I had booked a ticket with indigo airlines dated 19th february 2019 scheduled to departure at 18:25, i had reached the airport at 17:40 correct and was waiting for the baggage drop at 17:45 no announcements were made neither was i informed at the airport about the closing of boarding of my flight. I requested them at 18:00 to kindly let me in but i was denied boarding. I missed my flight which was connecting and did not get any refund.
Neither was the staff of indigo cooperative. I got zero assistance on my issue. The display tv showed the status of my flight while i was requesting them to let me in, it showed the status of boarding complete only after 18:30. I seriously look forward to get my issue resolved and get some strict action against it.

    During my flight from kolkata to delhi in india, i boarded the flight 6e 417 (A320) on 13th feb, 2019.

    I had one locked checked-in baggage of 18 kilos (Paid 1200 inr extra).in that baggage, i kept two gold bangles, which is allowed/ passed though the security check as well.
    I got the baggage returned at delhi (T1 terminal) on the same day and started for another onward journey to munich, germany.
    When i received the baggage at delhi, the indigo tag/sticker in the lock was intact and the lock was okay.

    However, today morning, when i returned to my home at munich, i found that those two bangles are missing and the small bag inside (In which i kept the box of the bangles) is also unzipped.

    I presume, i am confident that the indigo ground staff (Or anyone else responsible) have stolen the bangles. I want to state my following opinions in support:
    A. Someone during the baggage transfer from kolkata to delhi has opened the bag and stolen the bangles, again locked and put a new indigo tag/sticker in the lock, so that it seems normal.
    B. If during my onward journey from delhi to munich this incident has had happened, the indigo tag/sticker would not be intact, would have been punctured in the hole part of the lock. The baggage was properly locked and indigo tag/sticker was intact in munich airport as well.
    I have discovered this robbery at my home in munich, when i have opened the bag with my keys.

    This is very very shameful incidence that i have faced involving indigo service. I could never imagine how unsafe/ vulnerable we, the passengers are!
    Me and my husband are a frequent and unerring travelers in indigo. This is just not done.

    I would like to request you to investigate this matter and return back my stolen valuables. I am attaching the pictures of the bangles, the small pouch inside which the bangle-box was kept (Also found unzipped inside the checked-in baggage), my boarding pass and the checked-in baggage slip.

    Please do the needful and give me back my valuable or reimburse me accordingly.
    And, further statements like "we have checked with our staff and no such incidents are reported" are not encouraged prohibited.

        Dear indigo airlines,

        Inspite of requesting for wheelchair 48 hours prior on phone as well as dropping an email for the same, the passenger ms. Namrata khatri travelling on mumbai to chennai flight 9:40 am was denied wheelchair since your airlines had lack of availability. If wheelchairs were subject to availability, why was this information not given on the website?
        The passenger was not only denied wheelchair and that too in a rude manner by the airlines. Moreover, she was subjected to extensive security check where she had to remove her ankle plaster again and again in a situation where she could not even stand. Her leg injury has become worse now and indigo has been responsible for it. She was mentally distressed and she missed her flight due to that! Kindly provide her a flight move on with a wheelchair at the earliest

          Hi indigo team,

          This is inform you that, i have booked ticket through an agent by mistake he given my name ravi kiran gundamala but actual name is ravi kumar gundamala i need this to be done, but this mistake happend by agent i called to indigo customer care twice there is no name change option. I have correct id proofs i don't understand why you are not allowing to do, eventhough i'm not sure about name should be correct for domestic travel. Please respond asap and correct my name as well. Immediate resoultion greatly appreciated.

            I recently book my flight today 18 feb, 2019.
            I booked it for april 24th, 2019.
            However, after giving all my information, i went for the payment page and paid the money through my debit card. The money got deducted and after that it appeared fail. I did this through the official indigo app from the playstore. I waited for a while and didn't got any pnr number or any flight details.
            I called the customer care and said they didn't got the money and told me to called my bank. I called my bank and they told me to wait now...
            Now i don't know what to do... Please help me... I can also share all the transaction msgs and the transaction numbers... Please reply

              My name is Ashok Sharma. I live in Dubai.
              I had booked my flights as below:
              Bangalore- Raipur by 6E 405 dep 07.50
              Date of booking: 27 Jan 2019 Date of travel: 20 Feb 2019 ( PNR- ZCBJGI)

              Raipur- Bangalore by 6E 406 dep 10.20
              Date of booking: 27 Jan 2019 Date of travel: 22 Feb 2019 ( PNR- LLW25E)

              On 17 Feb I received mails from Indigo Airlines that due to operational reasons both onward and return flights are not operating and they re-scheduled to
              6E 828 dep 19.05 on 20 Feb
              6E 708 dep 17.15 on 22 Feb
              Both the flights are indirect via Indore.
              Since both the re-scheduled flights were not suiting me due to big time difference from my original booking as I had connected International flights., I made international call to see if there are other better options. The customer support lady informed that there is one flight at 04.55 AM on 20th Feb via Indore. I said that seems ok but I will confirm after sometime. But within minutes I received a mail with revised itinerary from the airline without my confirmation. A big surprise for me .

