I got a call from a lady saying that your resume short listed for interview. I checked in truecaller it showed indigo airlines delhi. She said to pay rs 2000 for process which is refundable and take online test from indiabix. I did. Next day i got call from same lady connected to their hr man who told that rs 2000 is for registration asking to take document verification by paying rs 6000 which is refundable. I asked for other details and process of interview then call got off. Again i called twice and asked that lady to inform me the process which she didn't do. As i was desperate in getting the job i did pay my hard earned money. (I have not named anyone because i dont heard their name properly throughout and all the conversations). I am disclosing the account number to which i have done payment, mail id along with the phone number from which i got call. So i request you to kindly take action against this please seriously so that no other can suffer.

I am getting calls from "indigo airlines" as it shows in true caller again who speaks nothing like a blank call from same number i mentioned above.

I did not understand how this resolves the issue of false / fake recruiting by blank calls from indigo airlines and their support team telling me to apply and if shortlisted again they approach us?

How can anyone believe again that it is indigo recruitment team in who actually approached us in real?

Please be clear with what you are process of recruitment is first, to all the individuals who want to join in indigo. So that no can get bluffed once again.

Please take action on the state bank account number and person to whom i paid money. You did not mentioned anything about this. What action are you going to take against "abhishek raghuwanshi"

Please let me know how can i get my money rs:2000/- back?

I wonder how no one keeps that number into spam in true caller even when it is not by real Indigo hr team Itself.

I think it is done by hr team itself of the indigo, behind it.

    Dated 14.02.19. My name is mohd mehdi ali. I have applied a job in Indigo Aviation after applying in the next moment I got reply mail from [protected]@gmail.com When I am see mail call letter from indigo airlines in mail mentioned that please security money deposit 4500 for Interview process as per instruction i have paid the security deposit. Then I got a call from Mr. Amar kumar from this number ([protected) He was saying that I have to submit security deposit amount 12000/-.and He given me bank of India account no: [protected]. Account Holder name is Mr amar kumar SO Gha. I have deposited amount and called Mr amar kumar after payment then he was telling me send me deposit slip in whats app no ([protected]).[protected] and I have sent a pics to his whats app number then he said send you filling form my all educational details and and send this mail [protected]@gmail.com After 2 days he was telling me I got selected because I recommend 3 candidates and selection person you are the one. He was telling me you are selected airport representative in RGI Airport in Hyderabad and joining date will be 25 feb 2018. He told me before you received joining letter I have to deposit 14000 for company bond after 18 month return with your salary and deposit same account I have deposited amount on next day I received joining letter by mail.       Dear sir/madam,

      I am writing this in relation to the services at ahmedabad airport. I reached today in the airport 2 hr prior to the departure. But the airport was very rush with passengers. I asked indigo executive regarding my flight and also showed her my tickets. She told your flight is delayed so no worry on the time. When i reached the counter, they informed me that there is no option and now it is closed. And they did not support anything after that. As a business traveler, i used to fly in indigo. If i don't get proper resolution for this, i or any of my business staffs will not fly from indigo in ahmedabad airport.
      Nb: more than 10 people missed the flight at the same time from ahmedabad airport due to this reason.

        Hi,

        This is regarding complaint against indigo way of treating customers.
        Incident is on 14th feb 2019, flight no 6e163 (Bangalore - lucknow) morning 11:15 am departure.

        I had reached bangalore airport indigo counter at 10:40 am (It was late as there was huge traffic), but as i am travelling by indigo from last 5 years continuously. And i was travelling with my wife and my parents. Total 5 passengers.

        I had already done the web-checkin. As i reached the counter, the lady at the counter started with the process, but then the manager came and he stopped her from doing the checkin.

        I inquired with him, he said if you need on priority, then you have to go to counter number 33 and pay some amount, we can't checkin you on priority like this. When i said i can pay the charges he said that the counter is closed.

        Then he assigned some other manager and he said him to look into the matter but don't process the checkin. Is this the way indigo is treating the passengers.

        When i said that we don't want to checkin the luggage and just you send my parents in the flight with hand luggage, me and my wife will come in some other flight, then his response was that you should have given this option at the start, we can't give you these options. Even then 20 mins were there for the flight to take off.

