I was booking my ticket Indigo flight no 6E-493 From PATNA-DELHI for 3 persons ( 2 adult, 1 child) for 3rd july 2014. I was making the booking on 14th June 2014.I paid money thru net banking( ICICI Bank). My money got deducted but i did not get any confirmation or PNR generated ticket. I did not receive any failed transaction message either. When will i get my money back?

      I Dr. Sajal Kanti Deb and my friend mr.Gopal Das were unable to boarding the flightno.6E273 ref.M4EZHSafter issuing of boarding card due to non cooperation of indigo staff on16th May2014.after missing of flight indigo staff at Delhi airport told us that there is no flight from del to Agartala to day, though there is flight from Del to Kolkata and kol to Agartala. They(indigo staff) make us bound to purchase ticket of 17th May (6e273 booking ref. statusM4EZHSafter paying extra ammount of Rs.5000+ for Our urgent journey from the indigo counter near reporting counter at Delhi airport.we asked them that it is your duty to arrange our boarding as you have issued boarding cards .As because we are unable to overcome the Big que in the security check on that date But.they denied their responsibility .As a result of hardship we suffered financial loss and mental stress .we had to return back to guest house and to come on next day.this is a kind of negligence and harrasment by the indigo authority even after issuing
      Of flight boarding card is beyond imagination .I am a regular flier by Indigo, now had a wast experience after long time?I therefore request you to compensate the financial loss and harrasment by paying an Ammount of Rs 30, 000(thirty thousand ) Within 2 weeks time from now, After that I will move to consumer court for justifyable. compensation.

        While I was travelling from Houston, TX USA to Coimbatore, I have taken the connection flight as indigo from Chennai to Coimbatore and the carrier number is 6E/375, PNR is YCIQ5X. As i was allowed to bring 43 Kgs in my international Emirates flight, i have taken about 35 Kgs with me. While Check In at chennai, the Indigo staff Vijayalakshmi M. has issued the boarding pass and collected my luggages. Later she informed to pay Rs. 5000 for the excess of 20 Kgs as Indigo allows only 15 Kgs. I have booked the ticket at the cost of Rs. 2500 but the luggage cost is twice than the ticket cost so i have planned to cancel the ticket in indigo and take a new ticket from Spice Jet (who allows the same weight which the international carrirer allows) but Indigo staff has refused to cancel the ticket as the Boarding Pass has been given. Second i have planned to take my luggages and send courrier from chennai but she again refused and not given my luggages which is already check in. I left with no other option so i have paid Rs. 5000 and travelled in that flight. This was very bad experience and i am informing all my colleagues NOT to take indigo flight to travel any where due to this very bad experience and poor service of Indigo carrier.

I checked in line, c3 .On reaching Jaipur I found My security seal was broken and my Samsung tab 3, 7.1 was missing from my luggage. please let me know how to proceed on this.                 This is to bring to your kind notice that on 27th April 2014. I booked indigo flight 6E-126 (ticket no – ZE5L4E-1 & ZE5L4E-2 through Yatra.com) from Bangalore to New Delhi at 7:50 AM. This is my first flight experience, where I standed in the queue from 6:55am and didn’t get any alert from your staff regarding the last call. At last when I reached to the counter it was almost 7:15am. The boarding pass was not given by your staff where they told me that i was late which wasn’t the case .when we requested them continuously by wasting our time at last they told me that booking got closed, we can’t provide the boarding pass now. No proper service was provided to us. Ground staff was very rude, and the duty manager on (morning shift) argued unnecessarily and wasted my time further and shamelessly told me to complaint and escalates this issue. when I requested them to refund some amount to the next flight but they didn't helped us. But we have to go on that day (no other way other than booking new ticket ) so I booked ticket from your (Indigo) counter for the next flight which costs me around Rs 22, 760 (for 2 tickets) and where it was at 9:40am. This was a really terrible and horrifying experience for me and it caused a lot of stress and mental pressure.                   Indigo Flight No. E 511, Chennai to pune Booking reference UZ8JYE & VDRCUH We were 11 persons out of them 1 is pregnant lady, 1 heart patient & 3 Childs below 4 years . We reached at 11.06 a.m. But I was not given the boarding pass stating that we are late . Your ground staff was very rude; they harassed me and also misbehaved at the airport. Even after knowing that I have my baggage was security checked. They did not let me check-in. There is no any any co –operative, helping nature in your staff . They have not suggested any other options for me. This was a really terrible and horrifying experience for me and I caused a lot of stress and mental pressure on me as I am a patient of high blood pressure.                     I flew from Chennai to Singapore by Flight No 6E 53 on 06-May-2014( 21:50 Local Time).My PNR number is 0D6F9U. I am very disappointed by the in flight catering services as they do not accept Indian Rupees. My concern is an Indian flight flying from India to Singapore is not accepting Indian currency, I don't understand what type of Service Indigo is trying to display to the customer. This is a pure stupidity on the part of Indigo in not accepting Indian Rupees operating from India. How do you expect a traveller from India to posses US dollars or Singapore Dollars. If this is the case please get your company to operate yourself outside in the country of currencies you accept.

                      I tried booking a ticket from Imphal to Delhi for 04 Jun 2014 on 05 May 2014 at 03:03 pm using the much fancied "Indigo" App which I downloaded from GooglePlay. The charges for 02 (two) passengers was 12998.00. The same amount was deducted from my SBI Card even as the last page of the "Indigo" app shows that the booking was unsuccessful. Now I am in a dilemma. The Paysite Citrus emailed me saying I had been charged of 12998.00 even though I haven't got any ticket from Indigo. Citrus told me that my merchant transaction no. is a75118b0028a423384a6867e32d8bc75 and my transaction reference no is CTX[protected].

