We were supposed to travel from bengaluru to raipur (Flight no.6e - 405) pnr no. Ndl5tc. Our flight departure time was 7:50 am & we checked in on 6:35 am with 3 baggage.. I was traveling with a baby so after using changing room we reached on boarding gate on 7:30am. Staff on gate told us to sit & wait and after 10 minutes when we asked about status of flight she replied that flight departed before time... After happening all these we reached indigo counter. The assistant manager named shreenthu was talking very rudely there... He was showing very bad attitude & saying that ticket is non refundable & u go out of my cabin & decide whether u want to go or not... He even don't know how to talk with a lady. When we said that we never experienced this type of response from indigo staff i[censored]'ll respond like this then we'll never opt indigo, then that manager was saying ok, thank u... We are frequent flyer of indigo... If our luggage has been submitted then obviously we're traveling... You people are taking customers for granted...& charging again a very huge amount from customers.. We paid again 20070 rs after such inconvenience & facing misbehaviour from your staff... Kindly take action against that manager otherwise i'll file a police complaint as we are not traveling free of cost... We're paying for that so for what u people are causing trouble...?

    Respected sir/mam
    I myself prof shajee balakrishnan was having indigo flight ticket of 6e-223 from bom-cok on 18 january 2019. This flight was cancelled in morning around 8am. Since i had to reach cok on that day i had to go with a connecting flight via blr. Ticket pnr-myvlgv-6e 6939/6965 connecting flight 18 jan bomblr/blrcok 12.40-14.20/18.45-20.00 was issued to me.in flight 6e-6939 i reached blr. Till then we knew the next connecting flight from blr was delayed. When we got down at blr a new message came that blr - cok flight 6e-6965 is cancelled. When we went to indigo counters in blr we were told to catch next flight on 19 jan2019 at 4.05pm. Since it was a need of ours, we had to stay in hotel till next day. We booked rooms in a hotel in blr and stayed their as no accomdation was provided by indigo. We my family, my sister, my nees and my mother were travelling in same flight. Her tickets were booked and was having another pnr number. Since i have two small childrens we could not stay in airport overnight. I had to payrs 8000r including (Travelling, food and staying). I moved to cok on 19th jan 2019 in flight 6e-347 from blr-cok. My pnr number was myvlgv. During this entire episode it was very disturbing and very tiring mentally. Even i had to go to hospital due to mental stress caused.
    What i expect from you is the refund of above said amount and assurance that such things will never happen in future to anyone if possible. I have been a frequent traveller in indigo flight. This happened first time. If refund is not done or you are not getting back to me i will surely go to press. Hope full cooperation and immediate action from your side.

    6E 379 flight from Bangalore to Trivandrum on 19 January 2019 is delayed for more than 6 hours because the pilot is not assigned. The flight crew is helpless and not responding to passenger concerns.
    This is appalling from an airline that commands major market share.

      Dear sir

      Online indigo booking initiated on 28.12.18 morning and made online payment
      Rs.8919/- which got debited from my online bank account. Immediately upon this got message:
      "dear indigo customer, we have not received amount of inr 8919.00 for the transaction id f651e66c4bf[protected]. However we are holding a pnr wiystt at the same price until[protected].41 am ist. You may click here to make your payment.in case your account has been debited, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Please note that the refund timeframe varies across banks 6.42 am"
      Since there as frequent payment error, i have not any attempt to book indigo ticket and not may fresh payment as above above message.in such situation payment debited to my account should have been credited back within the stipulated time. I had made alternative arrangement for my travel.
      Surprisingly indigo on its own generated another pnr no. Khmq8q without confirmation from my side and got appropriated the amount lying in the pool and got the ticket confirmed. This was done not on my request or confirmation. I have no option but to cancel this pnr and on cancellation i am getting refund of rs.2196 only. As this was indigo's fault in generating new pnr at that i and not liable to pay any cancellation charges.

      Hence request to refund entire amount i. E. Rs.8919/- and credit to my online account.

        I was scheduled for cok - bbi flights 6e 537& 312. But was rerouted for 334& 6264. At hyderabad i met indigo staff, she made arrangements for my complementary. But when arrived at plaza premium, i was denied permission. They don't get any direction. Went and met a staff, talked to a manager, was told information being sent. But still i had to wait being quite embarrassed. No intimation still. At last a person at the counter called up some one and obtained permission for me to have the complementary. This is absolutely embarrassing. If you were the customer?
        I am a frequent flyer of indigo. Check your records please.

          Rajani badmotha had booked a flight from mumbai to delhi pnr-uj513n of 1st january 2019 on 26th december 2018.
          Due to some reason i hve cancelled the same ticket on 31st december 2018, as i got sms and mail of cancellation stating the details of cancellation as toatl deduction amount-3000 and refunded amount-3282/- and also stated that the balance amount will be credited to my account in 5-7 working days.
          Today it is almost more than 20 days the amount i have not receive.
          So i request u to see the matter and do the needful.

