Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked flight tickets from Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam on IndiGo airlines Flight 6E 646 for Feb 14, 2016. The tickets were booked for me and my family. The total ticket cost came to Rs. 6015.00 of which the Airfare Charges is Rs.3840.00. Today when I called Indigo customer service for cancellation, I was told that only Rs.1280 will be refunded out of Rs.6015. When I checked the ticket, they mentioned that 100% of Airfare charge would be charged as change/cancellation which I am fine with. So what about the remaining Rs. 2175 which was charged as "Fees". I asked them the split up of refund amount and they had no answer for it. I chatted with the executive on their website and there too when I asked this question, suddenly they went offline.

I hope you could help me get my refund amount as per the directive issued by DGCA. Please let me know if further information is required in this regard.

        I have lost my wallet while going to BANGALORE from Delhi on 7th Feb FLIGHT No. 6E 637/ seat no. 28B.

        I have checked with your help desk but they have shown no seriousness or concern over loss.

        I request your help in checking with cleaning and shift changing staff for my wallet.

        I lost almost all the identities and Credit card with this incident.

            I am a corporate customer and due to business need and unusual traffic was in airport some 40 min before flight. I pleaded the guy but he said doors are closed and i have to be there atleast 1 hour back but the door is closed now.
            I know people who do air travel and who were in my state would understand it better. My self and my colleague had to pay 3200 rupees each for getting us a seat in next flight. In this process i also saw a family being charged that way for their delay due to connecting flight. I know how business works but i did not know that business is capitalizing when your customer is in despair.
            I had respect for Indigo airlines till Jan 22 2016 but for profit capitalising at someones hour of need is least expected.

            When i got into the next flight after paying the money 3200 we were entering the plane at the scheduled time of departure. This clearly implies that the door closed claim is false and we have seen where flights are pended for VVIP entry. For 6 o[censored]s we do not have any words to say how it feels

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I had a flight from Delhi to Chennai with Indigo Airlines on1st Feb 2016 flight no. 6E 367. due to very urgent work have changed into 6E 645 ( PNR MET22U )& paid difference of fair aprox INR 5000 )The flight was supposed to take off from Delhi at 08:30. but flight is delayed by more than 4 hrs, there is no benefit i get changing flight & pay extra fair difference .

              I request the authorities concerned to take action and refund the booking amount.

                  I have booked ticket in 6e299 from Delhi to Kolkata and had pnr no FBY3ND. I reached airport and after checking in I went to punjabi court and had dinner. At 2100 I was near gate no 16. So I was waiting for flight boarding call. I haven't listened any boarding call at airport. When I went in front of gate at 2130 they said door are closed. You will be boarded in next flight with compliance charge. So I went out with indigo staff. But when I reached in airline counter. They refused to board me in next flight. They also charged Rs5154 for morning 0610 flight from me. How can I refund my money.

                    I have booked the Indigo flight ticket for 4600 Rs but intermediately after booking the price was only 3000Rs.

                    When I talked about this to Indigo, they informed me that they will not return any money once book.

                    I am in USA and use to book many flights but this type of service I have never experienced from any Airline company.

                    I also informed my friends not to travel with this Airline who dont know how to do business and treat their customers.

                    Really a worst experience with Indigo.

                      On 4th Feb I was flying to Chandigarh from Mumbai, flight timing was 9.50 so according to that we left from home. As on the ticket it was mentioned to board the flight from CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI INTERNATIONAL, so we reached there. After reaching international airport it was informed that flight is to be board from domestic airport. Due to lack of time it was very difficult for me to reach domestic airport in that short span of time as there is always traffic an issue in Mumbai. as we are not so frequent travellers so not aware of all such. Kindly request you to please mention the exact detailed information of airport and terminal from where the passenger have to board the flight. Many of the passengers must be facing such an issue. Please rectify.

