I booked a round trip Indigo flight from Bangalore to Ranchi from Amazon-cleartrip platform. My ongoing flight got cancelled by the airlines due to lockdown but they haven't cancelled my return flight. As I asked them to cancel the return flight also they are denying it to be round trip and telling to cancel by my end at the cancellation fee.

    I have booked a flight tickets from bangalore to penukonda on 24.12.2019 for the date[protected] with pnr bgt* for 5 passengers. I contacted the airlines for refund as lockdown period is on. They replied that the amount is safe in credit shell which is valid for * year and compelled us to travel at later date and if don't want to travel then cancellation charge of rs.* per passenger will be deducted. It means the airlines is compelling us to travel. Please help me to get the amount refund back.

        Hello,

        Her name is aditi dutta. She was not helpful. She was not replying my any message on indigo chat support.
        This was very embarrassing. I kept on texting her because i want to know about the refund status amount of my booking. She had replied after 15 minutes. How may i assist you?
        I mean what the hell is this..
        Seriously disappointed by the chat support from indigo.
        I have attached the screenshots.. You can see the time difference.

          I have raised the concern to indigo for refund of my ticket amount cancelled due to c-19. As per government guideline if take has been booked in 1st lockdown period then airline need to refund the amount.

          Indigo team raised request but there is no amount created in my account.

            I booked round trip flight in indigo with pnr - mh3tvc. Flight was from bhubnaeswar to kolkata on 11th may. And return on 15th may 2020 from kolkata.
            Indigo canceled my flight and informed me through email that they will not refund my money but keep my money with them in the form of credit shell. I have an urgent need of my money so i requested through email (Customer. [protected]@goindigo.in, customer. [protected]@goindigo.in) to their customer care that as you are not providing the services so refund my money back to me in the same account from where i made the tickets against my pnr - mh3tvc. But indigo in the return email refused to refund back to me.

            This is an illegal and unethical act by the airline company indigo. I want my money to be returned back same like indian railways.

              1. Happy easygo not responding just prolonging making delays with different probabilites of replying email - not satisfied.

              2. My pnr tpzchx cancelled by airline - due to covid-19, requesting for august 6th dated from maa to ccu in indigo flights. So far no positive replies. Delaying

              3. Kindly do the needfull and provide me the link so that i can reschedule by paying diffence amount.

              4. I tried so many emails, getting diplomatic answers but results not in a fruitfull way. Look to have amiable action from your end.

              5. Further failing will escalation to airport seva, &civil aviation sector.

              6. Kindly do the needfull further without delays.

                Booked four ticket on 7th april 2020 from kochi to mumbai.
                Pnr no. Aiwd4g. Flight time 2.30 am on 7th april 2020.
                Ticket booked with specific purpose that flight will reach around 5 am as such my grand children in a position to report school at 8am on 7th being opening day. We are staying @nerul, navimumbai and childrens studing don bosco higher secondary school nerul (Cbsc)

                Indigo without our notice changed flight time afternoon on 7th april 2020 which resulted in cancellation four ticket.
                Normally they should have been given a chance to cancel our ticket. They deducted 9000 plus as cancellation charges and paid only 1700. Customer care centre suppressed the fact &acted in favour of co. They offered a conditional offer to travel the same person within one year period which rejected as my wife and myself 72 years plus..
                Pray full refund with penal interest

                  Refund our money which we had booked flight ticket for 16 April.. We don't know whether we will have travel or not.. So if you refund it Will be good for us... and the money which we Will get back it will be useful for our needs... As situation is not good in present time...

                      I was booked flight from nagpur to bangalore with travel date 10 april 2020 and bangalore to nagpur with travel date 15 april 2020. But due to lock down flight was cancelled. But they have not refund full amount. When i initiated the refund request, they told you are not eligible for refund. I want full refund amount of my booking. I request you to help me.

                        Tkt cancelled on 31-01-20 asking for refund since then but only reply i get is that they have processed the refund. As of 05-05-20 i have not received any refund. They are not providing any refund document or any arn no. They also charged me cancellation charges which i saw later & asked for the refund & now they are giving that cancellation charge as a refund in form of credit shell. 1 pnr & two different forms or refund?? Refund in the credit card is still not received.

                          Indigo is not refunding my money to my bank account from where i have done the payments. I have contacted several times, but after one and a half months also, they are yet to refund my money. I am a girl with limited income. Kindly help me to get my refund.

                              It is cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic. As per DGCA refund guidelines, i should get complete refund of 3367 INR, but i have received only 2786 INR only.

                                Hi team, on friday (20th mar) i tried to book tickets (Ref number:xktnxj) in the flight (6e-411) scheduled for mar 22nd.
                                It clearly stated "hold cancelled" and my tickets got cancelled.
                                Meanwhile my account was debited with rs 12, 221.

                                After that, i went ahead and booked another ticket in the same flight (Pnr:sjr1qz).

                                Please let me know how to get the refund. Now i see that the cancelled ticket is somehow confirmed with pnr (:diy12j).

                                I reported for the same to indigo airlines on their customer service portal, but i didn't got any reply regarding the same for closing the problem with positivity.

                                        I have booked a flight through paytm on 19 th april for the journey on 04th may assuming that the lockdown ends.
                                        Why would they not refund the money instead? This is a cheap and unprofessional business trick that indigo is putting money in the credit shell. I might not get the flight for the same cost another day. Also, they have only refunded the ticket amount but not the processing fee.

                                        I would like the complete refund into my payment bucket back (Not the credit shell) as i generally don't travel in flights. As it was cheaper, i booked it. But will never again do this mistake of booking with indigo.
