Someone are called me from company and saying that jobs are offering for mechanical engineers and asked to pay 2500 for registration and 6000 for document verification which are refundable taking for security purposes. And done telephonic interview and saying you will get call letter. And when i said to complaint to police they replayed arregently say like no one can't do nothing and now there phone number is not reachable.

    As i travelled from lko to trv via hyd on 26.2.2019 by 6e844 and 6e434, on my arrival at trv i found my newly purchased skybags luggage bag was damaged. No one was there to listen my complaint and to take the responsibility. They said that they can't do anything for this and that is not their fault and they are not responsible for the damage. After a long argument they said either they can give only ₹200 for the damage or leave the bag at airport and they will stich it and return it after 2-3 days. On this i asked where would i keep my luggage for time being and they again said that is not their look after. Worst experience with indigo flight and i will
    Avoid traveling with indigo in future. I want full compensation of my damaged bag.

      Hi, i received a letter from indigo regarding recruitment and was asked to pay rs. 11328 as deposit amount which would be refunded on interview day and they would also provide tickets for journey.
      I already paid the amount. Please tell is this fake?
      Also the recruiter always picks phone and talks and right now he has askef to wait.

        I had a pepperspray in my bag which was confiscated even though it has been taken in the flight several times.I reach very late in the night and because I travel alone, pepper spray is a necessity. Not understanding the notion of security for a Customer is sheer hypocrisy and impunity.I called the Customer care helpline firstly they said if it is a small bottle then it is allowed so when i told them to talk to their ground staff in Jaipur then they told me because it is a flammable article it is not allowed. Again Hypocrisy and Double Standards.

          On cancellation of the flight, ground staff have preference for next day earliest possible flight to local passengers travelling and boarding from srinagar rather than the inflight passengers who boarded from jammu to destination lucknow which is highly unethical on their part as the passengers got stranded in a highly sensitive situation. As per the normes and regulations the should prefer the outside passengers first and then they should consider the localites.

            Please refer to my pnr flb32r. I had to cancel my tickets as my 12 years old, son who was also traveling, was tested positive for swine flu.

            I have been writing to indigo to issue full refund but i am yet to get the credit. It's been 20 days already. Emails to the nodal officer have failed to elicit any response. Do i need to write to the board member or ceo for getting the refund.

            Needless to mention, medical certificate and all other bonafide documents have been submitted.

              Over the course of 1 month (Jan 2019), i and my family travelled to delhi on multiple occasions. Each time we travelled, we bought high priced tickets so that we can value our travel time over cheaper tickets. However, almost every single time, me and my family found ourselves having to wait hours at the airport due to delayed flights.in fact, the delays were no less than 3-6 hours. That said, i request that i be reimbursed or compensated for the troubles. Fyi, i could have got cheaper tickets had a chosen a flight with timing similar to when my flight actually took off (After all the delays).

              Btw, i already reached out to the airlines over this issue. Unfortunately, they being the arrogant company that they are, either refused to compensate or their terms were almost impossible to accept. Below are details of two such flights for your reference.

              I would like to clarify this again - the two flight mentioned above as just an example. Almost all of our flights were delayed by long wait time. Btw, i did an extensive research on airlines customer service behavior and weather check - apparently, the flight were delayed due to airlines mismanagement; however, the airlines customer service agent likes to blame it on weather, given that it takes them off all liabilities. Just think about it this way - how is it possible that weather delayed each and every flight i and my family took over the course of one month? Anyways, i urge that you google the track record of the flight and see it for yourself - you will find that this particularly high priced flight is delayed almost every day. Its seems like the airlines are ripping off passenger with false hope even after knowing that they can't deliver on them (Its like a fraud scheme).

              My message includes exact details on two of the flight and yet you mention that it's not enough to research what exactly was the issue. I thought we live in a technologically advances world; that has all the Air Traffic data for last several years. Anyways, all I care about is my compensation - I need the airlines to compensate me for the high ticket prices they charged me. Given that they weren't able to deliver on them (the flight never took off on time), they owe me a huge portion of my ticket price. I will wait on your offer.

              I did try and connect with your Customer Relations team prior to coming down this route. Unfortunately, there are not helpful - They keep sending me the same drafted email again and again. Exchanging message with them has been complete waste of my time and therefore I don't intend to do it any further.

              That said, either have someone else contact me (via email) with better service or I would have no choice but to go a step further and file a lawsuit against the company, using the documentation that I currently hold (flight records with daily delays, ticket pricing of non delayed flights vs delayed flights, money spent by my personally, substantial evidence suggesting fraud/deceiving attitude, etc).

              Let me know what works best for you and we will go that route. I don't want to keep devoting my time toward such low integrity airlines; who is more interested in harassing its customer rather than offering them service worth their money.

                they given hand writing amount receipt...
                it is not booked on indigo cargo window and say book the widow outside boy,

                  Its painful to put the loss i have suffered due to the negligency of your airlines.

                  I sanjay kumar singh purchased a ticket from patna to hyderabad for 24th february 2019 on 21.02.2019 vide pnr no. Cbtf5s by paying high premium.

