Respected sir, Myself an engineering studying student has booked my ticket in indigo airlines with Reference number is D59CXS.I here by want to file a complaint a file on the indigo airlines for the following reasons: I was on to the counter before 55 min of the departure and one of the staff requested me to take borading pass from an automatic control system and i didnt get in it, which has a waste of my time . I again went to the main counter which has a normal que and had a little bit of wasted time.Now finally, after showing my ticket in the counter, she checked for a couple of minutes, which also wasted my time and sent me to another counter.She finally said that you are not in time and the departure is closed but i saw the status of the flight isnt yet started boarding.I tried to explain how difficulty i came here and my problems but nobody bothered about that. They gave me an option of choosing next flight before 41 minutes of my departure which is shown in photo proof. I kindly request you to take action and punish the people for their neglegence and showing very careless in the early morning and get me my back the money which i spent in that travel. Waiting for your early response, Thanking you. Reagrds, Student.
Please give me a suitable justice.

    Dear Sir, My wife was travelling from bagdogra to Mumbai with an infant.The PNR number is P3ECML.as per the indigo rules, she was carrying 15kg as checking luggage n 7 kg as hand luggage for herself n the baby each.The hand luggage was made in one bag so that she was carrying a baby.on the ticket counter she requested the staff to submit the hand baggage as well.The manager started arguing that she is over luggage by 10 kg n was forcing to pay.When I explained the manager about indigo rule, she asked my wife to carry both the hand baggage n the baby herself.The manger informed that they will not provide any assistance.she detained her for an hour n was continuously shouting at her.In the mean time if anything had happened to my kid, then who will be responsible.This is an inhumane behaviour from the indigo.Hatsoff indigo for providing such service.

      My wife L.Flora and my daughter J.Margret Dheepa have travelled in 6E 602 flight on 9th July, 2015 from Delhi to Chennai. They have put three bags in luggage at the time of getting Boarding Pass, but two bags only reached Chennai While enquiring the third bag it was told that in the Boarding pass there are two slips only. So one bag must be lying in Delhi. they have assured to trace out the third bag. Next day that is on 19th July, they sent photographs of one or two bags through Whats App to confirm with us the third bag. But it was some other bags. From that day onwards my daughter is in contact with the staff till date but we could not get the bag. The bag is in light blue colour with toys printed on it. It is a medium size bag containing dresses of a child. As I am in Delhi, if they call me to search the bag, I would be tracing the bag in the air port. Or if the bag is traced, they may initimate me to collect the bag. It is the mistake of the staff who collected the bags at the time of issuing Boarding pass. I request to settle this issue.         I paid the fee for rescheduling my flight as I missed the same on 3rd July, 2015 from Mumbai to BBSR. I did pay 1200 INR cash and 2127 INR through Card. First time the transaction was unsuccessful, followed by a successful one. But my account got Debited twice. When informed about the same to the airline person, she told that the amount will be refunded back to my card. But Still I didn't receive the amount. kindly look into this.

          My airway bill number is[protected], I had paid premium charges of rs 2400 approx for a small packet, flight landed at 7.15 pm and its 9.25pm I am still waiting/standing at indigo cargo delivery counter for my small packet to come but still no satisfactory reply from executive, really annoyed with indigo services

              The airport manager not allow the passenger on board even there is an 40 min time for the departure.And the tickets is booked just before 2 hours for the journey because of an emergency And even in that passenger one person was aged person and also was sick from this reason they got 5 min late for the check in time. This is the worst situation had faced by the passenger as well as worst job done by the airline. Thank you for your support and We will never book any tickets for Indgo From now.

                Hello sir/mam, I am Shikha Singh taken flight of Indigo Airline on 8th of July from Kolkata to Delhi at 5.55.I reached the airport at 5.20 because of huge traffic jam, but the executive didn't supported at all and the lady who is handling customer grievances was misbehaved with me not taken any action on my situation and not even the airline has refunded my ticket fare saying that the you paid is lowest ticket fare which is not refundable and not even adjusted my same ticket with other ticket. I had to book fresh ticket of Air India. I am extremely disappointed with Indigo service.My 1st experience with Indigo was not at all appreciable.

                  In reference to your complaint we tried to contact you on your listed number however got no response, further as per your concern we have we validated your case with the airlines and found that flight was rescheduled / delayed for 02hours on the actual date of travel and as per the airlines policy they provide full refund, if the flight is delayed for more than 3 hours and preponed by more than 2 hours (depending on the length of the journey).

                  Hence airlines has denied for any refund to be processed further on this booking. We hope that your concern has been resolved satisfactorily.

                  I found my suitcase damage and when I reported to Indigo representative over there. He simple said "Sir, I cant do anything for this. In transit is got damaged."

