Tried to harass Col Ajoy bakshi and Col Bhalla while checking in for flight no 6E 535 on 01-oct-2014 . 3.     My daugter Lehar Bagaria age 20 is returning from bangalore to kolkata by today's IndiGo 6E349 flight and the staff on floor named Sneha spoke rudely when my daughter insisted for a window seat. on top of that, while my daughter was boarding the flight, the crew specially asked Lehar for other details and harassed her. she is very disturbed with such a rude and unfirendly harrasement done to her.please help
    Indgo has always been the best for me . Infact i have travelled several times with indigo. I also have a booking for tomorrow from bangalore to kolkata. I hope Indigo will again do its best!!

      I booked a ticket from Delhi to Kolkata for 1st July, 2015 ( Ref : X58I6F) on 1st June, 2015 by paying Rs 3297. On 23rd June, I tried to modify that ticket and reschedule to 13th July. The balance payment of Rs 3492 was debited from my account but the ticket was not modified. ( Please refer my transaction through netbanking of Allahabad Bank, Transaction no. 32567). On contacting Indigo customer care executive, I was told that the booking made on 1st June was a promotional offer and therefore it could not be modified. Then after some time I spoke to another customer care executive, who advised me to use debit card instead of netbanking. I tried but failed to modify the ticket. Then, again, I contacted your customer care executive, who said exactly what the first person said ( It could not be modified) and assured me that the amount debited would be refunded back within 3-5 days. So, far the refund has not been effected. Please ensure the refund of Rs 3492, which was debited from my account at the earliest.

        I was assigned seat 25C Gate A5 on Indigo 6E 473 Mumbai to Bangalore on 25th June. I got the boarding pass at circa 6 pm for a 8.20 pm flight. At 7.20 pm I checked with Indigo staff who advised me to wait at A5 as printed on the boarding pass. I didnt realize they changed the gate to to A2 and missed the flight. I was ushered to the security for cancelation of my Boarading pass and asked to go to the counter in lobby. On checking there was a light flight 6E 415 at 9.20 pm and seat was allocated. But at a charge of Rs 3200 as reallocation charge. I requested for a waiver or even a lower charge. The lady at counter was extremely rigid. My argument is when flights get inordinately delayed there is no such compensation made to passengers. In earnest I request this charge to be waived off.               Indigo 6E 364 Economy Coimbatore 22:25 Chennai 23:35 Last Friday(19/6/2015) Night i went to chennai by flight from Coimbatore. Indigo flight 10.25 PM departure from coimbatore but not arrival to coimbatore and also no proper intimation. i ask to concern staffs but they give no proper response. and also flight arrival at After 1.00 AM in this situation i went chennai means how to manage accommodation ? full and fully reponse by indigo. but they no response and guidance. very worst customer satisfaction.

