Hi, i have generated travel certificate from indigo site. Money was deducted 400/- from my account and i got blank page but i didn't received any email. Below are the details.

    I was travelling from kolkata to bangalore on 26th february 2019 through indigo airline - i asked for a cold coffee - the coffee which the air hostess provided was completely smelling and tasting bad as it needs to be kept at a certain temperature but they did not keep at a specified temperature - i am unwell since then - request somebody to call me

      I was supposed to fly out of kolkata with the 05:50 flight on march 1 and arrived 1 hour earlier. I found out that the check-in counter (H) was closed, and there was no body there at all. When i rushed to find indigo representatives (At the other side of the airport at counter b), they told me it's too late. I insisted to the three representatives that i'm not late, and it's a small airport, and it's ridiculous that the check-in counter was empty 1 hour before departure. Then three indigo representatives made some calls, and told me that immigration control would not let me in, as they already closed the control for that flight. This is again ridiculous, as the airport immigration service runs non-stop.

      I was not helped at all and missed my flight. As a result, i had to spend an additional day in kolkata, and buy another return ticket with an adjusted rate. This is unacceptable.

      I request an official apology and a refund of the incurred additional cost of 168.50 sgd.

      I am Harisudaar, I applied a air ticketing job through shine .com after 2 days they call me and explain about the 3 level interview . and they told me to pay 2000 for application fees, security charge, medical charge totally 15000.         On 22nd january 2019 i had a flight from kolkata to bangalore at 15:20 pm but morning at 6am i get a call from the indigo airlines that the flight has been cancelled i literally didn't know what to do after checking my mail i got to see that there is an option if i can cancel the flight or book another flight or not but the other flights we at late night that's plus i couldn't contact the indio airlines and i desperately needed to go to bangalore that's why i went for the cancellation option and the flight got cancelled also it was written that the money will be refunded soon but it's almost over one month still it has not yet been refunded.

            Swetha[protected] is calling and you are selected for ground staff and connected to praveen hr for telephonic interview. Praveen[protected] told you are selected for ground staff supervisor job send you highest qualification, adhar and passport, bank a/c passbook photocopies after 10 minuts get offer letter.
            After 2340 rs for security amount then send conformation letter. After praveen told me urgent send 5400 for medical checkup then he sent to whatsapp but the letter is not posted and not received by me after then he told money to ac but he don't tell where is medical checku, address is in medical letter but he don't send to me. Processing continued but don't give address to meet job is real or not i don't know how many people are involved in this process and how much people are cheated by them so please rectify and recover the money from them.

              I live in canada, and was supposed to fly from toronto to india in the end of february with my family. Subsequently, my wife was taking an indigo domestic flight with reference kbrrwi. However, my flight to india was canceled since pakistan closed its airspace for international flights. I provided the proof of cancellation to indigo representatives. After spending hours with multiple representatives explaining my situation, they still refused to waive cancellation charges for my ticket even though they understood that the situation was out of my control. I am really disappointed that a valid exception can't be made as a good will gesture given the circumstances. It is quite unfair to the impacted customers.

