I am a loyal customer of indigo. But i am frequently getting problems during online booking and cold and unfriendly support from customer care. I have just booked the above flight from bagdogra to hyderabad on 25/1 for me (Mingyor dhendup bhutia) & my daughter norzin lhamu. I wanted to avail the student concession for both o[censored]s and accordingly we clicked on the student part (Button) on 7th day before the departure. But all i saw after booking was that the ticket were booked under normal condition and no mention of student concession. Similar problem has occured with me in the past with indigo booking and accordingly the indigo call centre representative have helped, rectified the matter and cordially converted into studen fare. I was delighted then.
But today's i was unsatified, felt cheated by indigo after speaking with customer care for similar mistake.
Upon enquiry with customer care at 7:45 am on 19/1/19 with your representative mr. Gurpreet singh & mr. Rishi grower, who were rude, cold, unfriendly, not upto mark in terms of information etc, they directly refused to acknowledge my problem and asked us to cancel the booking and do fresh reservation, which i believe is making me felt cheated. Sir, i am going to hyderabad with daughter just for attending national sports event, for she is selected in national championship in taekwondo. She is studying in assam and i am also pursuing higher studies in sikkim.

With 5 mins delay and still having 40 mins .you people did not allowed me to checkin from Ranchi airport to Delhi.
And also did not refunded the ticket price.

I was only carrying a hand bag.
We understand missing a flight could be distressful. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported after counter closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Nevertheless, we have processes refund toward no show taxes, kindly contact the travel agency used for making the booking.
