Booking on flight # 6e 775 from delhi baroda on 1st feb.

I have received at least 15 calls from indigo regarding delay of this flight.
I am receiving atleast 2 messages every day regarding this.

What is this - a decision to harass the passangers by calling them atleast 3 to 4 times a day and sending umpteen messages. Is this any way for an airlines to keep their customers.

Why are you disturbing me and shattering my peace by making so many calls and messages? what is wrong with indigo. Does indigo not have any respect for privacy of their passangers

i demand an apology for this intrusion into my privacy. Please stop forthwith making calls and sending so many messages.

      My self with family travelled to CCU on 20 Jan 16 by 6E0322 which was delayed by nearly 4 hrs for which I could not board Duranto 22201 at 8 PM from Sealdah resulting to financial loss, had to stay at kolkata, hotel & taxi fare Amounting to Rs (3436+ 970+ 3135+ 310)= 7851.00
      Apart from above mental agony faced.

        I'm samina amjad Khan a frequent flyer of indigo unfortunately in my last trip I lost my hand baggage at Delhi airport due to heavy crowd of ppl for delayed flights there was no place to sit in was travelling with my 4 kids n with 4 handbags my flight got delay due to climate n in tht long waitng I missed one of my bag as soon as I cme to knowledge my bag is missing I complain to Delhi indigo staff but they refused to help me n told to chk myself in tht time my flight schedule to srinagar n Ithere was no option left to me to take flight n I flew to sringar as I reached there i Inform sringar indigo staff Mr mehran who was very nice to me he provided me all the details how to get my bag but due to no network on my phone I cnt contact lost n found department thn I flew to mumbai n again report indigo staff they didn't showed much response but Mehran again called them n request to help me than they said to email Delhi staff some documents now from 11 Jan I'm trying to get my bag continusely callin Delhi staff but they dnt have time to help me they alywz says they are busy in operation thn sumtimes they can't retirve my bag sumtimes they dnt have any staff to go there etc etc the limit they are crossing by using harsh words inspite I was very calm to dem now I'm requesting directly to indigo manager to help me out from dis coz there is very important medicine in bag n froman 8 days I had didn't took tht and I'm flying to dubai on 22 of Jan so I'm expecting my bag befre tht hope for the co operstion. .thanking u.

          1. Suppose to travel from Guwahati to Jaipur by Indigo flight 6E208, while reaching Guwahati Airport

          at around 10 A.M. on 18/01/2016, she came to know through your ground staff at counter that

          flight is delayed by 4 P.M. so stay outside Airport till 2 P.M. accordingly she stayed outside of

          airport.

          2. She entered at 2 P.M. at Guwahati Airport for booking/getting boarding card. Your staff refused and tell her that you can not board in this flight as flight is already ready for departure. After lot of argument with Indigo staff, they agreed that it was their mistake about the wrong information given to my daughter. Even when I checked flight schedule their database was showing "Flight may be further delayed or cancelled" but flight was available at 2 P.M. at Guwahati Airport.

          3. Later on your staff arrange to send her by another flight that is 6E571 to Delhi and 6E244 from Delhi to Jaipur. PNR No.Z6Q84S Ultimately she reached Jaipur at around 9-40 P.M. But I regret to write you that my daughter could not get her one big size suitcase carrying her cloths, winter cloths, shoes, one blanket some tea packets and lot of her educational and her personal essential goods which are very very necessary items. She is a college student staying in Jaipur Hostel and facing a lot of problem due to non availability of her suitcase. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

