Dear authority,

As a written proof at airport "baggage drop in 45 mins prior" we reached 4:30 am at counter for 5:20 flight to jaipur. Girl named prithvi wasted our time conversing & saying we are late & some indigo employee (This employee on seeing us itself started saying rudely that you have to take evening flight) made us stand in queue (We could hear no indigo person announcing for jaipur as i was taking care of baggage & 2 senior citizen with me. On insisting they allowed the senior citizen & stopped me & my brother.

Lie no 1) we are no show reported as we were late (Which we weren't)
Ans) those senior citizen said that our seats were full - we had paid for premium seats and got premium seats, how could these seats go full!!!
They sold it to someone i guess hence made up all the story & stopped us

Lie no 2) it slipped out of prithvi's tongue only (I wish i had recorded) "i could have done it when to came here now all doors are closed, ohhh i mean you were late & doors are closed".

Since the start they asked us to take another flight. They didn't allow us do kiosk check in kept us engaged in their nonsense conversation & then gave us evening flight option at base cost of 1000/- we took that in 2 flights 1 for myself @1000/- 5:05 pm jaipur flight another @1000/- in 7:50 pm jaipur flight for brother. Now i reached @4:00 pm for my evening flight & this time i tried getting my brother on my 5:05 pm flight (Everything became possible as i was paying 1000/- again to get him on 5:05 pm flight)

Boarding happened this time at 4;40 pm for 5:05 pm flight
It was a trap to hide their mistake of allotting our seats to someone and earning 3000/-

There is so much wrong that happened there that day which i am not able to type as i have no words to type how swiftly & tactfully we were fooled, cheated & a fraud happened

    Dear sir,

    I had a return flight no e-512, pnr j98yry-6e 557 from bhuvaneshwar to chennai on 15 jul 2018. We had traveled from puri to bhuvaneshwar and reached airport just 45 minutes prior to stating the above flight ie. 1245 h. The actual starting time of above flight is 1330 on 15 jul 2018. We were stopped and declined our baggage by the checking counter staff on the plea that all the checking have been closed and document sent. I showed the time it was just 42-43 minutes still left for flight to start. My wife is a diabetic patient and and on a hurry she fell down. All the lady staff witnessed this incident and they also inquired about her well being. We had requested to lady staff at the checking counter that we had only hand baggage's which could be carried in the flight but she was so adamant and did not agree to our genuine requests. There was actually enough time and we could have been easily accommodated in the flght without much hassles. I know the indigo flight starts at a different location that is far from boarding point. Nevertheless we had sufficient time to board the flight. I immoderately went to one mr salim by the time flight had started off. I could not meet him mr salim at the very moment since nobody told him there was one supervisor who could have helped us. He pleaded his inability and assured such things will not occur in future. I had to rush to a local hospital and administer medication to my wife. I had to book another flight and that cost rs 18000/- besides all kind of harassment by your lady staff at ticket counter as well as checkingcounters. Who would bear this loss? I am regular traveler through indigo and you can see my records. Being an ex-serviceman my self i am aware all the security issues the flight has to undergo. Still i feel i have been victimized for not a good reason

    We wish your wife a speedy recovery. We have investigated the matter internally and would like to summarize our findings. You were booked to travel in flight 6E 512 from Bhubaneswar to Chennai, which was scheduled to depart at 13:30 hours on 15th July 2018. As per policy, check-in counter closes 45 minutes prior to the departure and you reached at 12:55 hrs. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. However, it is pertinent to note that reporting on-time is the passenger's sole responsibility. Also, we advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure to avoid any last min hassle. Based on our records, you reported after the check-in counter closure. Therefore, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. Further, you may claim a refund towards no show taxes by clicking on this link https://bit.ly/2aUXQxd.       indigo no show refund

      I am sorry to bring to your kind notice that i had bad experience with indigo flight at hyderabad.

      I have booked flight on may 31 2018 to go kolkata and i was booked your flight no. 6e6246. Vide pnr no: hg8u7a.

      We have reached the counters early and got delayed at bag security check and reached the gate at 9.35pm and we are not allowed board the flight. But gate will close at...

      Dear customer care - indigo,

      Please introduce regular return flights between muscat and trivandrum; this route is one of most sought and demanded route even most of the other airlines have had their regular presence in this route.

        Today i traveled from delhi to hyderabad via 6e 552 indigo flight. My bag was fine at delhi airport but when i got my bag here in hyd it was damaged, handle was broken and now i need to get it changed. I would want indigo to take this responsibility and reimburse the amount as it happened because of your grasping staff who mishandled this bag.