                  I am a senior citizen and after my superannuation as Additional Director-cum-Joint Commissioner, Department of Local Govt, Punjab, I am Super A Category counsel for Local Govt Department Punjab in Supreme court and Punjab and Haryana High Court.
                  I purchased in advance four air ticket through a operator for our return journey from Kumbh Darshan & Darshan of Lord Kashi Vishwanath, Varanasi to Amritsar for 27th February 2019. My co travellers were my wife and my co-brother and his wife. My cobrother has also retired as Senior Supdtt of Police Punjab. Just before departure of flight from Varanasi when luggage was being loaded at around 11.15 AM and boarding was announced, news came in of closure of Amritsar airport for security reasons. The crue was requested that it would not be in the fitness of things for taking Amritsar bound passengers to Gauhati as the plane cannot board at Amritsar so we may be boarded in any other flight which may land near to Amritsar. Anothrer passengers also similarly requested but we were told that it is for airline to make arrangements and we may cooperate and sit coolly . The flight took off from Varanasi around 12.00 noon on 27.02.19.
                  When the flight landed at Gauhati I received a call from your company official sitting at Gauhati airport that we may immediately report at baggage collection site. We somehow rushed to said place where we were told that now u shall be going to Delhi and our luggage shall be dispatched by company itself. Soon we were handed over boarding passes and on reading it was noticed that we are being dispatched to Bombay by evening flight from where after 2-3 hour layoff we shall be again required to board another flight for delhi reaching at app. 1.30 AM on 28.02.19. I requested the supervisor that our regular medicines are in luggage and instead of harrassing us we may be straight way sent to delhi as flight of Indigo was scheduled at 5.20 PM.The supervisor and other officials showed their helplessness on the plea that they are bound by management order.The irony of harrassment didnot end as our request for atleast supply of coupens for meal were outrightly rejected. Hence from 11.00.AM on 27.02.19 when we boarded at Varanasi to our midnight landing at around 2.00 AM on 28.02.19 at Delhi we all were not given even a morsel of food for no fault o[censored]s.Above all at Mumbai our request to your Supervisor that news has come on television that govt has ordered opening of all closed airports, therefore, we may be taken to Amritsar by 5.00 AM flight on 28.02.19 from delhi or on any other flight was also rejected but without any tangible reason. The staff even turned down our request for arranging a taxi from Delhi to Amritsar despite telling that the Airline can face legal proceedings for deficient services and unfair trade practice. To cut short we had to face and suffer agony and shivering cold night of Delhi for no fault and the loss so suffered cannot be measured in any manner.
                  Finally at 3.30 AM in early hours of 28.02.119 we somehow arranged for Taxi, s to reach the designated place of departure of buses for Amritsar. We had to pay Rs 1000/- to taxiwalas and another amount of app. Rs1500/-was shelled on purchase of some eatables from airport lounge as two o[censored]s are type two diabtics and condition was deteriorating due to forced fasting. Finally at 3.40 AM on 28.02.19 we got a bus for only upto Jalandhar and Rs 8000/- were paid for purchase of tickets to M/s Indo Canadian Bus Service, the only available bus service available at odd hours. It is on record that we remained on board of your plane for journey from Varanasi to Delhi for 8 hours ( Varanasi to Gauhati, Gauhati to Mumbai and then from Mumbai to Delhi) plus 6 Hours of layoff at Airports without food and medicine. The loss we suferred is immense and cannot be assessed but for NOTICE purpose the claim has been assessed at Rs.One lac which also includes professional loss as I couldnot attend to my profession for two days.
                  I hope you shall seriously look into my genuine grievance and apart from taking effective measures to avert such inhuman treatment to other passengers especially the senior citizens, the claim amount paid within maximum period of 15 days to avoid litigation .

                    I was to travel today i. E. 01.03.2019 from delhi to hyderabad from indigo flight 6e 303 and boarding pass was made too and i reached the boarding gate around 25 mins before departure but i was denied boarding saying that document work is done. I had a very imp. Meeting and had to book the next available flight costing differential amount of rs. 17, 370/- (2 passengers, was accompanied by my brother). Later even on checking at google air it showed that flight rather departed 6 mins earlier from the scheduled departure time. It is not understood why couldn’t i be accomodated and flight departing on the time detailed rather than being before. It as understood by me was that the indigo didnt want to arrange the bus for 2 or us me and my brother from boarding gate to the flight.

                    It was also explained to the indigo staff that all sensitive time prevailing in the nation after the air strike by india security check was also being done even more diligently costing more time and its only due to that we reached neck in neck with the gate closure time, yet not late so after all you (Indigo) being service providers are supposed to act professionaly to it.

                    On telling the staff that i, being legal professional was visiting for some professional commitments in regard to prepare a report over a case and facilitate the hon’ble court being accompanied by my brother who started his legal internship on date too; they reacted deaf to it and connived among themeselves (After they had a private talk) and asked me to purchase the ticket for the next flight througn their airlines in order to extract wrongfully causing wrongful gains to themselves and wrongful losses to me.
                    For the kind perusal a screenshot of flight 6e 303 is attached hereinbelow to demonstrate that flight departed before time by 6 mins before the scheduled departure but couldn’t provide access to its customers who had their boarding passes ready.

