Please permit us to clarify as follows:
Reversal related:
Our records indicate that we are receiving irregular payments from you toward the credit card account.
Hence, charges along with GST have been levied in your subsequent credit card statements.
Click here for to refer the schedule of charges.
We regret that we will be unable to reverse the charges as they are valid as per schedule of charges.
At present, the credit card account has been de-activated due to non-receipt of payment according to the schedule of charges.
We request you to make the payment of INR 44, 605.55 immediately to avoid further levy of charges.
Please note that once we will receive the complete payment we will review the request to remove lein from your Bank account.

    Earlier also i have lodged a complaint for which i haven't got any answer yet. Bank employees are harrassing me by saying that they will do legal action against me.in this situation, i am unable to pay credit card bill and my business has ben closed since long due to lockdown. If i got interest waiver from march till date i will try to arrange thr amount from someone.

      My account has been debit freeze due to welcome kit returned. It about 15 day neither customer care nor branch resolving my problem.
      IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Indusind card offered me card after checking my credit score 861.had been issued a new card today and its blocked . Called the customer care and asked why it has been blocked. They replied my address is not proper. Been through two verification process .one in my home and the other in my office. Been on video call for kyc. Given all address proof aadhar and pan card. Still they say address not proper. If its not proper then why it has been approved in the first hand.

        Now they say they want electricity bill or gas bill which both are in my mothers name.

        I already own another card from kotak mahindra bank. That process was same .got that card without any hassles.

        15/06/2020 issue raised for un blocking a new card .no response . I cant keep the credit card in my showcase. I surrender the card. What are the formalities.if asked they say why. We doing the process and they speak rudely in customercare. I have no loss. For mere 50000 credit limit. They ask do you own the property.do u they expect me to show my 10 crore property as proof . Hell with your card...just take it backk.

        New card blocked . Only this bank do not take aadhar card as address proof.
        When the verification person visits our home . We have to serve him coffee or he will tell the bank this address is fake. I had the experience when contacted the cusromer care the first time they said the home verification person has doubt abt the home address. When contacted the customer care they said to send the details .sent proof of address and identity. Still asking for gas bill and electricity bill both are in my mothers name. Sent even ration card. No use.
        These crackpots customer care still insists that the gas bill and electricity bill should be in my name. What a waste of time. And all they say we regret for inconvience.
        Dont go for indusind credit cards they are just scrap. They gave so much pain

          The employees of indusind bank are very rude and disrespectful they are unable to fulfil the requirements of customer. Dominating the poor people who are in financed of their bank and there are no other responsible person to listen the allegations of the employees even managers are very cruel and they are also aware of the things going on in the bank but they doesn't take any actions... day by day costumer are getting frustrated by the behaviour of employees.. i request to the ceo of indusind bank please contact me i have a big issues related to your bank. thank you

            This is a case of harassment, it is more than month and half i applied for a account opening with them and i was told that the account will be opened in 3-4 working days, since then i am getting calls from Gaurav my relationship manager to open a FCNR fixed deposit, otherwise he will not make my account fully operational . Every day they come up with new answer, first they said everything will be done online, then it was they need KYC documents, i speeded that up and all was managed from UK to India in one week time, even COVID was there, then the next point came that because of Covid they cannot dispatch, i called all the courier services they use and i was told they all are working, when i went back to bank with this answer they came up with new excuse that backlog is there, when i asked when is the date, no date was given. I have all recorded conversations and I have raised this with RBI now. Add to this when i first called customer care i was told everything will be done online, then the branch guy Gaurav Gupta Sector 23 branch, keep harassing me and added his as Relationship manager to me forcefully and then i started getting calls that get a FD done, I have not got a response of even a single email, I have about 100 emails, and when I call them the Gaurav always says get an FD done, then only things will move . RBI obsumndan is also informed regarding the same.

                I am a credit card holder from Indusind bank. I am fed up of the customer care services of the bank. Every one is doing job to achieve their targets. No body is understanding the situation of a common people. I am not getting a proper response from the bank representative. Due to Covid-19, my business has been totally closed and I don't have money to pay off the credit card bill. Infact my situation is hand to mouth. I just want the bank to waive off my interest levied during lock down. Please resolve my problem. I donot want any credit card so, arrange to get my credit card account closed with a waiver. I will arrange some amount for full and final settlement.

                  My savings account with indusind bank is[protected] and ifsc - indb0001537, but i can't operate my account on mobile and net banking. I already raised a complain to [protected]@indusind.com dated 06/06/2020 and service reference number 90565243, but till now it didn't solve.

                  It is painful to me that i can't use my indusind bank account. The purpose for which i started my account is not fulfilled.

                  So, it is my humble request to look after and solve this matter as soon as possible. I will wait for your reply.

                    Ref: car loan customer code: cw1858760
                    Borrower name: abhiram chandroth
                    Contract number: esg03903c

                    I am writing this email on behalf of my son, borrower of the above mentioned car loan, who requested for loan moratorium due to covid lock down situation.
                    Pls note in the initial stage he could not apply for moratorium since lock down was extended he approached agent and request to consider the same.
                    Its noticed that there is debit from my account due to insufficient fund against the emi repayment.
                    Kindly check whether moratorium approved for this account.in case yes, why such debit was happened?

                    Unfortunately i am not getting any proper response from the agent of local office. (Vatakara, kozhikode, kerala)
                    Hence consider this as an escalation from a customer who expect better support from such a reputed bank

                    Also i would like to know in case i need to close the entire balance of the loan amount, how much should i pay before end of this month.
                    My son approached agent and local office, the statement provide is not clear for me.

                    Hence i kindly request you to clarify the following points

                    1. Loan amount was inr 3, 00, 000/ where in the attached statement it is mentioned rs 54, 668 against margin amount. What exactly this margin amount?
                    2. Provide emi split up like how much is the principal amount, interest etc.
                    3. Detailed loan closing statement

                              I got a call from the branch and they informed about the loan payments if not paid i have to pay more intrest and we informed its ok we will pay the intrest later dont take the loan amount even after informed not to take the amount they debited the loan amount fot the month of march and then i gave a letter not to deduct the loan even after giving the letter they deducted the loan for the april month we have informed to the officers in the bank their names were mr. Anbu and mr. Sabari they are not responding properly. The letter has been attached below for your reference so i kindly request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  NOC of my two wheeler loan

                                  Address: 1-35/5/101, Sai raghavendra residency, raghavendra nagar, Peerzadiguda, Uppal Depot, Hyderabad - 500 092

                                  I have cleared my two wheeler (Customer code aha04084h - vehicle no. Ap29ac1164) on 09/09/2009, but i have not received noc from your bank. I have approached several times your dilsukhnagar branch, loans department in this regard, they said to bring police complaint, notarised affidavit, and some fee treating as the noc lost. But i didn't received any noc from your bank, how can i say that i lost noc and how can i book complaint in police...
