Goodafternoon, I had made the payment of Rs. 196909 on 12 th Nov. But the transaction failed which I had not noticed as Evey time I make payment through my hdfc bank and it's done. I got married on 30th Nov. and being new place was busy with family and job. I had again tried the payment on 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 1st Dec. 20 as the payment was not reached but due to viral my body was not able to make things confirmed. I was not able to make payment since 6 days as there is error in system. I made payment after failure from hdfc bank through Indusind bank for Rs. 3plus Rs. 15202 in total Rs. 15205 as there was less balance in account on 29th Nov. 20. Many times in last 2days again and again I tried to make payment of Rs. 181705 but hdfc bank declined the payment telling the error in system.Today Rs. 50000was credited at 1046am from hdfc bank, Rs. 81705 from indusind bank at 12:51am Rs. 50000 from SBI account bearing reff. no. Ref#GAJ4LMAP9. Please refund all charges including late payment fee as there or your server was having technical error, I had full payment Rs. 196909.My entire family in-laws were down in health via fever, cold cough .Also i had done our covid test it's positive the report is enclosed for your reference . Payment of Rs. 196909 made, I am covid positive.There was error online payment was not happening so I have to do in parts. As I am cocks positive I cannot go to bank to give cheque payment as per protocol of govt. Of india, I had made complete payment of Rs. 196909 I am not at fault, kindly reverse all charges Rs. 15160. Please reverse all charges on my credit card including late payment charges, otherwise I will withdraw my fds of 3.5lacs and close the account with the bank. (Case ID:[protected].During covid you have scheme of delay payment without any charges covid scheme but this was techinical error of system from hdfc bank the money was getting transferred to indusind credit card so I am nowhere at fault and the charges had to be revered from your side of Rs.16159 .If you don't want to reverse the charges that's fine kindly stop my credit card and I will not make the payment of Rs.4000 of my utilization till I donot get reversal of charges in future I will not make any use of the card. Now let the case be pending for 2 months or an year all charges will be the be beared by saravana as you are not solving my problem.I had spoken to amit and he insured the reversal of charges.       Removing the lien from my IndusInd account

      This side Aarti Negi here and currently I'm having a salary account(a/c no.[protected] in IndusInd bank. The issue is that on 9-september-2019 one of my friend credit the amount of₹8500/- in my account and then on the very next day the amount gets debited from my IndusInd account. The proper amount was gjven back to my friend so on the same day the issue has been resolved but later on I found that lien had been created on my IndusInd...

          I have not received my NOC of the loan I cleared years ago.

          I havn't receive the NOC of the Car loan which my father took in 2006 & cleared the entire loan amount .Now the Jorhat branch is not issuing my NOC certificate for which I am facing problems....

              Indusind bank auto upgrade my current credit card and then charge me the joining fee and send me the card which I return as I never requested that. Send them multiple emails to there Grievance Redressal email (head.[protected]@indusind.com) but they said they have my consent for this. I am asking the proof to show me the same but they are just saying they have my consent and not showing me any proof. i have multiple credit cards and i have maintain everything and i know very well i was not given any consent via email/phone/online. Please help me

                        I am prijesh hirpara from riddhi food products, had cc account with indusind bank. Our acc no.[protected].
                        1) bank deduct 217500.00 on 29/03/2019,
                        2 ) we have complain too much but nobody take matter seriously.
                        3) ravi shah (state head) told me on 26/06/2020, make 2 cr fd so we reverse 50%
                        4) my money, bank deduct without asking me and i request to return then i have to make 2 cr fd and 2 cr balance then bank return me. ( i am sure not ravi shah but his fathers never seen 4 cr, what he talking, he is great foolish man)
                        5) october month i meet branch manager niket jain, he told me to keep 2 cr funds in your account so i can tell upper level person, they all foolish man. Understanding me foolish.
                        6) after deduct time, we ask bank why deduct this money, then amit ghosh told us, due to ’non submission unhedged foreign exchange declaration’’. Bank never inform us for this declaration, then who give authority to bank to deduct very big money from our account.
                        7) we have all communication mail to prove in court.

                              I have unauthorized transaction on 14 dec 2020 of rs.80000 from my credit card and i have complent of this transaction and submit dispute form also they told we will verify of the transaction and wait till 45 to 60 day. But they told that you have to do payment.Then after 10 day i have received refund rs.28371 only and remaining amount not received and they generated bill also rs.58628 out of rs.7000 is my sel[censored]sed. I can pay my sel[censored]sed only rs.7000 they telling me that you have to pay this amount and they tell that transaction is done by otp by user self. So i want to know where is the remaining balance

                                Hi, This is Anurag Mukhopadhyay, Last Year, I took a personal loan from Indusind, and Indusind issued a DD for foreclosure one of my old loans at ICICI. ICICI said that they will close the loan after 6 EMIs. So I had to wait. Then Lockdown for COVID19 came and draft got expired.                                 I have opened a new account on 24th December 2020. In the new account (A/C[protected] the initial fund has been deposited by my cousin (Mr. Anup Gowala)'s UPI ID. For that reason my account has been debit frozen by the bank. I have declared that Anup Gowala is my cousin and there is nothing to doubt. I have requested to the bank authority please Unfreeze or Reactive my bank account many times. But they do not solve the issue. I want to close my account and Transfer the all money to my other Bank Account.