                  On 24th when i visited your airline desk for getting my boarding gate pass... The guy sitting on the desk did something on the com[puter and made me stand for 5 minutes and then said, his computer is stuck and to go the next desk. When i visited the next desk, the same thing happened and the said representative of the airline called her immediate boss ms. Prity singh to help her out in this matter. They took almost 10-15 minutes and made me nervous and asked for my id proof and when i gave them my aadhar, they asked me another id and i provided my driving licence and pan card and after their discussions and putting tag on my box and handed over the boarding pass by saying sir... Seat no. 18d and have a nice flight. Since i was told about my seat number, i i took the boarding pass and put it inside my pocket and asked ms. Prity what has happened and i have travelled 1000s of times and never got stuck like this... She just smiled and said.. Sir.. The flight is over sold and we are facing difficulty.. When i asked am i safe.. She replied yes sir.. You are.. I believed in her and cleared my security check and went to the boarding gate... Here again i was stopped and i was asked to show my photo id and on showing my photo id.. The representative started calling over mobile and asked me to wait for few minutes as he is getting clearance. He took about 30 minutes or more and rather till the flight was full and the gates were closed and the flight was about to fly.. This made me very nervous and i couldnt understand what he has done and all... And then he simply said and handed over a boarding pass and told me the said boarding pass contains the name of other person arvind kumar sinha instead of my name. This all scenes made me shocked. The guy simply changed the boarding card and played the game with me. Meanwhile till the flight was there. I begged like anything and told all of your representatives over there that i have a meeting and i have to reach hyderabad by any cost by 2.30 and i have a meeting and if i dont go... I will loose 2.5 crores..

                  The police over there came into action and checked with the airline computers and we all were told that 183 tickets were sold for 180 seats and 2 people have cancelled and we were forced to stop one person and thus we have stopped like this..

                  I begged, cried and what not.. And told everyone do anything but put me in the flight orelse i will be loosing huge money of around 2.5 crores... But still nothing was done from the airlines and i was stopped.

                  I was about to collapse at the airport and your representative mr. Sunil pleaded me and assured me of getting compensation from airlines and get me the compensation.

                  Hence, i request you to kindly look into my matter and reimburse the losses i have faced.

                  Because of this my work got hampered and though being sick i was forced to take 2 flights and reach hyderabad and again in hyderabad i was made to stand like a criminal and was interrogated by your staff for more than an hour to get my luggage.

                    Dear sir madam,

                    Regarding pnr number mmh93r, please note the following.

                    I called indigo call center from dubai before and after making the booking for my wife ms prajwala suresh athilkar (Canadian) as below:

                    22nd feb 2019 12:39 hrs: (+[protected])

                    22nd feb 2019 17:51 hrs: (+[protected])

                    22nd feb 2019 13.08hrs for 14 mins (+[protected])

                    22nd feb 2019 20:03hrs for 10 mins (+[protected])

                    25th feb 2019 08:11 hrs for 22 mins from (+[protected])

                    25th feb 2019 08:37 hrs: for 34 mins form (+[protected]
                    (Note time may vary as these were the international calls from dubai)

                    Before making the reservation, i enquired about the booking from raipur to delhi and delhi to dubai using the multicity booking. It was made clear with the call centre staff that baggage allowance for both sectors (Raipur to delhi and delhi to dubai) will be 30kg each. Accordingly i made the booking. After making the booking surprisingly, the ticket showed 15kg baggage from raipur to delhi and 30 kg from delhi to dubai. Therefore, i again made the follow up call to clarify and the agent told that using the multi booking since final destination is dubai, the baggage allowance for both sectors (Raipur to delhi and delhi to dubai) is 30kg. I told agent that the ticket shows 15kg for raipur to delhi and 30 kg for delhi to dubai, so please make necessary notes on the pnr for 30kg baggage allowance for both sectors. He advised that there is no need, 30kg will be allowed for both sectors since i have multi citi boking and final destination is dubai.

                    Today when my wife approached the check in desk, they objected and wanted allow only 15kg from raipur to delhi. She requested ground staff, but they did not listen. I spoke to them and told that i booked after talking to the call center and also called after the booking and they are ok with 30 kg for both sectors. The ground staff did not listen.

                    Then i myself called the call center and talked to agent after repeating the story and her checks she said it is fine. She told me to transfer the call but my phone with canadian number i could not do it. So we agreed that she will talk to my wife and the ground staff, but she did not call my wife.

                    Therefore, i again called indigo call center but there was different person so again repeated the whole story. I arranged the conference call with my wife and the agent talked to ground staff but she was not able to convince them. She kept us on hold multiple times. I suggested her to allow the 30kg now and if my conversation on call earlier proves wrong i can be charged additional money on the next sector. She was insisting that checking the recording will take 2 hrs and advised to pay first and then she would help. She wasn't sure how she could help after payment if the payment will be refunded.

                    She again kept us on hold. Meanwhile, the check in counter was about to close and ground staff insisted to pay or remove the stuff from the baggage, which my wife had to do not to miss the flight. Knowing this agent told to pay and they will refund thereafter but it was too late.

