I had a flight from ranchi to pune via delhi on 25/01/2019. The flight number is 6e-398. I had to pay for excess baggage of 8000/- at ranchi airport on 25/01/2019. The employee present at the ranchi airport took my credit card and swiped it twice in two different pos machines and then claimed my card did not work and took 8000/- cash from me, but my card actually got swiped and i received two messages from my bank saying 2 times 8000/- has been deducted from my credit card. I told the same to the airport staff and also emailed the screenshot of the bank messages. The airport staff kundan singh told me that if the amount is deducted it will be credited back. So for the baggage of 8000/- i ended up paying 24000/-. Now indigo has refunded me only 8000/- after chasing up for 2 months. The other 8000/- is still with interglobe aviation/indigo. I have provided all the required details which indigo has asked me to provide, the transaction details, my credit card details etc, and have written multiple emails to them. But indigo has hired some highly incompetent employees who don't know how to do their job properly.
First of all, there is not one person who is dedicatedly working on a passenger's issue.
Secondly, they do not know how to read email, as they keep asking me for the same details again and again.
Also they close the ticket without resolving the issue.

Its been two months and it's been a nightmare to travel with indigo.

    On 02.03.2019 i was having my flight 6e821/7155 with above mentioned pnr from surat to hyderabad & hyderabad to rajahmundry.
    Because of some operational reasons flight was delayed by 1 hr 35 minutes, because of the delay in departing this flight. I thought that i can't catch my next flight from hyderabad, so for clarification i approached the reservation counter in surat airport & ask about whether i can catch my next flight which is scheduled to depart from rja at 15:20 hrs or not, please suggest whether to cancel this ticket or any other options available. Then i got the reply from her (I don't remember her name) that go & ask to the company from which you have booked the tickets (Jaha se ticket book kiye ho use jakar pucho-this is the reply from her).

    In flights indigo ppls are telling that we are always committed for the customer satisfaction.

    So as an india's top airline company this type of behavior doesn't look good. Worst experience with the indigo.in my future travel i will try to avoid indigo flights & recommend my friends & colleague not to prefer indigo.

      I am really pissed of from my previous night journey from bhubaneswar to delhi and i am going to take action on twitter as i was charged rs 2400 for extra baggage for a flight ticket cost of rs 5000 that is totally not acceptable by frequent flyer.

      The staff ms armita singh handling indigo counter at bhubaneswar was extremely unprofessional and didn't knew how to handle customer relation.

      I want compensation for the same else i am posting the same in social media

        My flight from kuala lumpur to bangalore was scheduled to depart at 11:40 am and i had reached check-in counter before 10:30 am. I was told by the crew that check-in is closed. On asking why so i was told that flight landed early and check in has been completed. Even after pleading and folding hands that we have sufficient time in hand to board the flight i was not allowed to check-in and was harassed by the crew at kuala lumpur international airport terminal 2.
        The crew was rude specially the lady at desk and used abusive demeanor. She even commented that we indians do drama.
        I fail to understand why i was denied boarding when there was sufficient time for the flight departure. I believe that airlines had over booked the flight and just used a reason to deny me check in.
        I was further informed on call by the call center associate that my status has been put up as no show and show up time updated at 10:50 am. The cctv footage of the checkin counter would prove that i was there much before.

        This case needs to be investigated and due compensation to b provided ti me as i have suffered psychologocal and monetary losses at the hands of indigo staff.

