Sir my name is NASIMUDDIN MIDDYA loan account no WCH04241H I am very ashamed to make this request to you but I am very helpless in this pandemic situation. actually A little late to pay my EMI as I have been doing my business properly due to the covid 19 situation for the past one year.Although I am late to pay, I give my every month with bounced charges.This July I made an EMI with Bounce charges payment online. Suddenly I got a call from your branch telling me that my overdue today is Rs. 9100.I will contact the branch manager and find out that I will clear this page next month but he does not listen to me and starts talking to me in bad language and And I was threatened that he would come from my house and pick up my bike and leave.Sir, I am very ashamed not to do such torture.Give me about a month, I'll fix the overdue amount, but I'll clear the emi every month.

Please note the loan for deal number - WCxxxx241H started in November 2018 and till July 2019, the EMI's were regularized. However, we note from August 2019 till July 2021, 21 EMI's have been returned due to insufficient funds. Despite, several follow-ups, the deal still has 4 months EMI in overdue status. You are required to immediately remit the outstanding EMI, and to ensure that all future EMI's when presented are cleared on time.

There has been no service deficiency at Bank's end.

        Debit freeze of savings account

        My savings account is under debit freeze from nearly 5 months, i visited home branch many times and they just say that have received an attachment order on my account. But they never tell me what was the reason in the attachment order. Kindly let me know what i have to do to unfreeze my account....

            Address: Indusind Loan Branch at Nehru Ground Faridabad

            I Took a two wheel Loan from indusind in 2015, the vehicle registration number is HR29 AJ 9256. Registered contact Number is : [protected].

            I did not receive any NOC from your side in the past. Now I need to sale my vehicle and approached to Indusind Loan Branch at Nehru Ground Faridabad. Branch is asking me for lodging FIR for the same and has to pay Rs. 590/- for duplicate RC.

            The question is- If I have not received any NOC in past then how can I lodge a lost FIR?
            Also I have cleared all the dues of Loan account than why should i pay that much amount for duplicate?

            Such type of behavior of indusind bank stops us to approach for vehicle loan in future.

              Hi, My name is Sanjay Karmakar. I am writing this to you coming under immense pressure of financial burden. IndusInd agents are creating mental pressure on me. My credit card outstanding balance is $1, 12, 000.00. But I am unable to pay due to this pandemic situation my job is in turmoil and as if I am dying each and every day. They will compel me to take wrong decision with my life. Every month somehow I mange to pay minimum amount asking and lending from from friends relative and they have started charging me. Please take me out from this trouble which can destroy my family and my life. I had words with customer service executive, recovery executive and recovery Management but no one ready to help me out gave excuse due to COVID bank is bot agreeing to settle. When I had word today then said 10% waiver is possible. Please understand each and every months since last six months ago when I first requested them, since then lots of money has been imposed as interest Charges. Incurred late charges GST and interest and yearly charges etc. I hardly can pay minimum balance where bank is asking me to 1lac rupees. My family and my newborn baby's lives are depending on me. Where I am unable to earn a daily food for my family. Each and every day there are tussle in home and quarreling every moment. Sir and madam, please my think in of my perspective. Please I request you to take my matter seriously.

                    Hi, I have an Indusind bank platinum select credit card. Total outstanding is 97000 which is over limit. My credit limit was 85000. I am using this card from last 3 years.

                    Currently, I lost my job during the pandemic and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently, it is very hard for me to live a normal life itself this financial crisis. However, every month before the due day I am trying to arrange and make payment of the minimum due amount of rs. 5074/- from last 6-8 months. After making the payment of 5074 for 8 months still my total outstanding is 97000 because every month interest charge is around 3800 + over the limit: 500 + 18% GST. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.

                    I contacted the IndusInd bank credit card team for the same and asked for a settlement of the total outstanding. They didn’t respond to any of my calls and the only reply which I am getting on mail is please wait for 2-3 days to get a callback. The last option I was having is to call back to the collection team who use to give me immense torture every time.

