I have a relationship with IndusInd credit card since long time and paid all the dues in due date, last month with unexpected problems I have been paid the the total due amount with some late. The IndusInd people charged almost Rs 4, 494.76/-, so please go though this issue and waive of my charges

    Online payment vide ref no GOMUPKGMOB108de18746A1 of Rs1241 to goibibo done on 12.08.2020 failed.
    After followup with Goibibo they confirmed refund vide ref no[protected]. kindly refund my money. Complaint was also raised previously online.

      I have cleared all EMIs of my two wheeler (vehicle no. AP12K3840), but i have not received noc from your bank. I have approached several times your dilsukhnagar branch, loans department in this regard, they said to bring police complaint, notarised affidavit, and some fee treating as the NOC lost. But i didn't received any NOC from your bank, how can i say that i lost and how can i book complaint in police station.

      Now i request you to send the NOC to the following address since the vehicle is not in running condition and i have to exchange it and i have to buy new vehicle.

          Hi, i have a indusind bank platinum select credit card. Total outstanding is showing now 52000 which is overlimit. My credit limit was only 25000. I am using this card from last 2 years.

          Currently, i am jobless from 1 year and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently it is very hard to me to live a normal life in this financial crisis. My total outstanding is 52000 because every month interest charge is a round 3600 + overlimit : 500 + 18% gst. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.

          I contacted indusind bank credit card settlement team for the same and ask them to convert my outstanding to emi. They told me that no emi option is available on my card and then after disclosing my current situation, i asked for settlement the total outstanding.
          I contacted the collection team and got disappointed. They told no emi or settlement option is available on my card. They threaten me, that if i am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount and some abusive word. I faced this issue and this create mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day i got so many calls from indusind bank collection team and they are harassing as well.

          I asked indusind bank for several time for settlement or cibil clear in low amount. But no hopes. I am ready to clear my cibil in low amount.

              Dear sir/madam.

              I cleared my all instalments at regular period of time and also bank issued pre approved loan of rs 50.000/- to me by seeing my regular payment statement but at the time of issuing noc the bank officers are abusing me to issue noc. Till now 1.5 years completed but the noc didn't be issued.
              Officers are misbehaving and talking roughly to me and also the others customers who are sat nearly each cabinet. Iam talking specially about INDUSIND bank consumer finance division Hyderabad East AHA Branch

                Further, against a full and final settlement of Rs.5, 907/- you have remitted Rs.2, 307/- only on February 18, 2021. Please remit the balance amount to close the loan and issue the No Objection Certificate.

                  Hi Team,

                  I am making my payments regularly and I have never missed any of my payments and my payment for this month is only due by 25th March but due to the interest and charges added on my card my card has gone over the limit. And I will still make my minimum payment before 25th March but the collections team have been harrasing me to make immediate payment and I don't have the money with me they call me literally every 5mins for payment

                      I haven't share my personal contact information to any marketing purpose to any marketing executive of IndusInd banks, Eventhough now I m getting too much calls from IndusInd banks. They are frequently calling me in days times... 7 to 8 calls... I am getting too much irretation, after block of one number they are calling from different numbers and this cycle is repetitive.

                      For reference I have attached snapshot... In which it is clearly justifying that above sentence. I hope this complaint will take in serious manner. Unless I will increase my further action steps.

                          I have taken Vehicle loan with ATIOO106C. We have submitted the ECS forms and cancelled Cheque's in November 2020. The ECS has been rejected by the bank, when we checked the bank where we have the account, they have communicated things are fine from thier end. when i contacted IndusInd Bank they had no answers, after multiple follow ups, they requested for 1 more cancelled cheque and ECS form. which we have submitted in February again, the ECS was again rejected. i have contacted the branch again to no vain. we are paying cash every month after giving the bank multiple cancelled cheques and ECS forms. The negligence of the bank will ruin my credit score,
                          This is the worst service i have ever witnessed from any bank till date. Any sort of help is much appreciated

                            I am holding Indus next credit card [protected]

                            Actually in moratorium month ur Executive called me nearly 3 to 4 times regarding card emi
                            Actually I denied, that option and told I will pay the amount what ever outstanding
                            But they again calling me and putting pressure regarding emi option
                            One day one Executive called me and told sir this is the best Emi offer for u and no need to pay amount this month, from next month emi will activate

                            And even he didn’t provide me full details why they are giving this emi and the terms and conditions and process

                            And I said ok

                            Now I spoken with customer care people and they told ur card was blocked for future u can’t use ur card, bcoz u convert the amount into emi

                            Here indus Executive was totally missguided me and he didn’t mention that my card wil be blocked ifi convert into emi

                            Even without reconfirming with the customer how u block the customer card, even a single message and mail confirm also not given ...

                            Please activate my card for future use ... plz check my past payments I am not at all satisfied with what ur Executive has done to my premium card...

                              I purchased a Honda shine through indusind bank loan in 2015 after completion of loan repayment I got noc from them, unfortunately it was misplaced in home, for loan termination RTA people asking to submit noc against loan, So I went to indusind bank branch office trimulgherry, Secunderabad they said to me to give police complaint on this regards..why I need to go to complaint about this kindly resolve this issue on priority and reissue my noc as early as possible..

                                  Dear team
                                  I have taken two wheelere loan from your bank id HDD11291H according to bank and my calculation principal outstanding is rs 34200 but your executive taken 39200 why such a huge amount of charges taken from me in behalf of only outstanding principal worth rs 34200 around 5000 is extra given by me and idid recive any copy of what such a huge chrges is chrged to me its nearly about 16 to 17 percent

                                  Kindly help and give apporpriate documnets for chrges applicable for my loan if you r not able to give me charge documents i have no choice to go to consumer court

                                  We wish to inform you that as per our records the loan amount sanctioned in this deal is Rs60000/- for 3 years period and this was funded in Nov 2019 to be paid back to us in 35 months period along with flat 9% interest. Thus Rs60000/ plus interest of Rs16200/- totalling to Rs76200/- was to be paid to us in emi of Rs2178/- per month from 21.12.2019 to 21.10.2022

                                    I am a customer of your bank. I took a bike on August 29 with a loan (Honda X BLADE 160) my loan was for 23 months and in July 2020 the loan was fully paid but I still have not received my NOC I went to your bank repeatedly but to the bank The staff did not respond. My humble request is that my NOC be given to me as soon as possible.

                                      I am irritated and frustrated with repeated calls from IndisInd bank for credit card. Despite of activation of Full DND a years back I am getting calls almost every day. I have complained and reported number for almost 65 times during last year. Still I get calls every day.

                                      Due to these calls I would never want to associated with IndusInd bank ever.
