iT IS OBSERVED THAT THE AIRLINE (goindigo) HAS BEEN ALLOTTING SEAT WHICH IS ALWAYS A MIDDLE SEAT IRRESPECTIVE OF SEQUENCE NUMBER AT ITE OWN AND ISSUING BOARDING PASS WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WHENEVER REQUESTED AT AIRPORT THE GROUND STAFF NEVER COOPERATE RATHER ASK MONEY FOR ANY KIND OF CHANGE, TODAY IT IS FIFTH TIME YOU HAVE ISSUED A SEAT NO 14E AGAINST SEQUENCE NO 13 I KNOW AT AIRPORT I WILL BE ASKED COUGH UP MONEY FOR A CHANGE. PLS NOTE YOU CAN NOT ISSUE BOARDING WITHOUT MY CONSENT ELSE I SHALL NEVER FLY WITH YOUR AIRLINE LET ME QUIT ONCE FOR ALL. YOU PEOPLE ARE BASICALLY THIEF AND CHEAT. S K GUPTA
I am a frequent traveler by your airlines. My PNR reference no. Is T66NPS on 13 june 15. Flight timing is 0610 am from hyd to ghy. I have reported to airport at 0510 hrs, collected the boarding pass and security check has also been completed. It is not understood if once boarding pass has been collected and undergone the security check it means the passenger has reported for boarding. After security check i have reported near boarding gate at 0553am still there is time for flight take off. After reaching there it has been told that check in gates are closed and try for next flight. During the converstion the ground staff lady i dnt want to mention the name behaved so carelessly and said that check in gates are closed you cannot board the flight. I am a defense personnel i have to report to my workplace on the same day. Moreover she said that anouncement has been given but no such announcements are made against the passenger name. Because of her irresonsibility shown by the lady again i had booked the ticket for Rs. 19000/- after 2 days. If she wants she could have tried for boarding but being a lady she behaved merciless. You are requested to refund the amount. This is my worst experience i had ever faced with ur airlines because of that lady ground staff.

    I booked following ticket to fly to mumbai for treatment of my mother to mumbai. Date Time From To Flight No. Terminal Airline PNR No 12JUN 06:00 KOLKATA MUMBAI 6E318 INDIGO K7D2GM It cost Rs-15117/- I missed that flight as I had not given any booking pass as I reported 30 mins not 45 mins prior departure. That day following events taken place which are as follows Scene 1:At 0515 hrs:I rushed to the counter for boarding pass and informed them that I had 3 baggages and three hand baggages..Madam who was at that ticket counter asked my to screened my bags first which I forgotten, but she never told me that I would have missed boarding pass if not done immediatley or she could have given me boarding pass. At 0525 hrs:When I went to get boarding pass after screening my all heavy baggages, that madam at counter denied me pass as it already crossed 45 mins stipulated time.I requested her to issue me because I had with me my sick mother who even could not walk properly due to weakness. So I missed my flight in this way, and like me 2 more family also missed due to so called rule. My complain to this airlines that from humanities point of view why they had not seen case or why they are not softening this rule in case flight time is so early like 0600 hrs. 2ndly why staff at ticket counter are working like a machine for the company and do not have any co-operating nature. 3rdly in another counter when I enquired about the current ticket price in that plane, one staff infd me that it would cost Rs-44000/- for three person in another plan of indigo!!!How it is possible... I lost Rs-15000/- that I will not return back.but friend please do not travel in indigo in early morning at least...you can have the same fate like me...

      I had booked the tickets on 16.4.2015 for mumbai to delhi and back. My PNR No is SCQUSN AND FLIGHT NO 6E-178.Due to some unavoidable reasons i cancelled the tickets on 17.5.2015.I got refund of only 1792.it was credited in my account.Next day i enquired with the toll free no[protected] about the issue they said that i had booked as no refund ticket. Just tell me will somebody will opt for such an option.then i had asked for the breakup of thew recovery but they have not provided.Total paid fare was 6036, refunded by indigo airlines only 1792/- even though i had cancelled the tickets much in advance i.e my onward journey is 1.7.2015 and return jouney is 4.7.2015. The actual cancellation charges are 750 wereas the company has deducted morew than 4000/-. In view of the above facts please refund the balance amount. I had complaint on 15.5.2015 also. It is once requested that the balance amount may please be refunded.

        Sir, I have booked flight ticket from Ahmedabad to Mumbai for one person and payment made through my net banking account with SBBJ on 12.06.2015 with transaction id DSBJ[protected]IG0AECLXV7 TRANSFER TO [protected] INTERNET BANKING TRANS. But, I have neither got my ticket booked nor got my money back in my account till 18.06.2015. I want to know how long I have to wait for my money to be credited back in my account.

          Passenger name: Manish Agarwal. PNR K5ZVPF, DOJ: 9 June 15, Origin: Bangalore Dest: Bhubaneshwar. I was carrying a gold chain in my check in baggage which was stolen by cutting my check in baggage by IndiGo luggage handlers. We have gone ahead and complaint against the airline to their customer care and also to Airport Inspector. Airline have not given any solution. Also seeing the CCTV footage, there is no tapes for the Check In Baggage area where the luggage goes and we suspect strongly that theft happened there.

