My pnr no. Is jhlk9q... On 07.02.2019 travelled from coimbatore to indore via hyderabad... After receiving indore while i'm collecting my check in luggage saw that my travel bag is damaged... I put a padlock on that, but it's not there & it's affects my zip holder also... I registered my complaint on your help counter on arrival area... She took a snap of my bag & my pnr details also... Kindly take a necessary steps for this... Kindly do the needful...

Apologies for the discomfort. Our endeavour has always been to deliver bag at the destination in a good condition. We are therefore concerned to note your comments about the baggage services. However, the damage falls under minor wear and tear, which does not warrant any compensation. Thus, we are unable to initiate any compensation in this regard. Nevertheless, we have shared this as a feedback with the concerned airport teams for further review and to ensure baggage delivery as per the standard practices.     I had booking of 8th feb 2:10 am from pune to delhi, but my flight got cancelled (Pnr - ef3znj) due to which i missed my next flight delhi to dehradun (P5t4vy). I talked to customer care and they just refunded 2100 rs of pune to delhi but as flight got cancelled from your end why would i bear that loss of next flight. Indigo does'nt care about their passengers. I would never recommend it to anyone as their staff is so casual and they don't have anything to say then sorry.
    I am frequent flyer and thought it would be a good choice but this wasn't expected from indigo.
    I would be expecting to get compensation amount as its their fault but they hardly bother about it.

      Dear sir,

      I have made a request to indigo airlines to do a correction in name within 24hrs of booking. As per them the applicable window period to do the corrections is only 2 hrs from booking. So i accepted their rule and asked for cancellation. They are supposed to revert to my initial request within 24 to 48 hrs. They were able to reply only after 4 days.

      When they rejected my request i had to accept coz its their rules. When i asked for the cancellation of the ticket they confirmed back the charges would be rs3000/person/flight. I accepted this and asked them to cancel the ticket.

      Now their cs is saying that the charges are increased without any reason. Just coz i made a booking i had to cancel the ticket. But giving the charges in email and then increasing the same is not acceptable. I wanted a professional solution for this issue.

        Sirs,
        Reg: unfortunate horrifying experience during the mum-hyd flight 6e-461 today

        We had a horrific experience today (7th february 2019) morning during our flight 6e - 461 from mumbai to hyderabad. The flight was just taking off, around 7:30 am, the seatbelt signs were still on, when all on a sudden the door of the overhead luggage bin opened up and one of the bags stored inside toppled out and dropped on my daughter's head and then fell down. My daughter was seated on the aisle seat 27-c. (I was sitting on 27-b.) some passengers screamed, but no one from the cabin crew came rushing to look into this and offer any help.

        After some time a passenger seated on the seat across ours unfastened his seat belt, got up and came and shut the door of the overhead luggage bin and then went back to his seat. Until then the door of the overhead luggage bin had stood open!

        After about 10 minutes, when the seat belt signs were put off, it was then that one of the cabin crew came to put back the fallen bag inside the overhead luggage bin and asked my daughter if she needed some ice, if she was okay. My daughter not wanting to create a scene said she was okay and told me to let it be. It was really by god's grace only that my daughter escaped from getting badly hurt.

        But i dread to even imagine how much worse could have happened, during the time the door of the overhead luggage bin had remained hanging open! When i asked the lady crew how the door of the overhead luggage bin (After closing), could have opened up just like that and the bag tumbled out, she said 'i don't know'. And that was the end of the matter as far as she was concerned.

        I have narrated this incident here just to bring the safety hazard and the lax attitude of the cabin crew present to the notice of the authority concerned.

          My flight was booked for today 06.02.2019 from delhi to banglore at 7:55 AM
          I reached airport at 4 AM in the morning and my checkin was done before 5 AM.

          Then I was waiting for flight doors to get open.

          Just before 7:30 I was about to board the flight suddenly I felt ache in my stomach So I have to go to washroom.
          But when I came back flight doors were closed and I was said that I can not board the flight.

          Then I have to pay RS 1000 extra and board your indigo flight at 9:35.

          When I was in washroom I didnt hear any announcement / final call with my name.

          Nor any phone call was there on my phone.

