I HAVEN'T seen such a rude staff in any other service sector in my whole life, We are travelling from Chennai to vizag on 5th july PNR- OC18QC- 6E 557, the issue here is we were late for 4 mins i.e we reached airport on time but reached the boarding counter 4 mins late and the they said that they cant permit us and asked us to check for the next available flights. that is when all this started. Arjun Is the guy we met at the indigo reservation counter who said he would help us with the next flight which is in another 2 hrs which has a transit to hyd and then to vizag which means we would reach vizag 5hrs late to the prior flight and while he was booking the ticket for the next flight i was talking to my husband who is next to me of how unhappy i was with the service, we might be late for 4 mins which is our mistake but i have traveled with many other flight services who would consider some buffer time and would permit the passengers on a warning or by paying a penalty or at-least on humanity basis considering the emergency but indigo would not do any such help, so we were definitely upset, isnt being happy about a service or not happy about a service our choice???? while i was talking the same to my husband the staff immediately responded saying please use different airlines i[censored] are unhappy and i dont want to book any tickets for u. this is the response i get from arjun. so is here to promote for different airlines? are you guys not trained to be open to feedback, i really dont get this. My husband then told me please book we need to leave urgent and then he said i will only book i[censored]r wife leaves the place, such an embarrassing an humiliating situation it was, imagine a customer being treated this way after all they earn they bread and butter coz od the customer and this is how the customers can be treated according to indigo. i had no choice but to leave . Arijun asked us to pay 2000 for the next flight and then booked the same. In the meanwhile i recorded a video of so many people who were unhappy about this they were nearly 15 members that at who missed the flight waiting to be attended to the next flight. Arjun suddenly came and said he wil cancel the ticket coz i have a video and then went ahead and cancelled. I dont understand how can a person cancel a confirmed ticket. I might be wrong or right but does he have the authority to cancel the booked ticket?? Firstly i was asked to leave and secondly i was not allowed to travel coz i am unhappy with the services. In-spite of asking about his behavior he openly agrees that this is how he behaves and it is his wish, Being a loyal customer of indigo this is what i get from you guys, he wast even ready to apologize for what he has done.
JUST AN UNACCEPTABLE AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR.

    I had traveled with my Family, we are of 2 Adults and one Infant. In-general The Infant will be allowed only with Hand Baggage and no Checking luggage is allowed So the actual Luggage allowed for me is Checking 30Kgs and Hand Baggage 21Kgs so Total is 51 Kgs. The Indigo Team mentioned previously that we can even club the Hand Baggage with the Checking Baggage. So i can travel with 51KGs with No Cost. But they had charged me for 9Kgs even though i am travelling with just 46 Kgs. When i asked the for the reason they were mentioned that Infant is not allowed to Carry the Hand Baggage Only Mother Can carry.

    What kind of a Reason is this ?
    Since i am rushing to Flight i haven't gone for second Thought and paid 3, 600/- as the Luggage Charge.

    I want My money Back with a Perfect explanation.

However, we would like to inform you that baggage allowance is one piece of hand baggage weighing 7 kg including laptop, ladies purse and check-in baggage of 15 kg. Please note that only infant’s hand baggage can be clubbed with the accompanying passenger’s check-in baggage. Based on our records, you have checked-in 9 kg of excess baggage apart from 7 kg of the infant so our staff has requested you to pay for the excess baggage at the rate of INR 400 per kilogram. Please be assured of our constant efforts to provide a hassle-free travel experience to our esteemed passengers.

      I had booked Indigo flight 6E - 185 from MUMBAI(BOM) to COCHIN(COK) airport departed from domestic terminal, dated 13 JUL 2018 from GOIBBO travel agent.The flight time was 23:20 and the flight was delayed.The flight 6E - 185 left the airport by 01:35 on the next day.Due to this delay i missed some important meetings which led to a huge loss in my business.So, I am requesting full refund of the flight charges from Indigo Airlines or any other...

      Dated 04.07.18. My name is Sodha Kamal Kumar. I have applied a job in Indigo Aviation after applying in the next moment I got reply mail from [protected]@hrgoindigo.in. When I am see mail call letter from indigo airlines in mail mentioned that please security money deposit 9800 for Interview process as per instruction i have paid the security deposit. Then I got a call from Mr. Ayush Malhotra from this number ([protected]) He was saying that I have to submit security deposit amount 48000/-.and He given me bank of India account no: [protected]. Account Holder name is Mr Mukesh SIngh SO Gha. I have deposited amount and called Mr Ayush malhotra after payment then he was telling me send me deposit slip in whats app no ([protected]).[protected] and I have sent a pics to his whats app number then he said send you filling form my all educational details and and send this mail [protected]@hrgoindigo.in. After 2 days he was telling me I got selected because I recommend 3 candidates and selection person you are the one. He was telling me you are selected airport representative in RGI Airport in Hyderabad and joining date will be 1 August 2018. He told me before you received joining letter I have to deposit 48000 for company bond after 18 month return with your salary and deposit same account I have deposited amount on next day I received joining letter by mail.         I flew with your airline (IndiGo 6E 5097) on 17th Jul, 2018 between [15: 15] and [arrival 17:30].at Delhi Airport.

