Hi, my baggage contained a touch screen computer the baggage was specifically marked fragile and heavy, the laptop was in perfect condition before the fight while i returned back to ahmedabad found that the screen of my laptop acer laptab was damaged severally costing around 10k inr to get it repaired.

money got debited from bank account but ticket not confirmed

I used net banking through paytm wallet on indigo website to do booking of flight from bengaluru to delhi. The paytm paid rupees 6766 to billdeskutil but the ticket was not confirmed. I had to do payment again using my debit card.
Now, i have mad numerous calls to indigo helpline but they say they have not received it and they say it will take 10 days....

I received a job related mail from rilesh.[protected]@careers-goindigo.in email id I applyed for job for mumbai location and paid 900/- for registration through link given in email.That link was connected to paytm so I paid the money by Paytm.The amount i paid on 22nd january 19.I have not received any confirmation yet nor any interview location address as of now.

This is a complaint regarding our recent experience with indigo. We, a group of four people, were scheduled to fly from male to mumbai on 15 february 2019 (Pnr: jkr9fx). claiming for delay of flight

18 feb 2019 me and my husband had a terrible experience with indigo airlines 6e-316. Flight we booked was at 9. 15 pm and it actually departed at 11.30. The reason which they gave was cabin crew members were taking rest itseems & bangkok flight was delayed. We had faced alot of issue due to this 2 hours delay. sudden cancellation of flight

I was to travel from bangalore to imphal and i had booked indigo 6e-874. The ticket was confirmed. The scheduled departure was on 19/02/2019 at 9.50. But on february 03, 14, 15 and 18 got messages saying the flight is rescheduled due to operational reason. The revised time is 9.30-12.00/[protected]hrs, pnr-liibnq on 19 feb.

mismanagement at check in counters in ahmedabad airport

There was total mismanagement of handling the people at the checkin counters of indigo at ahmedabad domestic airport in the evening of 17th feb. People from all the queues were merged at the end into the 2 counters which resulted in chaos despite being in queue.