            Dear sir,
            I checked in at chennai airport at around 7 45am for my flight from chennai to trivandrum which is supposed to depart at 10 45am. Around 8 45 the boarding gate was shown as gate number 13. So i sat besides the gate. Since even after 10 35 boarding was not announced. I checked with the counter and they said the boarding has been completed. But the display board near the gate was showing tuticorin all the time which they later said was due to some technical error and that the feed was not sent properly. They directed me to the ticket counter and said they will get me the next immediate flight. When i approached the counter they asked me to pay for the ticket. After fighting for like 30mins they reduced the amount to 2500rs. I don't know why they are doing the checklist thing while boarding if they can't find that all has not yet boarded. All the staff at the counter were so hostile. I will attach with this mail pictures of tickets, and the extra ticket they made me take. They didn't even provide me a receipt for the payment. So i did card payment and i have the bank copy. If some airlines miss a passenger boarding it's usually their duty to arrange the next flight. I came to chennai from pune and that's why i reached so early. Due to lack of memory i am unable to load the pics. Anyway last time i am booking an indigo flight

            Dear sir, we cancelled the air ticket of indigo flight PNR no. M9MP7L-6E3906 depart from Guwahati to Delhi on 18 March. But the same has been cancelled by me on dated 19/02/2019 but the after cancellation charges deduct the balance refund account is not credit in my account till date. So please credit the refund in my account as early.

              My baggage is lost and still no response from indigo airline, even complaints was registered yesterday at chennai airport. My pnr no is emj82b and hand baggage tag no is 6e941811.
              I am scared of lost of my valuable goods of worth rs 50000 /-.
              I called chennai baggage lost claim on mobile -[protected], no one picking up call. How ridiculous are indigo airline staff? Very surprising.
              Can i get any feedback from indigo airline with in a hour.

                    I was travelling from lucknow to kolkata on 6th march, 2019, flight number 6e 0244. I had given 3 baggages st the check-in but i received only two baggages at the kolkata airport. I lodged a complaint regarding this on 6th march itself. I mailed at the customer. [protected]@goindigo.in as well. I have not received any response, neither have a received any compensation. I have faced an utter financial loss due to indigo airlines' negligence. I hope my case to be considered by the indigo airlines else, i think i should take some legal action.

                    The Indigo air carrier has 15 days to deliver their decision to passenger.
                    Please show, by March 25-29, the copies of:
                    e-tciket for the 6th March, 2019, Flight number 6E 0244 on route Lucknow - Kolkata issued to passenger (name according to passport)
                    text of the complaint:
                    - where, when, what happened,
                    - what is your loss,
                    - your request,
                    your data: home, email address,
                    signature: type name according to passport
                    and
                    decision or the absence of the decision of the Indigo aircarrier by by March 25-29.

                    Do not harry, try to negotiate the outcome of complain,
                    if refused in 15 days, one more time
                    by allowing 8 days for the standard compensation and produce the define request in figures towards the aircarrier "I want [full sum ] due to "

                    The serious gap of law of India is delay of an execution of obligations (action) is not fined properly, addequately by the government.

                    Than the public can see, what the representative of Indigo air carreir can do or can not do.
                    The servants of Ministry of Civil Aviation, of DGCA, of office o[censored]P Attorney
                    are partcipants of the Indian law by the way.
                    Sometimes government servants (employees), with experience of comming, sitting and gong-home of more than 5 years, forget the reason of receiving the salary and the other benefits.

                        As i got mail from your side that my flight schedule from delhi to srinagar will be change.
                        As per your mail i try to modify the main flight from ahmedabd to delhi as per option provided by you.
                        When i change my ahmedabd to delhi flight.
                        You change my delhi to srinagar flight again... It will be not accepted by me.
                        I want to reach srinagar as early as possible. And dont want to stuck at airport for more hours...
                        If i change my first flight from ahmedabad to delhi it effect to delhi to srinagar flight then i dont want to change my ahmedabd to delhi flight.
                        Please keep it as per your sujested schedule.

                          Recently i received an offer from indigo airlines regarding ground staff vacancies in which they demand rs 2000 in order to generate my id and for being able to participate in first round interview. Than for second round interview they demand 6800 rs for documents verification which i denied to pay. They told me my resume was selected from jolly grand airport dehardun.
                          Does indigo demand money to recruit?

