The employees of indusind bank are very rude and disrespectful they are unable to fulfil the requirements of customer. Dominating the poor people who are in financed of their bank and there are no other responsible person to listen the allegations of the employees even managers are very cruel and they are also aware of the things going on in the bank but they doesn't take any actions... day by day costumer are getting frustrated by the behaviour...

This is a case of harassment, it is more than month and half i applied for a account opening with them and i was told that the account will be opened in 3-4 working days, since then i am getting calls from Gaurav my relationship manager to open a FCNR fixed deposit, otherwise he will not make my account fully operational . I am a credit card holder from Indusind bank. I am fed up of the customer care services of the bank. Every one is doing job to achieve their targets. No body is understanding the situation of a common people. I am not getting a proper response from the bank representative.
