I am flying to Singapore 6E41dt 6.4.19 seat no 3C.
I reach the counter at 4.05 am, with the request of indigo staff to proceed counter managed by ms Neha.After submitting all my documents I.e valid passport, visa with multiple entry for 2 years and hotel reservations itenary.
After swiping my passport ms Neha leave the counter and run behind one lady with her infant baby who checked by her before me.
After 3 min she brings that lady from the immigration counter and enters few necessary information required for traveling purpose, which she forgets before checking her.
Then she reswipes my passport and issues me my boarding pass and starts checking my passport details with visa documents.( which has maximum of 4 lines)again and again she compares passport with visa documents, Now it’s 4.26, I ask the indigo male staff sitting in between 2 check in desk (not on chair) why are delaying uselessly, reply he gives we have rights to check documents, ( who stopped them from checking?)then the arguments starts between 4 indigo staff and me.
They threatened me to check in by CISF personnel, which I told them to do atleast I will get my check in early.
This message is for indigo high management, ask your staff not to show useless power .
