I have applied in indigo airlines for visiting officer post. The girl who called me her name is "kajal" for asking the details and my documents she told me she is the hr of company. And asked me to submit rs2500 for registration fee. I gave it and after that few days later she asked me my documents and medical report along with rs10, 000 for uniform and document. I asked her why she is asking for this amount she told me its for uniform purpose and then i transferred the amount. Later, she called me and asked me for rs10, 000 more for police verification purpose. I asked about why such amount she is asking always. For what purpose i had already submitted 12500 total amount. So, she said if you will not submit the verification amount your documents will be cancelled and when i asked her to refund my amount and i am not interested now to do this job. She referred to her senior ma'am her name is "preeti" who asked me th verification amount and told me if you will not submit you will get refunded only rs2500 out of 12500 which i've totally submited.
Please if anyone help me to get back my amount from this fraud. I will be highly obliged. Help me out of this please.

    Dear sir,
    I have booked air tickets (For my brother and my son) from chennai to hyderabad in indigo airlines. Day before i got message as the flight was cancelled. Hence, i am asking to indigo to refund my ticket amount rs 8800/- as the flight was cancelled by indigo airlines.
    But, till now indigo not refund my amount, instead of they are telling to use credit shell.
    As per credit shell other persons couldn't use to book. Hence i couldn't use credit shell as my brother and my son are in different states.
    I am not interested to use credit shell. But indigo not accepting and not refund my amount.

      I booked a ticket on 9march with pnr no jj88wz. When the flight was cancelled on 28th march due to covid - 19 and the ticket amount become use as a credit shell. But here the condition of indigo is different from other airlines company that if ticket was booked from other travel agent or i'd we can't redeemed credit shell. Now my credit shell become useless due to their unnecessary and stupid condition. It seems like fraud condition of company.

        Three days later i saw an ad in olx and i called them, they asked my qualifications details, experience. Im a degree graduate so that they offered me cashier job at cochin airport for indigo airlines. And after that they asked me to pay 2500 after sending decuments such as educational qualification, passport size photo, resume, bank account details . After that a day later they were calling me to a telephonic interview, next day morning they informed me that im qualified on that interview and after that they asked me to pay 6500 for verification such as address verification, police verification and i paid it, next day they saked me to pay 10500 for uniforms, face to face interview, walkytalky, etc.. and i piad it after that i didn't get interview and so i called them they said sorry all their Har department are sealed due to a person who detected as corona+ve and they said i have to wait till tomorrow.
        The next is the day i realised that they frauds, because, they sent me an Letter on mail job guarantee letter . So that i searched on Google and their indigo logo was " perfectly editted " that's how i know it

                I am booked 2 ticket 09 march 20 & 16 april 20, but that two flights has cancelled for lock down, 27 may i call to indigo customer care they give me suggestion that this two booking amount will be refund my bank account within 10 to 15 days, but when refundable money not come back my account i am calling again, then indigo customer care tell me this amount will not refund in my account, i can book my flight again from this amount, valid for 1 year, but i will not travel 2 year because corona, so my amount will be wast, so i request that please refund my money in my bank account.

                  I am traveling with my wife and son from delhi to coimbatore. While doing web check-in i didn't select any seat. Indigo allowed me three different seat including my 2.10 years old son. I am traveling amid pandemic situation. How come indigo allot different seat for my 2 years old kid. Does it mean that my son should sit near a stranger in this pandemic situation. Indigo is clearly taking advantage of the system in the name of paid seat. My pnr no: dj7w3g.

                      Dear sir, indigo have mentioned that they have processed full refund of rs. 9016 against my indigo air ticket pnr nos. Kerqni (Booking id: emt[protected] in easemy trip.com website.in this regard, it is to point out that full ticket amount against above pnr is rs. 17, 486 instead of rs. 9016.
                      I had requested them to recheck and process for correct amout of refund. But, they did not agree

                        I had booked a flight to guwahati.. But due to corona issues i had to cancel that travel... I cancelled my ticket on may 29 and the message was like it will be refunded within 5-7 workibg days but still no refund is made

                          This is in regard that i have booked a direct flight for my father & brother from dehradun to mumbai on 25th may 2020 with pnr number egslsc.
                          It was really urgent for the two to come thats why we booked the flight immediately when the flight resumed.

                          But the flight got cancelled, then we again booked a ticket for 2nd june 2020 with pnr number fmpjmn. It was a via flight from delhi. Whereas dehradun to delhi flight was working, delhi to mumbai got cancelled.
                          We were really pissed & i spoke to senior executive of indigo mr rohan & senior exectutive of goibibo mr rakesh.
                          As there was no other flight of indigo was operating till 8th june 2020. So i asked for a full refund. Indigo refused paying full refund. I told goibibo to book my flight through another airline, they said, they are bound & cant book in another airline.
                          After huge discussion, i finally agreed to take a direct flight on 8th june 2020. Now, i have got to know that this flight is also cancelled.
                          Indigo flights to mumbai are all getting cancelled. Indigo says we will deduct 3.5k per passensger. Can respected authorities please tell me what is my fault in flight cancellation. Because of indigo's policy, i cant use credit shell to book ticket from another airlines.
                          Indigo is taking advantage of customer's vulnerability & that too in these difficult times.
                          What will i do of credit shell. My father & brother are stuck in dehradun. They need to get back home.
                          And, because of indigo's worthless policies, it is being really difficult for me to utilise my own money.

                          I request the authorities to kindly refund my whole amount asap. So that i can use it to get my father & brother back home.
                          My father & brother are stuck there.in these difficult times, with every passing moment, it is being really difficult for them to stay away from home.
                          Goibibo doesnt intervenes & says they cant help it.
                          I am badly stuck. Kindly get me full refund. Please help me.

                            I have book a ticket against pnr njuf7g. Indigo cancelled my ticket and give credit shell against refund. And i don't want credit shell, want refund so i change my airline becoz indigo refused to go.
                            So it's my request provide full refund from indigo as they cancelled flight itself only

                                  On 29th my son checked in baggage to board the indigo flight from bangalore to mumbai.

                                  He reached the gate at 7:25, 10 minutes prior gate closing, confused as no one were going and next there was an announcement of gate closing. He ran to the person incharge to let him pass but no cooperation was given. Hence he missed not only the flight to mumbai but also connecting international flight from mumbai to iran.

                                    Hello indigo team,
                                    I had 02 booking with pnr# hwvfgh & cfe2jf from bhopal to mumbai for 01st of june and the flight got cancelled due to covid with the msg received in below mail.

                                    I want to travel now but indigo do not have any flight now showing for bho to bom and now i want to book with other airlines hence need refund. Indigo chat support executive is suggesting me to create the credit shell of this refund which can only be used on same passenger's name and within 01 year but i do not fly so frequent and currently forced to flight by other airlines because indigo is not operating between bhopal to mumbai.

                                    Please urgently help in arranging the full refund.

                                      I wanted to book a flight from indigo from kochi to indore. Thus following the most genuine procedure, i went to indigo airlines official website (https://www.goindigo.in), selected the details and payed the amount of rs. 5736 for a seat in flight number 6e-7262 (Atr).

                                      But to my surprise, no ticket was booked but the amount was debited. Neither have i received any receipt. The screenshot of same has been attached. And i have tried every number available on internet to contact them but no one receives the call. I have been kept waiting for as long as 20minutes over call, but all goes in vain.

                                      Please resolve my concern.
