I was having a flight from delhi to kathmandu on 8th ocotber, 2018. Somehow i forgot my passport at my home (Ahmedabad), but i had aadhar card and license issued by indian govt. I was not allowed to board the flight, i even i got a letter from indian embassy asking airlines to allow the immigration, it was rejected. I didn't get the refund, also i have return ticket on 14th october, 2018. I want the refund of it. But when i apply for cancellation, they are refunding me zero rupees. I made all possible attempts, still i din get on board and not getting the refund. My pnr : mer4pj

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please be informed that only Voter ID card or Passport is accepted to travel to Nepal. We understand your plans can change and just so we have a cancellation/rescheduling policy to take care of it. Cancellation can be done no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time with a charge of INR 3, 000 per passenger per flight and the balance will be refunded to the agency account which is used for making the reservation. Further, we would like to inform you that the applicable charges are designed to facilitate unusual circumstances as well. We sincerely hope that you will see this matter in the right spirit.

      Its my mom/dads first travel by plane, my mom was given a wheel chair. Your indigo guy placed my mom near the booking counter and told dad to get to the baggage counter for tickets. Sadly there was no instructions given to dad to wait and take the wheel chair. On searching my dad did not find mom while when enquired on the counter it was told that you move the given gate and she will be brough in there.

      It was your porters responsibility to ensure end to end both passenger reaches the gates to get into the plan.in this chaos at the gates you starff was intimated at 3pm that mom is not to be found so please check. It took them 1.5 hours to find her alone near the ticket counter. Due to this chaos the flight is missed and put to another flight. Can you believe the reaching destination time was 5.30pm which is now 9.30pm that too a via via flight from bangalore. Such a horrible experinece... I want to speak to someone who is incharge of your user satifcation department and foresee for some action against the team and a refund of my ticket or this harrassement. Because of this experience my parents dont wish to travel by plane ever.

      We have booked 2 tickets to madurai from Hyderabad on 10th October 18 against pnr UKQ73U. Now it is changed to direct by hyd to madurai by 6e7156 and i was told to get refund of 2036/- as current fare now is 4000 only for person. I have paid rs. 10236..request you to refund excess amount. This is due to your problem frm your side

We would like to mention that in an event wherein a flight delayed by 2 hr or more, we allow our passenger to choose a refund or re-booking onto an alternative IndiGo flight at no additional cost. Adhering to the same, you have opted for an alternate flight. Hence, we won’t be able to process any refund as you duly travelled to your destination. We highly appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations and look forward to serving you on board soon.

        My parents (Senior citizens) travelled on indigo flight 6e-361 from bengaluru to mumbai today. I was supposed to travel with them but i had to cancel at the last moment due to urgent work here.
        After about 1 hour of them already walking inside the terminal (I personally went to see them off) and before 20mins from the flight departure i get a call from an indigo executive saying that the passengers have missed their flight and have to pay and take the next available one. I had talked to my parents after they checked in their luggage and the news of them not reaching the departure gate made me anxious and worried. On asking the executive about this, he replied that i don’t know they have missed the flight and have to take the next one. I asked again about my parents that how is this possible that theu haven’t reached the gate after check in and the executive said “i cannot search for them in a 4km long airport building, you just tell that they have to take the next flight”.
        I was baffled by this response and i told the guy that i don’t appreciate the way he is handling this and he should be helping the customer in such a situation. To this he replied that i am not saying anything madam but it is not my problem if they didn’t reach the gate before 25mins of flight departure. When i finally lost my cool and scolded him for his behaviour, he instead blamed it on me for being rude and disconnected the call.
        I immediately called my father to check up on him and he informed me that they were already inside the gate and in the runway bus going to the airplane for boarding. They were not late on the check in counter and had reached before the gate was finally and permanently closed.
        This is unexpected behaviour from a well reputed airline, distressing the customer right in the middle of their travel and then behaving rudely on top of that.