          My name is shrihari and am i am fresher we fresher don t have much knowledge about job agencies so we can t figure out which agency is fake and which agency is real and security deposit is not strange thing for us we pay security deposit for everything. They asked my resume and provide me phone interview then i paid sd they actually send me offer letter in that offer letter they mentioned job location and salary there was no reason to doubt them.
          No one can tell the forms and offer letters they sending its fake.
          Suddenly one day the official number they been in touch with me that no and email id become invalid. They are fooling everyone in same pattern and am not the only one who got fooled 2000+ other peoples are also got fooled that means indigo is being little bit careless about this those fake agencies taking advantage of indigo and people like us i know this complaint is not going to help me but pleas if anyone reading this complaint from indigo pleas try to take some action against those fake agencies

          Just today i got job offer from indigo again they are still in touch with me i have not done any transactions with them yet they provide me one official mail id the no they contacted with me that no is still active I searched that no in true caller and i got to know they are from ANJANA TRAVELS from Haryana

          Hello, I'm Yogesh I got an call from a no that is +[protected]on 11/August on Truecaller it's showing indigo hr from haryana. A girl has speak with me she told me she is from indigo airlines hr department. They got my cv for group staff at Bangalore and they ask me few questions about my location then she suggested to join at jaipur international airport because jaipur. Then she explain me all process. Then she ask me to submit sum documents ( 1. Passport size photo, 2. Id proof, 3. Last qualification document, 4. Resume) on this email address Hr.[protected]@gmail.com then I have send all 4 documents on this mail address then i got 1 more call from same no then she said me my documents are verified now I'm selected for the first round in that round they have to answer 20 questions in time limit of 30 minutes and the minimum marks are 5 then I told her how to go for it then she told me i have to generate my referral code for that I have to pay 1850 rupees that is refundable amount if I'm rejected at any round then she send me an account detail in which i have to submit money on sms from same no and the account is

Indigo airlines took 2 months over still am struggling for get refund along with compensation, in-between indigo airlines debited inr.1125.00 from my account, due to this problem daily my activities get strucked and unable to coup, please advise how will get back my money.

            Your statement says that unable to transfer amount due to account mismatching than how you debited inr.1125.00 from my account, if possible to debit than why not credit accepted, one gentleman from indigo yesterday over phone called and ask about my account details after that immediate inr.1125.00 debited from my account and he told refund amount will transfer your account within few minutes. From this incident i understood indigo airlines starts another way to cheat / robber my money. Further if i wait my total money indigo airlines will swapped and pull me in trouble, awaiting for call me urgent.

            Today 19:12:20 pm, indigo airlines inr.1125.00 debited from my account without refund my payment. Not fair again and again cheating me, without refund my money how indigo debited amount, you people us pressurizing and we trust you and share all our details, but finally we are the looser. We trust consumer complaint board will kept all messages confidential but we become fool in front of indigo airlines, indigo airlines within 24 hours have to refund my money along with compensation otherwise consumer complaint board responsible have to take action against my complaint report.

            Our payment methods are pos based and hence its refunded to card accounts which are linked to you bank account.

            All information shared by you is safe and encrypted.

            One gentle man today cal me and ask about my debit card details, instead of cvc i shared all other details but he insisting to share cvc no were am scared to share it, my question was already i shared my online bank details than why not transfer the amount, whats wrong?

              I meena chhabria senior citizen aged 75 years was travelling from udaipur to mumbai in flight no 6e 753 on 22nd july. As i cannot walk the porter was der to move the wheelchair from flight till d pick up point of d cabs. As d cab came he put me in d car nd luggage he whisked off one box wich was a return gift i had got from udaipur

                11th july 2018 i was traveling from katmandu to pune, via delhi and number flight 6e 32. So in katmandu airport when i went to board the flight they checked my baggage including my purse and laptop and camera and they charged me extra 2470 in nepali rupee for 3.8 kgs which was extra. But the same airline via delhi they did not charge me any extra and they asked me to give a complaint.