              Anyhow I re-looked at my travel plan and decided to cancel my trip to India. I cancelled my international tickets and as such domestic tickets also needed cancellation. Today when I asked for cancellation and full refund as the changes were from their side, I was shocked to note that in the name of company policy they will charge full penalty for Bangalore- Raipur sector as they issued revised itinerary. This was not confirmed by me in any case. Now they charged me full fare AED 156 (INR 3060). as cancellation penalty.

              This is gross cheating in the name of vany policy. I expect the company to correct this and make full refund of fare.

                  There was total mismanagement of handling the people at the checkin counters of indigo at ahmedabad domestic airport in the evening of 17th feb. People from all the queues were merged at the end into the 2 counters which resulted in chaos despite being in queue. The person handling the queue disappeared from the scene and was nowhere to be seen. People had to manage themselves. Many people who were behind us got ahead in the process and there was no order. 3-4 counters were empty but not opened.
                  We expect better management at the checkin queues and counters than this. Also the staff should behave more responsibly and manage the queue better.

                    Ms subhi, indigo job consultant, called me (28/01/2019) and took my interview regarding job at indigo airlines as a air ticketing in umroi airport, shillong.
                    They took 26000 in total, i. E security fees, application fees and documents verification fees.
                    Kaushal dutta, the hr and the account holder, they had sent all the job letters but when i asked them for joining date and employee id they never confirmed to that upto date.
                    I asked the consumer court to please find these culprits and job scammers and teach them a lesson for scamming people as such.

                      I had booked flight for my family and self on 1st morning 0100 am flight since we need to reach by morning for attending a function. Without any intimation or my consent, my flight has been postponed to 1st evening 0645pm. This is unreasonable and caused havoc to my entire plans. I need our tickets to be reschedule by indigo for the 0645pm flight on 28th feb at no additional cost.

                      We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the rescheduling of our flight. We always strive to keep our flights on schedule and cut down on causes of delay. But, if an IndiGo flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 2 hours or rescheduled for 1 hour earlier, you can either re-book on another Indigo flight or cancel. The re-booking is done at no extra charge and the entire amount is refunded in the case of cancellation. As checked, our Customer Care team has assisted you in this regard.

                          I had booked raipur-delhi-amritsar on indigo for travel on 14th feb. (Te2t9m). You cancelled flight no. 6e 2894 (Del-atq) and sent me an sms asking me if i want to reroute the flight or get refund. I went to the site and clicked refund' for there are good delhi-amritsar trains. But you cancelled not only that flight but also my raipur-delhi sector. I phoned and protested, but to no avail. Finally, i tried to book raipur-delhi afresh, but could only do so via kolkata (Klu3vh) and this cost me rs.8, 900.                             During my flight from HYD to BBI on 06 Feb 2019 ( flight # 6E6264 PNR # MG31UJ ) I have been charged wrongly. In the first instance she charged me Rs.250/- and after realising its a master credit card and eligible for 20% discount she cancelled the previous Invoice and again charged me for Rs.200/- and returned me the first charge slip also. But to my surprise there is no cancellation or refund of the first charged amount.

                            All copies attached which is self explanatory. Hence please refund Rs.250/- immediately.

                              On 14/2/2018 i was travelling with my wife from goa to delhi by flight no. 6e 332. I had already chosen & paid for my seats 1d & 1e online & had only one medium size bag. As i approached for check in on the first counter, which was empty, the lady there priyanka told us that you cannot check in here go to some other counter. I told her that i need to take a pic. (Which i did not take) & send it to the manegment to see that inspite of the counter being empty, the staff is refusing to entertain clients.
                              So as we were moving to the next counter, which was also empty, priyanka told us to come in the queue. When i asked her that which queue was she talking about, then she got up & realised that there was no queue.
                              Now your other staff member miss/mrs farheen on the second counter was even better.
                              She said that delete the pic showing empty counter of priyanka or i will not issue your boarding pass.
                              Are your employees there to harass & black mail customers. You should give them training that they should polite with customer as they are not doing favour
                              To them.

                              Inform him about this but never ever travel by indigo.

                                I booked and payed a ticket with mymastercard, online at the indigo website for 8000inr and receved confirmarion. The next day i receve a confirmation of the same flight on my name booked and payed by my mastercard for 150 euro (Same as 12000inr). But this last ticket i did not book. I email and call them, and they tell me they got the payment and booking don by me and they can cancel my flight with a fee around 4000inr. If you ask me it is a planed consious crime. What are my options, cancel the flight lose the cancelation fee and get it over with. Or will they return my full money? How can i prove?

                                I lost my trust in indigo.

