Myself nikahat begum, 3 days before on 28 june i cancelled my ticket booked by make my trip from indore to banglore for 5 july. My id is nf[protected], but due to my personal reason i canceled this ticket at the same time. But i didn't get any refund amount of cancelation. After a query from make my trip they told me that it was under policy of indigo airlines. Penalty charges are higher than ticket. I never saw this type of penalty in which customer didn't get and refund of cancelation. You may charge 10%, 20% or 30% of amount but not all amount. Kindly do the needful. I want my money back.

MY FLIGHT NO 6e 221 for Bengaluru on Dated 25.06.2018 now while on the time of lodging complaints at 00.25 hrs in 26.06.2018 Boarding is not started till yet. And also flight is too late. And for delaying no proper intimation is served to passengers.

Our operations are dependent on various factors which determine our on-time performance like airport infrastructure, runway availability, air traffic etc. These factors can contribute to delays which are beyond our control.     Hi all,

    I have traveled from indigo airline on 18th jun from chandigarh to mumbai from flight number 6e 264 (Pnr wetqgj), departure 12:15, seat number 6a.

    During the flight veg tomato cheese sandwich served to me. Few hours after consuming the sandwich i fell ill. I had severe stomach ache which led to food poisoning.

    I have been suffering from last two days with diarrhoea, nausea & high temperature. I consulted my gp and he diagnosed me with food poisoning. After few bite i felt it is stale and not smell good however i had it considering that indigo will not compromise on quality of food.

    I have always enjoyed fly with indigo but severity of the food poisoning caused me terrible suffering. I have to take leave from my office and postpone my other plans.

    I would like to hear from you on what action is taken to ensure it shouldn't happen in future with anyone.

    I have dropped an email to register this complaint to indigo email id but not received proper response from team. Its been more than 15 days but yet to receive proper response from concern team

      I priya namasudra travelling from bangalore to agartala 7.10 am flight on 30.06.2018.
      I didn't receive my bag at agartala airport. I complained and fill a form for this issue. But till now they didn't call me. They told they will call me in 4 hr but its being 7 hr they didn't call. My bag was navy blue colour.in this bag i have so many costly clothes and so many books. I need my bag as soon as possible. Otherwise i need 10000 rs for clothes and my books value also.

        I am annreeju ray. I have a complaint against a ground staff of indigo airlines named k. C kiran. A huge queue had been waiting for the check in of the flight 6e 2065. There was a group from which only 1 or 2 passenger was standing in the queue rest of them just broke the queue instead of so many passengers waiting. This employee entertained that and instead misbehaved with me. You can check cctv footage on 30th june 2018 around 9:20 am. I hope a strong action would be taken against this employee and i hope there would not be such incident further.

          Respected mam/sir

          This is to inform you that yesterday (28 july 2018) i "thomas t v" traveled in your flight "6e 2652" from coimbatore to delhi. Due to your negligence my baggage was damaged. And i would like to claim for repair or for payment or for a new baggage.
          Because this is the second time this has happened to my luggage and as i am a regular passenger, i would like u to consider my petition against this as early as possible.

            Dear sir,

            My name is aarti sharma. Today i travel through indigo flight no.6e-245 from kolkata to indore. Pnr no. Hy4ksv-6e245 with my baby below 2 years.

            I shown him my baby aadhaar card to verify the age.

            But at the time of boarding pass they forcedly charged rs.1250/-for half ticket of my baby. I was alone in travelling.

            As per domestic flight rule below 2 years child is free...

            At first during security check and check in time, the departure gate was 18. Then suddenly few minutes before departure the gate was changed to 20 and we had to rush with the crowd. At the boarding gate, my hand baggage was snatched just because flight was full. We were 2 passengers carrying only 1 hand bag and that too was taken away. I asked for complimentary food on flight since the only food we were carrying was in the hand bag, but was denied. I received my hand bag at the destination airport (Ahmedabad) in a full wet condition in the conveyor belt after waiting for 35 minutes. My business documents and educational certificates were wet inside due to indigo's mishandling. My pnr is d8fkky.

            If i am not able to get any compensation for this loss, I will be filing a lawsuit for destroying of original certificates and possibly affecting professional career. I have taken pictures and also have baggage tags and also can identify the official in charge who snatched our hand baggage from the boarding gate.

            You wrote in email why I hadn't complained at the destination airport, well then let me tell you there was no one at the counter of Indigo when I got my luggage from the conveyor belt at Ahmedabad Airport. And besides I had an important meeting to attend which was getting delayed waiting for your officials to arrive at the counter. On the first place this was your problem to snatch away my hand baggage without no reason. If your flight gets over filled, that is not my concern for carrying a simple piece of hand baggage. And When you have snatched it away from me at the last moment before boarding, it should have been your responsibility to keep it safe, but instead you destroyed my precious documents by making it wet in the rain. Please refund the ticket price which is only a nominal compensation that I ask.

