I am a frequent flyer of Indigo and am very much impressed by your on-time flight arrivals.But, that was until yesterday. The incident shook me and showed me other side of Indigo service. Please follow the details below. PNR: JCYCHK Flight: Bangkok to Calcutta (6E-076) Date: 19th Feb, 2015. Incident 1: Megha (crew member) spilled water on me while serving to someone on the other seat. I asked her politely, please be cautious. She replied "It is just water, not a big deal". Instead of apologising and assuring that she would be careful next time she says that its not a big deal?? what kind of reply is that? Since, its is water that means you can go on spilling everywhere. Also, on our electronic devices etc? Incident 2: My wife was ill and had vomited. I took out the sickness bag and gave it to her so that the flight premises can be saved from being filthy. When Bridget (crew member) had come to collect the garbage, I handed over the sickness bag to her. Please follow the conversation below. Bridget: "Sir, ye sickness bag hai isme ulti karte hai. Aap mujhe ye kyu de rahe hai?" Me: "Ulti kiya hai, tabhi aapko handover kar raha hu." Bridget: (in an authoritative tone) "Oh is it!!, . Dekh ke to nahi lag raha hai" Me: "If that is the case, why do not you check it?" After 10 minutes she came back to me with some sickness bag and asked rudely "Whose bag is this?" I replied" How would I know, whose bag is this, I never marked my bag. They all are similar". Bridget shouted on my saying" you have disposed food in this bag, you are not supposed to". I was astounded by such an ll-mannered and rowdy behaviour of your staff. If she s doubting the veracity of the passenger/customer then she should have checked it there and then, rather than bringing some bag and putting false blame on me. Stern action should be taken from your side and you should apologise and compensate for such an action and lack of training of your staff.

      Even after numerous phone calls and innumerable emails, Indigo airlines has not refunded the amount against a canceled PNR FYM1UQ. The Refund transaction ID BMBK[protected] given by the phone and email support are also different! I want the airlines to compensate me for the amount of time, energy and money that made me spend trying to get my money back!

        I am a frequent flyer of Indigo and have been travelling with Indigo for all these years. I am working in Hyderbad for Microsoft and took a flight to Delhi. At the check in counter, my luggage was weighed and was well within the limits and was asked to proceed for the security check. Suddenly, a guy walks up and asks me to go back to check in counter as I had a hand bag and a laptop bag. They weighed again my laptop bag alongwith handbag and said its 3 kg excess. I simple told that my luggage bag had less than 15 kg and so I want to shift in that and remove the excess stuff to adjust weight. They refused to hand me over my luggage bag and said that thats gone from the belt. They forced me to pay for 3 kg although it wasn't needed as I could remove the luggage easily and adjust in my luggage bag that had less than 15 kg. The indigo employee started making a scene on the airport by forcing me to pay. I could have missed my flight and so paid so that I can board the flight on time. This was the most annoying experience of my life, that too flying with the airlines I have always chosen to fly. My flight was 6E -302, hyderabad to delhi, 20 feb 5:20 pm. I again have my return ticket booked with Indigo for 8 March and feel similar experience can happen in future. Name: Akanksha Gupta (M) +[protected], [protected] I would like you to check into this asap and I seek refund for the forceful money charged to me for no reason. I It was like harassing me to pay for something I shouldnt be paying. The fault was totally of the Airline employees for their negligence in checking the baggage at one go and then refusing to return my checked in baggage. I hope this is addressed soon so that I dont have to take it further and I dont loose the trust I had in Indigo.