However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. We have established that boarding gate was closed late after waiting for the passengers and manual announcements were also done before gate closure, however, despite the same, you were unable to report till the gate closure. Hence, we were unable to allow onboard.

                      My daughter ms. Sruti venkitachalam alias sruti v pillay, boarded the trivandrum flight from hyderabad via chennai from rajive gandhi international airport on[protected] at6.20am.
                      She lost her handbag containing her mobile ([protected]), driving license and currency around 2000 rupees in between the boarding gate and the coach to the flight.
                      She complained to almost all authorities through the proper channel but until now no response from any one of them.
                      My belie[censored]ntil now was that properties lost in air travel could be tracked easily because of the numerous cctv cameras and the limited known number of passengers passing through. Over and above the indigo flight service very poor. No one is showing any response or answer.

                          Made me run and struggle breathlessly from final security check-in to indigo airport security back to aircraft just to cover up their lapses. Made this complaint 4 months ago. No response yet.

                          I muralidhara (59 years of age) was flying 6e 461 mumbai-hyderbad with two other members on 24th wednesday october 2018. I wanted to scan my check in baggage containing shooting accessories like batteries, dura cells etc to which the indigo executive helping others said there was no need for it. We checked in and were about to board as there was not much time left for departure. Suddenly i received a call from the security asking whether i have a power bank in my baggage. He asked to me identify my baggage immediately. Confused, i said i am not sure although i knew at the back of my mind that power bank goes with our hand baggage. I ran to another end of the indigo counter with another indigo staff, gasping and stopping for breath. Reaching there, he checked and found no power bank except as i mentioned earlier the other shooting accessories. I ran back to board almost impossible to catch up. On boarding, i came to know that the other two members of mine (Including my wife) were told that they would be deplaned if delayed further. All the delay and confusion were created by the indigo staff for lack of system in place and staff ill-equipped to handle such crisis situation. I nearly missed my flight that day. Had it not been for my wife who made another member from my group stand outside the aircraft boarding point until i reached the aircraft, we would have missed the flight. It was outrageous, highly irresponsible and remorseless on the part of indigo to have put me in that tense situation. I demand an unconditional apology and set your system right for any such future incidents. Warm regards, muralidhara h. B.

                          You have had more than four months since the time I wrote to you as an individual passenger and you were sleeping over my complaint until you were nudged by the power of consumer forum to take note of it. I could have had a heart attack that day the way you made me run from one end to another just to discover that the problem was at your end. I was perspiring and struggling for breath when I reached the aircraft finally after that harrowing experience. It was disgustingly insensitive and ham-handed to say the least.

                          Your business is so closely interconnected with the ease and comfort with which a passenger trusts you to take care of every detail before and after boarding because he/she has paid for the service. Now, I need some credible explanation and not just 'we are sorry' kind of escapes etc. Credible, I mean an impeccable initiative that is actionable. Awaiting response. Regards, Muralidhara

                            Someone are called me from company and saying that jobs are offering for mechanical engineers and asked to pay 2500 for registration and 6000 for document verification which are refundable taking for security purposes. And done telephonic interview and saying you will get call letter. And when i said to complaint to police they replayed arregently say like no one can't do nothing and now there phone number is not reachable.

                              As i travelled from lko to trv via hyd on 26.2.2019 by 6e844 and 6e434, on my arrival at trv i found my newly purchased skybags luggage bag was damaged. No one was there to listen my complaint and to take the responsibility. They said that they can't do anything for this and that is not their fault and they are not responsible for the damage. After a long argument they said either they can give only ₹200 for the damage or leave the bag at airport and they will stich it and return it after 2-3 days. On this i asked where would i keep my luggage for time being and they again said that is not their look after. Worst experience with indigo flight and i will
                              Avoid traveling with indigo in future. I want full compensation of my damaged bag.

