Me & my wife were travelling by IndiGo 6E 963 from Dehradun to Delhi on 04 May 2019. Our seat no. was 29 A & B. My wife unknowingly dropped her gold ring ( accidentally) while arranging luggage or while taking a seat.

    I was travelling on 15th May 2019 at 11am with indigo flight from Pune to prayagraj with my hand laggage I have another bag of eatble thing like vada pav and chilli but manage want that I should put my hand laggage in check-in bag so I can pay him 4000Rs but I was not ready for that so had given that bag to my mom who is waiting outside to her that he stated shouting and he close the counter that I will not take you with us now as I have done my check in one day before my seat no was 25c but he is not allowed me I have my bording pass too this is very bad behavior of your member I was stuk their then he forcefully given the next days ticket of 7.20inthe morning of 16th may with fair diff of 5100 Rs and it takes almost
    9 hour to go to prayagraj as I requested him PL take next ticket of same time that is 11am but he did not do that and any of your member is not ready to do anything against him.i did not expect this kind of behavior from your members PL take some action against him and PL refund my money you people can not return my day but pl take some action against him

      I got an email from [protected]@goindigohr.in about job openings by HR Mukul Shinde about 3 days back and asked to deposit ₹9800 as surety. The next day I got call for telephonic interview and after few questions I was told I was selected and asked to deposit ₹35000 for appointment letter. Now I'm trying to reach him but number is switched off. Did I got scammed? I want some reply from team indigo

        I was in the queue of check-in counter for at least half an hour before the closing time of the check-in counter. Their staff was too slow, as our checking of IDs and baggage was going on, the lady operating the counter said that the gate is closed you have to go on another counter. As we tried to enquire about the same with any of the staff member present there, a the time ran out. Then they started manipulating the things. Since Rajiv Gandhi Intl. Airport is a silent airport there were no announcements and even displays near the counters and they were saying that we have announced about the flight, you've not heard about it. After long arguments with the assistant manager and Indigo incharge over there, they told us about the next flight going to Delhi and they charged us INR 1500 per passenger to get bookings on the seats available in the next flight. It was disgusting, unethical and total cheating to earn profits from the passengers. There were few more passengers on the airport with the same case of flight missing even on reaching before time.They were saying about the announcement to all the passengers but every passenger was claiming that there was no announcement at all. There were passengers who had already checked in through web check-in but they missed their flight. It was all due to misconduct, lack of airport services, lowsy work and manipulation by the airport as well as airlines staff members. I want the concerned authorities to look into the matter.

            I have booked a flight ticket from kolkata to indore on 03rd may 2019 using cleartrip portal. An amount or rs 16476.00 has been debited through sbi net banking with payment id ccage2ibw141igagbeilt7 dt 03.05.2019. While redirecting from the bank website to cleartrip website the internet connection breaks down and tickets booking could not be completed. I have raised a ticket with razorpay and they have confirmed that they have successfully paid i have tried many times to contact with cleartrip customer care but could not. Please help i am writing this on 3rd may 2019 and the amount of rs-16476.00 has not been credited back.

                  Our checked in luggage has jot been delivered to destination yet. It has been 3 days. From pune to bangalore! No response, solution from the team even after lodging an official complain with the team. The bag had perishable items and medicines. Who is incurring the loss and why the delay? The flight was on 16th may from

                    We were four passenger travelling from cochin to delhi whose departed time was 18.5.19 at 12.55by indigo airlines. Our pnr number was aill8a, flight number 6e837 and ikgi5k. But this flight was delayed more than 2.30 hours. When we talked to kochi indigo person she suggested that our arrival staff at delhi airport help you. So. We call arrival staff. He replied me no problem we will help you after reaching at airport. When we reached at delhi airport at after 6 o'clock. No-one staff provide us any type of help only ignore us, although no one listen our problem. We are very disappointed with your staff attitude. You are requested to reimburse our four passenger air fare due to delayed flight which departure time was 5.40 am from delhi to chandigarh.

                      I was standing at check in counter for my turn as i was about to check in with my baggage one person force fully come before me gave his tickets, all his baggage was still in scanning machine
                      I told your person that it my turn my i am putting my baggage on the belt, the other person started shouting and i was forced to wait. I fail to understand your person response. It shows that one person is shouting he is right and one in standing coming on his turn is wrong.
                      Kindly inform me one should stand in queue or you can shout and come from wherever and come for check in.