        Hi I have received fake email from [protected]@indigo.go.in regarding shortlisted profile. Have paid 9800 rupees as security deposit through Paytm on 21st September. Till now did not receive any post related to interview. Interview is scheduled on 5th October. No response from recruiting manager so far. How to solve this and get rid of fraudulence?

        I had received my offer letter early june this year but i still didn’t get my joining date.
        This is seriously not expected!
        I have done all the required formalities and submitted all the documents that were asked.
        But my joining is still pending.

        Irritated by the service of indigo . M business man at bathinda .i use flight for saving my time but here they making us fool with continuous delaying period. When we ask for refreshment they give us bhujia frooti n all .whats that we feeling hungry . Instead of packets of chips give us some solid food..

          My luggge was damaged by the airlines n after registering a complaint
          Mr. SIDDHARTH, from the airline dept, attended the complain n promised to refund me rs. 2000 for the suitcase( original price being 6500, n refund amt is just peanuts) which hasn’t been done by the airlines yet.the suitcase is useless to me now.

                Gunjan. [protected]@goindigopost.in stating to open the attachment, i am sure this is a spam email and after opening the attachment i got to know it's a fraudulent activity through email using indigo airlines name.
                I do not want to receive any more emails from them.

                I received an mail and also message. On they guide me to download the interview letter as i am shortlisted for the interview. The call letter shows that the nterview will be on 30 oct. But for registration for an interview. I have to pay refundable amount of rspace 9800 as a security fee in the account of bank of maharashtra in favor of indigo account manager by cash or net banking on today9 october only as today is last date of online process and for query they gave the no. Of hr. Sachin and mail i'd [protected]@hr go indigo.in. Is this fake or real please tell me

                  I appeared for the interview and got selected.
                  I even submitted all the required documents but they didn’t gave me my joining date.
                  I waited for so long but they didn’t inform anything.
                  I kept calling the hr.
                  Finally one day after calling her for so long she picked up my call and told me as there is no vacancy till the next year, she can’t help it.
                  I mean if you didn’t had any vacancy, how could you conduct a interview process.
                  This is truly disgusting.

                    I'm complaining from hyderabad rajiv gandhi airport. We had our flight no 6e261 with one no hfhzuw on october 8 at 4:05am. We reached here at 3:10 and we were asked to do the self check-in as soon as we reached here at 3:15 but by that time the check-in was already closed. Though we were on right time when we approached the indigo flight concerned people they asked us to book new tickets and as we had no other option to fly back to kerala we were forced to take new tickets for the flight 6e683 with pnr no hfhzuw and cause of this we couldn't attend a main function we were supposed to and lost money for 3 tickets too. Now we are planning to file a case in the court for compensation as we had to suffer this money loss and time loss and all this pain due to the ill treatment and poor dealings of the indigo crew.

                    We're sorry to hear that your trip did not go as planned. As per our policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Based on records you reported at 0333 hrs to our counter for a flight scheduled to depart at 0405 hrs. You were unable to report on-time despite the same. Our staff offered you re-accommodation as a customer service gesture. We'd like to clarify that re-accommodation is not followed as a policy, but with the intention to help our customers reach their destination at the earliest. We request for your understanding in this regard.

                        I am mukesh kochar. I had a flight from bagdogra to ahmedabad on 5th oct-18. I checked in at 14:20 (Departure was 15:00) but they said checked in counter is already closed as per norms.
                        Due to rally of cm of west bangal we reached late by 5~10 minuets but they didn’t tolerate us.
                        Now i want to complain this incident.
                        10 to 15 pessanger also missed their flight due to this abnormal situation
                        Please give direction

                        Hi Mukesh,

                        We understand missing a flight could be distressful. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter 45 mins prior to the schedule departure time of the flight. Also, we always advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight to avoid any last min hassle. Based on our records you have reported at 1436 hrs for a flight scheduled to depart at 1500 hrs, hence we were unable to allow you onboard.
                        Our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help you reach the destination, our airport team offered to accommodate you on the next available flight with minimum charges, which were denied by you. We look forward towards your understanding in such situations.