          Recently I had one of the worst experiences with #goindigo. Not that I had any pleasant experiences before, as a mother, mostly traveling alone with her child. You have given me the most uncomfortable seats, flanked by two gentlemen inspite of telling you that I am still feeding my kid; I have always lifted my luggage onto the belt with an infant in my hand; never been given any special assistance despite the fact that we "pay" for an infant seat too. I overlooked all of it in the name of #economyclasstrouble. But this time around, you were at your worst. A day before I tried to do a webcheckin on the #goindigo website, mostly because each time I reach the counter, they tell me that all the seats are booked and I cant get my preferred one. But then, it did not let me to. I called the #goindigo customer support who mentioned that since my PNR details show that I am traveling with an infant, I will not be allowed to do a web checkin. Well..that's the rule and I accept it. The next day I arrive with enough time in hand. The web checkin guys have a shorter queue, but I am not allowed to stand there, inspite of a 10 kilo frontchildpack and a 7 kilo backpack. Your folks despite watching me struggle with one clearly ignore it. I walk up to them and request them and only then they oblige. That's fine too. Then as I reach the counter, they tell me that my infant's name is not included. I tell them that his name is on the e-ticket and just a day before they didn’t let me to do a web checkin for the very same reason [ I called goindigo and not makemytrip for a webcheckin ]. They don’t budge and ask me to go to the reservation counter. Again I rush around the expansive bangalore airport carrying luggage, half my weight, just 45 minutes before my flight. When I step in, the lady at the counter forgets all her decorum and asks me to simply step out and stand outside the door, while she handles other customers. I step out understanding that it’s a busy day. I tell her that I am getting late for my flight. She comes back and asks me to simply pay for him again and get to my flight asap since I might miss it otherwise. I explain to her that it is not making any logical sense. The #system #knows since I was not allowed a web checkin. She is just not ready to listen. I pay her the money and proceed. I get the last seat, again with two gentlemen. Then onboard, my son vomits and when I ask for assistance they hand me a few dry tissues, ask me to clean up the place and walk away. Well #goindigo every mother carries a tissue pack with her. So with my son on my lap, I clean up everything and settle down. Like this wasn’t enough, all through the flight I had to endure the pain of your air hostesses passing jibes and nasty comments on passengers who are traveling for the first time [ even calling them fools ]. Well #goindigo, all o[censored]s have busy days; system failures happen, but all I ask, is to be a little courteous to your customers since you are not flying us for free. I have always been received by the security checkin staff in a far more humane way than your staff . Well, this time I took time out to write this since you caused me a hell lot of mental and physical trauma and would definitely want my money back [ I am ready to spend my time at the consumer court and media too]

            My name is VINOD AGRAWAL . I was travailing along my wife Smt. Rashmi Agrawal from MUMBAI to DELHI by flight NO 6E 168 on 2o th Feb. We both are senior Citizens. There heavy rush on all booking counters. We saw one counter which was free. We went to that counter and requested to help us and book us . The name of counter was AJILYA. She not only helped us, but also loaded our baggage on the belt. Her treatment to us was marvelous and appreciable.               Hi, This is regarding Booking ref:E9VWUD, I booked by paying a round trip fare of Rs. 23, 182 for my wife and 3 yr old kid travelling to Bangalore from Kolkata on 28th Jan, 2015 and returning back to Kolkata on 15th March'2015. But due to emergency, when I inquired about changing the return flight to 9th March, I was told that earlier booking is non-refundable and for new changed flight booking schedule on 9th March'2015, I have to pay the full fare.The reason given was that my earlier round trip fare was special fare and non refundable for which I have no knowledge and nothing is mentioned on the ticket. Just asking, 23000 which is a way expensive to be considered as discounted fare/special fare is totally non refundable when I am changing the flight almost a month in advance? This is how ridiculous Indigo has become. Thanks, Sameek

                This is regard to your PNR M6IFRP booking which i had made through a travel company. In all my travel stints with Indigo and other airlines, we get a clear message from the airline about the travel schedule a day before. In this case this was not received. In addition, due to other pre-occupation, i missed the itinerary and hence could not take today's morning flight. I had been desperately seeking to speak to your team through the day. In one of the calls i was put on hold for around 90 minutes (1 1/2 hour) and other call a while back i was put on hold for more than 22 minutes. This is actually painful and disgusting. It is requested that a thorough investigation of the SMS failure and also the lackadaisical approach of your help desk team which has resulted in an extremely frustrating experience. Further i would seek accountability on the failure and the consequential losses.

                  sir i m a defence personnel going through lot of travels in a year.50% fare concession was a great help n gesture.but unfortunately it is reduced to 25% which forced me to book a ticket much a cheaper price in air india...i was a frequent flyer who had to change airlines because of new buisness ideas you adopted...hope you understand success remains intact if the base remains right which you were following...good luck

                    Dear Sir, Utter harrasment has been caused my wife and son infant travelling in your flight .Firs the flight was delayed by one hr then /birth certificate asked for infant /then charged Rs 9000 for Infant child travelling./Flight was to take off at 1.45 but delayed .Very bad experience /Worst ever flight operators seen. Why dont alert message is issued urging the passengers to carry a birth certicate to all the infants/child boarding the plane.                       I was booked on Indigo on 18 th feb 2015 Bangalore to Mumbai 8.30am. When I reached the airport we were to.d flight was delayed then at 9am we were told halfway through boarding that runway is closed for aeroshow.the airlines and airport knew the aero show was scheduled in Bangalore and the timings in advance. Why did they take bookings for that time period.they cancelled my tickets and left me stranded. I was travelling for an urgent business meeting scheduled at 11.30 am in Mumbai which caused huge losses and include the stress, trauma and embarrassment caused to me.i had to lose hotel bookings amount, cab to and from the airport.                         Hi,

                        This is regarding Mumbai-Ahmedabad Flight '6E - 213' on 14 Feb at 7.45 AM. I have another Spice jet flight that landed on Mumbai airport at 7 AM. The baggage line takes 15 minutes and I reported to the Indigo counter at 7.15 AM. They have refused and were rude by saying Not Possible statement to me. My whole day was ruined, I need to attend my friends marriage on the same day and its not possible for everyone to buy tickets at any rate and the next flight was at 4.20 PM. This was a loss of time and money. I want my whole money to be refunded. I have booked it through Makemytrip. This is not enough they have sold one ticket on a higher price (i am not sure if this is of my flight) but this was only 15 minutes prior to the flight time. So, they only want money at that point of time. This is one of the bad experience I have. I have missed my flight reaching 30 minutes prior to my time.

