I have received a call from indusind credit card division and offered a free life time credit card without any target spending's. They told me that 100 % free, no need of paying anything.
As per their requirement i have shared all the required proofs, after verification they have alloted me a credit card.
I have not received any credit card to till time, but for my suprise i have received the credit card bill of rs.1122.33 in the month of august, now added more rs 200 to it, i have exclated this issue to all levels, including nodal offficer, but no use.
Despite of repeated mails to revert the amount and to cancel the card, no one is responding.
I have not expected this much of pathetic response from indusind.
Requesting immediate action on this.