              This is to highlight that I was travelling from Chandigarh to Mumbai from Indigo flight and had a pathetic experience. There was no final boarding call made and no effort was made to locate the people even they had already done the boarding and had also taken the boarding pass. It was no where mentioned that it would operate as Mumbai and Chennai flight on the ticket. This lead to mussing a flight. The Airport is not that big that the person cannot be located, moreover when the flight took off the Indigo staff put in the efforts to locate the passenger. The ground staff was very rude. They were not readyto listen. It caused monetory loss as the passenger had to take another flight paying for the ticket really pathetic service. Booking ref: S5EQ2S Flight: 6E483

                Flight Details --- 17th June, Flight No.6E 494 - Delhi to Ranchi, Morning 6:45 AM flight. This is to inform you about the inconvenience caused by negligence and ignorance done by your staff and named it as passengers fault at departing airport, Delhi ( as late c/in). I checked in the airpot 1hr.prior to the departure time & got my boarding pass by 6:10 with baggage drop.On security check-in line, it took 20 mints & when announced by staff for ranchi flight i requested passangers to let me do the security check in first.I took the shuttle with all the passangers & board the flight.But when i reached Ranchi airpot & i did not find my luggage on belt then asked the indigo office team on Ranchi Airpot for the same. The staff at the arriving airport, ranchi extended a limited help and enquired about the lost baggage, as told it was not even loaded on aircraft from departing airport. & also told that passanger did late check-in.I did my checkin on time 7 i was not informed by any of your team that i did it & will not receive my luggae at Ranchi airpot. This is all pathetic & irresponsible behaviour & service of you team. This is highly humiliating and insulting for me to attend a professional conference in casual clothes just because of the negligence and poor handling of baggage by your airport team at departing airport This is how an airline claimed to be passenger friendly and Good to be on TIME punch lines functions like this and tries to escape from the situation by charging the customers for their own faults. As a serious concern if this kind of service level persist in future Indigo will be lost same as KF airlines. It was really a embarrasing day for me to attend a professional conference of 30 people in casuals. This all has got happened just because of your pathetic services.I would never ever avail your services & also will never recommed anyone to avail your services. Now, i would request you to send my luggage in evening flight as discussed at arriving airpot & drop the same at my place. Regards Nivedita Sharma

                  I am travelled in Indigo Airline 6E 176 on 16th June 2015 from Trivandrum to Delhi . My Pnr number was B377SY. after arrival at Delhi i have collected my Check in baggage from belt no 4 of arrival hall. from my baggage two dry food packets are looted some body. This packets contain home made AVAL (South indian food item prepared with rice). Food is packed in two polythene packets and this two packets are kept in anothe polythene cover. This cover is kept in my cabin baggage. But somebody opened it and take this food packets.                     We have booked 4 tickets from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad on flight no. 372 with PNR L5C9SF Which was scheduled for departure at 6:05am. It was raining heavily and long queue at all the counters. Though we reached the counter by 5:15 we were denied check in and no consideration even after repeated requests. I have to reschedule my flight again via Bombay which incurred extra 25000 rs and loss of valuable time which made us very upset causing mental agony. As a routine traveller we adjust with your flight delays and other inconveniences but you did not even consider natural hurdles like rain etc and creating unnecesaary anxiety to travellers In such events No amount of Monetary compensation can passing the agonized passengers I suggest you to discuss about such events in your day to day meetings and train your staff to develop humanitarian view putting yourself in such situations

                      I travelled by Indigo flight number 6 E 688 delhi to Jaipur on 13 June 2015 . while check in n luggage submission my bag was completely perfect. While collecting it during check out I noticed It was torn there was a hole in one side. I told the Available Staff at Jaipur airport regarding this to which I got the reply that next time if you travel this will not happen n they can't do anything. I am seriously disappointed n would never suggest someone to travel in indigo flights. I will share my bad experience with my colleagues n friends.

                        counter for my payment around 7.30pm. a indigo lady staff named Anisha was there. she was busy with her mobile nd having cheat chat with other staff in between.. when I repeatedly requested her for my payment... she got so annoyed that she shouted me to stay there and left the counter.. after few minutes she came back and again got busy with her Mobile. again I tried to draw her attention for my payment.. thn with a rough voice she argued with me. eve she was not willing to give my money receipt or ticket.. she was such a unprofessional staff with a arrogant behaviour that it can't be expressed with writing.. so its my humble request that management should go through this matter.. thank you

                          My flight 6E175 from varanasi to mumbai via delhi on dated 13 june 2015. It departs from varanasi 1 hr delayed. After reaching to delhi still its not prepared to take off from delhi to mumbai.Already its delayed by 4 hrs till now. Further also there is no positive sign. My infant child and another child of 7 yrs both are facing problems due to hunger and thirst. From airline side not satisfactory behaviour. Please do the needful.

