On 30th march 2019 i tried to select seats for my two travel in indigo. Totally 5 times i tried.in that 3 times the amount is debited from my account in the name of indigo. Till today i am not received the extra 1 time debited amount.

I had booked indigo from Kolkata to Ahmedabad dated 24th march ( PNR HI5Q2N) and I had paid RS. 1250/- for infant services, but I didn't get any services for the same.So I just want to know why you people took extra amount in the name of infant services if you are not giving any kind of services to infant.

      Hi,

      Recently I travelled from Guwhati to Vadodara as per attached boarding passes, I have booked Meal snakes for two flights during booking tickets through MakeMyTrip app, The snakes was not served in the flights and was told by one of your ground staff in delhi .could be payment not received to indigo . Also advised to write to Costmer relations.

        You need to wait for the decision /reply of the responder 21 days, if the complaint was legally binding.

        You need to collect all the documents related to travel and to the handling of your complaint
        regarding the damage and to present them to the legal professional in the civil aviation.
        This legal professional is a person who is hired for fee, whom you need to pay, and whose duty is to explain your rights (max compensation), your duties and the procedure before the court.

        The court only can award the fair compensation to the passenger within about 12-18 months.

        The legal assistance can cost from ~4000 rupees, plus government fees of Rs 100 or Rs 2000,
        before the customers or before the district court in the state of the residence.

        There is no other way to get the full compensation in case of "major" damage of the passenger baggage.

          Sir, i had booked an air ticket for travel to delhi from srinagar on 14.04.2019 under pnr no vklpjn. I had booked this ticket though easemytrip. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, i had to cancel this ticket and i cancelled it on 09.04.2019 as i now have to travel to delhi on 11.04.2019. But, after cancelling my ticket, out of rs.2990.00, i was paid a refund of rs.141.00 only which is just a joke on me. How could they be so callous and don't show some empathy. Sir, i now need your help and guidance in getting my full amount refunded.

          1. There is mismatch between the names of the passenger given in ticket and in the public complaint.
          The name of passenger must match the transcription of passport and the complaint.

          2. The passenger can address the issue related to indefinite or calculations to the refund issuer.
          The duty of the refund issue r is to provide explanations to the passenger.

          3. It is unclear from your text, what do you want in figures and currency.

          4. It is unclear the circumstances of the calculation from the text.

          Nobody has a duty to provide a legal assistance, which the author names "help", without charge,
          upon stated in the contract, signed between the passenger and the travel agent.

          Please clarify, if you want proceed with your public complaint at his site further .

              I was to fly by indigo flt6e 327 from chennai to trivandrum on 4th april and return to chennai by flt 6e 343 on 5th (Pnr gbt4pi). I completed check in and baggage formalities at chennai airport at 0830 on 4th and was given a boarding ticket showing gate 7 gate opens 1000 hrs, departure 1045 hrs seat 8f. After completing security check i proceeded to waiting area adjacent gate 7 and waited for the departure call. At 0930 gate 7 opened for delhi flt and i thought next boarding would be for my flight to trivandrum. Since there was no announcement until 1010 hrs, i approached the staff at gate 7 inquiring what happened to the trivandrum flight. She told me that is taking place at gate 12.
              I rushed to gate 12 on the ground floor but they had already closed the gate and would not allow me and another 6 passengers in similar situation to board the aircraft and our luggage were offloaded. We were not allowed to fly. They offered me an alternate flight via bangalore which would reach trivandum around 9 pm. This was inconvenient as i was going for a funeral to take place at 3 that afternoon. So i had no option but to cancel both to and from tickets. Since my mobile phone number [protected] is known to the staff and i was seated at gate 7, they could have easily informed me in advance the gate change from 7 to 12.
              I missed the flight due to the non co-operation of the indigo staff at the gate who could have easily tracked me if they had put in some effort.
              I seek refund of the the full to and from airfare.
              Though 4 days have passed, i haven't received the refund.

              This is

              In order to qualify for the compensation within the stated circumstances,
              the passenger is required to submit the complaint to the air carrier stating the above facts and clarifying the circumstances of the cancellation along with the copies of evidences such as
              - 2 e-tickets or 2 PNR,
              - 2 boarding passes,
              - notification of the cancellation.

              The air carrier has to decide on the compensation not later than in 15 days following the legally binding complaint.

              If the passenger does not know the basic of the complaining, the passenger can hire the professional for the agreed remuneration.