                I was travelling along with my friend Karan from Mumbai to Delhi from your airlines details- Indigo 6e-186. It was scheduled to depart at 17.35pm, I reached on time but due to the continuing line when we reached the counter desk they replied that the counter is closed. On several requests they did not allow us to check in. As I have to attend the meeting with a lawyer namely Mr.prashant Yadav in Gurgaon I went to the main indigo counter and requested the authorised person to take me in, but all in vain. Then I asked for the next flight details and the fair difference, then I even paid the penalty along with the fair difference and got my ticked rescheduled from your airlines via flight no- 6e-138 which was scheduled to depart at 18.40 pm and I further rescheduled my meeting. Later, after getting the boarding passes when we. Went to the boarding gate on the given time. The lady incharge I.e Ms. Shrada who represented herself to be the supervisor of the airlines and when there was no announcement or call to board the flight till 18.40pm I again went to the counter to ask about the status of the flight she replied the flight is on its way and will take an hour and you have to wait . They nor gave me a satisfactory reply nor any solution . To all this mess created by your staff and lack of services I again had to cancel my meeting. It is already 19.31 and the flight has not departed. I could have boarded some other flight. This mess has caused me a loss of 7964/- rs as penalty and and further my meeting got cancelled twice. my purpose of boarding the flight has already been done away and have suffered huge loss for the meeting.                   This complaint is regarding the security staff ( Mr Shivaji & Mr Koshik) of Indigo airlines.I was travelling from Delhi to Bangkok on 06th June 2015 and there was a stoppage at Kolkata (having flight number 6E 273) and unfortunately i forgot my mobile in the flight which was going to Agartala. I immediately reported to the airport authorities and they informed me that they have found the mobile and will be handed over to me on return journey. On 12th June 2015 when i reached the Airport after long harassment Mr Koshik ( Senior Security Officer) told me that the staff member (who holds the lost/found goods) is not on the duty and taken the key of the locker with him, when he will come the mobile phone will be delivered to the Chandigarh/Delhi airport.I have made 100 phone calls to get my mobile back but it has not been delivered yet. Yesterday Mr Shivaji promised me to confirm the details of delivery but when no confirmation received then i called at [protected] and somebody told me that he is on leave every time i call at this number i receive answer " we will call you back", "Please call after 3 PM", "We will delivery mobile and give you details call tomorrow morning after 10 AM". I am continuously chasing for my mobile. Though it is not expensive mobile but it shows the cheap nature of the Kolkata security staff. I have all the recording of the persons i talked and i will now lodge a police complaint against the persons involved.

                    I had very bad experience with indigo at srinagar as due to airindia flight tyre burst our flight was cancelled suddenly at 14:00 hrs (BOOKING REFERENCE - Z6YC3C) from srinagar to vadodara via delhi. But at that time they told me that accommodation will be provided by them and if accommodation is not provided you have to submit bill on next day and we will reimburse you.                         Dear Sir, I undersigned have been enjoying your esteem flight service for my official visit to Thuruvananthapuram, Cochin, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, since 2007 and also i am quite delightful your nice/co-operative services. But it was very shock and annoyed me, when your Flight bearing No. 6E 205 ( Way to Kolkata ) left/miss me in DELHI Air Port at 9.55 AM on 29th April 2015, even after I am having the Boarding Pass of the Same Flight and waiting/Sitting in front of the Gate No 18 ( Ground Floor ) . None of yours Staff members was call me or my name before closure your Boarding. After this missed, your Staff Members at gate are guide me to reschedule your same ticket by paying some extra charges for the Flight at 11.55 A M ( for Flight No. 6E-201 ) for the destination to Kolkata. I am very sorry and quite disappointing of your services render to me on that day ( 29th April 2015 ), which was give me a big lesson and a hefty cost of Rs. 5, 406/- even though without any mistakes from my side.                           iT IS OBSERVED THAT THE AIRLINE (goindigo) HAS BEEN ALLOTTING SEAT WHICH IS ALWAYS A MIDDLE SEAT IRRESPECTIVE OF SEQUENCE NUMBER AT ITE OWN AND ISSUING BOARDING PASS WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WHENEVER REQUESTED AT AIRPORT THE GROUND STAFF NEVER COOPERATE RATHER ASK MONEY FOR ANY KIND OF CHANGE, TODAY IT IS FIFTH TIME YOU HAVE ISSUED A SEAT NO 14E AGAINST SEQUENCE NO 13 I KNOW AT AIRPORT I WILL BE ASKED COUGH UP MONEY FOR A CHANGE.                           I am a frequent traveler by your airlines. My PNR reference no. Is T66NPS on 13 june 15. Flight timing is 0610 am from hyd to ghy. I have reported to airport at 0510 hrs, collected the boarding pass and security check has also been completed. It is not understood if once boarding pass has been collected and undergone the security check it means the passenger has reported for boarding. After security check i have reported near boarding gate at 0553am still there is time for flight take off. After reaching there it has been told that check in gates are closed and try for next flight. During the converstion the ground staff lady i dnt want to mention the name behaved so carelessly and said that check in gates are closed you cannot board the flight. I am a defense personnel i have to report to my workplace on the same day. Moreover she said that anouncement has been given but no such announcements are made against the passenger name. Because of her irresonsibility shown by the lady again i had booked the ticket for Rs. 19000/- after 2 days. If she wants she could have tried for boarding but being a lady she behaved merciless. You are requested to refund the amount. This is my worst experience i had ever faced with ur airlines because of that lady ground staff.