        When I went to pick up my luggage at the Delhi Airport, I noticed that my luggage was badly damaged (attached some snaps for your reference ),
        I had immediate Visited Indigo Customer Service Support counter but they had not resolved my problem and offered me to get Voucher Rs 1000/ to and settle this Issue.
        But, Due to emergency at my Home, I moved from Airport to get Complaint copy but my bag cost was Rs 4750/- then why Indigo offered me Rs 1000 Voucher, Its was totally mistake to Indigo team.then why i used repaired bag.
        so I am not accepting to this voucher and request reimbursement of my damaged luggage.

            Yesterday I was travelling from Mumbai to Kolkata with flight number 6E-272/353 Pnr- BCCGSM.
            My check-in luggage was totally damaged and this is the first time that ever happend to me and this is all due to your poor care by your staff member.
            This changed my thought about yoir service and this made me sure that never take an Indigo flight.
            Pls improve your luggage facility so that other passengers don't have same feel, just like me.

              To the authorized person, indigo airline, this is milind r chovatia from ahmedabad, i was having a booking by your airline to mumbai on[protected] by flight no 6E9858 . at 5.20 am, i arrived at check in counter exactly at4 .35. but they said that boarding is closed. i told them that am already 45 min prior to checkin and i even don't have a checkin baggage. but the lady at the counter wasted my time aprox 7 to 10 mins and then she called the manager i think minal and ravi were their name. the arrived at the counter and said me that we have completed boarding at 4.42 am, then i told them that this lady is saying that boarding is completed at 4.35 and you are saying at 4.42 am. she wasted my time and after several request they did'nt allow me to checkin. i was having a very important meeting in mumbai at 8.30 i requested them many times . all ground staff were free but no one tried to help me out. they told me that pessanger details are already sended to gate at 4.45 . i repeated that i arrived at 4.35 are u all making me full. it was a ahmedabad airport which is not very big. and even security check counters were empty. i again requested that i will reach to gate in 5 mins means 30 mins prior departure. again they made me full that aircraft doors are closed and flight is on the way. and they told me that they will accommodate me in next flight which was at 6.40 and told me to pay 100 rs extra . then also i agreed but at booking counter they asked me to pay 4750 rs for next flight.
              i have traveled by your airline for more then 100 times but this was the worst experience. all the ground staff was making me foolish one of them told me that we would have considered your boarding if there were a Que of passenger. i am asking you one thing that can't any one of ground staff come with me to gate and update the passenger list 40 mins prior to departure ?
              in my life i must have traveled more than 1000 times with different airlines.
              i didn't face issue like this .
              now am having my next flight by indigo from mumbai to ahmedabad on 20/07/2018 by flight no 6E-6433 another one from ahemadabad to mumbai on 23/07/2018 by flight no 6E-984 . I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL ALL MY TICKETS AND WOULD NEVER LIKE TO TRAVEL BY INDIGO AT ANY COST.
              I HAVE MADE A COMPLAIN AT AIRPORT AUTHORITY TO CHECK THE CC TV FUTTAGE TO CONFIRM THAT I WAS AT CHECKIN COUNTER AT SHARP 4.35.
              AS YOUR STAFF WAS NOT READY TO ACCEPT THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU ARRIVED AT 4.40 AM.

                Sir i raman singh work at paramiltery force i want to know how u can say that your company providing 50%discount on booking threw defence quota . The realty is the difference actually in price is only 500 only . Today i go to idigo app for booking ticket threw defece quote Jammu to patna on the date of 20 oct 2018 the price show 6500 and without defence quota its 7000 . It's Only 500 difference .

                  FEEDBACK TY9TTY My complaint against crew member. Ms Shivani.
                  I was seated in 27E and there were gents on either side. I was literally tightky seated as both gentlemen had their hands on the hand rest. Even the seat back of 26E was reclining. Ms. Shivani asked me what will I have. I said tea coffee but she found difficulty in hearing me. She served me sugar free tea, as oer my request. I requested her to ask the 26E passenger to straight the seat back so that I can be comfortable to open the table. She replied me that she cannot tell the passenger, I can tell. She seemed to just finish off her job. I asked for cookies. She handed over a tin to me. I opened and after having a bite realised that it was sugar laden choco chips. I actually wanted sugar free one. She didn't even bother to ask me which one of the 2 cookies I would prefer.

