png duplicate bill

Sir,
This is regarding bp no. [protected]. I am fed up with the igl customer services. I took this png connection in feb 2019 for that i received a bill in apr 2019 on my registered mail id. It was a estimated bill of 791/- not actual bill, no meter reading was shown. After that i am waiting for my next bill till now. No meter reading uptil now has been taken, and when i asked they noted down the meter reading verbally. Now, my bill...

For png new connection booked it has been dated 29/10/2018 by mr raj kumar shukla after more than two months, so far no connection has been fitted in my house. Many times the call has been made to the customer care number but no nresult. Our bp no:-[protected]. Please try to get executed soon.

permanent disconnection of gas

I want to disconnect my gas connection png permanently because we are shifting our house so that's why we have to disconnect our png gas connenction.

complaint against igl gas pipeline

payment did not move to correct account number

Please be informed that i have already made the payment of rs. 884/- through paytm on 20th may (Attached bill pyament) however the payment is referring to wrong bp [protected] as i have made payment for bp [protected]. Every time i call the customer care team they gave me fake assurances that payment will be moved in correct account number till now the issue is not resolved. refund of security deposit

I have requested refund of security deposit vide e-mail (Dtd. 24th may 2018) alongwith all relevant documents viz. Sd acknowledgement slip, sd refund form, cancelled cheque and application for refund etc. With subsequent reminders, but till date the case has not been processed.
When contacted over phone every time the agency informs that they will process the case within a week but it seems do not want to refund the amount....

regarding wrong address and excess billing

Dear sir/madam,
I find from the records that a wrong address is being mentioned on the bill every time.
My correct address is a-2/226 and not a-2/266
Secondly billing for the current period is also doubtful. Kindly arrange to get it re-read. During the current period there is very less possibility of consumption to the extent of 29 units.

I requested a PNG connection in month of March'2018 which was activated in first week of May'2018...but till now my "CONTRACT ACCOUNT" number has not been generated because of this I am not able to LOGIN to online services.

I have written so many mails to "customercare.[protected]@igl.co.in" but of no use..

can you please look into this matter as soon as possible.

ownership transfer

I had a png connection in my apartment in noida. Bp number [protected]. I have sold my apartment and i submitted a request to transfer the ownership to the buyer as per the advice from call centre. All the required documents have been submitted but it’s been 6 months and there has been no action. Every time i call a ticket is generated and it’s closed without resolution. They promise call backs after investigation but that never happens....

bp number information

Dear sir/mam,

I am resident of amrapali silicon city, sector-76, noida, uttar pradesh. I have lost the information about my bp number so it will be great if you can share the same with me.
I submitted all documents, cheque everything in july, 2015. After that i was not living in that house, igl pipeline connection outside my house was installed in 2015 itself.

I advocate vikas sood residence of b-49/a rajan babu road adarsh nagar delhi-110033 is a no png user. A power gas point has been fitted on the wall of my house from which the connection has been given to the adjacent house. wrong billing

Png connection was installed in 2016 in my apartment 156, second floor, jasola vihar, new delhi-25. The meter is installed inside my premise and is not accessible from outside.
Since the connection was installed, apartment is under lock & key. Not a single unit has been consumed. I went abroad soon after installation of the connection and returned last month. I am currently living in zakir bagh and not in jasola...