                                  I got a call from a lady saying that your resume short listed for interview. I checked in truecaller it showed indigo airlines delhi. She said to pay rs 2000 for process which is refundable and take online test from indiabix. I did. Next day i got call from same lady connected to their hr man who told that rs 2000 is for registration asking to take document verification by paying rs 6000 which is refundable. I asked for other details and process of interview then call got off. Again i called twice and asked that lady to inform me the process which she didn't do. As i was desperate in getting the job i did pay my hard earned money. (I have not named anyone because i dont heard their name properly throughout and all the conversations). I am disclosing the account number to which i have done payment, mail id along with the phone number from which i got call. So i request you to kindly take action against this please seriously so that no other can suffer.

                                  I am getting calls from "indigo airlines" as it shows in true caller again who speaks nothing like a blank call from same number i mentioned above.

                                  I did not understand how this resolves the issue of false / fake recruiting by blank calls from indigo airlines and their support team telling me to apply and if shortlisted again they approach us?

                                  How can anyone believe again that it is indigo recruitment team in who actually approached us in real?

                                  Please be clear with what you are process of recruitment is first, to all the individuals who want to join in indigo. So that no can get bluffed once again.

                                  Please take action on the state bank account number and person to whom i paid money. You did not mentioned anything about this. What action are you going to take against "abhishek raghuwanshi"

                                  Please let me know how can i get my money rs:2000/- back?

                                  I think it is done by hr team itself of the indigo, behind it.

I have applied a job in Indigo Aviation after applying in the next moment I got reply mail from [protected]@gmail.com When I am see mail call letter from indigo airlines in mail mentioned that please security money deposit 4500 for Interview process as per instruction i have paid the security deposit. Then I got a call from Mr. Amar kumar from this number ([protected) He was saying that I have to submit security deposit amount 12000/-.and He given me bank of India account no: [protected]. Account Holder name is Mr amar kumar SO Gha. I have deposited amount and called Mr amar kumar after payment then he was telling me send me deposit slip in whats app no ([protected]).[protected] and I have sent a pics to his whats app number then he said send you filling form my all educational details and and send this mail [protected]@gmail.com After 2 days he was telling me I got selected because I recommend 3 candidates and selection person you are the one. He was telling me you are selected airport representative in RGI Airport in Hyderabad and joining date will be 25 feb 2018. He told me before you received joining letter I have to deposit 14000 for company bond after 18 month return with your salary and deposit same account I have deposited amount on next day I received joining letter by mail.                                       Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am writing this in relation to the services at ahmedabad airport. I reached today in the airport 2 hr prior to the departure. But the airport was very rush with passengers. I asked indigo executive regarding my flight and also showed her my tickets. She told your flight is delayed so no worry on the time. When i reached the counter, they informed me that there is no option and now it is closed. And they did not support anything after that. As a business traveler, i used to fly in indigo. If i don't get proper resolution for this, i or any of my business staffs will not fly from indigo in ahmedabad airport.
                                      Nb: more than 10 people missed the flight at the same time from ahmedabad airport due to this reason.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is regarding complaint against indigo way of treating customers.
                                        Incident is on 14th feb 2019, flight no 6e163 (Bangalore - lucknow) morning 11:15 am departure.

                                        I had reached bangalore airport indigo counter at 10:40 am (It was late as there was huge traffic), but as i am travelling by indigo from last 5 years continuously. And i was travelling with my wife and my parents. Total 5 passengers.

                                        I had already done the web-checkin. As i reached the counter, the lady at the counter started with the process, but then the manager came and he stopped her from doing the checkin.

                                        I inquired with him, he said if you need on priority, then you have to go to counter number 33 and pay some amount, we can't checkin you on priority like this. When i said i can pay the charges he said that the counter is closed.

                                        Then he assigned some other manager and he said him to look into the matter but don't process the checkin. Is this the way indigo is treating the passengers.

                                        When i said that we don't want to checkin the luggage and just you send my parents in the flight with hand luggage, me and my wife will come in some other flight, then his response was that you should have given this option at the start, we can't give you these options. Even then 20 mins were there for the flight to take off.

                                        Just because he has to do some paperwork, as he said, he was not ready to take even 3 passengers in the flight that too with hand luggage.

                                        I requested a lot to the managers to allow atleast my parents, but in the end they didn't agree. I have to attend the marriage and i was not able to attend that.

                                        I want the full refund for my 5 tickets.

                                        Is this really the correct way of cooperation and what about my loss of money which i born because of non cooperation

                                        We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Please know that we close our boarding gates 25 min prior to the scheduled departure. We would like to politely state that we try our level best to accept passengers who report marginally late due to reasons or situations beyond their control as it does not benefit us when the seat reserved under your name goes vacant. While our intention is to help our passengers as much as we can at every contact point, at times it becomes difficult to achieve this goal due to various operational challenges. Based on our records, you reported at 1051 hrs to the gates. Hence, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
                                        Further, you may contact the travel agency used while making the reservation to claim the refund towards no show taxes. We sincerely hope that you will see this matter in the right spirit.
