I travelled with my wife from chennai to coimbatore by6e 881 today 04 may 19. We are 85 yrs and 75 yrs old. 0n return trip. We were in the luggage counter to get the tkts and requested for wheel chair since my wife is unable to walk and i am a heart patient. The lady staff on duty at 1340 hrs informed that no wheel chairs cannot be provided, since prebooked. She has told to travel by 1730 flt in case i required wheel chair. This is no answer to the aged people. Instead considering a help, she was roughly behaving,. After waiting, she arranged one wheel chair up to gates. This sort of attitude has put us in lot of physical mental strains. When the wheel chair sent upto gates the same could have been taken nearer to the flt atleast. We were getting slippary and reached the plane with lot of difficulties. Will u kindly investigate and advise a feedback

    Dear Indigo, on 23Rd March, I took an awful flight, unfortunately very delayed, from Delhi to Istanbul ; My PNR number is SDU7JC .
    Eventhough I insisted at boarding in Delhi, that I had a short 2 hours only connecting flight in Istanbul, the ground staff insisted that I register my cabin size luggage due to its 13kg weight) .
    Not having my luggage in Istanbul on 23rd march evening, I made a phone call to Indigo hot line in India to register my lost luggage claim, then had to quickly hop on the connecting flight to Athens, and had no time to register the claim with the ground staff in Istanbul . And anyway, there was nobody attending the Indigo transfer desk at Istanbul at the time !
    Now, after repeated phone calls, informing me to wait, that Indigo is trying to locate my luggage along the past few weeks, I still have no news, no proposal, nothing but indifference from Indigo .
    Will someone care about a regular customer, or just continue ignoring ?

      The first time i travelled international with your flight and i am very sorry to say that every international flight gives foods to every passenger but you are selling and don't have blankets and pillows your staff is not cooperative and there is also your ground staff is also very rude they don't know how to treat the passenger i feel it's nessecary to trained your staff i feel this is my last travelling with you i travelled hongkong with indigo please take your valued customer

          Hi. I had a flight from jaipur to kolkata on 4th may. The flight got cancelled and the supervisor - akash gave us the option for 5th may jaipur to delhi, delhi - imphal and imphal to kolkata. However when we see the indigo website their was an option of giving us a flight on 4th may 9.05pm flight. This was not suggested to us. My schengen visa interview had to be cancelled for this.

            lost baggage

            Hope you doing okay!. Now i have got a complaint to make about miss handled baggage of my mother and brother.

            We first reached the customer service people about the status of our 2 bags which they replied and said wait for 48 hours which we did and then asked us to further give them 14...

            So ya today my flight was at 1:30 n i was there on time 12:45 the counters were closed n me saying them to help me out its very urgent for me to go they were like we can't do anything like seriously i m # pissed n i'll definitely go to higher authority n i suggest everyone not to travel with this airlines indigo such a bad thing, it was to urgent for me to go to dehradoon today itself but i was not able to go n what i think is they dint even gave me any alternative what the hell is this seriously i m very disappointed at least the refund should b given that money got wasted n i have saved it from so long

                I booked flight tickets from happyeasygo.com and due to issues i had to cancel them asap... I cancelled them withing 7 hours of booking.. And when i asked about the refund these people asked me to contact indigo airlines regarding the refund.. And indigo airlines people said even they cant refund back the money as the payment is been done from happyeasygo.com website... Refund can only be done upto 3000 whereas i spent 20, 123/- for my tickets... I cancelled my tickets withing 7 hours and how will i get refund only 3000??? This is not at all fare and i need an explanation for this and need my complete refund or at least 50% of my refund back..

                    Hi i booked my ticket yesterday (1 may 8:03 pm) from indigo mobile app the amount (Rs 6137) was deducted from my account, i got the confirmation sms from bank and i got email as well. But no pnr was generated and my booking status showed “0 booking”. Origin and destination is from delhi to dimapur (27 may, 7:20am) i haven’t receive my refund. How long will it take to get it refunded.

                    I paid Rs.24, 195 online at 10 am on 23/04/2019 for 2 tickets for SIN-CCU 6E 58/874 departing 05.30. My Bank account was debited but no ticket details were issued. Bank statement says Rs. 24, 195 paid to INB Interglobe Aviation Ltd.

