Non maintaince Balance charge to debit my account 521...

But my account every month maintace balance...
3 months balance charge has been imposed.
But my account is in the timen balance of 3 months from
Why do not I have mutuality messages if I have a balance in my account.
I understood this bank good but this bank gives very useless dirty service..

I just stop my account right now

    Hello team,

    From yesterday i have received a spam call with default voice message for indusind credit related things. I have blocked 50+ Numbers but still I am receiving every minute a spam call with new number. Its irritating and make tensed. Please do the needful to stop the call.

    I have called customer care but not able to connect with them.

      I had mutiple calls with Customer care team, i didnt get proper response from them and didnt pick my call most of the time

      and No Toll Free no [Spending more money for discussion with customer care], Really use less service provided by Indusind Bank

      An unauthorised transaction took place on 13 May'2021 from my Indusind Creadit card account. I was shocked when i got this message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom L has been done from my bank account, as no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.
      Look into this on urgent basis.

        Due to some reasons my mobile my account number[protected] was freezed but activated by bank.due to freezing I could not transact through this account number.Therefore I went to branch to solve this problem.Branch employees advised me to close that account number, so I submitted an application dated May 10, 2021 before the branch manager but he advised me to surrender the issued cheque book and debit card. So through the application dated may-11 2021 I surrendered that cheque book and debit card.
        The working employees named Deepak, second employee whom surname is Mishra and the guard name unknown asked me my cast.I told them my cast scheduled cast. After hearing my cast the guard asked me to sit outside the bank and when I told them that I came here to close my account number so I should be in the bank premises but the guard went to Deepak and in very rudely and humiliated manner they did asked me to get out from the premises of bank while in outer side there was a lot of sunlight and It was impossible to stand in sunlight.
        Feeling the humiliated behaviour due to being of scheduled cast of Mr. Deepak and the guard I cme back my house.

        Sir until mr Deepak and gaurd know my cast they behaved with me in good manner but as they came to know that I belong to scheduled cast they humiliated me.
        I hereby request to take necessary action against the both employees for the cast poluted mind so that no other customer of scheduled cast could face such behaviour.

          Your bank manager Narender asked for 5000 bribe. I did not give up. In retaliation, he put an interest rate of 19% on my loan documents. Health Insurance (15000) did without telling me. NOC will not come if compliant.

            I have transferred 2.8 lacs in 2 transaction of 1.4 lacs each from Indusind bank account net banking on 10 May to HDFC bank account account

              Hi, I have an IndusInd bank platinum credit card. 14th of October bank person has sent me a settlement letter as per our conversation on phone and told me to pay in 3 EMI optional, the total amount is 60, 000/- settlement letter file is encrypted in my Email.

              As per the conversation on the phone, the bank person told me to pay immediately Rs.7000/- (Which I have paid immediately on 16.10.2020) and a balance of Rs.13, 000/-...

                    Dear Team,

                    I'm humbly request you to help me in this situation.
                    Everyday, From Different number Induslnd Bank Tele Marketing Recorded voice calling me. It's really irritating and unbearable to handle this calls.
                    They even started calling in middle of the night.
                    Whenever i pick my phone, a stupid voice note of Marketing keeps playing same thing all the time..

                    I've blocked all their number but they keeps changing number everyday.

                    There is no control over it.

                    I'm also registered with do not disturb with TRAI still getting this calls.

                    Help me ASAP.

                      Back on 8th april 2021 I received call from executive of Indusind Bank (I've saved ID card photo), they offered me LTF credit card and I accepted the offer, I submitted all my documents, there was a verification call immediately on that day from different lady, whom verified all the details.

                      Then again there were two direct visits, one home visit and one office visit, they collected photos and took my details orally, they also asked names of people in my living area who know me and then submitted some form and then said my application is forwarded and I will receive update soon. (I've took their ID snaps too, they were from 3rd party called "Bilkish Associates pvt ltd"

                      Then there was another call asking if the verification guys actually visited me, then the lady said that my application is complete and there will be soon update.

                      My problem is that I've yet to receive any communication on status of the application even though whole week has passed since the home verification. Bank website doesn't seem to have any option to check application status and their customer care doesn't pick up calls.

                      I'm starting to worry that some random person out there has all my documents and other credit card information and this could be a nasty fraud. I sincerely hope that's not the case but I hope Indusind team can look into this and inform me if this is legitimate process and if yes, status of my application.

                      Just in case this is a legit thing, I'll refrain from uploading ID's and phone convos, but if it is not, I'll.

                          I have done fund transfer of 3000rs twice on Saturday, 10th April 2021 at 11:18am and 11:20am. Transfer was done from ICICI bank to Indusind bank. ICICI officers have approved and verified that the transaction was successful but the recipient has still not received the amount.
                          This is really poor service. Kindly look into this and help to resolve this case.

                            Dont go for this bank in future they mentally harras me daily through threaten calls so today now i clear my credit card fees without using and for now and forever i have no relation with the bank.in future if any fraud complaint regarding me. I am not responsible for this.
                            I am a honest customer and holding high cibil score.in my banks.but this bank cheat me and blaming me.so for my respect in the market i am paying

                              The next card fees is to be paid for lifetime but in this life i dont want any RELATION WITH THIS CHEAP BANK.AFTER NOTICING COMPLAINT THEY DIDN'T DO ANY THING.
                              Again sending me card fee notices is this a not illegal to force someone to purchase their product. Worst bank i dont want the card but they deduct money from my card and create statement every month.i dont have any card I had already block all cards
                              And never use card a single time any where.

                                  They upgrade my card.and charge 5000 rs.in my statement.i note that cards fees is 3499 Rs on google and everywhere.first they cheat me.when i saw the card i feel that this card is too complicated too use.from 18feb i contiuously denied too use.this i never use this card and its features.i am person with good cibil score never delay in payment.but bank mentally harrased me i am very upset.Being a loyal customer of banks.they treat me laike dafaulter.they offer me card fee 500 rs in email.and they accept that my request us submitted but after that they charged in statement and threaten me for membership payment

                                    They upgrade my card.and charge 5000 rs.in my statement.i note that cards fees is 3499 Rs on google and everywhere.first they cheat me.when i saw the card i feel that this card is too complicated too use.from 18feb i contiuously denied too use.this i never use this card and its features.i am person with good cibil score never delay in payment.but bank mentally harrased me i am very upset.Being a loyal customer of banks.they treat me laike dafaulter.

                                    Recently they create a mess to me and threaten through call i had already complaint to their head office but theycant listen everybody says you have to pay embership fees of card.but now i dont want any card and relation with this bank.