                                Hi, i received a letter from indigo regarding recruitment and was asked to pay rs. 11328 as deposit amount which would be refunded on interview day and they would also provide tickets for journey.
                                I already paid the amount. Please tell is this fake?
                                Also the recruiter always picks phone and talks and right now he has askef to wait.

                                  I had a pepperspray in my bag which was confiscated even though it has been taken in the flight several times.I reach very late in the night and because I travel alone, pepper spray is a necessity. Not understanding the notion of security for a Customer is sheer hypocrisy and impunity.I called the Customer care helpline firstly they said if it is a small bottle then it is allowed so when i told them to talk to their ground staff in Jaipur then they told me because it is a flammable article it is not allowed. Again Hypocrisy and Double Standards.

                                    On cancellation of the flight, ground staff have preference for next day earliest possible flight to local passengers travelling and boarding from srinagar rather than the inflight passengers who boarded from jammu to destination lucknow which is highly unethical on their part as the passengers got stranded in a highly sensitive situation. As per the normes and regulations the should prefer the outside passengers first and then they should consider the localites.

                                      Please refer to my pnr flb32r. I had to cancel my tickets as my 12 years old, son who was also traveling, was tested positive for swine flu.

                                      I have been writing to indigo to issue full refund but i am yet to get the credit. It's been 20 days already. Emails to the nodal officer have failed to elicit any response. Do i need to write to the board member or ceo for getting the refund.

                                      Needless to mention, medical certificate and all other bonafide documents have been submitted.

                                        Over the course of 1 month (Jan 2019), i and my family travelled to delhi on multiple occasions. Each time we travelled, we bought high priced tickets so that we can value our travel time over cheaper tickets. However, almost every single time, me and my family found ourselves having to wait hours at the airport due to delayed flights.in fact, the delays were no less than 3-6 hours. That said, i request that i be reimbursed or compensated for the troubles. Fyi, i could have got cheaper tickets had a chosen a flight with timing similar to when my flight actually took off (After all the delays).

                                        Btw, i already reached out to the airlines over this issue. Unfortunately, they being the arrogant company that they are, either refused to compensate or their terms were almost impossible to accept. Below are details of two such flights for your reference.

                                        I would like to clarify this again - the two flight mentioned above as just an example. Almost all of our flights were delayed by long wait time. Btw, i did an extensive research on airlines customer service behavior and weather check - apparently, the flight were delayed due to airlines mismanagement; however, the airlines customer service agent likes to blame it on weather, given that it takes them off all liabilities. Just think about it this way - how is it possible that weather delayed each and every flight i and my family took over the course of one month? Anyways, i urge that you google the track record of the flight and see it for yourself - you will find that this particularly high priced flight is delayed almost every day. Its seems like the airlines are ripping off passenger with false hope even after knowing that they can't deliver on them (Its like a fraud scheme).

                                        My message includes exact details on two of the flight and yet you mention that it's not enough to research what exactly was the issue. I thought we live in a technologically advances world; that has all the Air Traffic data for last several years. Anyways, all I care about is my compensation - I need the airlines to compensate me for the high ticket prices they charged me. Given that they weren't able to deliver on them (the flight never took off on time), they owe me a huge portion of my ticket price. I will wait on your offer.

                                        I did try and connect with your Customer Relations team prior to coming down this route. Unfortunately, there are not helpful - They keep sending me the same drafted email again and again. Exchanging message with them has been complete waste of my time and therefore I don't intend to do it any further.

                                        That said, either have someone else contact me (via email) with better service or I would have no choice but to go a step further and file a lawsuit against the company, using the documentation that I currently hold (flight records with daily delays, ticket pricing of non delayed flights vs delayed flights, money spent by my personally, substantial evidence suggesting fraud/deceiving attitude, etc).

                                        Let me know what works best for you and we will go that route. I don't want to keep devoting my time toward such low integrity airlines; who is more interested in harassing its customer rather than offering them service worth their money.