                      I had to cancel my wife's flight ticket on 22nd march, 2019 due to sudden demise of my father on 18th march, 2019. I informed indigo over the call immediately and cancelled the ticket. They have processed me only 1500 rs refund as per t&c and aked me to submit my father's death certificate and they will process the refund for rest of the amount.
                      Hence i did sent an email to customer. [protected]@goindigo.in twice (On 15th april at 9:03 am, 22nd april 10:50 am) with my father's death certificate. But till now i have not heared anything from indigo and they have not processed the refund amount to me.
                      I called the indigo customer support team today, but they are not willing to help me with this regard. Hence i am writting here as a hope. This is very very unprofessional & unethical behaviour that i have received from indigo. Which i thought to escalate here so that i get a justice.

                      I have just now received a call from Indigo and they asked me to send my father's death certificate again. Already I have sent 3 times and also sent the email to [protected]@goindigo.in for 4th time. Attaching here the screen shot of the email that I sent 4th time in a row. This is really insane and utmost unprofessionality from Indigo.

                      Hi,
                      I did not get any positive response from Customer relationship team of Indigo yet. Even I have sent my father's death certificate 5 times to customer.[protected]@goindigo.in, even on today, they are asking me to send it again. I have already attached the email copy here that I have sent to Indigo customer relationship email and spent almost 2-3 hours in call with them without a bit of resolution.

                      But now I don't have any word to say. Extremely worst customer relationship team that I have seen. Why are you asking for my father's death certificate again and again even I have sent already 5 times and attached the screenshot of those emails here in this therad already. Then what is the confusion or you don't want to refund my hard earned money that I have lost in an untorads incedent.

                        I missed the flight with other two persons which was scheduled for departure at 6:20 am, 1st May. We were at the airport by 4:45 am and did not stop anywhere apart from the baggage drop and security clearance and managed to reach the gate by 5:55 am. We understand we may have missed the boarding time by 5 mins. However, I would request the Indigo officials to check the CCTV footage from the time we entered the airport, did the baggage drop and the security clearance where there weren’t any baskets to keep the luggage after standing in the queue for more than 30 mins. When complained to the security personnel handling the hand luggage, he said couldn’t do anything if the baskets aren’t coming over. We were not allowed to pass from the gate at 5:55 am as the staff there said that the gates are closed and they are helpless. We had to book another flight by taking the exit from security. Please help me understand since when indigo started providing such bad services to their customer. We are humans and do not possess any super powers to clear the security or break the line or do something when the airport staff is not ready to help us. Really frustrated with the service indigo has served me with this time. I would request the refund of the amount paid for the rescheduling the flight to port blair.

                              My Name is Bramh Kant tiwari, I am going to fly Delhi to Goa, Flight 6E - 399, i reached On check in counter for boarding pass on sharp 14.55, but they send me back side on counter no. 8, there lady was handle 2 customer that taken 5 mint i am saying my flight is on 15.40, please do favor, they pass the time and attend me on 3 pm and said as par norm you miss the flight, 45 mint before we closed the counter for boarding pass, i said its only 5 mint late 15.40 pm is flight time and now its 15.00 pm, please allowed, she not listen any things and taken 1500/ Extra charges for Next flight schedule on 18.55 pm,

                              they way of business is very bad, this is not about 1500/ this and about time i was scheduled my meeting in Goa on 8 pm,

However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Also, we advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure to avoid any last min hassle Sadly, you had reported at 1508 for a flight scheduled to depart at 1540 hrs. Hence, we were unable to allow you onboard. Further, our airport team put you on the next available flight with minimum charges, which was accepted by you. We hope for your understanding.

                                Hi team,

                                This is a complain regarding flight booking. I would want to let you know that this indigo flight has made my journey horrible due to there responsible schedule of changing the gate number at the last moment and without any email notifications.
                                I have taken this flight to reach in bhopal on the same day but i got stuck in bangalore whole day due to their reschedule.
                                Details: while reaching to bangalore by this flight i have received the boarding pass. There i have clearly asked indigo employees who was assisting everyone to get their boarding pass that mam which gate i should be going. She has tick on the boarding pass and said it 17th gate number which was mentioned in the boardingpass. I was confident enough and reached gate 17 and were waiting for the flight 2.25pm i hv to catch another flight towards bhopal but at 2.10 there were no queue and i was asking to the assistant that i need an entry. They said the last moment the gate number has been changed from 17 to 6: (
                                How would i know when there is no mail communication. I called indigo customer care and they were not able to help they said they ha e texted a message which is not acceptable as the boarding pass is the latest copy which we received and it is wrong in that. While giving the entry they doesn't give entry based k. Text messages but the only boarding pass.

                                I would like to appeal a complain that the indigo airline should refund the airport charges and the flight charges from bangalore to bhopal.
                                As to bear that i had to book another flight which was not available to bhopal but indore and i hv to suffer by traveling all the way from bus and train to my home.

