This is with regards to a cancellation of tickets that I made on 12th March, 2015 of two tickets booked through makemytrip.com. The first ticket was for a flight from Delhi to Mumbai on
14th March, 2015 with PNR no. D7VSWJ. Booking id for this ticket on makemytrip.com is NF[protected]
The return flight from Mumbai to Delhi on 15th March, 2015 with PNR no. UB4RTD. Booking id for this ticket on makemytrip.com is NF[protected].
Despite the cancellation on your website, i still have not received refund for the same, while I received sms on my mobile, confirming the cancellation.
Kindly expedite the refund payment to Makemytrip.com

In reference to your complaint, please note that we have found that cancellation was done with the airline directly and we were not kept in loop and that is what caused delay in this refund. Please be assured that we are initiating your refund on both the ID's from our end on 09-Apr-15 and same will reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle. Please also note that we have waived off INR 250.00 MMT service fee as a one time gesture on both the bookings.