                      I request the airline to refund my cash as soon as possible.

                      Hi I had the same experience as yours... waiting for the refund which they say would take 7 to 10 working days.

                        I took a flight from Banglore to Bhubaneswar via Hyderabad today (3rd May 2014, 6:40 am). The hang luggage which I was carrying got off-loaded at Hyderabad. Reaching Bhubaneswar, the arrival crew checked with Hyderbad authorities who traced it and gave its exact description. The arrival crew asked me to collect it in the evening, from the next flight from Hyderabad.

                        Now they say, they have no track of any such luggage. They haven't even bothered to search it up and call me back.

                        The packet is a deep blue color poly bag of 'Duty Free' containing chocolates from Germany worth Rs 6000. I am forced to believe someone has deliberately misplaced it.Please help me track it back, or if otherwise, let me know whether I can be compensated for it.

                          I would like to raise the following concerns with Indigo Senior Management. 1. Flight cancellation was notified only 1 day prior 2. All the adults were moved in one flight and all children in another without our knowledge. It happened with 3 families travelling with me. 3. I had to be over the call with customer service for half of my day during the travel when I was supposed to do my local sightseeing which I finally missed. 4. Staff at Srinagar Airport terminal was very rude and gave me warning to call Security when I was requesting to move the parents and children in same flight. My overall experience with Indigo was pathetic. I lost lot of my time with them over the phone which I could have enjoyed in local sightseeing. I would never like to travel with this airline again in future.

Flt # Date From To Depart Arrive Seat # 6E321 27th March 2014 Delhi - Goa 11.20 am to 01.50 pm Booking reference: P3FNSH I would like to address the concerned authority about the subject matter Hi this is Yashodhra Chauhan, along with my 2 sisters named (Ankita Chauhan and Laxmi Pandita) I had booked the Flight no (6E321) Delhi to Goa 11.20 am, I reached to check in counter 40 minute before and they didn’t allowed me to board the flight as I was just 3-5 minutes late, because half the counters are vacant, and there was very long queue and when our turn came it was around 10.40 am. But they could have allowed me along with my 2 sisters, three o[censored]s Traveling first time; I requested many times all in vein but they did not allow us, I told her that Its your mistake, I am in the queue from past 15 minutes no body intimated about the closure of the counter .The response of the lady in check-in counter is so bad. She said it’s closed and talking to someone else and no even minding me. I was standing in queue before this. If I calculate all the time i reached the counter in time and they dint allow me to check-in. They are not refunding the money for the ticket too. They said they will accommodate in next flight in the afternoon and i have to pay Rs 7100 extra/ person = 21306..It was so Humiliating for me, because we don’t carry that much cash with us, with no option left I have to pay the fare difference for the next flight Of Rs 21306 through my Credit card. I NEED THE MONEY BACK. it was horrible experience with the indigo Ground Staff. I need proper justice as the delay was caused due the authority's own concern and eventually passed on to me.                                 This is to inform you, i was suppose to travel by INDIGO, PNR No.F9PUVQ, Flight No.6E-21 from Delhi to Dubai, Departure time- 16.55 Hours.But I was offloaded from the airport at immigration check counter. Reason provided for offloading- No POE stamp on the passport.I was informed about the same at the end moment where there was no possibility of taking any action for getting stamp done.There was no time left to get it done. Further extension or refund of ticket was also not given. Now i want refund of the ticket as non boarding of flight was due to reason provided above which was beyond my control.Thus i request you for refund of ticket fare of amount AED1033.

                                  Our seat A28A, 28B, travelled by 6E 238 from Jaipur to chennai on 01/03/2014, departure by 9.20 am and instead of reaching chennai airport by 1.20 pm, flight took us to Bangalore due to permission not granted to land at Chennai airport, and we were landed in Bangalore airport at 5.30 pm on01/03/2014, and we were given another Boarding passim 6E 272, seat 9A and 9B for me and for my wife and took off from Bangalore by 8.40 pm reached Chennai airport at 10 pm, so total delay for reaching chennai from Jaipur was about 9 hrs. 2. I booked all above tickets through clear trip vide Trip ID [protected]..and taken ICICI Lombard insurance . For claim for trip delay ICICI LOMBARD wants certificate from INDIGO, so I request you to issue me the certificate for trip delay in hours, so I can claim from them, Travellers Jayaraman Nagarajan Vijayalakshmi nagarajan

                                    This is with reference to the limits for a person traveling international. Please advise anyone traveling on your airlines that they will be charged extra for the luggage. I am disappointed that the third party websites, do not show this when purchasing the tickets. Am looking to see if I can sue yatra.com in this regard.

                                      I'm Neeraj Mittal My PNR No.is L5B1QP my flight tickets are cancelled by the website's or indigo computer's fault and from that moment only i have been with the customer care but they are not considering my case important and i have also complaint to customer relations but they are also not responding to me please study my case and contact me as soon as possible they said i will get a response in 24 hrs but today there 48hrs due but there is no response and in these hrs i have been with customer care for more than 15hrs but i am not getting any response and we have thrown complaints to customer relations but there is no response and also they have given us the wrong no..till today i am not getting any response please call me on my cell [protected], [protected] as this is a serious matter and call me immediately
