Vehicle NOC REQUEST

Dear Sir/Mam,
Myself Viijayaramanathan S, I have own Vehicles(TATA ACE) purchased date 30/01/2013. I taken vehicle loan IndusInd bank. Now I sale my vehicle but NOC documents I miss out to change bank name to my name. I required cancellation of loan lien/endorsement. Today only I verified and unaware of banking process. Kindly update New NOC documents to my mentioned adhaar address. I attached all received documents copy and my KYC...

Last one month before i had cancelled in my my credit card account and was paid full outstanding, unfortunately my card was missed and i have blocked immediately and inform to indusind customer care, they have to confirmed CREDIT CARD account -M.SRIVINOTHKANNAN ([protected])was cancelled through e-mail.

But last month bill was generated for 0.00 to my e-mail id, now i would like to close the entire closure for NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE.

Please do the needful.

    Hi Team,

    We bought a loan for our Motorbike Hero Honda Super splendor with Loan Number TAR01334H.
    Loan amount got closed and we haven't received the NOC certificate.
    When I went to the bank(Attur Branch - Salem District) they checked my loan account number (TAR01334h) by generated the statement of accounts and told me you have paid all the installments. Please pay 500 rupees for Duplicate NOC. I paid the amount on 19th Sep 2020 with Affitavite from my Lawyer and confirmed that you may come to the office after 15 days to get NOC paper. From there I constantly reaching bank office every week and they simply told the reason as you will receive in another 10 days. Only Days have been passed but still, I haven't received any information about NOC.

    Is this the way you are treating your customer after paying the full amount still haven't received NoC for 15 years?

    Note: I checked with your legal lawyer about my Loan and he confirmed there is no legal issue with this Loan(TAR01334h). Please confirm whether you will able to share the NOC or not. Due to this NoC issue, I'm unable to renew RC for my bike. Awaiting your early reply.

      We wish to inform you that, as per the update, this loan AV*****1C was under legal arbitration and has been closed in June, 2020. However there are various other loans in your name which are under legal case and hence the No Objection certificate here is kept on hold as is lien marked. Unless the payment in the balance loans are getting cleared No objection certificate will not be released for this.

            Dear sir we had applied for a credit limit in your bank . Against this request we opened a current account in the name of goyal sales in Industland bank manimajra Chandigarh our Current account no is[protected]. the bank employ Mr Arvind ask us to deposit Rs.41300 in this account to perform Credit limit application we deposit the amount in above account in the month of march 2021 . but due to some reason our cc limit request rejected. We asked bank to refund our amount and close this account . but the bank not able to refund our amount and their employes always ignoring our requests . so here by i am requesting you to kindly take same reasonable actions as soon as possible.

                Hello, I finance a TVS XL Heavy Duty from indsind bank(Bike no:AP04 BB 9559). I have clear all my dues for the same but till date bank not provide my no objection certificate to clear the further documentation. I am in regular follow with bank representative in Ward 20, Holmas Pet, Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh 516360.but he is told that details are not available like that he is telling, if details are not available why you deducted the money from my bank, Kindly help me in this regard.

                  Dear Team,

                  I pre closed my car loan on 17th December 2020 but still my emi got deducted on 21 Dec of amount 13557 and bank blamed me for not informing them about pre closure in advance. Lokesh, the bank executive asked to wait for 2 weeks and assured me the deducted payment will be credited in given time but unfortunately I had been waiting for the payment till date. It is almost 5 months and visited the bank more than 10 times. Kindly help me. I had posted my details below:

                    I thought of opening an account in your bank as I had a good impression of your bank but after the updation of aadhar card I didn't do so ; I went for the update, after observing the negligence of your employees I did not open an account. Your employees are busy with their personal affairs and other non professional activities and most importantly they do the work wrong. I had to pay for aadhar thrice as the lady incharge there did not do it correctly (I did remind her 2 times). They do not accept the forms first of all (whenever you go) and after all the waiting and other delays they do the work wrong. This is highly not preferable.
                    Hope you look into this matter, so that at least others can have a better image of your bank.

                    Your bank is one of the prestigious banks of India, it was not at all expected from your side.

                      Maintenance charge

                      My account no is[protected] . Visited your branch office in the month of March 2020 for the closure of my account. I was said due to covid and lockdown suggestion given to me was to continue the services and the maintenance charges will be waived off .

                      I had given a written letter with the account closure form to your bank and I was advised the next statement will be receiving without service...

                      I am writing to report a fraudulent transaction on my Indusind credit card ending 6010. I am attaching sms that I received of the transaction for your reference. I am attaching my account activity details on gmail of suspicious activity which I could find on my gmail

                      Attached below are the IP address and timeline which showcase that my gmail was hacked between May 18 and May 21 and that is how my OTPs were also compromised. I also have screenshot of these and gmail activity that were done on my account.There are searches for words with bank names, like Axis, Sbi, safepass, OTP etc..

                      May 18: My gmail was accessed in Morocco via the IP address 160.176.193.153
                      May 18: Gmail Accessed in Brazil via IP 138.122.82.34
                      May 21 : Gmail accessed in Ukraine via IP 46.164.146.130

                      In case of Indusind they checked for my Indusind card ending with 6010 . This was at the same time in the day when these fraud transaction happened on indusind card .

                      I am giving you the best way possible to showcase that my gmail was hacked and that is how they got the OTP and transaction were done . Please do not make me go to your branch offices in this covid situation . The proof that I have given you will not only help you find the transaction and who and how they were done but I believe show that these were definitely not done by me

                            IndusInd bank calls and messages for repeated loan EMI payment for an account which is not in my name. I don't have an account with IndusInd bank. They always deny by saying that the complaint is under processing. It's mental harassment and because of this it's affecting my cibil score.

                                  My Credit card #[protected], phone number [protected], mail id snk.[protected]@rediffmail.com. I utilizes the card for Rs 158000, card limit is 172000 last month April I made the payment of minimum due. After making minimum payment, I received so many calls from Indusind card.They begged me by calling me several times to convert the sum to EMI. I denied, repeatedly he was calling me stating reduction in interest and as well as processing fees. View IVR recorded. The actual sum for repayment in EMI is different from the illegally levied statement which is levied is barbaric and grave . Their Modus operandi is to levy and suck lure customers. Usually I used to see only text messages of credit cards but indusind cleverly cunningly criminally intentionally avoided to send message. To make the payment, I viewer the mail, I was shocked and astonished to see the illegal fees levied in which they have stated overdue, finance charges. I tried with customer care, they also frauds have been hired .I told them I didn't optfor EMI, cancel it will make full payment. They are masters in criminology, stating to preclude for total sum with 3% extra charges. I have mailed to indusind last week still no response, commented on mobile app mentioning their fraudulent game. Hence I request to intervene into the subject and please do the needful. So cancel this EMI option, whatever the total actual sum I will bear.

                                  Indusind meant for cheating, they have setup a team to conspire the customers. Like beggars in street they pester us to convert the sum into EMI, though I made a minimum sum on 23rd, very next day our data is passed to them. Though if we deny for conversion. By compulsory they are stating it as we abided. Moreover the indusind are hand in gloves with them, all these years used to send text messages now it's vanished. Cleverly they send mail with all downtrodden charges. Not only me is victimised by this Indusind many have posted in mouth shut.com.. They intentionally making all customers to get trapped in CIBIL and to spoil the career o[censored]s.
