I took out a vehicle loan from indusind bank 2 years back. I paid the full amount in july. It has been two month since i paid the full amount. I didn't get noc paper from the bank.

I forwarded an email to customer care. I didn't receive a positive response from them. Please take a look and let me know what is going on. I am totally fed up with indusind service.

    I had opted for credit card upgrade in the month of july 2020, where the upgrade had membership fees of rs.5000 + 18% gst. I was aware of this. I was told that i would get online vouchers of rs.5000. This amount was charged in my statement of july 2020. Since then i have not received any card.

    I have followed up with indusind bank numerous times, but haven't done anything except registering a complaint with no. [protected].

    As i had not received any card after multiple follow ups, i requested them to refund the fees. Bank had committed to solve this in 5 days since last week of august 2020.

    But haven't received it yet.

      cheating customers - personal loan

      Hi,

      I have a personal loan in indusind bank and due to many issues with this bank i want to close my loan account.
      I requested them to share the complete details of my loan account and they are not sending proper details.
      I emailed them and i called them but they are not responding properly.
      After so many emails they responded after 25 days in last month so i paid this month emi and requested them to share...

      I have received a call from indusind credit card division and offered a free life time credit card without any target spending's. They told me that 100 % free, no need of paying anything.

      As per their requirement i have shared all the required proofs, after verification they have alloted me a credit card.

      I have not received any credit card to till time, but for my suprise i have received the credit card bill of rs.1122.33 in the month of august, now added more rs 200 to it, i have exclated this issue to all levels, including nodal offficer, but no use.

      Despite of repeated mails to revert the amount and to cancel the card, no one is responding.

      I have not expected this much of pathetic response from indusind.

      Requesting immediate action on this.

      I have received a call on Sep 11th, stating that Indusind wil cancel the credit card and amount charged for the undelivered Credit card, but still date no action is initiated.

      I am not expecting this much of pathetic response from Indusind.

        This is with regard to my credit card[protected]. I have been holding this card for more than 2 years. The repayment towards my card has been not good, due to some financial problem that i had to incur of the last 12 months, i failed to make the hole payment on time but i regular pay minimum due amount with finance charge or penalty.. Today, i received a call from indusind customer care again (Santosh lamte from mumbai branch with num of [protected]) who was utmost rude on call and demanded the payment today itself (09 sep 2020). I told due to various problem like divorce job loss i was not able to make payment. He did not listen and was very harsh to me. I also told her that i would be complaining to rbi if she continues to talk this way and she was least bothered about it. She said "i don't care, you could complain to anyone you wish to"and he also told me if you failed to pay before 3 pm today i will call each and every member of your family and he did call my family member many times, i have told him i have applied for pf withdrawal just wait for 2 to 3 days and i will pay whole amount once i got the money but he didn't listen to me, he told me "ab dekh kaise mai tere family se paise nikalwata hun", i told him give me your mail id i will even forward mail of pf office and wait for it but he didn't listen.

        Please do something as i strongly feel that this is affecting my mental health. I wish to re-iterate here that most of the call center people from indusind bank credit card (Collections) are not maintaining the standards..

        I am already going through much pain and broken, even i did not apply for credit card if they can verify my signature it will be fake, i got the credit card by third party company who apply and forge the signature.

        I need help.

          Request for waive off

          We would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last 8 years. During 8 years period I paid payment on time and I never requested for waive off. I had paid all charging during 8 years. Due to lost my job why i couldn't payment on time which is statement date is (3-02-20 to 3-05-20) .

          Hi,

          I was lended 2 lac for the medical emergency for my family on indusind credit card and i try pay it as much as i can and suddenly on this world pandemic i was lost my job and i am lost my ability to pay my due. I explain my situation to the bank and they are not stop it there are continuous called me and threaten me and ask me to pay the debit other wise they told me send some agents and makes my family and me miserable and they are gives me mental pressure as well as they are rude and speak with loos talk.

          Even i have approach them with settlement, i dont know what to do.

              Your fund transfer for rs 13, 900.00 on 05/09/20 is timed out. Please check with your bank (Imps ref no[protected]

              Amount got deducted from my account but nor the beneficiary account received it nor my money was reversed it's been more time.

              When i tried contacting customer service they denied helping me telling it's not our bank related issue it's npci issue etc..

                My saving bank account number is[protected].

                I got call from indusind bank and offered me free upgrade of my credit card without any charges or membership fees. I have not applied to upgrade my credit card but Indusind bank has called me and offered me a free upgrade without any membership fees or charges.My credit card number ends with 9459.

                Still my credit card was charged for Rs 5000 membership fees.This is fraud practice. Calling people and giving wrong information.

                I email on [protected]@indusind.com and Premium.[protected]@indusind.com on 01/09/2020 but got no reply from them.

                Refund my money and cancel my credit card.

                    Welcome kit was returned due to insufficient address and not due to incorrect address and they debit freeze my account.
                    Branch is 25km away from my home and i have undergone surgery cannot go for more 2 months. Still they are forcing to visit branch for the mistake made by them.
                    Mail has not been replied by them from last 1 week
                    Even the debit card fee is debited 2 months ago. Worst service

                      I've cleared all the emi (Rs. 17910 per month) for my personal loan[protected], on time within may 2020. The last emi paid is on 04/05/2020.

                      Later i get to know i have 229 rupees of principal due to some adjustment and that becomes more than 1000 rupees with interest as of today. Still, that is not what i want to know here.

                      In the meantime, there is 3 times money got deducted from my icici bank saving account...

                      My name is Prakshep Shirke, my contact number is [protected]. I have paid 50100 rps to indusind bank vehicle department on 19th June 2020 for getting my bike NOC letter. Mr. Sachin Sonawane has informed me that i will be getting my NOC letter on 8th or in late scenarion by 13th July as the NOC will be coming from Chennai branch. Finally on 28th July, they closed the contract and he said me that it takes max 15 days for NOC to reach mumbai branch. But now it has been 30 days and there is still no update of my NOC. Whenever i asked about the same to Mr. Sachin Sonawne he says it will come and he dont know that when it will be received in branch. On asking the courier details and any contact details of chennai branch, he say we dont have any contact details, and you take it from google. It has been more than 2 months i have paid the amount and not received the NOC.

                            As i get update debit card 2500 is deducted form the saving ac but still not getting voucher no of the time calling wht kind of the non sense branch staff they dont knw how to behave with the cusotmer while busienss time they used to call and make busienss but cusotmer need they are nt available it is the case of the branch almora 1519

                              On 04th August 2020 I had POS VISA Debit card swipe for an amount of Rs.1701/- location at nagercoil from Sree Ganapathy petroleum unfortunately it shows transaction failed.But an amount of Rs.1701/- is debited from my current account not refund to my account till the date.We request you to refund my POS Amount of Rs.1701/- credit to my current account.

                                  On 07/08/2020 I tried to withdraw amount of 9000 rupees from SBI ATM but it clearly showed on the screen that the transaction failed. And immidiately i recieved a sms that 9000 rupees has been debited from my account, which I have no knowledge of.