                            My wife recieved email stating job opportunity at indigo airlines on various positions and further there would be registration fee which need to pay before the procedure, as my wife was ex cabin crew and she is well educated with indigo official site and here i'm bringing this complain to the concerned department so that no innocent people will suffer further more. Please find sttached copy which we got througj email.

                            Hope indigo legal team will act against this.

We do not indulge in the practices of collecting any processing/ enrollment fees from job aspirants/candidates. Further, we have raised this with the concerned team.

                            Colombo to Chennai to Delhi
                            Bought duty free bottles in Colombo. They were not allowed as check-in in Chennai and airlines suggested me to put it as luggage.
                            Both the bottles are broken now although fragile written.
                            Who will reimburse me the money ??

                              I have booked a flight with my pnr llz56h from jaipur to ahmedabad on 11march 2019 where i have done my webcheck in the my flight and i am having my seat no... I reached about 0714 hrs where my depature was on 0755 hrs.. I have my brother with me in same time with webcheckin done with different pnr.. He was allowed to go but i denied,, in a very inappropriate way... They just walked from the counter leaving me confused.. Nobody from indigo helped me and on top of them yelled on me.., have i took any liability on you.
                              And i spoke with mr. Ankit he didnt listened anything.. He was a tape recorder and said you’ll we’ll getting refund of rs.600
                              Nobody is ready to listen that i am having a seat no. And i have done webcheckin.. All my planning are being disturbed just beacuse of this and abundance of mental agony

                                  I had indigo flight# 6e 198 from mumbai to delhi pnr# pmbr6r yesterday i. E. 10.03.19, and my checked in baggage was mishandle so badly that its lock is broken, also it was open from the one side and it cause me loss of atleast 7000 inr.
                                  2# during the flight i asked one of the crew member that i would like to order some food via card payment, she said let me check and come back to but all staff members were so busy in their gossips that no one turned up, what kind of service you people provide. Start taking feedback from random travellers because only good looking crew members is not just only solution to good service delivery.

                                    I received a text msg on my phone that i was selected for ground staff in airlines. When i called the number ([protected]), he said i was selected for ground staff for which i need to pay rs.2000 (Refundable) for registration i". After registration, he sent me payment details then i was asked to send my datails and other documents by mail. And i received a link for online test which had 20 questions for 30 mins. I completed the test after which he called me for 2nd round of selection i. E, telephonic round for which i was asked to pay rs.6800 (Refundable) for document verification. I had not paid the amount i am in doubt. He also said me that after telephonic round there will be a face to face interview in the biju pattanaik airport bhubaneswar. After my interview i would receive the paid amount. And he also assured me that i will be selected in the interview and my salary will be rs.35, 000 per month. I am very confused. Plz help me.

                                      I have booked a flight from delhi to port blair via chennai (Pnr : shnjft) and return flight from port blair to delhi via chennai (Pnr : wdmqxs).
                                      I got a the combined invoices from delhi to port blair. I want a break up invoice mentionioning charges separately from delhi to chennai and chennai to port blair. And provide me the invoice showing segregated fare charged for return journey. I want this segregated invoice for both to and fro journey for the purpose of reimbursement as per leave travel concession (Ltc).

                                        I was flying a domestic flight from bangalore to ahmedabad 1/23 and i did not know about weight limits for checked bags. The woman at the counter named beena checked the weight of my bags and said they were over weight, and for 4800 rupees i could cover the cost of the extra weight. I reluctantly agreed (Flight itself 6300 rupees) and gave my credit card. Then she said she made a mistake, i had to pay 6000 rupees extra. I asked to speak to manager kiran who said now i had to pay 7200 rupees and didn't care that i had been offered before 4800 rupees and 6000 rupees and was very rude and dismissive and would not listen. I do not think it is good business for an company to offer a price, once it is agreed then raise the price... Then once the customer complains about raising the price to raise it again. So i have lost interest in doing business with indigo going forward.