                    This Complain for Airline Indigo Arbitrary HIGH Cancellation charge on 8th July 2015. I booked ticket with reference XF4TFH, for me, my wife and 3 year daughter for 11 July 2015 from Hyderabad to Kolkata. Today i.e on 8th July I cancelled it well before 48 hours & apart from high cancellation charge 2000 per passenger ( no airline has this much charge ), they further charge 200 each for cancellation processing fees i.e. total 600 more and then further charge 450 rs for refund charge ( this is again ridiculous ) as people do cancellation for refund only. Also taxes on that. So, total 7050 ruppes they charge for just 3 tickets cancellation well before 48 hours. I request to concerned authority to look into this all Cheating and loot done by Indigo for Cancellation price and making a common man travelling and planning a nightmare. I request, to have some kind of check so no other common man get looted by this.                       Hi, I booked return flight tickets from Delhi to Bangalore for the travel date of 16th March. The tickets were booked against Airline PNR G4R8GS on the name of my mother - Gita Prasad. I paid Rs 11, 682 towards the tickets. This ticket was refundable. Pls see attached the E ticket. On March 15th, I approached the airline to change the date of the flight. Asked them to change it from 16th March to 18th March. As per the policy (mentioned on the E ticket), a date change would have costed me Rs 3000 + Rs 250 (for make my trip). However, the airline charged me full fare as on that date. The fresh flight tickets costed me Rs 18, 421. I was made to pay INR 6939 ...the complete difference in flight tickets + some fee. I am raising this as a complaint ...asking for explanation as to why your airline has charged me full fare for a refundable ticket. This is unethical.                         Dear Sir, We have made the payment of Rs. 21630.00 against indigo TXN ID No. 5e5d9545f5e46d2c3e9ab22649ca for purchase of return ticket from kolkata to jaipur on.30.06.2015 but in spite of payment we have not received the ticket. on complain for the same we have been assured to get back the money with 7 days against your booking reference No. PY3FMG and K9E2QW. 7 days has already passed but still we have not received the payment.                             Hello, I am Sunil from Fujairah, UAE.My Booking Reference is B7K5PZ.I wanted to reschedule my flight.For that I called the your people in Dubai.Then they told me to talk to Fujairah person.When I called at 11.43 AM.And the person from other side said me that the authorised person will come at 12.And asked me to call at that time.Then I called at 12.14.He asked me to call me after 20 min. as he will open his laptop.When I called at 12.38 he is saying that he cannot say and need to get the information from head office.And did not give the time frame for giving the information and asked me to come to office rather giving the information over phone in a unprofessional way. Please let me know to whom I need to contact for the proper information. This is unacceptable for me getting these type of behaviour . I can be reached at +[protected]

                              FEEDBACK I have always chose to fly with indigo. But this was my worst experience ever. Th staff is incompetent and unhelpful. If this means business only, I would prefer choosing another flight. According to the consumer rights I am going to put up a complain. And just to inform, be prepared to receive continuous calls till I am satisfied. Kindly kick out overfilled-with-attitude staffs from Bengaluru airport.

                                this is with reference to my return journey from delhi to nagpur morning 05.45 am flight on 30.06.2015. that day i was not well. after security check and after around 15 minutes of bus drive, i came near the flight. till that time my condition worsended. i told the person collecting ticket near stairs to arrage for a wheel chair immediately. he flatly refused that wheel chair can be brought at this place. he told me that ""you should ask for wheelchair at the starting point only". my fife had also requested but in vain. i thought to return back by returning bus. but i tried with my best and crossed the ladder and entered the plane in more than 10 minutes. is this type of service u r providing then i will certainly thing 100 times before booking ur flight. one more thing, that day scanning of luggage were not done of any baggage and it was told to go directly to ticket counter. is this not a major security lapse?

                                    I am a frequent flyer of your air lines and will keep flying even though you fail to act on my grievances.
                                    Please find attached the pir for 6e - 623 dt[protected] for breakage of checking luggage. I have lost the suitcase, important docs, damaged cloths but your organization failed to act on this. The only response i got is " as this bag is under warrenty, passenger will get it replaced from showroom". How ridiculous this response is from a reputed organization like indigo.
                                    I am also a senior journalist working for a national tv channel. I am surprised and shocked by your procedure of handling damage compensation process.
                                    I want a correct response with a copy of your sop on the customer readdressal.
                                    It is more than 10 days and no response from your end, which is also alarming.

                                    Hope you will act on my complaint and arrange for appropriate compensation.

                                      Sir My Flight from Delhi to Raipur today and i got boarding pass at 6: 30 My flight departure time is 7:30. When we sent on gate for departure at 7:17 the ground staff told that the gate closecd before 20 minute from departure and we are unable to caught the flight. We are only 2 minute late & we suffer a great loss.

                                        I had travelled from Jaipur to Mumbai on 23rd June with my family with Go-indigo Airlines. My Airline PNR Number: F77JKM, Flight: Indigo 6E-695. I gave 3 bags at the Jaipur airport (Indigo) check-in point and when I collected my bags at Mumbai airport (from Indigo Counter No. 4), I couldn’t find my cell phone which was in one of my bags! I was totally convinced that the Indigo guys had stolen my phone. The main problem is I have lost all my personal data because of these rubbish indigo guys... Now they are not admitting that it's their fault. They even asked me why I had put my phone in the bag, and that I should open the pockets. They clearly denied responsibility for bags and the interesting thing is that the customer team was saying that “Check each and every pocket of your bag before to leaving airport”... bla bla... I am totally harassed by Indigo Team and they don't have fair policy and good customer support. I will advise my all friends and relatives not to select indigo as your first option. With this incident, Indigo has shown what a cheap/ Shameful / Disgraceful/Irresponsible/ Fake Security System they have..
