I have IGL pipeline gas connection from past 2 years and there was no problem until the person visited house said have to check the meter from IGL. He have mobile with all the data of nearby IGL customers.

I received my bill yesterday on my mail id & registered mobile number, and was horrified to note that the bill amount is Rs 4393, this when I have paid regularly EVERY Bill . My bills for...

I have IGL pipeline gas connection from past 14 years and there was no problem until they installed new metre of RAYCHEM brand.
My usual unit consumed per month ranges 12-15 units per month after installation of new meter it sudden shoot upto 34 units per month which is way to high.
After complaining they found defect in meter as it was making strange noise so IGL installed a meter of AEM brand...

Please temporarily disconnect gas supply of bp no. [protected] at the following address:

The connection is not in use for 4-5 months but minimum charges are being levied. An early action is requested.

There is some issue with the billing amount generated this time for my connection. My bill generally comes between 200-500 Rupees. And this time my bill is 1554 Rupees? When I called Customer care, I was told my BP is also tagged to some Mr. Mahender. I also at times get SMS from IGL referring to Mr. Mahinder. But...

You are requested to please advise to the concerned person to shift the IGL pipe line at 16A/1501, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad from one place to another place (same location).

I am dialling your customer care number last four days but number is continuously busy, hence sending the on line complaint.

please look into the matter ASAP.

Hi Team, I am not able to register for IGL online portal as "CONTRACT ACCOUNT" not auto populated while registering for online service for BP number :- [[protected] ].

We have received bill for March on 08.03.2023 and the due date is 29.03.2023
I contacted customer care because the amount of bill is more than the gas we have used.
Customer care member informed us that we are getting estimated bill for March month.
Why do we pay estimated bill, and not the actual bill?

I want you to provide us actual bills of each month and get the meter box checked....

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am siddharth, live in gandhinagar, bhopa road, muzaffarnagar. the png gas pipeline working properly in gandhinagar since a long time. But the gas pipeline is not come in our street. and the gas pipeline is going through our street.

I applied for new connection at Gaur Grandeur, sector 119, Noida, It's been more than a month, but really very slow & pathetic response from IGL team, struggling to get connection installed but all in Vein...

My BP no is[protected]. Meter has not been installed despite repeated complaints on customer care...

Connection not provide on our bp no [protected] and [protected] sitll date however we had applied one and half year ago and many time contact to local vendor but still not resolved. so do needful...

I have applied for a new connection. your mechanic has fitted the iron pipe wrongly. This was brought to light before the activation of the connection. THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE, modification has been requested. Today work has been done but 1125 Rs has been charged. my connection is yet not activated. what is the fault of the consumer. it is the fault of your mechanic who has fit the pipe wrongly. therefore you are requested to refund the money....
