I am writing to you regards my booking AE1DMC. On 30th June 2019, I was trying to reschedule my flight boarding from Kolkata to Brussels from13th July to 20th July. On the call, the payment was initiated and from my bank, it was shown successful. I kept on saying the payment was successfully done from my side, however, the customer service representative informed Indigo has not received the payment and the transaction could not be completed (the payment was made from SBI BHIM UPI and the bank has confirm the payment success from their side to Indigo Merchant's HDFC a/c). Thus I was in the assumption that the reschedule was not done and for my Visa application, I showed the initial booked date of the journey- 13th July 2019 (as that was the only confirmed ticket I had from you guys). Later I called back Indigo help line on 3rd July to follow up on the payment status and to my surprise, I got to know that the reschedule was completed on 30th June without my knowledge and Indigo also received the payment of Rs 5986.00. Now my Visa application is on hold and there's a good chance they might reject my application as the PNR is showing 20th July date. And due to this discrepancy in infotmation, Embassy can reject the application. And the beauty is Indigo never bothered to inform me that my ticket was rescheduled until I called up the customer service on 3rd July to inform about the payment status. I never received the updated copy of ticket also for the date of journey of 20th June as per the reschedule they did. Only when I called on 3rd July they sent the new ticket. Now if my Visa gets rejects who should be held liable here?
Also as I had the assumption the reschedule was not done, I never changed the bookings I had in Europe. Now I will lose all the money on the hotel bookings too as I have to delay the plan for 1 whole week (in case Visa is approved).

If your time is precious then customer's time is also precious. You have to be refunded the amount paid.