                          Sir, I am alankrit bajpai a law student from Raipur. I was traveling from Lucknow to raipur On 17 feb 2015I had a connecting flight which stopped in delhi. I arraived at delhi by flight no. 6E-309 from lucknow to delhi at 4:00 pm. Then my next flight was at 5:40 no. 6E-485 from Delhi to raipur. I had the boarding pass but because of some medical issues i was a bit late to go at my gate number 18. I received no call or any announcement at the airport . I reached at 5 :28 but they did not allow me to go at my flight . Rather they gave me flight which was the next morning at 6:55 am And took 2450 rs. Plus i missed my college and even have to pay the accomodation charges. I need thethe refund of my ticket as well as accomodation charges as it is not my fault.                             Dear Sir, I am Senior Manger In Hindustan Unilever & I am a frequent flier of Indigo air lines, on 12th Feb, my flight no 6E403 was from Mumbai to Nagpur, I got the boarding pass in which, boarding gate no 9 was mentioned so I was sit in front of gate no 9, other passengers of same flights were also sit there, I had also confirmed to your ground staff about the departure time & also gate no, she told me that you will get boarding from Gate no 9, but when I did not get any announcement about boarding, I asked to Ms Poonam, She told me that your flight is about to departure, you have to go to Gate no 1, that time only five minutes was left to take-off the flight, suddenly Myself and other passengers rushed to the gate no 1, in which some were old persons (Two old sardar je), at gate no 1, I asked the contact no of manger to complaint it & I got the mobile no of Mr Hakim, I tried to contact him on phone, but he was not ready to listen any thing & told me that this is your fault, I had also told him that on boarding pass, gate no -9 is mentioned, and you have not made any announcement to shift at gate no 1, other passengers are also sitting there. but he was not in the way to listen any thing at the same time one person start to shouting on me, I asked his name, but he did not tell me as I tried to see his name plate suddenly he turned but when other passengers to stop him this type of behavior & asked his name. He reply that I am Ruchit (or Rukshit) & replied to all passengers" KAR LENA JO KARANA HE, ME BHI DEKH LUNGA" You can understand the behave & working style of your ground staff, by this type of behave I would be never prefer to fly with Indigo & also suggest to my near & dear to not fly with Indigo. I will also discuss to my seniors to not adopt the service of Indigo in future I want to know If your staff misbehave with the passenger, what is the disciplinary matrix & in this case what action you are going to taken.                               IN-HUMAN AND INDESCENT ATTIDUE OF INDIGO STAFFER Kind attention, Management, Indigo Airlines: Dear sir/madam, We are Sorry To Bring To Your Kind Notice That On 14th Feb 2015 Total 7 Of My Team Had To Go To Bombay(Mumbai) And we Booked Your Flight No.6E 319. Vide Pnr No. Ny3Rqt. We Had Reached The Counters At 4.50 Am And Boarding Pass Was Issued before 5:10 AM, After Getting to the Security Check Where Due To Huge Rush And Long Line We Could Able To Manage And Rush To Board Flight By 5:30 Am, Whose Dep Date And Time Was 14th Feb 2015 For 5.50 Am. Your ground staff(the person who was standing at Gate No: )was very rude; he wasted so much time on arguing with us rather than trying to contact the Flight people for entry o[censored]s and he was so reluctant to listen to us and oblize even after we explained him that we all 7 were suppposed to attend our company corporate meeting at Mumbai and also our jobs at threat and he also knew that there were no seats available in the next flight at 8 am. He did not let us check-in to the flight. This was a really terrible and horrifying experience for us and caused a lot of stress and mental egony on us as we requested to board the flight which was not yet started, he was so rude, in-human and have in-descent attitude he was not customer oriented or service oriented. We are going to take action on this and going to file a legal case on this, before proceeding to legal case we though to bring to your kind notice for any support for the damage happened .. Highlighted Points – · We were on time in the Airport .. · We were issued boarding pass on time i.e. before 5:10 AM · We reached in the security check at before 5:15 AM (Held up at security for around 15 minutes) · Dep Date And Time Was 14th Feb 2015 For 5.50 Am, Indigo Staff said he was not allowing us due to the flight door was close, · How could before 20 Min door would be closed ? · We were requesting that we are total 7 Members and all have to attend important Management meet · The person standing at the Gate was reluctant and rude wasted time in arguing rather trying for our check in · We were then forced take other flight i.e. Air India by spending more than 14700/- for each tiekct (one of them per head to attend a meeting, but we were still got late to and were penalised by company for the same ... · We are going to file a legal case for the damage on Indigo airlines..                                 