In last 4 months I want my settlement of my induslnd bank credit card I try customer care all numbers and email heads credit card department they revert my mail and send me a lady officer name ... She said me sir please make a DD of 42000 thousand of name of induslund bank credit card department before credit card settlement process and no send me a message a message of amount of credit card settlement customer ko pagal samajte hai DD banne kai baad mai leave per hu ESA bhol dange aur DD expire customer ki ho gaye settlement jab costumer cash pai kar raha hai toh kya dikkat hai

        I am prijesh hirpara from riddhi food products, had cc account with indusind bank. Our acc no.[protected].
        1) bank deduct 217500.00 on 29/03/2019,
        2 ) we have complain too much but nobody take matter seriously.
        3) ravi shah (state head) told me on 26/06/2020, make 2 cr fd so we reverse 50%
        4) my money, bank deduct without asking me and i request to return then i have to make 2 cr fd and 2 cr balance then bank return me. ( i am sure not ravi shah but his fathers never seen 4 cr, what he talking, he is great foolish man)
        5) october month i meet branch manager niket jain, he told me to keep 2 cr funds in your account so i can tell upper level person, they all foolish man. Understanding me foolish.
        6) after deduct time, we ask bank why deduct this money, then amit ghosh told us, due to ’non submission unhedged foreign exchange declaration’’. Bank never inform us for this declaration, then who give authority to bank to deduct very big money from our account.
        7) we have all communication mail to prove in court.

              I have unauthorized transaction on 14 dec 2020 of rs.80000 from my credit card and i have complent of this transaction and submit dispute form also they told we will verify of the transaction and wait till 45 to 60 day. But they told that you have to do payment.Then after 10 day i have received refund rs.28371 only and remaining amount not received and they generated bill also rs.58628 out of rs.7000 is my sel[censored]sed. I can pay my sel[censored]sed only rs.7000 they telling me that you have to pay this amount and they tell that transaction is done by otp by user self. So i want to know where is the remaining balance

                Draft Revalidation Pending! Money Held for 1 Year!

                Hi, This is Anurag Mukhopadhyay, Last Year, I took a personal loan from Indusind, and Indusind issued a DD for foreclosure one of my old loans at ICICI. ICICI said that they will close the loan after 6 EMIs. So I had to wait. Then Lockdown for COVID19 came and draft got expired.                 I have opened a new account on 24th December 2020. In the new account (A/C[protected] the initial fund has been deposited by my cousin (Mr. Anup Gowala)'s UPI ID. For that reason my account has been debit frozen by the bank. I have declared that Anup Gowala is my cousin and there is nothing to doubt. I have requested to the bank authority please Unfreeze or Reactive my bank account many times. But they do not solve the issue. I want to close my account and Transfer the all money to my other Bank Account.

                    I have indusin bank NOC currently staying in bangalore. but one day bangalore traffic police checked my NOC form .police said is this noc is not using karnataka. because of this noc is only clear the due. you will take karnataka noc. my registration for tamilnadu. where to use of indusin bank NOC .this noc is all over india permission is there (or) not there. otherwise i will take the new noc for karnataka. please expain the this complain solution.

                        I closed my two wheeler loan on 10th dec 2020 to get my documents and NOC for my further requirements. But the bank officials is not processing my request even after clearing all dues. The official has been unresponsive for the past days and today he’s talking too harsh to me that he would not provide NOC or any documents and he’s challenging me to complain whoever. I’m totally frustrated with this Indusind bank. Please take some action against that official and help me get my NOC and loan statements.

                        I have visited the bank 5days before. The bank staff told me to contact the same person whom I have complained. Today I called him for the enquiry for the noc at 10:30am, he told me to call me back that he didn’t reach office. But after that he’s not pick my call up. I called him 4-5times. What shall I do . It 20km the bank is from my home, how can I go everyday for just enquiry. Please take some action against that bank employee and inform me when can I get the noc. Just a message is enough for me so that I can go and collect the noc once it generated. Please

                          There was a fraud transaction on my credit card no [protected] of Rs. 9000/- by some youtube google overseas, which was reported the same day to the customer service and for which the card was blocked.

                          On the 24th of Jan, i received an email which has a dispute form to be filled out and sent within 60 days. I filled out the form and sent it to their customer service email id, which was not acknowledged by them.

                          No reply was received from the bank for 2 months, after which they started following up for payment along with interest. Since then they have been adding interest without any reason and calling 8-10 times everyday.

                          Attached is the proof of all the requirements met by me wrt the disputed fraud transaction.

                          The representatives call and ask me the issue. when informed that the transaction is disputed due to fraud, the take the case no. and do not even feed it in their system and 100 of calls follow even after that.

I bought a Bajaj discover 135 few years ago and I cleared all the dues within the specified time but I am having problems getting my NOC. After visiting the branch office several times they say I t will come within 15 days, your RC was not updated, come after 15 days. I wanna know how much time does it take.
