19jan jan ko trivendram se ahmdabad ki flight oyo ke package me book thi but flight 10 hours late hui jisme oyo ne evm indigo ne koi bhi sahyog nahi kiya, 10 ghante tak trivendram n puri raat mumbai airport pe pade rahe, bhuke, pyase rahe, hamne oyo pe belive karke booking karai, raat kese gujari ham hi jante h, iski jimedari oyo ko n indigo ko hi leni padegi, hame muvavja diya jaye, nahi to ham nyayalay me aapke khilaf vad dayar karenge, jiski sari jimedari oyo ki n indigo ki hogi.

Flight supposed to depart at 21:10
Got delayed to 21:55 (informed around 18:30)
But got further delayed to 22:30 WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION (not even at the boarding gate).
So much for choosing an airline known for on-time services