        Just because he has to do some paperwork, as he said, he was not ready to take even 3 passengers in the flight that too with hand luggage.

        I requested a lot to the managers to allow atleast my parents, but in the end they didn't agree. I have to attend the marriage and i was not able to attend that.

        I want the full refund for my 5 tickets.

        Is this really the correct way of cooperation and what about my loss of money which i born because of non cooperation

        We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Please know that we close our boarding gates 25 min prior to the scheduled departure. We would like to politely state that we try our level best to accept passengers who report marginally late due to reasons or situations beyond their control as it does not benefit us when the seat reserved under your name goes vacant. While our intention is to help our passengers as much as we can at every contact point, at times it becomes difficult to achieve this goal due to various operational challenges. Based on our records, you reported at 1051 hrs to the gates. Hence, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
        Further, you may contact the travel agency used while making the reservation to claim the refund towards no show taxes. We sincerely hope that you will see this matter in the right spirit.

            My name is gyanoday from allahabad, got the mail and call from-aviationcareer. [protected]@outlook.com and mob no.+[protected] name govind sharma, told me that my resume is shortlisted if you are interested you have to pay 2000 security money for the interview, i have paid the amount and he called me for the interview for telephonic round, after that he said i am selected for the varanasi airport as a ground staff, and said you have to pay 15000k for medical certificate which will be refundable. I paid the same.. After that they are not answering my call... I think they blocked my number... Please do the need full action... So we can save others.

              I was taken your flight ticket dated on 25/01/2019, timing at 9.45 pm. I was entered your boarding timing at 9.05 pm and i was reported.
              Your boarding pass issued person simply rejected me why it was closed our boarding time at one hr before so we are not allowed to permitted to you. I asked and requested to your customer care so many times and then your boarding people converted to another flight with extra ticket amount rs 2500 /-.
              Now, what i am asking to reporting to you and which is pre - planing to collect the passenger. This is purely offence and cheating.
              Please explain what is the use of closing your boarding before one hr. Sir all verification was finished before boarding. So that, is a pre planing to cheating.
              I kindly requested to you please return my amount as soon.

              We totally understand the discomfort you must have faced. As per our policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior and boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Also, the passengers who have opted for web check-in carrying the printout of boarding passes can report directly at the board gates without check-in baggage. Based on our records, you reported at 0905 hrs for the flight scheduled to depart at 0905 hrs without boarding pass. Hence, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. We look forward to your understanding.

                On 14th feb 2019 my colleague and myself were supposed to catch our connecting flight from ahmedabad to hong kong with indigo airlines. However, the two days before the flight we received a message stating that our flight timing had changed due to operational activities in the airport.
                I have been receiving alert on my email that my flight 6e 893/1773 from ahmedabad to hongkong has been rescheduled from 5.10pm to 3.00pm. (Amd-blr). While booking tickets for indigo airlines online through their website or app, the prices are different that day when i booked that flight both flights were available that 5.10-7.20/11.40-07.45 (Amd-blr/blr-hkg) & 03.00-5.45/23.40-07.45 (Amd-blr/blr-hkg). But i chose 5.10 flight by paying higher amount so that i don’t have to wait more at airport. However, they shifted us in that 3’o clock flight which is cheaper then what i actually booked. Have indigo done this intentionally? It's a case of cheating because i never face such things while booking for other flights like spicejet or jet airways or any other flights. It's a fraud from indigo airlines for earning more money of common people.
                And also it looks like they do this re-scheduling a lot. Why have so many itineraries to select from while booking if you cannot run those? I called up the customer care and requested to change the flight to some other timing which is available for that day only after 5’o clock, just so that i have not wait more than that for my next flight at airport. But i was told about the policies and stuff that only two options are available that they are ready to pay full refund, or they can arrange flight one day before or after, seriously guys? You people are not valuing time of your customers and changing flight timings frequently. I paid rs.5000 approx. Extra only for that 5pm flight so now if you can’t provide me flight after 5pm than refund me my rs.5000 extra paid for the flight or else give me lounge facility for my waiting period till next flight.
                This concern is not only the amount which i have paid extra but obviously my time which is most valuable for me so i would request higher authority of airlines to take some corrective action for this kind of situation and provide solution as per customer expectations. I am really surprised to listen the customer care reply that they can’t do anything inspite of supporting us as i am a regular traveller.
                Indigo flight is well known for their punctuality only but by having this worst experience, i would say that this is really a #. I would really want the higher authority of airlines to take some strict action on the same and give me solution as per my expectation and conveniency. Also i would request not to reply me with the policy and procedures which are not at all suitable and best for your customers.