            Rajani badmotha have booked a flight of indigo on 26th january and cancelled the same flight on 31st january and got cancellation, refunded message saying deduction amount is 3000 and refund amount-3282rs.
            It said ki amount will be refunded in 5to 7 working days. Today is 21st january and still i not recieve my refunded amount.

              My daughter traveled from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 17 January. The flight was delayed n added to that she lost expensive new baggage protector . They did not recover despite of Written complaints. The calls are badly handled with not much use ... very disappointing n irresponsible . PNR BL3ZXH. I’m not getting the call across n if at all any response it’s useless n take hours to get across. Playing with customers.

                My flight from Bangalore to Bagdogra (PNR: TY1K5L) on 19th Jan 2019 was cancelled by Indigo due to operational reasons and I was informed about it on 19th Jan 2019 around 5 am whereas scheduled departure time was 10:50 am. The earliest alternate flight arranged by Indigo was 20th Jan 2019 at 5:15 am. So, I want a compensation from Indigo because of not informing about cancellation in time and not arranging an alternate flight within two hours of original booked scheduled time of departure, as per the rule of DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CIVIL AVIATION (Sec 3.3). But so far no confirmation has been provided by Indigo.

                  I was on my way from imphal airport to goa via hyd on[protected]Friday, 1:45pm, which was delayed to 3:00pm). My pnr no. Sczdjv

                  I have my hand bag, mobile, wallet scanned. But when i reached hyd, my wallet was nowhere to be found. Indigo flight staff rechecked and found nothing.

                  Kindly help me find my wallet. My cards along with service id, pan, dl, voter id, some bills and some rs. 700/- are in it.

                    I travelled through indigo airlines on 20th january at 1.50 a: m from kozhikode to dubai flight no: 6e 88. I had three baggeges, all were checked. My pnr number is rfpetj. But when i reached at dubai airport, i received only two baggage. The one baggage 6e [protected] is missing. I had made a complaint with the dnata. But i dint get any reply so far. Whenever iam enquiring the only reply iam getting is that they are waiting to get the response from indigo airline at calicut airport. Since 12 hours has past i am really disappointed with this airline for not getting any reply so far. Waiting for an early response.

                    I have never seen such a cheating in my whole life after booking a ticket.
                    With 5 mins delay and still having 40 mins .you people did not allowed me to checkin from Ranchi airport to Delhi.

                    And also did not refunded the ticket price.

                      Indigo airlines :

                      Considerable mishaps happens from indigo

                      Passenger from bangaluru traveled to bhubaneswar, which is is a connecting flight travelling from us to home town bhubaneswar.

                      With out notifying the passenger the luggage hold in bangalore airport and passenger being moved to destination of 14th jan.

                      With connecting to the customer support - they did not even entertained the call and asked us for writing out the email.

                      After multiple discussion with the customer support not less than 10 hours over phone they even asked for check the source airport for the luggage. With no other option found - we try to lodge police complain however from airport police station it was notified to security manager - bangalore when the action start to be taken.

                      Mean while we thought of such indecent fall in category of cheating, poor service, harassing the passenger.

                      What is the effort put by the passenger :
                      1. I my self have gone to airport on 18th (6 pm to night 1 am) to inquiry about the luggage with customer support but no answer.
                      2. On day 19th jan present in airport from morning 11 am till 7 pm) - when police intervened after 3 pm the customer support start acted upon. Seems the luggage found in delhi airport however passenger loose.

                      In bangalore : 2 days with luggage follow up
                      In bhubaneswar : 2 days stayed in hotel to collect the luggage from 14th jan.

                      Frequent travel - loose time, expenses and no compensation provided.

                      My PNR-FG5DTT is rescheduling to 21 Jan from 20 Jan.
                      So it not feasible to me as I've to attend a conference on 21 Morning. So please reschedule to alternate flight of same date/alternates airlines. Otherwise you have to bear financial losses to me.

                        Dear sir,
                        With reference to pnr # ygkjwz
                        Passengers name:
                        1. Livingstone rajasekar
                        2. Hannah melunshia
                        Missed our hand luggage in the area of security check after the immigration done. I have not received our luggage in kuwait airport.
                        One more black small hand bag also missing.

                        Today one of my relative went and checked with airport authority, chennai
                        They said to give a complaint in the police station.

                        We request you to kindly look into the matter and please view through security camera, as we are the last passengers entered to boarding.

                        Due to heavy traffic we were delay in arrival to airport on the way we made check in through online. Due to our luggage weighment difference we had to pay extra baggage we got tension and disappointment at the time of immigration. After that we entered into the security area and rushed to boarding. Meantime one of your staf[censored]rged to finish the security check.

                        Due to this tension we missed somewhere our hand luggage and a small black hand bag.

