My father Shri Arvind Gangadas Parekh who is 73 years old visited vasai East branch of indusind bank today morning around 11 am, instead of attending him the manager made him wait for 20 minutes and did not behave appropriately, my father wanted to Invest 10 lakhs in fixed deposits but due to the managers behaviour indusind lost the business

    Dear Team,

    I'm humbly request you to help me in this situation.
    Everyday, From Different number Induslnd Bank Tele Marketing Recorded voice calling me. It's really irritating and unbearable to handle this calls.
    They even started calling in middle of the night.
    Whenever i pick my phone, a stupid voice note of Marketing keeps playing same thing all the time..

    I've blocked all their number but they keeps changing number everyday.

    There is no control over it.

    I'm also registered with do not disturb with TRAI still getting this calls.

    Help me ASAP.

      Back on 8th april 2021 I received call from executive of Indusind Bank (I've saved ID card photo), they offered me LTF credit card and I accepted the offer, I submitted all my documents, there was a verification call immediately on that day from different lady, whom verified all the details.

      Then again there were two direct visits, one home visit and one office visit, they collected photos and took my details orally, they also asked names of people in my living area who know me and then submitted some form and then said my application is forwarded and I will receive update soon. (I've took their ID snaps too, they were from 3rd party called "Bilkish Associates pvt ltd"

      Then there was another call asking if the verification guys actually visited me, then the lady said that my application is complete and there will be soon update.

      My problem is that I've yet to receive any communication on status of the application even though whole week has passed since the home verification. Bank website doesn't seem to have any option to check application status and their customer care doesn't pick up calls.

      I'm starting to worry that some random person out there has all my documents and other credit card information and this could be a nasty fraud. I sincerely hope that's not the case but I hope Indusind team can look into this and inform me if this is legitimate process and if yes, status of my application.

      Just in case this is a legit thing, I'll refrain from uploading ID's and phone convos, but if it is not, I'll.

      Its 27th today, after repeated request from me there is still no response from the Indusind bank customercare, should I consider this whole thing fraud and escalate it to consumer forum and file a legal case?

          I have done fund transfer of 3000rs twice on Saturday, 10th April 2021 at 11:18am and 11:20am. Transfer was done from ICICI bank to Indusind bank. ICICI officers have approved and verified that the transaction was successful but the recipient has still not received the amount.
          This is really poor service. Kindly look into this and help to resolve this case.

            Dont go for this bank in future they mentally harras me daily through threaten calls so today now i clear my credit card fees without using and for now and forever i have no relation with the bank.in future if any fraud complaint regarding me. I am not responsible for this.
            I am a honest customer and holding high cibil score.in my banks.but this bank cheat me and blaming me.so for my respect in the market i am paying
            The fees of card without using any benefit.and close my all customer relation with this bankrupt bank.who cheat peoples.

              The next card fees is to be paid for lifetime but in this life i dont want any RELATION WITH THIS CHEAP BANK.AFTER NOTICING COMPLAINT THEY DIDN'T DO ANY THING.
              Again sending me card fee notices is this a not illegal to force someone to purchase their product. Worst bank i dont want the card but they deduct money from my card and create statement every month.i dont have any card I had already block all cards
              And never use card a single time any where.

                My Loan Acount No.--- DUZ00475G And My Car No-- UP 12 AT 3260
                I finance a TATA MAGIC from Indsind bank. I have Clear Time to Time all my Dues payment for the same but till date Bank not provide My No Objection Certificate to clear the further documention. I am regular follow with bank representative MUZAFFARNAGAR (U.P) branch. but he is providing me time next and next Some time not responce. Kindly help me in this regard.

                  They upgrade my card.and charge 5000 rs.in my statement.i note that cards fees is 3499 Rs on google and everywhere.first they cheat me.when i saw the card i feel that this card is too complicated too use.from 18feb i contiuously denied too use.this i never use this card and its features.i am person with good cibil score never delay in payment.but bank mentally harrased me i am very upset.Being a loyal customer of banks.they treat me laike dafaulter.they offer me card fee 500 rs in email.and they accept that my request us submitted but after that they charged in statement and threaten me for membership payment
                  I dont want any card their headservice card department is also useless and gaga.

                      Hi i am Mohit, this is related to indusind credit card transaction Dispute . I have contacted to indusind bank many times but no positive response even, head of credit card deptt. is not responding.

                      I have done one purchase on 12th March, 2021 against one order on Fiverr, but unfortunately on 13th March 2021, two more transactions have been done for the same order automatically, I have contacted to my merchant (fiverr) and they received one transaction on 13th March and they refunded me that amount but the 2nd transaction they didn't receive and it was unsuccessful attempt please check and update as soon as possible.

                        Continuous Loan offer calls in DND registered number

                        Continued calls through IVR in DND registered number. Have called the customer care of Indusind and explained the issue still receiving call from the bank from mobile numbers, if I block one number they call from another number. Have raised complain in 1909 for DND violation but these people escape from there nd I get response stating the call was not promotional call. Please stop harassing and don't beg to take loans. Calling through IVR...

                        Indusind Bank is forcefully giving me a credit card upgrade, which I never asked for and is asking me to pay 5989 rs. Today I also received a threaten call from them to pay the money. I already shared them proof that I denied their upgrade request.

                            To whomsoever it may concern,
                            I am Ranjitha Sharma having Saving Bank account and also Credit Card holder in you bank since 2 years. I had taken credit card loan and was paying EMI regularly and during lockdown could not do payment on time but later some how managed to pay 95% of outstanding balance. But Bank people started harrasing and i requested for settlement about 3 times but they rejected my request and suddenly on 31st march without my notice they took 20 k from my saving Bank account where as my oustanding was around 3k. after that tried to contact Customer care but no proper response received. Surprisingly even after debiting so much, credit card did not cleared yet interest is keep on adding without reason.
                            Totally dissopointed.worst bank and worst service and so much cheating, harrasing customers very badly .Need justice for me.

                              Withdraw Debit Freeze

                              Respected sir I am not customer of your bank but few time i use ATM of you bank as I want to inform you that ATM of your bank situated on Ladhewali Road near choggitti railway crossing. Jalandhar Punjab India. That security guard appointed by your bank on that ATM almost drunk you must be check him randomly in evening time on your bases that old man Sardar ji interfere without any reason or demand to people who came to withdraw for money and kindly you must be check that your own bases. otherwise that may risky for people. surprise checking may reveal the truth hope you must be take it seriously.

                                  Indus Ind bank has issued a credit card promising to issue vouchers worth of rs.5000 on payment of rs.5900. the company as issued me jet airways vouchers valid for 6 months. But jet airways as closed its operations and has stopped booking the airlines. Upon bringing it to the notice of Indus Ind bank they have offered to issue other retail vouchers which are not issued till date. I have raised the complaint with their regional officers, nodal officers and all other officer incharge. Since it was not addressed has a last resort I am raising the complaint with the consumer forum. Due to covid situation being in essential services staff coud not take time to raise the complaint immediately. I have been following up with the bank since one and half year but no response. Hope atleast a refund of my amount through the forum.

Even I have not recieved my orignal noc then why your staffs keep telling me to apply for duplicate. Police complaint for orignal lost when I have not received my orignal. It's very very urgent for me to get my noc. I request u to please provide me my orignal noc.