We have identified that total checked-in baggage was 32 kg, which is 12kg more than the standard baggage allowance and our staff at counters have charged you only for 9kg excess baggage as customer service gesture.                     I want to purchase one air ticket ex CCU-BLR of 23/10/18 0n 11/7/18, accordingly go to u r mobile application, after entering the name of passenger miss dipandang chatterjee i have submitted payment and as per msg of bank deduction of 6940 made but after awaiting whole night I have not received any ticket and msg even .on next day I make complain to refund my money but u r customer officer decline my call with the remake call u letter, on 15/7/18 call came from the no and ask me to give card no, as it is obligatory i regrate that call.0n 16/7/18 show i was on duty call came from the same no and ask me to give card no but as I have no card at that moment I refuse to give any no, but he press me to give any card no of associate coworker, accordingly i take one of my co workers card no, the officer going on generating OTP and assure me to pay back my dues in this ways and deducted 8940 from that account.Again yesterday morning same person called me want my original card no from which the original transaction made, on good faith as he has already served msg earlier also, on beliving that I have given card no and the officer going on generating OTP and bound me to relay, resulting 20000 deducted with the assistance all money will be return by evening it self, but all in vain no return till yet, may that person again today deducted 10000, name of that officer is aravind ji and using mobile no [protected] & [protected].
                    I want my money back .A details report with all documents i will send to u r Managing director to investigate and to take suitable action against the defaulter and to punish those who has harras me, gave mental anxiety, loss of money.In simply i want my money back within 24 hrs or i will may go to any level for justice, more over from today I promise I never use u r airlines also to travel though I normaly expenses rs 100000 /year for air travel.i will go by others flight but won't use, resulting not only u lost my part but also a group of 326 persons expenses for air travel.

                    Refer my earlier complain where I have mentioned how the company it self chitted the passager and wrongly it was posted as chatting, sorry for that.
                    I have highlighted every corner, aspect and how they chitted but till now I have not being informed by concern authority and return of single panie.yes now I am looser but on my request a group around four hundred people those r regular air customer take oth that they never prefer indigo for their future journey.
                    Ultimately who will be the looser, let's see

                      There are very few Check-in counters in RGIA airport, Hyderabad among which only 70% are operating.
                      A very large bookings are done for IndiGo Airlines.

                      Due to which we need to wait for 1 hour in queue for Check-in.

                      On 19 July 2019, I have arrived to Check-in counter at 6.00 am.
                      Flight 6E-6211, departures 7.20 am.

                      Due to heavy rush and limited counters, I could not able to Check-in on time.

                      It seems they have intentionally delayed the Check-in process with limited counters and I have missed my flight.
                      It forced me to book the next flight IndiGo 6E-879 at 10.35 am with same PNR KEE1GJ with abnormal price of INR 8113.00.

                      We have investigated the concern and would like to summarize our findings. You were booked to travel in flight 6E 6211 from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam, which was scheduled to depart at 07:20 hrs on 19th July 2018. As per our policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Also, we would like to inform you that incase of long queue at counter, our team tries to expedite the procedure and help passengers with nearby flight time. Since our check-in counter was already closed at the time of your reporting, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
                      Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help to reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by you. We would request your understanding in this regard.

                        I HAVEN'T seen such a rude staff in any other service sector in my whole life, We are travelling from Chennai to vizag on 5th july PNR- OC18QC- 6E 557, the issue here is we were late for 4 mins i.e we reached airport on time but reached the boarding counter 4 mins late and the they said that they cant permit us and asked us to check for the next available flights. that is when all this started. Arjun Is the guy we met at the indigo reservation counter who said he would help us with the next flight which is in another 2 hrs which has a transit to hyd and then to vizag which means we would reach vizag 5hrs late to the prior flight and while he was booking the ticket for the next flight i was talking to my husband who is next to me of how unhappy i was with the service, we might be late for 4 mins which is our mistake but i have traveled with many other flight services who would consider some buffer time and would permit the passengers on a warning or by paying a penalty or at-least on humanity basis considering the emergency but indigo would not do any such help, so we were definitely upset, isnt being happy about a service or not happy about a service our choice???? while i was talking the same to my husband the staff immediately responded saying please use different airlines i[censored] are unhappy and i dont want to book any tickets for u. this is the response i get from arjun. so is here to promote for different airlines? are you guys not trained to be open to feedback, i really dont get this. My husband then told me please book we need to leave urgent and then he said i will only book i[censored]r wife leaves the place, such an embarrassing an humiliating situation it was, imagine a customer being treated this way after all they earn they bread and butter coz od the customer and this is how the customers can be treated according to indigo. i had no choice but to leave . Arijun asked us to pay 2000 for the next flight and then booked the same. In the meanwhile i recorded a video of so many people who were unhappy about this they were nearly 15 members that at who missed the flight waiting to be attended to the next flight. Arjun suddenly came and said he wil cancel the ticket coz i have a video and then went ahead and cancelled. I dont understand how can a person cancel a confirmed ticket. I might be wrong or right but does he have the authority to cancel the booked ticket?? Firstly i was asked to leave and secondly i was not allowed to travel coz i am unhappy with the services. In-spite of asking about his behavior he openly agrees that this is how he behaves and it is his wish, Being a loyal customer of indigo this is what i get from you guys, he wast even ready to apologize for what he has done.
                        JUST AN UNACCEPTABLE AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR.