                  I booked a flight from Hyderabad to Pune (6E- 496) with PNR SM6C5E for 7 feb 2019 to start at 14:25. Due to traffic I reached at the counter at 13:40, but was refused entry very rudely and told to book another flight even when it was mentioned 25 min in message. I booked another flight (6E- 118) with same PNR scheduled for 22:05. I stayed at airport. At about 19:00 I checked in and with my boarding pass reached the boarding gate.
                  At 19:12, I got a call and message stating the flight was cancelled.
                  Now, I was given a flight to Pune via Bangalore.
                  From Hyderabad to Bangalore (6E- 6505) which was scheduled for 20:35 started at 23:56 because it was firstly late and then the pilot realised his licence was cancelled after boarding started, so a another pilot was arranged.
                  Then from Bangalore to Pune( 6E- 699) scheduled for 3:05 started at 5:45.
                  I missed my appointment and need compensation from Indigo, because of their terrible mismanagement I faced a lot of inconvenience and fear for my safety. I would not have this all, if only they would have allowed me in at 13:40.

                  We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure, also, mentioned on the itinerary sent via email. Sadly, you had reported at 1345 hr for the flight scheduled to depart at 1425 hrs, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Further, flight 6E 118 Hyderabad to Pune was cancelled due to bad weather and our team has accommodated you in next available flight. while we work hard to minimise delays, our operations are dependent on many factors, some beyond our control. All of these determine our on-time performance. But we are sorry your flight was late.

                    One of the Worst exp from most reputed Airlines service providers. “INDIGO AIRLINES”

                    *Incident* :- Along with my friends, I went to Lucknow and on Sunday morning, 8:35 AM we all were supposed to travel back from Lucknow to Bangalore (PNR KLP48E and TG7MVZ).
                    My friends were along with their family .We got shock of our life at around 10: 45 PM on 9th February as an SMS ' Your flight to Bangalore has been cancelled due to operational reasons.’
                    One link was provided in that SMS. When we clicked on that, it opened the Indigo Airlines website and we saw that 1: 15 AM a flight was available. We tried our level best, sooooooo many times to book it.
                    "It never happened and it was really frustrating for all o[censored]s."

                    We immediately decided to go to the Lucknow airport and book the ticket directly from the Indigo airlines counter. We somehow managed to get a taxi, rushed to the airport and requested them to book the tickets for us ASAP. But alas!!!, the indigo staff at the counter checked and told us that no seats were available for this flight. We enquired with them the next available flight to Bangalore.

                    What an excellent response from India's most trusted airlines which is “On-time, is a wonderful thing!”...!!!..
                    We were Awestruck with this wonderful Airlines!!! What a punctuality .. What a customer experience

                    We were stranded in an unknown city in the middle of the night. No one to help us and not even any accommodation or help provided.
                    This is the heights of irresponsibility. Having no other option, we were forced to book the next available flight to Bangalore (Go Air) the next day evening scheduled at 7 PM( took off at 8: 45 pm).
                    We paid extra amount (4 times than the actual cost of the indigo flight for each person )...it costed almost 1 lakh rupees which is humongous for us.

                    Who will pay the extra amount which is spent unnecessarily from our pocket. Indigo told us its operational issues( which were a bunch of lies).
                    1) Bad weather
                    2) All flights to Bangalore cancelled for next two days.
                    3) The next day on 10th we reached airport at around 5 pm and was shocked to see an Indigo flight from Lucknow to Bangalore at 8 pm. They could have at least accommodated us in that flight which they never told us in first place.. When we asked them about it, they said we never asked about . Which is Utter nonsense.