                            I booked following ticket to fly to mumbai for treatment of my mother to mumbai. Date Time From To Flight No. Terminal Airline PNR No 12JUN 06:00 KOLKATA MUMBAI 6E318 INDIGO K7D2GM It cost Rs-15117/- I missed that flight as I had not given any booking pass as I reported 30 mins not 45 mins prior departure. That day following events taken place which are as follows Scene 1:At 0515 hrs:I rushed to the counter for boarding pass and informed them that I had 3 baggages and three hand baggages..Madam who was at that ticket counter asked my to screened my bags first which I forgotten, but she never told me that I would have missed boarding pass if not done immediatley or she could have given me boarding pass. At 0525 hrs:When I went to get boarding pass after screening my all heavy baggages, that madam at counter denied me pass as it already crossed 45 mins stipulated time.I requested her to issue me because I had with me my sick mother who even could not walk properly due to weakness. So I missed my flight in this way, and like me 2 more family also missed due to so called rule. My complain to this airlines that from humanities point of view why they had not seen case or why they are not softening this rule in case flight time is so early like 0600 hrs. 2ndly why staff at ticket counter are working like a machine for the company and do not have any co-operating nature. 3rdly in another counter when I enquired about the current ticket price in that plane, one staff infd me that it would cost Rs-44000/- for three person in another plan of indigo!!!How it is possible... I lost Rs-15000/- that I will not return back.but friend please do not travel in indigo in early morning at least...you can have the same fate like me...

                              I had booked the tickets on 16.4.2015 for mumbai to delhi and back. My PNR No is SCQUSN AND FLIGHT NO 6E-178.Due to some unavoidable reasons i cancelled the tickets on 17.5.2015.I got refund of only 1792.it was credited in my account.Next day i enquired with the toll free no[protected] about the issue they said that i had booked as no refund ticket. Just tell me will somebody will opt for such an option.then i had asked for the breakup of thew recovery but they have not provided.Total paid fare was 6036, refunded by indigo airlines only 1792/- even though i had cancelled the tickets much in advance i.e my onward journey is 1.7.2015 and return jouney is 4.7.2015. The actual cancellation charges are 750 wereas the company has deducted morew than 4000/-. In view of the above facts please refund the balance amount. I had complaint on 15.5.2015 also. It is once requested that the balance amount may please be refunded.

But, I have neither got my ticket booked nor got my money back in my account till 18.06.2015. I want to know how long I have to wait for my money to be credited back in my account.

                                  Passenger name: Manish Agarwal. PNR K5ZVPF, DOJ: 9 June 15, Origin: Bangalore Dest: Bhubaneshwar. I was carrying a gold chain in my check in baggage which was stolen by cutting my check in baggage by IndiGo luggage handlers. We have gone ahead and complaint against the airline to their customer care and also to Airport Inspector. Airline have not given any solution. Also seeing the CCTV footage, there is no tapes for the Check In Baggage area where the luggage goes and we suspect strongly that theft happened there.

                                      This is to highlight that I was travelling from Chandigarh to Mumbai from Indigo flight and had a pathetic experience. There was no final boarding call made and no effort was made to locate the people even they had already done the boarding and had also taken the boarding pass. It was no where mentioned that it would operate as Mumbai and Chennai flight on the ticket. This lead to mussing a flight. The Airport is not that big that the person cannot be located, moreover when the flight took off the Indigo staff put in the efforts to locate the passenger. The ground staff was very rude. They were not readyto listen. It caused monetory loss as the passenger had to take another flight paying for the ticket really pathetic service. Booking ref: S5EQ2S Flight: 6E483