                I find an call and email by quikr jobs that you are selected for the job in indigo airline as ticket executive and cabin crew you were supposed to pay rs750 as document fees I was paid then they ask for rs 2000 as document verification fees I was paid and then they for rs5000 for agreement fees that money I also paid then they ask for 9999 as account opening fees I can't paid

                    Our flight was at 3.40 pm. We became late by 20 minutes. We came to airport by 3 pm. None of the flight people has the courtesy to ask us why we were late.
                    We requested to take us on the flight as it was the day we had to go to kasi/varanasi and pay my father our last tributes by taking his ashes to varanasi and putting them in ganga river. The flight people said that there is no chance to catch the flight. We felt bad and we came back home with the ashes.
                    This was a saddened part of our life. So we decided not to travel with indogo as they dont know how to take care to passengers. Sorry indogo thumbs down for you.

                      Hi,

                      I have lost my wallet in 6e 767 from delhi to hyderabad on january end.

                      I have raised a complaint and got confirmation that wallet is found and i can pick up from hyderabad airport.

                      When i went to collect the passport, lost and found section told there is a record in the system but the wallet is not found in the locker. Since then i have gone four times to rgia to check the status as i don’t get a response from twitter handle and calls.

                      Please see the pic in the above link, that is the wallet recovered from the plane but even after two months, i didn’t get it. I see its just negligence from indigo team to locate the wallet. I have my cards and government id proofs along with cash in that wallet. It has been very difficult for me. I am a regular business traveler of indigo and this incident will definitely change my travel preferences and will have to talk to my organization about this issues as well to recommend for other employees.

                        I had a reservation done for my father from sin - maa on 07th apr19. I had paid for prime seats & meal for xl seats (13f) since he is a 70yr old passenger and would give him extra leg space.
                        But during checking he was allocated 6f a normal seat at the check in counter. When i verified with the check in staff, they insisted that i don’t have any seat reservation done and they’ll not be able to give the xl seat i had...

                        On 30 march 2019, i was returning from kolkata to muscat. On reaching the kolkata airport, indigo employee "vidisha" requested me to change my flight to a different one (Kol - raipur 6e-324/ raipur - mumbai 6e-804/ mumbai - muscat 6e-81), and they offered a gift voucher of rupees 8500. So, in stead of 2 flights, i needed to take 3 flights. I accepted to help as i am familiar with this route.
                        I am still waiting for the gift voucher which they promised to send me via email. So, kindly let me know, what happened to the 8500 voucher.
                        I complained via customer care with a case reference number of crn[protected]r5y7k0. There is no reply till now.

                        yes, i received reply from Mr Rahul Kumar Singh promising that voucher will reach to me within 48 hours.
                        But nothing of that sort happened till now (approx. 72 hours has passed).
                        I am following this issue, only because, i believe corruption is there everywhere. It is possible that voucher is generated, but not in my name. Anyway, indigo shall find it out.

                          Booked the flight i reached the airport scheduled departure time. When i reached to collect my boarding pass but indigo staff told that boarding closed i was surprised i reached the airport one hour before the departure time how come it possible then i spoke with indigo executive. He told me that ur confirm ticket sold to some one so u will get back ur full money when flight reach vishakhapatnam. This is my pnr yjfepd.
                          Traveling from hyderabad to vishaljapatnam. Schedule departure was 7.20 am.
                          I need money back its urgent.

However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check- in before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported after counter closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Further, you may claim refund toward no show taxes.                             I request mr. Vinit chawla to refund my total. Amount of rupees 2, 00, 000. Which was paid by me for recieving job in indigo airlines. Bt he did not give that job so.. I back out from that and request for refund. But even after 2 months later he did not give my money return. So. Please i humbly request u to do the steps which is necessary and return my amount as soon as possible. It is really very urgent for me. Please contact me nd send me the mail on [protected]@gmail.com

                            In order to requets something from someone the complaint shall correspond to certain creteria along with explanation of events: -

                            1. When and where the incident had taken place,

                            2. Description of events,

                            3. Who was involved: a physical person or the company, with the known identities,

                            4. What was the exact wrong action:
                            loss of money with the evidence, example, receipts or extract of the bank statemnet

                            5. Request or few requets: it is what do you expect from the responder (company) in your favor.

                            6. List of written or oral evidences, which you had receved and own.

                            7. The complaint shall be refere dto to the correst section of the public site or of the authority.

                            If the author does not know the basics of complaining,
                            he or she can appoint the attorney or the legal professinal for the agreed remuneration in the case.