                        my son received an appointment letter from indigo

                        Hi team my son got an appointment letter from indigo.

                        He sent his resume to [protected]@mail.com, checking an opening through linkedin. We contacted mr. Rah malhotra [protected] and interviews were scheduled and we were asked to pay initiate fee of rs.2500 and then security check rs.7500. Then offer letter was released through [protected]@goindigo.in. Now they are asking to pay rs.10000 to open salary account.

                          A flight no 6e 528 booked on 06 may 2019 for travel from delhi to lucknow on 11 may 2019. But at the time of journey it was told to me that you are late for boarding.in actual flight not came at delhi. At that time same flight is travelling from bengaluru to pune. Due to critical situation i booked another ticket from delhi to lucknow, and waiting whole night in airport lobby. Such type of fraud is going in indigo airlines.

                            I booked flight Delhi to BBSR on 9th May 2019, I want to reschedule the flight to next day due to delay in connecting flight, I contacted to indigo for reschedule through email, chat and my wife called for reschedule, but no response from indigo airlines, I paid two tickets travel from Delhi to BBSR.                               I'm receiving many mails form HR department.
                              For job. Till date I have paid 51000/- Rs for Uniform(12500) / Medical Insurance(25000) /Opening bank account (15550) / Joining letter (8750) & today again asking for term insurance(44400). If I'm not able to pay this 44400/- amount. Thier are not refound my paid amount.
                              I have cancelled my tickets 20 days back and I haven't received my refund yet. PNR: ME5TVS

                                I had booked a flight from mumbai to nagpur dated 13/05/2019. As a responsible customer i checked the arriving terminal online that rightfully showed t1 and thus was my planned arrival. But to my disappointment the facts were changed on the same day and terminal shifted to t2.
                                It is very easy for the airlines to excuse this as an internal adjustment, but for flyers who rightfully reach an hour before the scheduled departure this comes as a shock as all their schedule has collapsed.
                                It took me my breath and sweat to rush to the other terminal. Please be mindful and a little more considerate towards your customers.

                                How does this make any difference to the inconvenience caused to me. I had to rush to book a cab and he charged me whooping 500 bucks for nothing, I was never supposed to be the bearer of the cost as I was well planned at my end. I know this sounds a negligible amount to you but does make a difference to me!!

                                II was sent an email from indigo saying they are hiring and for the interview they will charge a refundable amount of 9600 plus gst and they gave me a PDF document with indigo watermark.
                                So he took the amount of 11328 and also by mistake I send him initially 9600 so he told me he will revert.
                                Could you please resolve this issue.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I am writing to inform & notify you that i had booked 5 tickets of indigo airlines
                                  For 4 adults and 1 infant from bangalore to ahmedabad. The pnr details of this booking are pnr - nn37me.
                                  Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel the booking and i had cancelled the same as per policy (Almost 9 hours prior to the departure of flight). I have the cancellation advice from indigo where the refund amount of inr 3046/- was to be credited back to my bank since it was an online booking.

                                  It is indeed surprising and shocking to note that its almost a month today, that i don't have the refund amount credited to my bank account. May i know reason for this unnecessary delay and harrasment.

                                  I urge once gain to look into this matter on priority and ensure to refund back the amount of inr 3046/- immediately to my bank account.

                                  Expecting a prompt and immediate response in this matter.

                                    I got a call by a woman named nidhi sharma (Number: [protected]) an hr of indigo airlines providing me a job offer from saying that i got selected for a job at air ticketing department therefore i have to pay 2200 rs for the telephonic interview. Then i was asked to pay 7900 rs as a security deposit which would be refunded at the time of training. Now im asked to pay 13900 rs for the uniform. The email id of the person is [protected]@aol.com

                                    It was in the late evening when i went through other people's experiences online regarding airport job calls that i realized im being trapped. I've transferred a total amount of 2200 + 7900 rs after which i realised this is a fraud.

                                    The pictures below depict the email id and whatsapp number of the person from hr department regarding transfer of money and other ways of contacting.

                                    I'm looking forward to an affirmitive answer from your side.

                                      Sir/Mam,
                                      I had a connecting flight from Chennai to Jabalpur via Hyderabad. After reaching jabalpur we were told that our luggage had been dropped at Hyderabad itself. Since I am not resident of jabalpur I am now facing a huge discomfort as I don't have anything to manage with till my luggage comes in which ever way possible.