                            Dear Sir/Medam I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET IN THE NAME OF MR PANKAJ DIXIT AND MR MOHIT CHAUHAN WITH BOOKING ID NF[protected]. FROM AGARTALA TO GUWAHATI DT 11/06/2015 THEN I HAVE CANCELLED TICKET OF ONLY MR PANKAJ DIXT AND MOHIT CHOUHAN WAS SUPPOSED TO CHECK IN. BUT. AIRLINE SAID THAT TICKET OF MOHIT CHAUHAN WAS ALSO CANCELLED AND THEY DIDNT ALLOWED MOHIT FOR CHECK IN. MOHIT HAVE TO ATTEND AN EDUCATION FAIR IN GUWAHATI AND THEY DIDNT ALLOWED HIM FOR CHECK IN. THIS IS MISTAKE DONE BY YOUR AIRLINES BECAUSE AS PER MAKE MY TRIP RECORD TICKET WAS PATIALLY CANCELLED ONLY FOR PANKAJ DIXIT. THERE WAS A SUFFICIENT TIME GAP BETWEEN TWO FLIGHTS AND I WAS CONFIDENT OF CATCHING MY FLIGHT DELHI TO VARANASI, BECAUSE OF DELAYING BHUBNESHWAR DELHI FLIGHT 6E-256, I WAS FORCED TO CANCEL THE MY TICKET OF DELHI VARANASI WITH CANCELLATION CHARGE OF RS2250-.I TOOK ANOTHER TICKET FOR MY ONWARD JOURNEY BY PAYING RS10, 430.24, BY FLIGHT NO 6E-176 DATED12TH APRIL PNR BEIGQE TOTAL ADDITIONAL BURDEN WAS ( RS, 10430.24, NEW RATE+ RS, 2250, CANCELLATION CHARGE- RS, 6001.00, OLD RATE = RS, 6679.24 JUST BECAUSE DELAYING YOUR FLIGHT. THEREFORE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY REFUND MONEY REFUND MONEY RS 6679.24 IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU WILL NOT REFUND MONEY I WILL TAKE A LEGAL STAND AGAINST YOUR AIRLINES BECAUSE UNEXPECTABLE EXPENDITURE WAS MADE BY ME.                                 Dear authority on 12th june 2015, i was supposed to board flight from Dubai to Mumbai which was scheduled at 11.25 am. I reached airport around 10.30 am, when i reached check-in counter one of your staff member was closing off. I requested her to check in but she refused saying that you are 5 minutes late. I apologised on being late then to also she just walked off. Then i roamed everywhere in Dubai airport if somebody can help me out to board the plane but nothing worked out. Eventually i wasn't able to board my flight. At last i called the customer and asked for my refund as its a refundable ticket But still nothing has been sorted out. Mohammed Hussain Ticket no. DEH83R

                                  I am Dr Anoop Kunnummel Rajendran.I have experienced rude and insulting behaviour of indigo ground staff at IGI airport new delhi`terminal 1D
                                  The name of lady at ticketing counter is kuljeet.she was very rude towards me.I was in th queue at 2pm on 6/06/2015 for my flight at 4pm.My flight number is 6E 259 and PNR-D4TTGS delhi to bhubaneswar
                                  She asked me to go away when i asked for boarding pass.I asked her why she was talking to me that way.Then she said she has the right to talk whatever way she wished.Then she frowned at me and told me to leave immediately and went away from counter.I felt insulted and humiliated.I dont know who trained ms Kuljeet at Igi airport.Indigo supervisors kindly take action on this matter.
                                  I am a regular indigo customer and frequent flier since last 10 years.Such a rude and insulting behaviour is a first time experience.I will reconsider my options o[censored]sing the service of indigo in future.

                                    I had a ticket booked with Indigo through MakeMyTrip for my family from Indore to Hyderbad for 31-May-2015. I booked another flight for me on the same route on the same date to pick my family. When I called Indigo on 30-May to verify the status, Indigo informed me that my family's ticket ( 3 members) was cancelled. When I asked for the reason they told that they got the instruction from MakeMyTrip to cancel the ticket. Indogo also deducted the cancellation charge on this ticket. I had to book another ticket for my family as my wife had to report to job. I had to pay additional 18000 rs to book the new ticket. I raised a dispute with MakeMytrip and indigo but both parties are not taking the ownership. My wife lost 15 days of salary (she is a teacher and could not join on first day of school 01-Jun) because of this goo[censored]p.

                                      hi, I did my web check in Indigo mobile app booking one is X2LYRB.I was given automatic seat after web check in. I am quite confused when I am given some back aisle seat. When I called Customercare, they told o[censored] want to change ur seat, you need to pay for that. Could you please let me know what type of harassment is this? I am 100% sure there were no option of changing the seat. Please look the issue urgently. Thanks, Deb

                                        On 13/05/2015 While booking a flight ticket from Chennai to Varanasi, nd my ticket was confirmed, booking ref no. C9FC7D. I made my Payment of Rs.11, 219 through my SBI ATM card. Then i cancel ticket on 17/5/2015. Refund amount after deduction of charges is Rs. 8, 694. But till now I didn't get my money back. I call ur customer care no nd they said ur refund amount will sent u back in ur account on 20/5/2015 but refund amount not back in my account. I check my account but refund not credited in my account till today. I go to my bank but My Bank confirmed that my money has been not credited in my account.