                                Please raise a complaint and help me in providing a solution for this.

                                  Hi,

                                  I traveled with three of my friends from guwahati to bangalore on 13 april 6e 457 under pnr qf135j.
                                  Except my luggage, all other luggage arrived at guwahati.

                                  I was told at guwahati airport that whenever the luggage arrives in guwahati, they will deliver at the address i give.

                                  I was on my way to tawang in arunachal pradesh and all my cold and rain weather clothing is in this check-in bag. I suggested we close it with a compensation they may calculate, as the locations where i will be providing are far. They however insisted that they will deliver, however far they are.
                                  I gave two addresses (1) tenga and (2) dirang - both of them indeed far from guwahati. I left with their assurance that they will deliver the luggage to me within time for my tawang leg.

                                  On 13th evening, my luggage arrived in guwahati - as per indigo staff. They promised to send it on 14th to tenga - by 14th noon, i came to know that the vendor has refused to deliver it. This is a major breach of trust. Had they mentioned that they could not deliver to tenga, i would have stayed one evening in guwahati, collected my luggage and traveled that night. They refused to deliver to dirang as well.
                                  I had to buy my entire gear once again - spending close to rs: 8000/- in the absence of this bag.
                                  Finally on 17th night, while i was in tawang someone from indigo called up and offered to deliver the bag to tawang!! I am returning back on 18th - so i saw no point in chasing a bag that may or may not come - the need for everything in that bag vanished as i was forced to buy everything new. Hence, i decided to collect the bag from guwahati.
                                  On my return leg, i collected the bag finally on 21st from guwahati but the indigo staff and the call center refused to provide any compensation for a mistake they did. All of them categorically accepted its indigo's mistake but they offered no compensation.

                                  I am raising this compliant to obtain compensation for the rs:8000/- purchases i had to make because of this mistake done by indigo - i can produce the bills, if necessary.

                                  First of, the wait to get to the plane was crazy then when we finally made it to the plane, the aircraft doesn’t start!!
                                  We are waiting since an hour! There is no air condition, the air hostesses are not trainer properly, they have no clue about what is happening.
                                  It’s a hideous airlines.

                                    I am dr. Myneedu umamaheswara rao., i along with my wife booked 2seats on25/april/19.. The pnr — -df28 xm — - 6e7113/208tir-blr. — -blr — vtz. The complaint is that at - tir., the man didn’t issue boarding passes for the flight 6e/208., we had to run around frantically to your info office., at blr., from there to check in points security., uncomfortably moving fast at my age of 70 years. Because time available was just an hour.. Well., you must know that our generation isn’t computer savvy., but your youngster employees seem to be in perpetual hurry. The 2nd one., flight 6e/ 7166 got delayed by almost 3 hours., like many other indigo flights on 27th april’s afternoon. That’s not convenient for any one. Look into these lapses please.

                                      They said they are from airport authority of india, i believed and then they tell me to pay 2100 rs for telephonic interview and when i paid then their number will be off.. When next day they on their number then they said we have timing of 10 am to 4pm. I said ok then they said pay training fees then i send then training fees 7900 rs then they said ok 1st may is your joining day 45 days training procedure... And we will send you soft copy of everything and hard copy will be sent to you by courier. Next day m waiting for courier.. But then said you have to pay for uniform a security amount which is also refundable. As all these amount will be refunded to you on 1st day of training. I said ok i will pay again rs 13900. Then next day they said you will receive your courier. Then they said you have received your mail plz pay gatepass and joining letter security amount 25000 rs which is refundable with in 30 minutes but i denied and then they said we will not proceed it i[censored] will not pay i said i have no amount but then they said ok pay 10000 i paid it by hard times then they said do wait for monday now what should i do monday is on 29 april... And i have no other details of them.

                                      This is not a complaint realted to airlines anyhow.

                                      Nobody forced you to accept the offer from the anonymous person and forced you to pay in favor of anonymous person.

                                      The are 2 solutions:
                                      1. To apply for refund to the bank, who issue dthe payment card, due to farud.
                                      or
                                      2. To apply for the crime "fraud" by filing the F.I.R. in the nearest police station.

                                      Yo will need to have ID, the attached docuents and your parent with you,
                                      if you are below 21 or of the similar age.

                                      The decision maker must issue the written decision in 10 days or so.

                                      In practice, you will need to hire a legal professional in order to submit the civil suit to the magistrate / district court for the compensation. Such assistance can cost from Rs 10000 for cases related to fraud.

                                      So, if you or your father do not have rs 10000 for recovery / a legal assistance,
                                      it is better to remain in silence and to forget about lost money for nerve system now.