                    When we pleaded with them, the Indigo staff told us to contact customer relations team to get some compensation.

                    We contacted customer relations yesterday(11th Feb 2019) and they have just given us coupons worth for 19479/- for all o[censored]s together, which is just 19% of overall cost unnecessarily paid by us for no fault o[censored]s!!!
                    This is just about the cost of one go air ticket we flew and is just peanuts. This is not acceptable at all..

                    Today's in news its updated that so many Indigo flights were cancelled due to shortage of pilots for this airlines.. Real reason were not at all informed to us .
                    • What customer service and Customer Satisfaction these airlines are offering!!!. We were literally stranded in Lucknow in Midnight.
                    • Who will compensate the money. Indigo should have taken the responsibility of the accommodation and borne the extra cost.
                    • Never expected such a behaviour from the so called “India’s Best Airlines”.

                    Just like to indicating “Operational Issues” and washing of their hands will not do ..

                    "We demand refund of the tickets and Full Refund of the amount which we had to spend extra for no fault of ours and for all the hardships we had to go through in an unknown place at the middle of the night.!!!.

                    I am one of the affected party in this complaint. I had to suffer this ordeal along with my family including my 4 y old son.

                    The Indigo staff at the Air port just washed their hands off all their responsibilities and didn’t put any effort to accommodate us on any other flight, nor did they make any arrangements for stay or food. They left us all hanging high and dry. All we got was a bunch of lies and deceit.

                        Me n my wife travelling from bangalore to nagpur through indigo airlines, one o[censored]r employee named vinayak counter no 21 behaved very badly. And ur manager is also very rude while talking. Vinayak gave me wrong information of my baggage 7kg and asking more money when i saw my ticket i am having 10kg baggage, when i asked y u gave wrong information he was saying i counted ur laptop bag, he is not accepting his mistake. He was not giving us our boarding passes. He is very rude with my wife. Ur employee don't know how to talk with ladies. Very disappointed.
                        We travelled frequently in indigo airline but never seen such kind of person.
                        U must take some action against him.

                          Team, i travelled with an infant in india for the first time and expected a smooth hassle free experience. Given that we pay the infant fee, the least expected out of the airline is to be provided with comfortable and infant suitable seats while not disturbing the other passengers. I have seen ideally that passengers with infants are allocated the front row seats in order to allow fast boarding and getting off and also to allow the infants...

                          My initial flight was 6e865 at 10.20pm from cbe to maa, which was canceled. I was redirected to chennai through 6e6313. The flight was scheduled at 11.35 but was delayed to 12.00 am but never was taken of[censored]ntil 12.30. The flight landed in chennai at 1.15 am on feb 10th. I did not receive my bag until 2.00am. I was told that the trolley broke or because we were put on another flight, all kind of excuses. I had a connecting international flight to doha at 3pm. I had a terrible experience of running to the international terminal because of the delay caused by indigo 1. Flight canceled and put on another flight
                          2. The second flight was also delayed
                          3. All passengers received luggages except 4 o[censored]s.

                          I have decided not to take indigo hereafter.

                              I, sreekumar travelled by your flight 6e 881 from vizag to chennai on 09 feb 19. Pnr no eyueuy through udchalo.
                              I had occupied seat 27 d. I boarded the flight from the rear ladder among many. The cabin crew of two girls were talking to each other as if they are in a cafe and never bothered to offer the customary welcome to any of the passengers who were ahead or behind me. While the services started ms arati, the crew who having the charge of rear side of the craft was in a hurry skipping seats and missed my attempts to draw her attention for a paid order for beverage even though i was sitting with the menu raising it to her. It took gesticulation in all forms and hailing over to finally succeed.
                              The last part is that she never apologised despite pointing it out to her.
                              Immediately after the journey i had submitted feed back form. The company did not even bother to acknowledge or reply till date