            As a placement agency . During our work we met 1)aman banarjee (Bikash bharti, rahul obrai ) of delhi, 2) puja gupta and koushik gupta from 23/1, mohan lal street, w.No.12, kolkata-700004, 4) ajay arora fromdelhi, 5) anshul mishra from delhi, 6 ) satish bharti from delhi, 7 )taniya mandal whose cell numbers are aman banarjee = +91 [protected]/[protected] / [protected] / [protected], puja gupta = +91 [protected], ajay arora = +91 [protected], anshul mishra = +91 [protected], taniya mandal = +91 [protected]/ [protected] . The aforesaid persons maintained office a namely “atlantic aviation academy ” ( cargo ) at hari nagar, near deen dayal upadhyay hospital, new delhi, delhi 110064. And they provided us airlines vacancy for appointment of parsons with a hues amount of money. Accordingly we published the same and who came to us then we provided them money receipt and send the same to the aforesaid persons through their accounts being no 1) bikash bharti, axis bank, a/c no. [protected], 2)satesh bharti, axis bank, a/c no.[protected], 3)taniya mandal, sbi, a/c no. [protected],
            4)biplab das, sbi, a/c no. [protected], 5)prasenjit das, sbi, a/c no.[protected], or in cash.
            Till now they took as 59 lacks from the candidate throwing our office to provide job them after sending a vacancy paper of indigo airlines through email in favor of “siddhi enterprise” being email id. Info.[protected]@gmail.com. Recently i came to know those documents are fake one. In this way they called the candidates to delhi after taking interview for their training delhi airport t3 and retained them near about one month but all expanses were borne by the candidates. Most of the candidates are unable to complete the training because the aforesaid persons always harassed them so as to candidates are liable to fled from their. In this way the aforesaid persons cheated the hard money of the candidates. Being a aggrieved 6candidates lodged a written complaints.

            Therefore in view of above you are requested to stop fraud vacancy & action all the aforesaid parsons and also recovery the hard money to the candidates and return the same to the candidates as par law.

They are late only 10 min. as per indigo time whichis 45 min. but they have sufficient time off enter the passenger but they dont take and tell to the passenger you are late. i dont know how is it treat. because when i was travelling last 3 month ago i was arrive only 10 min. before when my light is take off but they accept me. so where are the rules that time. after all this my family was very streesed and we all are wait for next flight because they said we are adjust to another flight and reaccomodation in next flight but they take 27822 rs.extra for tickets and then they entered my family 10 min. before so where is the rules at this time. Please register my complain.

Then I sent my complaint to Mr. Ghosh, President of Indigo; and still there is no action! I request Consumer Complaints department of India to help the consumer.                       The flight was scheduled on 12/01/2016.but due to medical emergency i couldnt fly and journey was scheduled to 15/01/2016.Again as doctor's advice i was not able to fly on 15th january too.as i was on bed rest as i have discharged from icu, couldn't able to talk customer care for cancellation as my tounge got cut due to an accident.I have all the hospital papers to produce for your further requirement.As i need money urgent basis kindly consider my situation..And reply me ASAP., for which i will be remain grateful towards your company..My pnr no was-NGB9ME

                        I was travelling with indigo airlines [protected]@20:05 on Sun 17th Jan 2015 from New Delhi to Jaipur, PNR No. T5BBWY I stand in the long queue of indigo counter 1hrs before departure and when I show my Ticket PNR No. T5BBWY to ground manager they said Sir..you are late and they did not issue the boarding pass to me. They told me that boarding pass has been closed 45 min before and there is no other flight. My fault is that I have spent 30 min in the queue. I was requesting Indigo Manager that the travel was urgent for me but Manager was not courteous at all. I was very upset while leaving from the airport because I missed my friend wedding. Requesting for refund money.

                          Shame on indigo service!!! Be carefull with your booking on any indigo flight!!