              I boarded flight from delhi to dehra dun today after noon & checked in 4 baggages.. Of which 1 bag (That happens to be most critical since it carries some very expensive heart medicines that are not available in dehra dun) has been lost in transit pnr - hf7ejt - 6e966... I need this bag on priority basis... You are requested to ensure that i receive this bag by tomorrow

                Me and my wife booked 18.20 flight no. 6e594 for thrivandrum on 27/6/18. We reached at 5.30 for luggage check in but they denied saying as two others flights were cancelled so passenger rush increased and we stop luggage check in at 4.45 pm. Finally they allowed only one bag for two passengers bt in we got late in security check and offloaded. As it is not our mistake since we were not even intimated through sms or mail or call and as i loose so much of my money in dis and went through so much of inconvenience i request you to kindly refund my money since such behaviour will spoil indigo’s reputation...

                With reference to your post, we have investigated the matter internally. As per findings, you were booked to travel in flight 6E 594 from Hyderabad to Thiruvananthapuram, which was scheduled to depart at 18:20 hours on 27th June 2018. As per policy, check-in counter closes 45 minutes prior to the departure. We would like to inform you that incase of rush at counter our team tries to expedite the procedure. However, it is pertinent to note that reporting on-time is the passenger's sole responsibility. Also, we advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure to avoid any last min hassle. Based on our records, you reported after the counter closure. Since our boarding gates were already closed for the flight our staff was unable to accept you for the flight.
                Further, we request you to get in touch with travel agency used while making the reservation to claim the refund towards no show taxes. Please be rest assured that we try our best to assist our passenger in the best possible manner.

                  I thasinullah shajahan first time traveling with indigo from chennai to muscat...

                  During boarding none of staff informed about the power bank shouldn't be taken inside the baggage... Even during hurry i have noticed the boards

                  After my security check i was at gate no 21 and i got the call from one of indigo staff that power bank kept inside the baggage come and remove it...

                  So i cooperate with him, after convincing the cisf chief he promised me that he will bring to the cisf chef to verify and handed over

                  I have waited so long and i called near 20 times to +[protected].. He did not respond... Finally the ms hemalatha the concern ticket in charge, she responded very badly that either board the flight or cancel the ticket

                  I really very desperate and is this the way of handling international travel passengers

We have already notified via SMS on the registered mobile number and also mentioned on the ticket that power banks / portable mobile chargers, e-cigarettes are allowed only in Hand-Baggage and not in checked-in Baggage. Based on our records, power bank is reported in the check-in baggage with which we are unable to load the check-in baggage. Hence, our staff contacted you to remove power bank from the check-in baggage and as per our standard procedure it was handed over to the airport authority’s security personnel from the check-in baggage. Nevertheless, we believe this could have been handled in a better manner. Therefore, we have shared your experience with our team on the need for displaying a customer-friendly demeanour at all contact points.                     I came frm shj to lknw via flight no 6e1412 and i have a connecting flight to bangalore at 2:10 pm... No one is giving me an answer about the baggages.. They have just one belt operational in lucknow airport... What kind of service indigo is providing.. I am going to miss my flight to bangalore.. Who is going to take responsibily? All the baggages are coming on one belt.. Passenger are all stranded with kids in this heat. Lucknow airport condition is pathetic..

                      We were supposed to travel from chennai to ahmedabad with pnr qhc83n and pnr l9w8mv in flight no. Indigo 6e-237 dated 22nd june, 2018. There were no notifications on the screen for boarding or departure of the flight. We were enquiring from past 40minutes before scheduled departure of the flight. The boarding counter neither made any announcements nor did they made a phone call to us at the boarding area. Our luggage was offloaded 20minutes before the departure time.

                      Also the airport staff took our boarding pass back from us after offloading of the luggage without any reason.

                      As the consequence of above we had to stay in chennai for 1 more day and had to book another flight with higher charges. Also we had to cancel our tatkal tickets from ahmedabad to jodhpur which were non refundable. We reached jodhpur at 17:30hrs instead of 07:30hrs because of which our scheduled appointments of jodhpur were cancelled. And above all this the mental stress which we faced was very exhausting.

                      Therefore, we demand complete refund of our flight tickets, expenses for our stay in chennai, tickets from chennai to jodhpur via delhi along with compensation for the mental harassment due to the above.

