Damaged luggage

This happened on Sunday 13th Dec. On my flight from Delhi (6E805) to Bangalore . By Baggage was severely damaged . And it is purely case of mishandling or careless handling of the bag. Failure in duty / services

1. Flt no. E-45t, kolkata to via agartala ghy, time 13.55pm. 2. The concerned persons of indigo did not board me as i reached in the gate no. 23 around 1.47 pm but the attendant denied after calling to the concerned person. The approach was very and highly casual. 3. Flight ticket booking amount deducted but PNR not generated

Bad customer service

Sunday December 13, 2015 Client Name: Chandralekha Menon We booked a flight by mistake on Indigo (we wanted a 10.15pm flight, we booked a 10.15am flight by mistake). We realized our mistake immediately and called the airline to cancel the flight immediately to avoid incurring any cancellation charges. It was 7.30 when we reached airport this super slow lady and extremely rude one took 25 mins to provide the on boarding passes to the passengers in front o[censored]s..the moment we reached the counter she said no to us..we requested a lot but she was so stubborn..we had to pay huge amount to take the next flight..iam a frequent flyer of indigo but this time it was pathetic..how u ppl make sure that ur staff is well trained n fast..we need an answer...

Bad food and bag torn

FEEDBACK: PNR is A43WKI- 6E 502 09Dec. I had a pathetic experience in your flight. Food was cold and not upto standard and my new bag for 10000 is now torn which I took a month back. I want a replacement for my bag. You can see that tag are still there on bag and I have travelled 3 times with air india in the month of November and December but nothing of this sort has happened. Gentleman, It is indeed astonishing to observe such an irresponsible behaviour of the personnel of Indigo by my wife Vijay Lakshmi Pandey who boarded the VNS-HYD flight via Delhi on 9th Dec.2015. Refund of flight ticket

Reference :- With respect to the ticket which is booked in Indigo airlines on 1st of December 2015 with PNR number G4C46MI on Indigo 6E-561. We have booked Indigo Airline ticket for the journey on 1st of December from Bangalore to Trivandrum in advance on a discount rate.
