I am using a Indusing Bank credit card from more than 5 years, Everytime I made the payment within my due date.
My last Credit card bill ending with 0007 was generated on 03.07.2021 with total outstanding amount 96000(approx.), due date 23.07.2021 and today 05.07.2021, I am start receiving frequent call from Indusind Collection Department to make the payment. It is creating a mental pressure on me,
Due to some financial crisis, I am not able to make the payment of my total outstanding within a month. I want to convert my outstanding amount to EMI, So that, I can payment total outstanding amount with interest but no mental stress.
I tried to contact customer care centre for the same, but did not get connected with them, I have already sent an email to nodal.[protected]@indusind.com, but still did not get any response.
I writing over here because, I never get the EMI option on my card although if I am want to pay with high interest. I applied for the EMI option for 02 times earlier, but every time they did not response.
As a customer, I am ready to pay the outstanding but due to some financial crisis, I am not able to pay with in a month, I think Bank should consider this issue sympathetically and allow me to convert the outstanding amount to EMI.

IndusInd Bank Customer Care's response We wish to inform you that as on date the total outstanding due reflecting on your card account has exceeded the total credit limit assigned to you and your credit card status is in overdrawn.
Hence we request you to make the interim payment immediately to regularize your card account.
Please note, over limit fees of 2.5% of the overdrawn amount subject to minimum of INR 500.00 along with the applicable tax is applicable to your card account.
Post making above payment we request you to write to us or call on our helpline number[protected]/[protected] and we will assist you with Emi conversion.
We wish to clarify that payment reminder calls for your card account in default are made only with an intent to remind you about the increasing outstanding, which may have escaped your attention. We confirm that we sensitize our executives/collection agents to strictly adhere to the code of conduct laid down in accordance with the guidelines of RBI.
