day he called and u have deposit the amount of 13900 for dress code and send your measurements also he said like that i deposited that amount for dress code.
      And he called on 3rd day and told u have to pay 15900 to send offer letter. Plzzz help it's correct or not. (Recruiting by the airport authority of india) please help me

        I got an offer letter from indigo airlines and he asked me money for security deposit.
        And i got a call from [protected]
        I want answer for this. Cause i deposited amount to them.
        I got this letter sented below.
        And also they sented me a mail of medical insurance. I will also provided below.
        Please tell me is this letter real or fake.

          I took indigo flight 6e-836 from pune to lucknow on 17th june. When i received my baggage at lucknow airport i realized that it was mishandled and bag was torn off. The bag's side were rouged and it was dragged badly (Attaching pictures)
          Very poor service and such a bad handling of passenger's luggage. I do not expect such outcome after paying a good sum of money for a better travel experience.

          Hi Team,

          I got the call from your team and I already explained that I informed about this issue at Lucknow airport to a lady who told me that they can't do much on the airport and I can register a complaint online or by calling Indigo customer care. I called customer care also and they asked me to check with ground staff at airport. After this ping-pong I raised the issue online.

          I would also like to inform you that looking at the cut on my bag it is evident that this is not done by a normal scratch, this is purely a case of mishandling either during boarding the luggage in flight or while passing it on to conveyor belt. There were 2 more passengers with me who spoke with your ground staff and they advised us to go online.

          Do you think this is a minor cut on my bag?? This will almost make my bag rouged if I used the same bag for even a single travel. There are 10000+ complaints about your baggage handling and if feedback were working for your baggage team there would have been lesser complaints against you. Such a pathetic service and because now you have monopoly in the domain this is very easy to get off the bad service and user experience.

              Due to your staff members we were not able to catch our flight and we were at exact time and were at in the que and your staff delay the process of check-in nd when we got our turn they said you are late 5 minutes so we can't give you the check-in hence still we got the 40 mints still they didn't give the check-in to us, we are very angry nd we are middle class don't afford this kind of this after requesting a lot they didn't give. Nd we have to take another flight about 20k rupees, just way out of our budget so i just need refund for my money and what harrassing customer service i have got nd my mom a old lady, they didn't give help to us literally just 5 minutes. I would request you to refund us or we will go to court regarding the same

                To whom so ever it may concern,
                My husband krishna das and myself jamela das travelled by flight no g e 7126 from rajamundry to hyderabad on 20/06/2019. My pnr # lmdwhh. The time of departure was 20:15.
                On arrival at hyderabad i was informed that the wheel chair is available and i was asked to go down. I walked down the ramp but to my surprise there was no wheel chair. I had my right knee operated and i could not stand for a long time. All the crew members were with me waiting to put me on the w c. The air hostess called for the w c several times but no use. So one of the pilots has asked an empty bus to come close so that it was able for me to get into the bus. So the pilots put me on the bus. Here i had to let you know about my age. I am 80 yrs and my husband is 82. So i can't travel without a w c. Here comes the real story, i got into the bus and driver started the bus and thud i fell down in the empty space, on the right side of my operated knee. I was in a shock and i could'd get up. Again the pilots helped me. Hats off to the crew who helped me and they were all there till i reached the terminal. I live in u s and we don't experience such situations. I was physically, mentally, and emotionally disturbed and my back is hurting a lot. I consulted the doctor and taken few x-rays. I will post them later.
                So this is for your information.

                  Two air hostess/assistant sitting in the delhi airport terminal 3 misguided us due to which we missed our flight and didn't let us check in..
                  Also they were very unprofessional and rude..
                  This happened on 23/06/2019 at 4:30 am at the indigo kuala lumpur counter..
                  We missed our flight and had to book again which lead to huge loss..

                      I got a call from [protected], the recruiter name is Tina. She congratulates me as my CV got selected for ground staff in Indigo Airlines. Later she asked me to pay Rs. 2200 as a registration fee. I made a payment. Next day I cleared my online test then again she asked me for 6900 rs for verification and modification of my docs. Now I am calling on this number again and again she isn't picking up or reverting to my text.

                        Sir, am dr murthy Tv, i was travelling from Bangaluru to Guwahati flight number6E-457, 6.50AM flight on 21/6/2019, i got a cal at 5.50am that there is power bank in my boardingluggage, so i went to remove the powerbank, but the staff delayed the procedure by telling 10min, finally when i removed the power banks from my luggage, i reached the boarding gate 20min before departure, again the staff told to wait and finally told sorry and my flight missed, again the staff didnt respond again for rescheduling, they told to pay 14000 rs .i decided to cancel my trip. Again to get my luggage, it took 1hour. Its pathetic to see how these staff responds to passengers, just they keep telling 10min, a standard dialogue. I think its the duty of staff to get me into flight since i had 1 hour(5.50am to 6.50am) but the response from the staff so annoying . Its first time experience. My family decided to not to travel in Indigo from now onwards. If these things not corrected, the ship will sink soon.

Since you were carrying the same in check-in baggage, you were advised to remove it from the baggage. As and when you reached the gates, our staff tried their best to accept you for the flight although the boarding was completed. Hope you will understand that our staff has to abide by the policies.

                          I travelled with my wife from mumbai to bhopal by indigo flight no. 6e 264, pnr rhbigj, on 20 june 2019 and my baggage was not found at the bhopal airport.
                          My baggage tag no. Se [protected]. I had complained to indigo bhopal airport office with property irregularity report (pir) on the same time.