                          Sharing my relative’s experience with indigo airline money making tactics and my experience with their customer care trying to get a solution to the same!!!
                          My relative had a two way ticket booked by indigo from dubai to kochi. His onwards travel was smooth however when he reached on 10th jan 2016 at kochi airport to go back to dubai, he was informed by the indigo staff that his tickets are cancelled!!! He was shocked to know that he will not be able to board the flight because someone has called the call center and cancelled all four of their tickets!!! Knowing that his kids cannot afford to miss more school days he tried his level best to explain that he has not called the call center for cancellation and he has not received any confirmation about cancellation on his registered number (Sms) or email till today! The staff was just not ready to accept any of his explanation and though they also did not have any proof with them for cancellation, he was told that to board the same flight he will have to pay additional rs. 25, 000 other than the two way ticket fare which he already paid in advance. They said, once you reach dubai you can raise a complaint and get the money back if you are not the one who cancelled the tickets.
                          Since then me and my relative have been following up with indigo customer care for a solution to this in the form of a refund or proof of cancellation from customer side. Below is the details of my experience with customer care.
                          1. Call to center on 11 jan which lasted for 56 minutes most of which went in just listening to the repeated music as my call being put on hold!! Kept repeating the scenario to mr. Gaurav who had no other reply than just saying anil chacko called and cancelled the tickets! No further explanations or proof! After having the patience of talking to him for 56 minutes he promised that there will be a call back from customer care with explanation within 6 hrs!
                          2. Waited for 24 hrs and still no response from indigo and called them back again to speak to another representative ms. Shonali. Again explain the whole scenario and fight for getting connected to a senior! 35 minutes of call and mr. Anubhav asked me to send an email to customer.[protected]@goindigo.In with details and he promised his team who is working 24/7 to support the customer will reply within 24 hrs with a solution and copy of the call record for cancellation. Also he said there will be contact number of even the senior manager of indigo for the customer to call in the automated reply email on which i can call if the problem is not resolved!! However, all i received for my email if just the crn number and there was no contact number for further steps!
                          3. Waited for 48 hrs for them to reply to my email with no success, called them again on 14th jan only to go through the same painful routine. And mr. Anubhav not available and mr. Shaukat put me on hold for continuous 28 minutes promising that he is transferring the line to his senior!!! As there was no end to the wait, i disconnected the call and called again and spoke to mr. Rajith who transferred me to mr. Ashutosh who at the end of another 35 minutes call agreed that he will personally follow up the case and will call me within 24 hrs and if i don’t get a reply email the only option for me is to write another email to [protected]@goindigo.In he confirmed that there is no other phone number of person whom i can get in touch with even if my issue is not resolved!! The only option is to wait till eternity for the reply on the email!!
                          I am totally disappointed and frustrated with the behavior from indigo. It has been more than 24 hrs after my call to mr. Ashutosh and till now there has been no call or email reply with a solution.
                          As the only party benefitting out of this whole scenario is indigo, i have my full doubt on them doing a foul play because of below reasons
                          - the number they said the call for cancellation came from is [protected] which is a up registered vodafone number and currently that comes as a suspended number! It is not a registered number for my relative on indigo system. For every call otherwise they have so many security questions but in this case, i wonder where all of their strict policy has gone!!
                          - they insist that the caller confirmed the pnr number, passenger details and date of travel over the call but still they are not ready to give audio recording of the call. If the caller has got all the details of the travel then it might be their system issue that people are easily able to access the secured data from them and it poses a big threat to the travelers. My uncle has not shared his info with anyone for sure.
                          - they say email confirmation is sent to anil chacko however the only email he got on 6th jan ( and till date) is a copy of his itinerary with the travel details from dubai to kochi on 23 dec. There is no email which says about cancellation or the cash balance if one way is cancelled. There was no sms alert as well though both of his registered numbers were active ( dubai and india)
                          - the delay in getting back to a customer even after making him pay extra money for the travel and not providing any of the proof and making the customer pay for longer calls to the customer care just by putting the call on hold for long 30 min or so!! (Guess indigo gets a share from the telephone company for longer calls!) or this might be a tactic for getting the caller irritated and disconnect the call so that they don’t have to find a solution to the issue!
                          - i believe, the role of proving that it is the customer who has made the call to cancel the ticket and they have done everything right to inform customer of cancellation of his ticket, is greatly indigo’s responsibility as we cannot prove something which we have not done!!!
                          I have the recordings of all the calls with the customer care and please help me with the next step to take with them. I do not want this to happen to anyone else in future and more over get the compensation for my uncle! Appreciate your help in spreading this message across and kindly get in touch with me if you know the legal proceedings further!!!

                            My wife (Pregnant ~ 3Months) along with her mother had to travel by 6E 288 which was bound to Visakhapatnam at 5:45AM. We reached airport and reported at the counter by 5:02AM. The arrogant lady denied boarding saying that the check-in is closed and you have been delayed by 2 minutes. We pleaded a lot asking to consider as she was pregnant and had to drive slowly. Ruthless uncorteous indigo staff denied and asked to pay 4500 for each passenger to board the same flight (late fees).                               Hi, my parents were travelling by flight 6E-433 PNR BBKMHA on Jan 9, 2016 from Bangalore to Bagdogra via Kolkata. Due to bad weather they were deboarded at Kolkata and offered a refund of the Kolkata-Bagdogra travel part. But Indigo official claim that they took the full flight which is utterly incorrect as I had to book them a train. Numerous calls to the call center has not yielded any result. It is not about the amount that am concerned but the unprofessional attitude with which Indigo officials are behaving.