To the concerned authority, My name is vijay anand. Today i boarded Indigo flight from mumbai to chennai. At the Indigo ticket counter at mumbai i faced a problem . Actually i was travelling with my parents who were senior citizens. The lady who servicing at the ticket counter did not know how to behave with the passengers. She told me that I was carrying 11 kg hand luggage which is not allowed. so i discarded some of my things . While removing some of the things i have to search and remove those things which will not be needed. Hence it took me sometime . Here i want to inform you that i was not event in the way of other passengers who were standing and was discarding the things from little away from the counter.                                   Hi, My name is vijay anand. Today i boarded Indigo flight from mumbai to chennai. At the Indigo ticket counter at mumbai i faced a problem . Actually i was travelling with my parents who were senior citizens. The lady who servicing at the ticket counter did not know how to behave with the passengers. She told me that I was carrying 11 kg hand luggage which is not allowed. so i discarded some of my things . While removing some of the things i have to search and remove those things which will not be needed. Hence it took me sometime . Here i want to inform you that i was not event in the way of other passengers who were standing and was discarding the things from little away from the counter.                                     Dear Indigo Team, I Am Sorry To Bring To Your Kind Notice That On 14th Feb 2015 Total 7 Of My Team Had To Go To Bombay(Mumbai) And we Booked Your Flight No.6E 319. Vide Pnr No. Ny3Rqt. We Had Reached The Counters At 4.50 Am And Boarding Pass Was Issued before 5:10 AM, After Getting Security Check Where Due To Huge Rush And Long Line We Could Able To Manage And Rush To Board Flight By 5:30 Am, Whose Dep Date And Time Was 14th Feb 2015 For 5.50 Am. Your ground staff was very rude; they harassed me and also misbehaved at the airport. Even after knowing that I have my baggage was security checked. They did not let me check-in. This was a really terrible and horrifying experience for us and we caused a lot of stress and mental pressure on us as we requested to board the flight which was not yet started to allow, he was so rude, un-human and in-descent attitude of INDIGO staffer who was not even attending to us and was discussing with his colleagues related to some general topic .. You are requested to kindly refund my money or issue me a ticket for tomorrow's travel or a ticket voucher in lieu of the above mentioned ticket in order to restrain me from taking a legal stand against your airline. We are going to take action on this and going to file a legal case on this, before proceeding to legal case we though to bring to your kind notice for any support for the damage happened .. Highlighted Points – · We were on time in Airport .. · We were issued boarding pass on time i.e. before 5:10 AM · We reached in the security check at before 5:15 AM (Held up at security for around 15 minutes) · Dep Date And Time Was 14th Feb 2015 For 5.50 Am, Indigo Staff said flight door was close, · How could before 20 Min door will be closed ... · We were requesting that we are total 7 Members and all have to attend important Management meet · Staff was reluctant and rude and discussion some personnel issues with their colleague rather facilitating us and wasting time.. · We have to take other flight i.e. Air India by spending more than 14700/- per head to attend a meeting, but we were still got late to and were penalised by company for the same ... · We are going to file a legal case for the damage ..

                                      Hi, Me and a friend of mine have an exam tomorrow n we were suppose to be boarding an indigo flight today. The flight was scheduled at 12.25pm which was re scheduled then at 11.50am. we came to the check in line at 10.25 and was still there till 11.10am. The bad management you have of managing your customers. No decency and no proper line management. anybody is pushed forward. No announcements for the emergency check in. We reached the counter for check in at 11.15 and the answer we get is that the flight is closed for passengers and there's nothing they can do. 45-50mins before you don't let us enter!! And just us there were few more people who were dealing with the same issue. Nobody even came forward to call for the flight. We waited enough there people! We had to reschedule our flight which was highly inconvenient and disappointing. We are students who travel on a regular basis but this type of behaviour has never happened before. You people should be ashamed. You people have no customer care values. The employees were laughing there while we were dealing with the situation. No body was even bothered to help us around, You're airlines is pathetic and i am going to put this in as many places as i can. You people have no respect for customers and the casual attitude is very disappointing. I'll recommend everyone never to book flights with you again. Saumya Saksena saumya.[protected]@gmail.com

But when i got to complete the payment an error got occured. Payment got deducted from my account but no ticket has formed. I am so lost and so upset from your service. You have lost all my believe.