                        Hand luggage contains:
                        1. My daughter higher secondary certificates and degree certificates - name : hannah melunshia
                        2. Some stationary items like pens & others
                        3. Some books & magazines

                        Small black bag contains:
                        Cheque books; federal bank/icici/iob/indian bank
                        And other government papers.

                          I travelled from jammu to delhi by indigo flight no. 6e 653, seat no. 15 f on 19.01.2019. I found my brand new suitcase badly mishandalef/damaged, which costs me more than the cost of the travel. Indigo is solely responsible for this monitory loss caused to me due to mishandling by indigo staff.

                          Moreover, during check in only, i was informed that flight is getting delayed and advised for processing refund for connecting indigo flight for onward journey from delhi to dehradun. Despite repeated request, desk staff expressed helplessness in providing seat in other airlines' for onward journey from delhi to dehradun and i could not attend the marriage on 19.01.2019 evening at rishikesh though travelled by taxi from delhi to rishikesh. Hope indigo will bear monitory loss caused to me without fault of mine.

                            I have booked tickets for on 30-11-18 as detailed below:
                            Flight: chennai to jorhat (Via. Kolkata)
                            Date of flight:05-12-18
                            Name of persons: deepankar hazarika, saranga pani saikia, indu saikia
                            Pnr:jgqh8d
                            As the title of deepankar hazarika was wrongly typed as "saikia", i contacted customer care section and as per their advice i booked a ticket for deepankar hazarika with pnr = e9rtyl, on receiving assurance that fare of the person will be refunded.
                            A message was received stating that refund had been initiated under transaction id bb8548ef[protected].
                            A number calls were made to customer care to request for refund of the amount, but till date nothing has been done.
                            Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                            The suitcase has been damaged and not usable anymore. My family travelled to bangkok on the 7th of January by indigo. On reaching there we found the suitcase of my sister totally damaged. When contacted the counter they told that they cant help and asked us to raise the complaint on line

                              Hi,
                              This is pnr-ibf49s of flight no. - 6e409 want to lodge a complain, as it is the 1st level of excallation if not closed i'll call, if not closed i'll lodge a legal complaint, thus kindly cooperate, i observed the delay in my flight was caused because of time management issues in your staff, it was scheduled to leave at 12 - 50 and left at 2 - 45 the delay has costed me 730 of train then a physical torture of travelling in general section with luggage and at the end reaching 4 hours delayed to my place, kindly refund the train scheduling amt. And i won't file any case, in case you take this lightly it'll cost you more than it has costed me.

                                I am a loyal customer of indigo. But i am frequently getting problems during online booking and cold and unfriendly support from customer care. I have just booked the above flight from bagdogra to hyderabad on 25/1 for me (Mingyor dhendup bhutia) & my daughter norzin lhamu. I wanted to avail the student concession for both o[censored]s and accordingly we clicked on the student part (Button) on 7th day before the departure. But all i saw after booking was that the ticket were booked under normal condition and no mention of student concession. Similar problem has occured with me in the past with indigo booking and accordingly the indigo call centre representative have helped, rectified the matter and cordially converted into studen fare. I was delighted then.
                                But today's i was unsatified, felt cheated by indigo after speaking with customer care for similar mistake.
                                Upon enquiry with customer care at 7:45 am on 19/1/19 with your representative mr. Gurpreet singh & mr. Rishi grower, who were rude, cold, unfriendly, not upto mark in terms of information etc, they directly refused to acknowledge my problem and asked us to cancel the booking and do fresh reservation, which i believe is making me felt cheated. Sir, i am going to hyderabad with daughter just for attending national sports event, for she is selected in national championship in taekwondo. She is studying in assam and i am also pursuing higher studies in sikkim.

[protected]@gmail.com) that above mentioned ticket has been reshudele and i can change my ticket or cancel the above ticket with no charge. I have mailed several times for cancellation of the same but no action has been intimated so far and i have talked your executive also on 17.1.19. Now i am worried that your no action will put me in loss and also harrased me

                                    Worst airline in india, we need a organized player in this industry, due to lack of government control such airlines manipulating their services in their way.
                                    System should be vice versa applicable on both company and users, if flight is delayed further to loss in terms of monetary loss sould be compensated.

                                    I have bear a loss due to their delayed flight, who will compensated this.

                                      My name is akhil i am from hyderabad, i got mail from quikar job role is ticketing executive in indigo airlines they called me asked 2500 for registration fee and security fee 5200 documents verification 6200 and other fee total they asked2200 after i am paying that amount they asked again 16000 so i told refund my amount

                                        Regarding National Consumer Complaint Number 1102978.
                                        Dear Sir/Madam
                                        I already told you my problems with CRM No.[protected] and i cleared that i want to travel on 19/01/2019 against the PNR No. RIDLXD but you are not able to resolve my problem. Ticket amount refund is not a solution of my problem. I want to travel because my wife and 01 month daughter will also travel on 19/01/2019 with PNR No. EYEPUY.