                            I received a mail from a guy called Sumit Sehgal. His phone number is [protected]. He said that I was selected as the Air Ticketing Executive in the Rajiv Gandhi International airport in Hyderabad. Later he said me to deposit Rs.1800 into the paytm wallet with number [protected]. I deposited them and I received a call from some guy for the telephonic interview round. The next day I got a mail that I've cleared the telephonic round, but I have to deposit Rs. 19, 500 into the same paytm wallet. I deposited them and got the offer letter. Then, on the next day I got a call from Manish Malik(ph.no. [protected]), saying that for the uniform which includes 1 pair of blazer, 1 pair is shirt trouser and shoes for which I have to deposit Rs.15, 000. I also deposited them and got an airport entry pass and an acknowledgement form. I was asked to fill it and send it back to the email [protected]@outlook.com . Now when I am calling them they're not responding. Please help me catch those fraudsters and get my money back. I need your help, my homely situation isn't good as of now.

                            At the outset, we would like to clarify that the attached letter was not issued by IndiGo and also, the email ID mentioned does not belong to IndiGo.

                            On the same note, it is also pertinent to mention here that the Company does not indulge in the practices of collecting any processing/enrollment fees from job aspirants/candidates.

                            It is advisable for you to approach competent authorities for a parallel investigation into the matter against such unknown errant persons.

                                Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                I am a serving Defence personnel. I booked a ticket of Rs 2959/- for my mother in law, Mrs Parkasho Devi from Hyd to Delhi for 19 Jun 19 by www.easymytrip.com on 27 May 19 with PNR No BKLF4X. Her name in the id proof (voter I card) is Mrs Parkasho whereas I booked the ticket in the name of Mrs Parkasho Devi. Devi was added to fill up the last name which is mandatory to book a ticket and this does not make a big difference as Devi is usually added with Indian ladies. On 19 Jun 19 my mother in law reached the Hyd Air Port well in time with her ticket and id proof. The security guard at Airport gate checked her ticket and id proof and allowed her entrance into the airport. When she approached to Indigo counter, the staff available there did not allow her to check in and said that there is a discrepancy in name printed on her id proof (Parkasho) and ticket (Parkasho Devi) and she was not allowed to travel by indigo flight at 0525 hrs on 19 Jun 19. Moreover, they were not ready to escort her to go outside the airport or allowed her to meet with any higher officials of indigo. She requested many times but they were adamant. Further, they forced her to book a new ticket in indigo for next flight. She is an uneducated lady which belongs to rural background. She finally gave up. Indigo staff took her to booking counter and they booked the ticket of Rs 6939/- in the name of Parkash Parkash with PNR No VN7U6U for the flight at 0740 hrs on 19 Jun 19. It is pertinent to mention that Parkash is usually a male gender's name. Further, Parkash Parkash even did not match with her id proof also. In view of the above I hereby request you for the following points.

                                1. That Rs 6939/- must be refunded as a principal of natural justice.

                                2. That the staff involved in the harassment be punished to set an example for others

                                3. That my mother in law be compensated for the rude behaviour and harassment she has gone through.

                                4. How my mother in law was allowed to travel with a different name (Parkash Parkash) which is usually a male's name.

                                5. Who is Parkash Parkash whose ticket was given to my mother in law?

                                Further, I bring your kind attention that our country is making efforts for women empowerment and the behavior from your staff is unexpectable. I reiterate that I am serving personnel and get a little time for our family.

                                I hereby annexing copy of both the tickets and copy of ID proof.

                                  On 18th of June i was travelling from Delhi to guwahati via Indigo so after landing when i have collected my luggage i found that both the wheels were broken. So i want to complain against the authority for so such inconvenience and carelessness. And i want compensations for the damage as soon as possible.

                                  Fake job offer and money fraud
                                  I got a job offer letter from Indigo and asked me to pay security deposit of 9600 plus GST. First I made payment of 9600 and then thy said they want with gst amount so pay 11328 they will refund 9600 now. But I get nothing from them yet. Please help me to get my money back

                                      Today I traveled from Delhi to Indore flight no 6E 733. I had one Johny Walker whiskey sealed bottle with me. When I checked in I told this to your employee and he put fragile sticker on bag. When I received my bag from fragile counter on Indore airport, bottle was broken and whiskey was spilled all over the bag and soaked important papers and clothes. I wanted to register a complaint, Mr Ankur Verma of your airlines told me he will register my complaint. I am really very upset because after taking all due precautions on my side, I could loose rare collection of whiskey which I was carrying for my personal bar.
                                      I would request you give me proper compensation for the loss incurred.

                                      They called me from indigo airline head office, and aske me to pay 2500 for regi..
                                      6200 for CRP form, then 30, 000 for job security. And after all, they send HR training letter. And aske me 40, 000 rupees. Always asking for money only.. Tell me an idea to refund my money back.

                                        I travelled from Thiruvandapuram to Kolkata from indigo flight on 3rd June. I was travelling with my wife and an infant. Inspite of repeated request and cabin space being available, the staff did not allow me to take the foldable baby carrier on board. They insisted that the same be deposited as luggage and even stopped me from boarding the flight (inspite of me getting the carrier on indigo airlines only while traveling from kolkata to cochin). I had to give to the request and allowed them to put the same in luggage. When i reached Kolkata, i found the carrier was broken by the staff. I tried reaching the ground staff but they simply told that it is not their fault as the carrier had been broken by staff at trivandrum. On reaching out to thier concerned department over email and facebook, they simply refused that no conplaint was registered inspite of me showing the broken carrier to your ground staff. Moreover the staff did not even help out in informing that we can register a complaint. In fact the ground staff told us to take up the matter legally.