                          I am travel on dated 05 oct 2018 on banglore to nagpur by indigo 6e 955 airlines.
                          I am faced the problem of in my ear and headache and air cooled in not properly
                          I am badly feel in flight my head and my ear and nose very pain during the flight my mom also travel in this flight his bp too high mu brother, wife, son and i talk to other people they also says the same problem

                          We are sorry that your in-flight experience with us wasn’t pleasant because of the difference in air pressure. We would like to inform you that some passengers may experiences discomfort in the ears during takeoff and landing which can be relieved by swallowing, chewing on a bubble gum, or slightly pinching your nose while releasing the pressure from your ears. It is also advisable to stay hydrated during the flight to minimize the risk of pain in the future. However, we do our best to maintain a pleasant temperature on-board. When it’s very hot outside at an airport, the temperature onboard can rise quickly. We keep the air cool using air conditioning system, but sometimes it can take a while before you feel this. While environmental considerations mean that we do try to limit the use of air conditioning on the ground whenever possible. Please be assured of our constant efforts to provide a hassle-free travel experience to our esteemed passengers.

                            Dear indigo,

                            I don't travel much but whenever i travel i choose to travel by indigo. Today i traveled from bengaluru to bagdogra by flight 6e 433 pnr - ih9hvd. While claiming the baggage i found that the zip of my luggage was damaged this incident happened second time with me.in 2016feb... While traveling from same route the belt of my backpack was also damaged but that time i didn't complain. But this is second time i experience the same thing, therefore, i wrote a complain letter. This is the only route where this type of incident happens. On 9th sep we traveled from bagdogra to chennai but everything was good.
                            Only traveling from bengaluru to bagdogra this kind of incident happen.
                            Kindly note and do the needful so that other passengers doesn't suffer in future.

                              I have got an e-mail saying that I have been shortlisted for an interview in Indigo airlines at Banglore office on 22nd October. There was an attachment including with email saying that I will have to deposit Rs 9600 (refundable) and send them the scanned copies of my documents. When I called on the given number ([protected]) for bank details the man on the phone named Anil Rana, told me that I will have to deposit the money on the name of a person called Shashank Shekhar. The bank account number given is - [protected] and IFSC code - SBIN0003208. As I sensed some trouble in this job offer I refused to deposit the money. I hope that Indigo Airlines knows about this fraud on their name and take some actions against these fraudsters.

                                I had a very bad experience today in flight no 6E 801 Mumbai to raipur
                                the crew in the flight were very rude . I am corporate passenger frequently i fly in Indigo though my meal was booked. It was not served for me instead when i showed my boarding pass in which it was clearly mentioned CPML in bold . They were not having my details in the list . Its a very veered experience. Its being an morning flight i need to travel empty stomach all till raipur . It is a very bad policy from indigo i was asked instead to pay again for a meal . The crew behaved as if they can do what ever they want no one is there to ask them

                                  It was monday morning of oct 3rd, 2018 when i was travelling from goa to hyderabad, flight 6e259 - booking reference: xl7l5u. When my bag came out of conveyor belt it was fully torn to the point that it can't be used further. It looked like the bag was dragged on some sharp or uneven surface. After collecting my bag i directly went to complaint counter to register a complaint and the lady over there took some photos of damaged bag and assured me that i will receive a call within 24 hrs. Next day i received a call from one of the executive who offered to give rs 500 indigo voucher for the damage caused, to which i denied as my bag's price was around inr 5000 then the lady started negotiating for inr 1000 voucher which can only be availed in my name that too within 6 months from the issue, to which i denied again. I mean what kind of compensation is this. All i am asking for is a fair compensation. By the way this all happened despite of my bag being marked as fragile.