                          The customer care rep name IINDU, was really rude at the airport. We, me and my Husband were traveling from Delhi to Ranchi on 23rd Jan 2016, when there was huge cause at the airport regarding the counter getting close and people not able to board their Flights, we were on time and wanted help, we asked Indu the customer rep for Indigo to help us with information on where to go as we were not able to clear security because of huge crowd at the airport, She instead of helping started to yell and said she cannot do anything, she was neither ready to help nor she cared when she was asked to take us to her manager. She was using abusive language and didn't even apologize, she really need training on how to talk to customers as she even lacked basic manners. Please look into the matter and ask your staff member to behave nicely or Indigo would loose its reputation and goodwill which got built over years. Staff like Indu made us feel for not opting Indigo again.

                            I had a flight on 25th of Jan, 2016 from Hyderabad to Cochin. The departure time was 10:40 am. i already checked in via online. I reached in airport before 10:00. By the time i reached for baggage drop its said as if i'm late. the funniest part is i recevied a message informing that i should reach the airport early on 10:10 am 25th Jan, 2016. How am i supposed to know that i should reach early. i[censored] cannot inform early that's not our fault. Since it was an emergency i boarded another flight from Hyderbad to Banglore that was also INDIGO. But i didn't get any reduction on my fare. Atleast that should have been done. And the behaviour of the staff was not at all pleasant. They were mocking instead of saying what happened. Such a negligence from a reputed airline is shamefull and to be marked. If at all you read this kindly return atleast half the amount back .And please note that you don't repeat it again. If there is no use for online check in just remove all that stupid stuff.

                              RFGNMH Date of Booking * 06Jan16 03:13:40 (UTC)) from Mumbai to delhi flight 6E 124 ) and was charged Rs.4479 against Rs.4000/- as was showing on indigo website and Rs. 4049/- for the same flight . i was informed hat the difference amount will be refunded. i have not received the difference amount as was overcharged.

                                I was carrying a liquor bottle from goa to kolkata. I have checked in at goa. I told them about the bag containing the bottle and to put a fragile tag over it. They agreed & told me to sign on a slip for fragile status. I signed it & boarded the flight. Upon arrival I found my bag wet and bottle broken at the respective belt where bags were coming out. There was no tag of fragile attached to my bag. Moreover No special treatment were being given to any luggage having fragile status. I complained to the indigo officials present there but they just told me to complete a feedback form and submit it. They were not agreeing to
                                give me any written assurance of the event happened. I am a frequent flyer and still such issue is not adressed. I have all the pics and details if needed. I want nothing but just refund of the amount of the broken liquor bottle.

                                  I have been flying Jet air for last many years'
                                  For the first time I flew Indigo to Chennai on 21st this month ( Jan. 2016) -Flt 6-E 431.I was served a free breakfast though on the boarding card under the column special services it was mentioned 'NIL'
                                  On the return flight on 22nd Flt. 6 E 545despite having similar boarding card I was charged price for breakfast
                                  Why this distinction?

                                    Indigo Flight no. 6E-367 from Srinagar to Delhi on 22nd Jan 2016 which was scheduled on 10:55 A.M. and Landed on 1:51 P.M. at Delhi and delayed by more than 1 hours.Due to this delay my connecting flight of Jet Airways from Delhi to Lucknow was missed and my money totally lost and I had to book another flight to Lucknow by paying 9000 Rs. instantly
                                    I've received reply from indigo through mail but I'm not satisfied with their reply as they deny to pay any compensation for the loss and told me that my problem and loss is not as per their company guidelines.
                                    My total Ticket cost was lost due to their poor servicing from start to end of journey that is why I'm claiming compensation with my total ticket cost.

                                      Horrible expreience faced on 22.01.2016 morning Today

                                      Booked flight from Bengaluru to Hyderabad 5.35 a.m ... Ticket checkin time mentioned as 4.50a.m visited there counters around 4.51.a.m staff intentional not helped in issuing the Boarding pass after a few minutes delay they noted on the ticket delay Time 4.55. They advised me to book a ticket for next flight, As my travel is on extigence forced to take a ticket at a very High price at 8.25 a.m three times on the earlier ticket i, e four times of the actual cost - Almost royal looting at Just Now I received a call stating Flight delay by 30 mins.

                                      When customer is late for 5 mints the cost incurred by passenger is High and if there is flight delay for 30 mins no compensation for passenger... what is this is there any justification ...