          So, without my fault I have miss the flight, pay RS 1000 extra and then board the next flight.

          I also has an important meeting in banglore which was also missed and I have to take 1 day leave from office.

          Kindly compenstate my loss.

          We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We would like to inform you that the boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Also, Delhi airport is a silent airport, hence we are not allowed to do the announcement. Based on our records, you reported at 0740 hrs for the flight scheduled to depart at 0755 hrs. Since our boarding gates were closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
          Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help you reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by you. We request for your understanding.

            6E 731 on 6/2/2018 11 25 amdeparture from Varanasi.Seat 23A.I sustained injury to my left forearm during flight due to malpositioned and loose amrest left side.The flight attendant shouted at me when I complained about this at guvahati, which caused physical and mental agony to me. For last one week I have flew atleast 5 times in indigo and never had such an experience.Will go to consumer protection forum and social media if prompt action is not being taken.

              Indigo informed by message and mail just two days prior boarding regarding rescheduling of my flight from Bangalore to Bagdogra on 9th Feb and if i want to cancel they will refund complete amount .

              I called customer care regarding my flight, which is rescheduled by Indigo . I have to reach Bagdogra by 9 :00 AM, so i booked this flight . How can Indigo reschedule my flight .

              I have wasted lot of time with customer care.
              Customer care representative told me that i can get a full refund, so i asked them to cancel and i booked new flight from spicejet.

              But again now they call me back and say that we cannot refund full amount. Why is Indigo folling customers?
              I would like to request for a full refund plus also a compensation of 10, 000 Rs for waste of my time and money .

                  Dear team,
                  I travelled from kolkata to bengaluru dated 05/2/19 via goindigo, flight no 6e-875, pnr no pduegp. Wheel chair was combined with the ticket.
                  At kolkata airport, the service was very good and wheel chair was also provided. But at bengaluru airport, there was no wheel chair. On requesting the ground staff of indigo, they refused to provide any help. Being a patient with hip dislocation issue, i had to walk down all the way to the exit gate.
                  This type of irresponsible behaviour was not expected of indigo. I would like to claim reimbursement for all the harrasment that was caused due to negligent behaviour of the staff of goindigo. Serious necessary action should be taken.

                    Dear sir i am frequent flyer of indigo flight. I had traveled many times from delhi airport, with same id of my 10 years old kid i am from nepal me and my wife hold mrp passport but my kid hold school id. Check in time i got unnessary harresment for kid id. Privious days no one were asked passport for baby. Why there are any changes of rules or not? Inform me if any changes of flying rules otherwise kindly confirm your new staffs that no one passanger could get harresment in future. Thank you.

                      I have been recieving indigo airlines call letter for interview. The mail has an attached file describing the interview details. It asked me for a refundable deposit of rs.9650 with gst. I could tell that this a fraud. I am submitting the phone number and account details herewith. Please take immediate action to stop these people from stealing the money of the ones who believes that this is a real opportunity.

Prachi sharma call me and said that my cv has been selected for indigo airlines as a ground staff then he tell me to send my all document and i send him all document. After 2 days he call me for interview.in interview he asked me about myself and my family back ground. Then after 2 days call me and said that i am selected for interview as ground staff and she also said me to call mr karan singh. I am callinh mr. Karan sing in this no-[protected] for more inof then he told me to deposit veryfaction amount 7500. He give me axis bank account *34594, and ifsc code is utib0003695 name kaushik dutta. I am deposit amount and call mr karan singh and he tell me send him deposit slip in mail and i send him. He is tell me before received joining letter deposit 12500 as a security. I send this offer letter through image in this complaints. Please help me.

I have submitted 2500 for consultany after submitted interview will be done than same day i got a call that i have selected and next interview held with face to face interview with hr in airport. I wait hr call and next day i recieved a call from pranay mishra that u are selected and u did not given any interview. So please snd 5700 rs for profie verificatiob. I send the money and after three days i got a letter. Today i got confirmation letter. And joining will be25 feb. I dont understand is it fake aur real.