                    I contacted the collection team and got disappointed. They told me that they don’t have an option to give me and also started threatening me, that if I am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount, they know my father’s and mother’s address, etc., and some abusive words on me and my family. I faced this issue and this creates mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day I got so many calls from the IndusInd bank collection team and they are harassing me like hell and making me think not to live anymore.

                    I asked IndusInd bank several times for settlement, but I just lost all my hopes. I am ready to pay the settlement amount but I am not able to pay the total outstanding in a single shot.

                      I do not have credit card, loan account or bank account with Indusind bank. Bank executive call for credit card due in the name of Ankit Garg but I do not know such person for which I inform many time to bank executive that I don’t such person but still they harass me.

                      On today (12/07/2021) at 11.33 a.m. call received from [protected] this number, they use abuse language with me and threaten to me. Whenever I ask him name they refuge to give, so it’s my humble request, please take action on such person.

                        Hello Team,

                        I have purchased Two wheeler with IndusInd Loan. My load got closed on Jan 2019 and I have visited your "IndusInd Marketing & Financial service private limited" which is at Kukatpally, Hyderabad, 500072.

                        While I have asked for NOC letter they have made me stand for more then 1 hour and I have asked for process to get NOC, instead giving answer in a polite way agent "Mr. Mohammad Saif" from recovery department and his colleague just beside him, they were on personal call and go on talking without giving any response to me.

                        I asked could you respond to me or give any answer what should i do, he said. Wait I'm on call or come after some time. Also, when I asked you would have told this 1 hour before he shouted on me stating "you just go from here" come after 1 month you will get letter.

                        Request you to please teach your agents how to respond to Customers, while we are polite you has to respond in a polite way instead of shouting on us in front of everyone.

                        Also, request to dispatch NOC to my home address.

                                I am P. Gurumoorthy and my Deal No : TAT00081H, i have taken loan for my BIKE in ur bank on may 2006 and i closed the loan and get the NOC but due to my mistake i lost the NOC and i applied duplicate NOC on 21/02/2019 and paid charges Rs 500 for that but still now i dint get the DUPLICATE NOC, no response from the Branch side, so please Kindly check and provide me the Duplicate NOC to my BIKE as soon as...

                                  Hi All,

                                  I am using a Indusing Bank credit card from more than 5 years, Everytime I made the payment within my due date.

                                  My last Credit card bill ending with 0007 was generated on 03.07.2021 with total outstanding amount 96000(approx.), due date 23.07.2021 and today 05.07.2021, I am start receiving frequent call from Indusind Collection Department to make the payment. It is creating a mental pressure on me,

                                  Due to some financial crisis, I am not able to make the payment of my total outstanding within a month. I want to convert my outstanding amount to EMI, So that, I can payment total outstanding amount with interest but no mental stress.

                                  I tried to contact customer care centre for the same, but did not get connected with them, I have already sent an email to nodal.[protected]@indusind.com, but still did not get any response.

                                  I writing over here because, I never get the EMI option on my card although if I am want to pay with high interest. I applied for the EMI option for 02 times earlier, but every time they did not response.

                                  As a customer, I am ready to pay the outstanding but due to some financial crisis, I am not able to pay with in a month, I think Bank should consider this issue sympathetically and allow me to convert the outstanding amount to EMI.

                                  We wish to inform you that as on date the total outstanding due reflecting on your card account has exceeded the total credit limit assigned to you and your credit card status is in overdrawn. 

                                  Hence we request you to make the interim payment immediately to regularize your card account.

                                  Please note, over limit fees of 2.5% of the overdrawn amount subject to minimum of INR 500.00 along with the applicable tax is applicable to your card account.

                                  Post making above payment we request you to write to us or call on our helpline number[protected]/[protected] and we will assist you with Emi conversion.

                                  We wish to clarify that payment reminder calls for your card account in default are made only with an intent to remind you about the increasing outstanding, which may have escaped your attention. We confirm that we sensitize our executives/collection agents to strictly adhere to the code of conduct laid down in accordance with the guidelines of RBI.