                                I have just booked a ticket in Bangalore Mumbai sector for[protected] however, the date of journey got changed in the system to[protected]. Despite having seen the date of journey by THREE ADULTS dults, I am not able to comprehend how the date of journey got changed. An amount of Rs.3301/- got debited to my wife's bank account. However, while cancelling the booking I have got a mail SMS confirming the cancellation and there is no mention about the refund of money. The cancellation has been done solely due to erroneous attitude and only with the intent extract money from gullible customers like me. If Indigo has done this with good intention, you would had the courtesy to call me regretting your inability for good reasons what so ever. This matter is being viewed seriously and necessary action as deemed fit would be initiated against Indigo.

                                  This is to place a complaint against your ground staff in chennai who were handling baggage for 6E272( PNR G6GJTS & ECPVXN)today - 14th jan, 2016. We had checked in 4 check in baggages and while we were waiting, inside the aircraft, for take off, one of your ground staff came specifically to me and enquired on the number of baggages that we had checked in. And confirmed that the number tallied. On landing in kolkata, we figured out that one of the baggages were missing (cognizant marked grey and blue backpack-Pnr ECPVXN, tag no 6E [protected], Seq 0135). What surprises me is that this issue was identified, at chennai, when we were waiting for take off, the ground staff simply lied to us and gave wrong confirmation about the number tallying. We had an infant and my aged mom with us and we had to spend almost 1 hour in kolkata to find out the baggage and then registering a complaint. This is simply ridiculous. Firstly i need your team to identify the baggage and return the same to my address in kolkata as per the complaint made at kolkata airport. Secondly i need someone to call me and explain why we were misled by giving wrong information at chennai. If the issue was identified why were we not informed about the same there itself for us to be mentally prepared for this and avoid the harrassment at kolkata airport. Also the kolkata indigo team could have been informed of this for them also to be prepared for this. I am not sure how you claim to be the most efficient airlines with such process gaps.                                       Indigo has cancelled flight without letting customer know about same. And when discussed with customer care they did not respond properly. Here is what I have written to their official mail id but haven't received reply yet- [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]-------- Hi Customer Care, Its really unpleasure writing you that this flight was cancelled without any intimation to anyone. Even I did not receive any email confirmation for same. When my mother 65 year old passenger ( who was travelling) reached airport, came to know about same and she has been asked silly questions like are you travelling for first time etc (on a taunting note)? Her flight was rescheduled without taking consent from her whereas I was on constant call with her. And your floor manager ( Shailesh misbehaved on phone and disconnected call) Finally I had to make a call to customer care and your representative was not answering properly and he was irritating and trying to avoid taking responsibility. In all this hustle bustle when I asked for customer executive personal details for later action he put my call on hold when I inquired for his personal details. Anyways I am expecting a reply from your end with 3 details in specifics a. Actions taken against Shailesh / Ahmed? b. Even if flight was reschedule and passenger is travelling I'll expect a refund for this travel as it has created a big mess and a lot of schedule changes. Please write to me at your earliest.                                         Passenger pnr number B38NKL Indigo airlines. This is to bring to notice about the discriminatory and unethical practices being followed by Indigo airlines. A passenger of Indigo gets a 2 kg extra baggage waiver in front of me and when my baggage was 3 kg extra i was charged. Are not the rules meant to be followed rather than being laxed depending on the customer looks. I'm not complaining about me being charged but complaining about why a discriminatory tariff policy that a 2 kg baggage been given waiver as according to the rules the baggage should have been charged. These unethical practices by the employees would put the company at stake in the long run. i would never prefer an Indigo's flight and would be asking people not to fly with Indigo. I look forward the issue is solved amicably and in an unfair manner. Thank you.