                  Later after the service was over, I requested for feedback form from another crew member (name starting with P... I couldn't read her name). She came after sometime with a glass of water. I repeated that I needed a feedback form. Then Ms. Shivani came immediately and started asking me why I needed the feedback form, what went wrong and immediately she started explaining me the reason on not telling the passenger 26E.
                  She wasn't able to hear ne when I asked for tea and cookies. But now she wanted me explain about ny complaint. And she kept insisting me state it, despite my polite denial. Finally I had to insist on the feedback form. This shows how insensitive the crew is towards the customer/passenger. They said no form us available and I should send SMS.
                  One more senior member came again asking me about the reason of complaint. I told her that all other passengers would over hear so, she can come back to me after landing and I will tell her then. No one contacted me.

                    Respected Sir/Mam,

                    My ticket pnr no is UJIQPK has been booked under armed quota that I canceled on the same day of booking. On 13 July 2018, when I called on helpline for refund then officials told me that cancellation was not processed and you will only get no show refund because you don't have any notification of cancellation.

                    On 2 July 2018 I again have flight ticket OY5JKI and I reached at airport at 2 am but they denied to give check in pass because I was too early, coz i was tired i slept and woke late so I approached them 25 minutes prior for boarding paas but they denied and charged me 1000 for next flight ticket and they didn't gave me any slip of that.

                    Sir, I would like to request you to take necessary action to insure the safety and interest of passengers.

We would like to inform you that cancellation policy is designed in a way so as to give our customers the freedom to cancel their travel plans according to their own convenience, exigencies can occur at any point of time. Therefore, we allow our passengers the flexibility to cancel or reschedule a reservation up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
                    Also, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. As checked, you reported at 05:39 hrs to our counter. Since our check-in counter was already closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
                    Our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help to reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by you. We look forward towards your understanding in this regard.

                      This flight took off at current time at 10 AM. It is supposed to land at 1 PM at delhi. But it got 8 hours of Delay and reached Delhi at 8 PM. I had some flight that I missed and again had to booked another flight, which costed me huge 8000 rupees. Also I was in flight for 10 hours. It was very hectic. I need refund for this Flight. Please help me in this case.

                            Flight from Chennai to Pune scheduled on 14 july at 22.25 pm was delayed 3 times and we were stuck at the airport for 3 hours. The travel time from Chennai to Pune is less than that!! What kind of horrible service is this? Unfortunately I wasn't well and down with severe migraine and was stranded at the airport coz of indigo!! Surely not recommending this airline anymore. You guys should refund our money plus compensate for the inconvenience. 3 hours is a lot of time wasted at the middle of the night. Few people who had connecting flight were adjusted in other flight and why are we to wait for 3 hours with medical condition?

                                Flight delayed for 2 hour and they are not accepting indian Money for food and other stuff whatever your company policy but you have to accept indian money at least in these types of delayed happens from your site
                                Shame on your services
                                If you are delaying flight for any reason you have to give some complement or either some favor to customer to atleast but a food with any currency
                                Your accepting fare in Indian Money but not accepting indian money in air for food so many people are there hungry because of flight delayed including me

                                    I received an email regarding airport jobs on my mail id.in that email all the description as well as contact person's phn no. Was given. I called on that number. There was one guy named Mr.Raj Malhotra who picked up the phone and explained me about recruitment process. He gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id. Next day i submitted it, after few hours i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for interview. You have to pay 2500 for the reference id and interview question-answer sheet. I deposited money in the a/c which was given to me by raj malhotra. In the evening one lady from indigo took my telephonic interview.
                                    Next day i received call from verification dept of indigo, told me to deposit 7500 (Refundable) for the security deposit and Medical Insurance. I again deposit that money in the same a/c which was given by raj malhotra. in the evening i received offer letter from indigo. Next day one of female again called me and told to deposit again 10000 rs (Refundable) for the current a/c opening as a security deposit...
                                    Now I am calling them every day more than 100 time but no one attending . i went to police station but they told me this is a matter of civil so you have to go through the lawyer but i don't have that much money .after study if have issue in our country then what we can do.

                                      I am student of IIT Kharagpur and frequent flyer of Indigo Airlines. Today morning I was flying by Indigo flight 6E 874 from Bangalore to Kolkata. My PNR was KGS5PQ. I was returning to college after my vacations and my combined baggage weight including the laptop was 3 Kgs over the specified weight. I requested and pleaded the counter executive to give me a levy to carry my excess baggage. However she was rude and didn't allow me to meet her supervisor with whom I could plead my case. She has issued me a payment receipt with receipt number 1639500 with the total amounting to INR 900.
                                      There have been many instances where people have been allowed to carry upto 3 Kgs of excess baggage under special circumstances. Doesn't my case come under a special circumstance?
                                      Being a frequent flyer and a student I am indignant, shouldn't I be allowed that much as a loyal customer?
                                      The matter should be looked into by appropriate authorities and resolve the issue by providing a refund to me at he earliest.
