My hand baggage was wrongly picked up by someone on 6 E. 383 from Raipur to hyd on 9th jun 2015 and I was sitting on 14 B . The baggage with me contains chocolate, lipstick, cap, nappies etc belonging to lady with child. My hand bag contains one medical book on movement disorders and cash of 25000 and car keys. We had approached hyd airport today morning and we are not getting proper response. We request indigo to identify the lady sitting near 14 B on that flight who had wrongly taken the bag.     WE HAVE CANCELLED THE RETURN TICKETS OF 3 PASSENGERS, NAMELY, SHANTANU NANDY, PRANITA NANDY, AYAN NANDY (REF NO XYTS5Q, SPLIT REF NO WBV3MQ) ON 28.5.15 (FLIGHT 6E 342) OVER PHONE. BUT TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CANCELLATION FARE.

      I was to fly on 01.06.2015. My flight timing was 4:45 P.M. for Bhubaneswar from Mumbai. On the same day I did web check in. Indigo airlines claims to be a hassle free trip through web check in, but it made me missed my flight. I reached counter at 3:55 P.M. and informed the staff about my flight. Instead of assisting me, he told me to go the last counter. And when I reached at the last counter the staff didn't let me board the flight. He was so rude. Kindly teach some etiquettes to your staff. Please refund my money. My PNR No. is M66M9P.

        The bhubaneswar beanch of indigo is horrible where all lady staffs are there in ticket coubter.. they are really disgusting who dont know how to behave with female passengers but they are too sweet with male ones. They dobt listen to your provlems . Helping tgem to solve ia next thing. They are arrognt and foolish. They are not customer friendly.they are waste and i am disgusted with the experience

          I have travelled from Indigo Flight from Ranchi to Pune via Delhi on 7th June from flights 6E 494 and 6E 105 (Z5RLFF). I had checked in one trolley bag (Light Brown Colour). I did not receive it on Pune when the flight landed on 5 pm.It contains expensive clothes, cash envelope of 10000 rupees and and electronic good.

            Inconvenience and Harassment To PWD Passenger - FLT.6E-135 on 04 June15-AMD to Kol

            I would like to bring to your knowledge that due to the negligence and inappropriate administration on your staff members as well as from management part my Pwd son Soutrik Samaddar was made to Board in a wrong flt.6E-237 instead of Flt.no.6E-135, Seat no.2C and he could not be traced till 3.45PM even after our repeated request to all the ground and crew members since around 3.15 PM onwards when we did not find him in his seat.The ground officer and Crew Members of 6E-237 was not perform his duty properly though my son was carrying Boarding Pass of Flt.6E-135 and they have not pay any attention to his request to board him in proper flight for such a long period of time( more than30-40 minutes).

            The incident could have created a great mishap to my family and Incoviniences to PWD passanger.It is a negligence of duty and harrassment.

            In view of the foregoing, I want to know modus-operanding behind the incident seek appropriate justice and actions immediately.

I have shared the reference number for the payment made with Ms. Nikita at customer care. She assured a resolution. But i have no update.                       Hi We 3 in family travel on 2nd June from Mumbai to Delhi at 7:50 am flight. On checkin counter..attendent was very rude, she weight carry beg with check in beg. and as per weight 21 kg was allowed, but our weight was 30 kg...and 1 kg was extra in checkin beg. She told me to pay 2500, i said her...no body weight carry beg...and other's attendet were not doing same as she was doing. She did not listen to me and finally i hv to pay INR 2500 to her..because was getting late for boarding. I want to ask Indigo Airlines that why they behave like this to me, i told her we are going in a marriage but she did not listened to me. Very very rude. Indigo, this is very pathetic experience that i have with you and i will never fly with you in future. I never had any past experience with any other flight. Kindly refund my InR 2500. Thanks ASHRAF

                        Misbehaviour of staff and mismanagement

                        I travelled by indigo flight 6E293 from kolkata to mumbai on 01 jun 15 with family, seats being 15 A to D. I reached the airport 2 hrs prior departure, ie at 0500. After baggage screening, I proceeded to the check in counter (portal d). The lady was arrogant and disappearing from counter at own convenience. After 1 hr duration, when I reached the counter, I was told that checkin would take place at portal b, with no prior intimation. Also...

                        I got my flight ticket booked from delhi to Pune on 1 st June and the money was deducted online via my SBI bank. But I m not sure whether my ticket is booked or not. I tried calling customer care and was on hold for more than 20 mins twice but no reply came as promised 6 mins waiting time. Service of indigo is pathetic and dismal. Even u can't pick up a call. I doubt whether u will help me on the subject matter...

