Pipe line in my house fitted long back. Under ground pipe line in front of my house has already lying since long. Many time complained through customer care. There was a bad experience of your services.
You are hereby directed to remove your pipes and meter from my house as your company is unable to provide servies.

    I had applied for IGL gas connection three months ago and also gave its check, it has been almost three months but after three months, no executive has visited my house or contacted me, while I have given it twice. When someone talked to Mr. Prashant ji, he said to send his executive soon, but till now no one has come. And I had also told that there is a gas line under my house.

      Sir, we have not been staying in our house at Delhi since 2017 due transfers to Agra, Jaipur and now recently to Delhi. Though we have come to Delhi but staying in Govt Accomodation. We have been continuously receiving bills even without usage and have paid in complete.
      Your meter readers have been sending SMS that in case house is found locked a general bill will be sent.
      Please be kind to help and resolve the issue of bills without usage. Also is there any possibilities of refunding the extra charge levid upon us since 2017.

      We will not be using our premises and will inform once we shift. You are requested to kindly provide us 48 hrs notice before the meter reader comes.

        Respected sir It is to bring to your kind notice that as per your lastest bill sent to me total consumed gas 43kg wef 5/3/23 to 21/6/23 for 109 days needs to be rectified since a lump sum bill for Rs. 1749.39 without any consumed unit and also within above said period sent to me had already been paid in time before due date. How can it be possible to add as arrears in latest bill that is not correct and the is objectionable since this is totally wrong which is being charged from me in reception it is requested to kindly look into the matter and the bill may please be rectified. Rectified bill also sent be in time so that I my may not suffer for any extraordinary charges. Thanks

          I applied for a new gas connection ( BP No. [protected])
          in 2014 for the flat where I was renting in an apartment in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi. I paid a security deposit of Rs, 6000/- from my bank account. Now I have shifted to a new flat and got the old connection disconnected and applied for refund. Now IGL is saying that since the bill was issued in my landlord's name so they will refund to my landlord's bank account only. My landlord never applied for a new connection, never paid any security amount, never paid a single bill, why is IGL telling me that they will refund to my landlord. I have exchanged couple of emails to IGL customer care but they are simply refusing to listen.

            This is regarding BP number [protected] allocated to Manish Trivedi. We have observed wrong meter reading captured and wrong meter number is allocated to my BP number. After contacting to IGL, we came to know that two meters are allocated to my BP number. We have tried reaching to IGL customer care via phone numbers mentioned but no action has been taken. We have already shared screenshots of current meter reading to IGL numbers provided [protected], [protected].We also have screenshot first meter reading when we have updated to our name. Whenever we have contacted IGL customer care, we have been informed team has visited and house is locked. If house is locked, no call has been made to us from IGL representative. Also, we have not been informed that IGL representative is about to make a visit. Also, if anyone from outside makes a visit to society, notification comes to us from MyGate app but nothing came, which clearly confirm no visit has been done and request is closed without taking action.Request for quickest resolution.

              The company has not installed the pipeline that it was supposed to. I am a resident of India and I had registered for the services provided by IGL . I have called the company several times but they have been putting it off for almost an year now. As a result we have to keep buying gas cylinders till date. Please hurry the procedure of final installation, the entire building's residents are aggreived.

                Regarding New PNG Connection Installation

                Hi have applied connection on 23rd of May 2023. The security amount of rs 7000 also deducted 2 weeks back. whenever we are calling to customer care they are saying we are assigning a installation Team for you new connection but from last 2 weeks no one visited. I need clarity on it. Registered mobile number is [protected]. Kindly arrange a call back on this number with perfect solution this time. this is seriously frustrating situation now...

                My B.P No is [protected].. I made a complaint to your customer care vide my e-mail dated 23.03.23 in which it was pointed out that I cleared payment for the consumption up to 1564 units against the claim lodged through your invoice no[protected]. In the next bill an amount of Rs.761.59 was claimed showing the consumption as 0 unit. Nobody from your company came to take the reading and the amount was paid by me treating the same as an interim bill. But your next final bill no[protected] had not taken this amount of Rs.761.59 into account. This may please be checked into carefully and the said amount of Rs.761.59 which had been paid to you may kindly be refunded at the earliest.

                  We have applied for new connection at our home on 25 Jan 2023and deposited necessary documents and made the payment. Everyone in neighborhood has got it. we were told that in 2-3 weeks it will be installed but its been 5 months and yet we haven't received any response regarding installation. Infact the previous person asked for bribe but now since he has left still no progress.

                    A few weeks ago, our neighbour got his pipeline installed through IGL and for that they dig multiple holes in the road but did not clean the debris after which has coused many accidents nearby as thet afre children playing in our area and they have collected debris in various areas and no one came to clean it even after complaining many times on their Customer Support by the neighbour.
                    I wanted a proper and fast action in this regard by IGL as soon as possible.

                      Gas flames is bi-directional upward and at bottom also leads to wastage and accidental damages to gas stove as well
                      And all this beacause your engineer has done something to my gas stove to make it compatible with supply

                        Since your engineer starts the gas connection and does something to the gas stove for working but after they left we check and when gas stove is used at it full capacity flames direction in bottom is more

                            Today (16th May 2023) two people had come from IGL to complete the installation of my Gas Connection at my residence (T4-1803, Sunworld Arista, Sector 168, Noida).
                            Out of them, Mr. Rohit (Mobile No. [protected]) charged my wife Rs. 500 for the Gas pipe and for changing the inlet of my stove from the left side to the right side. I understand the IGL does not charge for such services but you may please confirm.
                            I am attaching the photos of my meter and the work done for your reference.

                              I applied for a new connection on the 6th April. For which I had to subsequently follow up and got the documents submitted two weeks later, because no one from IGL cared to reach out to for the same.

                              Such a laidback service. I had to later follow up for the next steps as well. No one from the induration team did reached out to me. The payment was done on the 27th April.
                              Now we are sitting across half of May and the connection has not yet been installed.
                              Please give me a contact to raise a grievance and get this escalated.

                                I have received a bill for Rs. 2000+ due from July 2022 till now.
                                Whereas, every 2nd or 3rd-month somebody comes to my house, takes the photograph of meter and I pay the due bill.

                                Now you are telling me that those bills I have been paying were estimated bills??
                                This is total scam. Who are those people who enter on your behalf? Why am I receving those bills regularly from you? Why this big bill now?

                                  I have applied for new connection from one and half years. Gas pipes have been fitted in my residence at B-68, Ist Floor, Old Jankipuri, Near Bal Bharti Jain School, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. Meter has also installed. But now formal connection in earth has been given so far despite repeated reminders. The colony has several IGL gas connection. It is requested that new IGL gas connection may please be started at the earliest possible.

                                    Sir, I filled cng in my car on[protected] at 07:55 AM moti Bagh (Shantipath) the person of station call me sir your cng is filled I give the money Rs. 415/- but I reached hardly 100 meter the meter of car show the same reading as before the filled, in busy scheduled I not reached the station on same day but tomorrow I reached the station and call the station lady staff manager but she refused me to solve the problem. So I requested you sir please solve the problem because they cheated me in fraud case.