                          I had traveled with my Family, we are of 2 Adults and one Infant. In-general The Infant will be allowed only with Hand Baggage and no Checking luggage is allowed So the actual Luggage allowed for me is Checking 30Kgs and Hand Baggage 21Kgs so Total is 51 Kgs. The Indigo Team mentioned previously that we can even club the Hand Baggage with the Checking Baggage. So i can travel with 51KGs with No Cost. But they had charged me for 9Kgs even though i am travelling with just 46 Kgs. When i asked the for the reason they were mentioned that Infant is not allowed to Carry the Hand Baggage Only Mother Can carry.

                          What kind of a Reason is this ?
                          Since i am rushing to Flight i haven't gone for second Thought and paid 3, 600/- as the Luggage Charge.

                          I want My money Back with a Perfect explanation.

After 2 days he was telling me I got selected because I recommend 3 candidates and selection person you are the one.                               I flew with your airline (IndiGo 6E 5097) on 17th Jul, 2018 between [15: 15] and [arrival 17:30].at Delhi Airport.

                              When I went to pick up my luggage at the Delhi Airport, I noticed that my luggage was badly damaged (attached some snaps for your reference ),
                              I had immediate Visited Indigo Customer Service Support counter but they had not resolved my problem and offered me to get Voucher Rs 1000/ to and settle this Issue.
                              But, Due to emergency at my Home, I moved from Airport to get Complaint copy but my bag cost was Rs 4750/- then why Indigo offered me Rs 1000 Voucher, Its was totally mistake to Indigo team.then why i used repaired bag.
                              so I am not accepting to this voucher and request reimbursement of my damaged luggage.

                                  Yesterday I was travelling from Mumbai to Kolkata with flight number 6E-272/353 Pnr- BCCGSM.
                                  My check-in luggage was totally damaged and this is the first time that ever happend to me and this is all due to your poor care by your staff member.
                                  This changed my thought about yoir service and this made me sure that never take an Indigo flight.
                                  Pls improve your luggage facility so that other passengers don't have same feel, just like me.

                                    To the authorized person, indigo airline, this is milind r chovatia from ahmedabad, i was having a booking by your airline to mumbai on[protected] by flight no 6E9858 . at 5.20 am, i arrived at check in counter exactly at4 .35. but they said that boarding is closed. i told them that am already 45 min prior to checkin and i even don't have a checkin baggage. but the lady at the counter wasted my time aprox 7 to 10 mins and then she called the manager i think minal and ravi were their name. the arrived at the counter and said me that we have completed boarding at 4.42 am, then i told them that this lady is saying that boarding is completed at 4.35 and you are saying at 4.42 am. she wasted my time and after several request they did'nt allow me to checkin. i was having a very important meeting in mumbai at 8.30 i requested them many times . all ground staff were free but no one tried to help me out. they told me that pessanger details are already sended to gate at 4.45 . i repeated that i arrived at 4.35 are u all making me full. it was a ahmedabad airport which is not very big. and even security check counters were empty. i again requested that i will reach to gate in 5 mins means 30 mins prior departure. again they made me full that aircraft doors are closed and flight is on the way. and they told me that they will accommodate me in next flight which was at 6.40 and told me to pay 100 rs extra . then also i agreed but at booking counter they asked me to pay 4750 rs for next flight.
                                    i have traveled by your airline for more then 100 times but this was the worst experience. all the ground staff was making me foolish one of them told me that we would have considered your boarding if there were a Que of passenger. i am asking you one thing that can't any one of ground staff come with me to gate and update the passenger list 40 mins prior to departure ?
                                    in my life i must have traveled more than 1000 times with different airlines.
                                    i didn't face issue like this .
                                    now am having my next flight by indigo from mumbai to ahmedabad on 20/07/2018 by flight no 6E-6433 another one from ahemadabad to mumbai on 23/07/2018 by flight no 6E-984 . I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL ALL MY TICKETS AND WOULD NEVER LIKE TO TRAVEL BY INDIGO AT ANY COST.
                                    I HAVE MADE A COMPLAIN AT AIRPORT AUTHORITY TO CHECK THE CC TV FUTTAGE TO CONFIRM THAT I WAS AT CHECKIN COUNTER AT SHARP 4.35.
                                    AS YOUR STAFF WAS NOT READY TO ACCEPT THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU ARRIVED AT 4.40 AM.