                          I was traveling from Pune to Lucknow via New Delhi on 22nd april. I have checked in my luggage for Lucknow in Pune itself. At Delhi airport, I was waiting for connecting flight after security check and missed the connecting flight as there were no announcement and display screens are not working. I am not the only passenger there were 10-15 passengers, who missed the boarding on that evening due to same reason. When we realize that the flight was gone and talk to your ground staff for help, they talk very rudely. They told me you need to re-book another ticket, there is no option it’s your fault. After long discussion they were ready to re-accommodate on next day flight at the price of Rs. 2450. This sort of journey is mentally harassment to a customer who is paying more in flights for comfortable and fast journey. PNR no. R8JBTZ

                            Hi, Due to the negligence and irresponsibility of Indigo Airlines staff, we missed the flight from Hyderabad to Bengaluru. Our flight was at 4PM today (i.e., 30th May 2015, PNR is B9SWPD) and we reached the Hyderabad airport at 3PM itself. But when we asked for boarding pass showing the booking ticket printout, they told that there is no ticket with your names. After insisting the Indigo staff to check properly, they took around 15-20 minutes and then replied carelessly that your checkin timed out, so we can't give you the boarding pass, which is very ridiculous. We lost our ticket booking money. Now, we are booking another flight for tomorrow. This is very very very bad stuff from the Indigo Airlines. They are not treating their passengers properly. Please do the justice to us properly. Please refund our money back which was lost due to negligence of Indigo Airlines. I will escalate this issue further to Airport Authority of India as well. Waiting for your reply with proper resolution to this issue. Thank you. Regards Chandana

                              I blocked 3 tickets over telephone on dated 04.05.2015 for journey on dated 20.05.2015 from Mumbai to Patna flight no 6E 178 departure time 09:30am. At the time of blocking the seats for me, my husband and 03 years old child, the person attending the call has clearly conveyed the age of child. On the journey date I had been made surprised by boarding pass issuing staff that you have been allotted two seats at emergency exit middle of the flight where journey may not be allowed to a child. However, I have been assured some arrangement will be made and had been suggested to contact Indigo person at the time of final entry for flight. On that point again I had been made shocked when I had been told by a senior lady crew staff of indigo that you and your husband are allotted seats at emergency exit point and your 3 years old child at seat no 1B that was at least 12 rows far from our seats. When I objected who will care to my little child I have been simply told otherwise, you will not be allowed for journey. I am a frequent flyer especially by Indigo Airlines, but this was the first time I had seen quite unhuman, non-sensible, unprofessional face of indigo staff. They not only created big tension to me but also compelled to feel ashamed before my family. Thanks to wonderful team of indigo for arrangement of such type of memorable trip. Kindly, take necessary steps so that no such type of situation may arise before another indigo passengers in future.

                                On 25/05/2015 While booking a flight ticket from Delhi to Calicut, I made my Payment of Rs.5641 through ICICI internet banking.After completion of Payment procedure on-line web page re directed back to Indigo Website and it showed that" session Time out if you already made a payment your money will be credited back within 3-4 working days" But till now I didn't get my money back.My Bank confirmed that my money has been debited from my account.Payment reference number[protected].I request your attention and a favourable action Thank you

                                  Good Morning! All, At the outset, I would like to thank Indigo for excellent services, I always preferred domestic travel with Indigo as your services are one of the best in India. In-addendum, I would like to share my today's experience with your Delhi Airport team. I normally do the web-check-in for my travel. Today, I tried for web check-in early in the morning and it was not working. However, it was my failure that I could not reach at Indigo counter on time and I was hardly 2 - 3 minutes delay for check-in. I reached @ 4:48 am (approx.) and my flight PNR number was Z5VC3S. I requested (Ms. Reena) to do a favor and she bluntly refused my request and she said “whatever, I told you that is final". I requested her to manage my booking to any other flight so that I could reach Bangalore @ 10:00 am or so, she refused to give me any kind of assistance and offered me other flight 10 hours ahead, it was not good option for me as my returning flight from BLR -DEL was in the evening @ 8:50 pm I could appreciate your team if it would helped me in more sincere way and assisted me in more positive way as I had the urgency to reach Bangalore . I would like to request you to compensate my monetary loss. I would be very thankful and looking forward a positive response.

Regret ...please note that my special services / complementary meal (in-spite of the same was booked ) not provided during my onward journey to New Delhi on 21.05.2015 (Refer PNR No FD9NMX; FLIGHT NO 6E 246) from Kolkata. However this special services /complementary meal was provided during the return Journey...Request clarify. 2. It is also very interesting to note that, during my return journey(on 22.05.2015;flight No 6E 201), I requested the flight attendant / Hostesses to collect the book from my Seat, forgotten by me, just before getting in to the A/c bus towards terminal. Surprisingly, she replied that the book is already handed over to some one else with a request to hand it over to me. Reason for such decision by the attendant/ hostesses is not understood.However, kindly intervene and revert the Name / contact no of the Pearson to whom the book was handed over. In my opinion, a CCTV footage or any other security measure inside the flight might be helpful. 3.