                            Noone has the duty to respond to the unidentified complaint, complaint without IDs or to the anonymous complaint.

                              I am flying to Singapore 6E41dt 6.4.19 seat no 3C.
                              I reach the counter at 4.05 am, with the request of indigo staff to proceed counter managed by ms Neha.After submitting all my documents I.e valid passport, visa with multiple entry for 2 years and hotel reservations itenary.
                              After swiping my passport ms Neha leave the counter and run behind one lady with her infant baby who checked by her before me.
                              After 3 min she brings that lady from the immigration counter and enters few necessary information required for traveling purpose, which she forgets before checking her.
                              Then she reswipes my passport and issues me my boarding pass and starts checking my passport details with visa documents.( which has maximum of 4 lines)again and again she compares passport with visa documents, Now it’s 4.26, I ask the indigo male staff sitting in between 2 check in desk (not on chair) why are delaying uselessly, reply he gives we have rights to check documents, ( who stopped them from checking?)then the arguments starts between 4 indigo staff and me.
                              They threatened me to check in by CISF personnel, which I told them to do atleast I will get my check in early.
                              This message is for indigo high management, ask your staff not to show useless power .

                              The duty of the agent of the carrier, which serves the passengers at the airport is to verify:-
                              - the validity of passport of each passenger,
                              - the validity of visa, if visa is mandatory for the entry at the foreigh airport.

                              The agent of the carrier is entitled to consult an officer of immigration Check Post of Bureau of Immigration of Ministry of Home affairs, which serve passengers at each Indian airport,
                              for the possible clarification related to the passport or the visa of the passnger.

                              There is no indication of any breach of rules in the public complaint.

                              For future note,
                              noone has a duty to investigate a purely unidentified complaint and an anonymous complaint.

                                I have received an email which has the content regarding interview selection and asking to pay 9800 inr by 3 p. M given date.

                                Called the number on email and the person was pretending to b hr from indigo telling that if you dnt submit the amount by the given time you will be black listed from all domestic airlines and once i started asking him about him he started abusing me and started threatening me about his links.

                                  Kindly note that i tried to book air tickets for my daughter diksha boruah on 30.03.2019 for flight from bengaluru to dibrugarh for 15th april, 2019 twice. The amount of inr 11, 566/- was deducted twice from my savings bank account but tickets were not issued. The transaction details are [protected]igaftzahl9 and [protected]igaftzbcy1 against which an amount of 11, 566/- was deducted twice.
                                  As the amount is yet to be credited to my bank a/c till date, i would like to request you to take urgent needful action for refunding the amount of inr 23, 132/- to my bank a/c no. [protected] of sbi, duliajan.

                                    Hi, am marinov. On 30th march me and my sister (Merin) was travelling from trivandrum to delhi by indigo at 10.50am flight.
                                    Checking time they weigh our luggage and it was 33.5kg. My sister is 8month old carrying, she can't take any weights. 3.5kg over weight, so that we pay for the excess weight, suddenly they said system down pay to the next counter. So again we went to to queue and waited for our turn.
                                    Second counter one lady named ahalya, she again weighed our luggage then she ask my sister to put her ladies handbag aslo for weighing. (When did indigo started to weigh ladies bag. It was out of my knowledge). Then that lady talks so rude to my sister.
                                    She called her manager one mr rajith, he came and straight away started shouting at my sister. So that i talk to him, so that he said that he can't allow us to travel in indigo (All happening after issuing bodying pass). Then we pay for the ladies bag too.
                                    Ahalya and rajith, they abuse us in front of all other passengers.
                                    Am here to know what do i need to do file a case against them to abusing me and my sister???

                                      The boarding gate was changed after check-in was completed. The flight took off without 7 passengers who were waiting to board the aircraft at the first announced gate. Courtesy demands before closing the gate, the staff should have checked at the first boarding gate and made an announcement for the passengers who were yet to appear at the new gate.

                                      Keep and attach:-

                                      1. Boarding pass

                                      2. Explain, when (date / time) and where (airport) the "change of gates" have happened

                                      3. Explain, wheather the air carrier provide the nearest flight, food, drink, accomodation, after your complaint to their agent at the airport, where the allegedely denided boarding had taken place .

                                      If answer is "no", such case can be intiated in the DGCA or in the district court of the state of the residence of the passenger(S), upon the choise of the passenger (s).
                                      The legal assitance is mandatory for the passenger in the presnetaion of the case before the court.