                      Looking forward for your revert as soon as possible otherwise we have to take legal action.

                      We understand you were unable to board flight 6E 237. As per our policy, boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Also, Flight Information Displays are updated, maintained and operated by the concerned airport authorities, upon which we have limited access on the same. Based on our records, you haven’t reported at the gate till 15:50 hrs for a flight scheduled to depart at 16:10 hrs and Chennai is a silent airport. Hence, only limited announcements can be made in the airport premises. Since, you had reported after the gate closure, our staff could not accept you.
                      Now, you may claim a refund for no-show taxes. Kindly get in touch with respective travel agency used for making the reservation to initiate the same. We request for your understanding in this regard.

                        Today i. E 26th june 2018 my sister travelled from chennai to delhi in indigo flight (6e 2976 - pnr no. Iic42x). We have booked for an assistance to help her in chennai airport to complete the boarding formalities and proceeding to gate for boarding.
                        This request was made at the time of ticket booking and the request was confirmed by airline staff over the phone call.

                        But the kind of response she got from the airline staff is ridiculous, unacceptable and irresponsible behavior. I would like to quote few of them 1. They didn't check the pnr status to understand the customer requirement
                        2. Response was given professionally
                        3. Reason for not providing help is because o[censored]navailability of staff members.

                        I mean looking into the above unprofessional behavior, the passenger didn't get the flight experience she felt as if she is going to travel in local bus.

                        Request administration to look into this very seriously and provide adequate coaching for the ground staff that how to behave and if any passenger looking for help it is airline minimum responsibility to extend the help.

                        I look forward your quick action and proper explanation from airline for violating the commitment and stress caused to my sister.

                        If i don't get the response in a day or two, i'll be lodging complaint for the same matter.

                          Reached checkincounter ~70mins before boarding. They made me hop counter-to-counter for ~25mins. Then, they denied me from boarding, as less than 45mins was left. I missed my admissions in a central university.
                          Check the cctvs before blindly refuting my claim.

                            Air hostesses on the particular flight seemed unhappy and almost angry to be on duty. This is unusual because indigo air hostesses are known for their excellent services and charming mannerisms.
                            Air hostess suman lahot waited for up to 6 minutes after i pressed the button on the panel for a cup of water, while i sat right behind her on seat 1a.
                            At one point she even walked past me ignoring the bright orange button on the panel. This was truly shocking.

                              I was travelling to delhi from bangalore using indigo flight no. 6e2289/pnr g7qc9l, on 23rd june, 2018. There was a blue sonata ladies watch in my luggage, which was kept very carefully. It was a gift for my sister on her birthday. But the next day after getting home as i opened the luggage, it was a total mess inside, nothing was in its place and to my wonder the watch wasn't there, it was missing. Even the bag was being harmed from the outside, which i didn't notice at first due to hurry.
                              I am a regular passenger of indigo airlines, but never experienced such kind of thing. Hopefully the authority will take notice of it and some drastic action will be taken as soon as possible

                                Hii i have a flight ticket from colombo to banglore there are no indigo staff for check-in. We went to indigo but the office is locked. After asking employees they are telling lies that there are check-in counter only. But we searched everywhere but there are no indigo employees, our flight missed and they gave solution like by paying 5000 for one person they will move the ticket but that should be srilankan currency they are not even accepting indian currency because of there mistake we again booked a new flight by paying 9000 per customer we suffered alot in lanka because of indigo. Because of them i also missed my flight from banglore to hyd. They gave us mental torture.

                                  I am destined to travel from mumbai to bengaluru in indigo 6e 799 which was scheduled to board from mumbai domestic terminal gate 15. The announcement of flight delay (Again) made me approach the person by name mr. Shanin (Assistant manager) who was in the boarding counter who also introduced himself as the "authority" with a very disgusting body language and told me that i do not have any other choice but to wait till he calls for boarding. He didn't seem to understand the turmoil of the customer trying to go to the next destination with lots of appointents. As a flyer i do not mind what the carrier can do about the delay for whatever reason but am worried about my appointment's and my time schedule which has got delayed many times because of the indigo's delayed takeoff. Further to this an assistant manager of the carrier provoking my situation to complain about the situation as i had no other option or personnel who could help me reach my destination on time and am writing this with a shear distress for the way i'm handled by mr. Shanin, the so called "assistant manager". I hope the airlines will take necessary action on the person who has no maturity to handle the customer but just carry the position given to him with vehemence.

                                    As per govt of india new order on 23rd may 2018 there is no cancellation charges applicable if we cancel air ticket before 24 hrs of journey. So why this huse amount is deducted from me?