                                I had indigo from flight from 6e92 bkk to chennai on 08/feb 2019 pnr# fgcd7t. Early morning @04:00 am
                                And same time i had my air lanka flight from chennai to doha on 08 /feb 2019 @ 16;00 hrs (Non refundable) boarding pass issued pob in board. After 3 hrs the declare flight cancel
                                Cause of technical issue rise in aircraft indigo cancel the flight
                                There was no flight to connect to chennai to catch my doha flight from chennai
                                If i not reached on 08/feb 2019. My residence visa was cancell in doha
                                I spoke to indigo officer he just said its not there porblem if i had other airlines company flight. So because of ingigo failure i loose uss 500 to book new flight from bkk to doha to avoid my job lose
                                To reach before 08/02/2018, and the officer cancel my ticket 6e92., please tell me who is responsible that i loose uss 500 dollar lose because of indigo technical fail in flight

We do recognize the importance of maintaining our flight schedules and assure you the best of our efforts to eliminate or minimize the causes of flight cancellation. But, if an IndiGo flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 2 hours or rescheduled for 1 hour earlier, you can either re-book on another Indigo flight or cancel. The re-booking is done at no extra charge and the entire amount is refunded in the case of cancellation. As checked, we have processed the full refund for the flight in the travel agency account used for making the booking. Kindly contact the respective travel portal to claim the same. Also, you may write to us at customer.[protected]@goindigo.in for further assistance in this regard.

                                  How can a flight always be delayed? I am a frequent flyer of ngp-hyd route, the 7.30am flight is consistently late. You’re taking consistency as a virtue in the wrong sense. It is extremely annoying to be waiting everytime so early in the morning. If you cannot keep up to your own promises of punctuality, adopt honesty instead. Tell me the right time so i don’t have to waste my time on the airport.

                                    Complaint against ‘indigo airlines” regarding not allowing boarding the flight despite being in time at new delhi airport.
                                    This is with regards to file a complaint against “indigo airlines” for being understaffed on floor for checkin at the new delhi t1 terminal and a careless and negligent and approach by the staff on the counter.
                                    Me and my family of five were not allowed to board the indigo flight: 6e 105 dated 8th february 2019 departure time 14.45. We were the counter at 13.10 hours at least fifty minutes before the boarding time and much before the departure time. We had already checked in the previous day and had to deposit our luggage.
                                    There were long queue and initially we were in queue. As we understood that the company seems to have understaffed and the luggage section was working dull and in chaos we tried to talk to the floor manager who shifted us to some other queue where the employee was extremely slow. As the time passed we became anxious and as for a quicker and priority service. She declared that you cannot board now. We tried to convince that there is still time kindly consider us on a priority basis. There were other customers on the same flight too with us who too were denied. This frustrating experience by indigo came when on of my family member is already 75 plus. Even as we tried to tell the floor manager she kept her self-busy elsewhere and did not pay heed to our say, leaving us to destitute. The compensatory fares were five times higher and not in sufficient numbers also. Understaffed and negligent approach by the company has hurt us besides having to pay more for the taking another airline and also missing the day.
                                    I wish indigo should compensate us for the pain given, for not considering and teaching their staff prioritizing, for being negligent.

Based on our records, you reported at 1417 hrs for the flight scheduled to depart at 1445 hrs with bags. Hence, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight.                                     there were serpentine ques which your team wasn't able to handle. they were not well verse with the standard operating procedures.they closed the counter much earlier leaving customers to misery.
                                    i regret you to look into the matter rather than giving usual standard answers.this reply is just unacceptable and is hiding negligence and incompetence.

                                      I have did a ticket for indigo airlines having pnr "illk8e".
                                      The ticket consisting of myslef and my wife.
                                      Unfortunately, my wife's title had selected as mr instead of ms.
                                      I had checked with the indigo airlines and the travel site i. E. Happyeasygo.

                                      Happy easy go told they will fwd request to indigo. Indigo customer care told they won't allow due to title change, as it's a issue with gender.
                                      So they told me to do a separate ticket. With the full name of my wife instead of short name i. E. S kar

                                      While i reached the airport and check wit the ground staff, they told no issue you can travel and allow both o[censored]s.

                                      The new ticket pnr is nd2l8c.