                            Hi,
                            Unfortunately my cabin luggage was 10kg. The indigo executive of biju pattnaik international airport bhubaneswar has charged rs 4000 for this. I requested her to charge for extra 3 kg but she didn't listen to me. I am really disappointed with your service, you people are only behind the money, i am a student but you didn't consider my case, if possible please refund my money, you can charge for extra 3 kg there is no issue but don't do like this.

                            We have investigated this internally and our staff has informed you that the check-in baggage allowance cannot be clubbed with handbag allowance bag allowance. Further, you have checked-in total of 25 kg baggage which is 10 kg excess from the check-in baggage allowance. Hence, our staff has requested you to pay for the excess baggage at the rate of INR 400 per kg. We request for your understanding.

                                Respected madam/sir
                                I travelled by indigo airlines this morning and is very much shocked about the misbehaviour and abusive languages they used this morning for eccess baggage. They not only misbehaved with me but also cheated me by taking rupees 2000 for my excess baggage. Only 4 kilos were extra, didn't spare even a kilo from charging. They issued me a receipt of 1600 rupees but didn't refund 400 rupees against rupees 2000 rupees note. They told me u flight will close down, please move fast for security checking. A guy named surjit was sitting at the last corner dealt with me and he and his supervisor named chandra or chandu was involved in all this rubbish activities. Not only this they spared 2 customers from paying extra baggage fees in front of me - who were taking10 kilos extra baggage. Why this favouritism inthis democratic country? And why such misbehaviour sir. Why such unprofessional attitude. This people should immediately answer to the higher authority. My pnr fle3uh. Flight no6e444. My name bhaswati malakar.                                 I Was travelling from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore on 29th January. The flight become delayed more than 3 hours. I was closed inside the flight in Hyderabad airport and wait inside flight for 2 hours to take up. I faced a lot problem because of this journey. Still those problems are not solved because of this journey. So I need some compensation.

                                  Yesterday i reach kolkata from flight no. 6e 553 and successfully done last check at final boarding gate for ccu to rpr traveling and in indigo bus i lost my boarding card due to that your staff members has shown hight of in humanity and disallowed me to board in plane although i have shown my tickets and i'd proof they were refused me to board and returned my luggage after that i have taken hotel in kolkata to freshen up and returned in another flight of air india. My whole day was wasted in traveling and some important meeting get cancelled due to your in humanity. Unnecessary i spent more than 10k in hotel and flight tickets just because of your rules. I want my money back along with mental harassment.

                                      I rajiv mengi booked two tickets for jammu flight along with my wife who is a cancer patient. I reached t1 at 1.05 pm for the 2.10 pm flight. I tried to take out boarding pass from kiosks but the kiosks was not properly functioning. There was a huge line of customers to collect boarding passes so i stood there waiting for my turn. Only 3 counters were functional. When i reached the counter to get the boarding pass. I was denied the same by mentioning that i have come late to my utter disbelief. It was 1.28pm at that time, i was sent to another counter where the lady sitting at the counter even didnot bother to hear me. She did not entertain my request for cancellation of tickets even. I approached the floor manager mr subroto for help but he was so rude that he did not even bothered to hear my plight. This all gave me so much mental harassment. Since my wife is already a cancer patient and she was to see her doctor at 7 pm at jamnu which i could not do. I was denied the right to board a plane even when i was there on time, i have been left with no other option but to proceed legally against this systematic theft of hard earned money.

Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Also, we advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure to avoid any last min hassle. Based on our records, you reported after counter closure. Hence, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flights.
                                      Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help you reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next flight subject to seat availability and payment of applicable charges, which was denied by you.                                         My wife was traveling with indigo and we got a msg saying if we change our flight to a later flight, they’ll issue a 8300 rupee voucher. We opted and took the option and my wife came in the flight which was 6 hours later. This happened on 20th jan 2019. My wife was told that the voucher would be duly sent on the registered email if within 24 hours. We trusted the airline and expected the voucher to come to us timely. After this, there have been numerous phone, email, twitter and even personal follow ups from our side and many promises from indigo’s side but absolutely no resolution yet. It’s a clear case of cheating and harresment.

                                        How does it matter if your customer service team is in touch ? they have not been able to solve the issue for the past 15 days. They are incompetent. In any case, it's me who's calling the customer care and they never bother to get back with any solution...so we are in touch with them and not the other way around.