                    The whole experience with indigo was very disgusting. I paid more (Approx. 19000 inr) for multi city booking rather than connecting flight (Approx. 12000 inr). Despite of this and checking before and after booking when indigo call center assured of 30kg baggage for both sectors using multicity booking, i ended up with no solution and loss as bellow:

                    1. Unpleasant experience despite paying high amount.

                    2. Multiple long international calls cost me a lot.

                    3. Indigo still did not provide solution timely.

                    4. Mental tension to both for my wife and me and also those who came to see her off.

                    5. My wife had to travel with only half the luggage - left most of her clothes which will cause inconvenience for her in dubai and further travel to canada.
                    6. I was late to office this morning.

                    In view of the above i demand the compensation for the above damages in terms refund of the entire flight cost and the courier cost of the left luggage to dubai. This is much less compensation i demand for the agony and pain we underwent.

                      I reached there they told me it's 4 kg extra, i just my debit card is missing and i requested them to take payment via some other mode (Except cash or debit card) they declined. Somehow i try to manage funds ten they said we need 5200. My parents came airport and give me money and they are not well from last few days but still indigo didn't agree with there mistake. Even after that they said we don't have 300 change so you have to wait again. I waited around 15 minutes then i said you can take the change.

                      It's strange, the executive clearly see that i am not well, my parents are not well, still he was stuck with the same thing. I told him i can transfer funds by any other mode but try to understand. It was my international flight and i am going for event so i can't take off my luggage. The executive was soo rude with no emotions. As i was not well so i was not able to discuss much with him but because of him today my parents safer allot. Might be it's his duty but he it's his mistake that again and again he was changing extra buggage amount and even other passengers agreed with me that you are right. But he was just fighting with me.

                      Please let me know what exactly i can do in this situation. I paid extra money for nothing and we suffer mentality allot with.

                          The following mail was sent on 14th feb, 2019 to indigo and i have not received any response:

                          On 14th feb, i booked indigo ticket for flying from mum-del-mum under senior citizen category for the date of 17th feb, 19 and return ticket on 21st feb, 19.
                          Today when i reached indigo counter at t1 mumbai airport, i faced a very bad experience with indigo.in your system it is shown payment not received. The attached booking shows payment received by indigo and the amount of rs.16, 109/- got debited to my credit card on 14.02.19 at 2.46pm.
                          Today i. E. 17th feb, 19 when i reached the airport counter i was informed that my book is not shown and i was advised by staff of counter no.28 to go outside indigo ticket counter. The staff billing dept. (Outside) informed me that the payment is not received by indigo and hence it is not a confirmed ticket. I showed my debit entry note received on my mobile from the sbi credit card. The counter staff advised me to again go the supervisor inside check in counter no. 2.in the counter he also could not help me and advised me to take fresh ticket costing 28, 000/-
                          Now i am not able to understand why the paid customer is harassed in spite of making the payment on line and obtaining confirmation from indigo that “payment status complete”.
                          In view of the above, please return my fare with due compensation for the loss in attending important meeting in delhi.
                          I feel that this type of harassment is only because i booked as senior citizen and indigo very tactfully chucked me out (Under the pretext of system error) and gave my booking to another passenger who must have paid higher amount than my ticket amount.
                          From this is experience it is very evident that indian senior citizen are treated as obsolete citizen.
                          I am awaiting favourable response from indigo.

                            Dear concerned,

                            I reached the airport 50 min before the departure and i was standing in the que 45 min before departure. I was made to stand in the que (I tried approaching the guy standing at the counter he said reuqest the passengers and come in que if they allow) and no final announcement was made. They did not let me board the flight and i had to pay rs. 5000 extra for boarding the next available flight. The guy doing the booking was non cooperative and did this on purpose. I think my ticket was sold to someone else.
                            I am a lawyer and a chartered accountant and an aspiring judge and i very well know my rights. What happened was compeletely unnacceptable and penal. I want my money to be refunded immediately and i want an apology stating that the same would not be repeated again.
                            If the same is not complied with i am sorry to say but i wont be left with any option but to file a legal complaint as i have my receipts and i have my uber trip details when i reached the airport. That would be sufficient proof to go ahead and prove my point.

                            We understand missing a flight could be distressful. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 1620 hrs for the flight scheduled to depart at 1650 hrs, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Also, we advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure to avoid any last min hassle. Bengaluru is a silent airport. Hence, only limited announcements can be made in the airport premises.
                            Further, to make it as hassle-free for you as possible our airport team put you on the next available flight, at the cost of only the fare difference and change fee. We hope that you would understand.

                                I used net banking through paytm wallet on indigo website to do booking of flight from bengaluru to delhi. The paytm paid rupees 6766 to billdeskutil but the ticket was not confirmed. I had to do payment again using my debit card.
                                Now, i have mad numerous calls to indigo helpline but they say they have not received it and they say it will take 10 days.

                                      This is a complaint regarding our recent experience with indigo. We, a group of four people, were scheduled to fly from male to mumbai on 15 february 2019 (Pnr: jkr9fx). We were not allowed to board on the airplane due to indian visa issues.
