Platinum debit card

Address: Gadgetwood E Services pvt ltd A 47 sec 58 Noida UP 201301

I received a platinum debit card. Indusind agent had take my sign on the paper without sharing any information about the card. When i deposited some amount in my account 2900rs has been debited for the platinum debit card charge. I want to cancle this debit card and my debited money refund....

    Dear team,
    as i check my card statement i have not recieve any responce from the customer care so far. due to COVID-19 and lockdown i was unable to pay outstandings of my credic card so i did requested at 20th oct for charges reversal of my credit card from the monthof march to september i want my full refund.

    I made full payment of the card i need charges reverse .
    Due to lockdown i was not able to paid the bills.
    Now m am cleaning all dues and want charges reversal..
    Please call me for all details

        HI,

        I am trying to reach Indusind bank so that they i can full and final amount of credit card settlement. I settled my credit card 3 years back due to some financial issues and now i am able to rest amount so that they can update my cibil from Settle to closed . But not getting a response from them.

          Am also facing same issue with indusind bank,

          Due to covid 19 situation I was not getting my complete salary, so I told bank to convert my transactions into EMI but bank said we don't have EMI offer for you

          1) I have 3 other credit card where i have facilities that I can convert my transactions into EMI but Indusind provides that facilities when bank feels like

          2) after informing that I will pay my bill after salary they use that as opportunity and applied lien just before my salary

          3)after raising more than half the credit card bill bank only debit their minimum statement amount so that they can earn money by adding up interest rate

          4) when I said to bank that I don't have any other bank account for payment of credit card and avail my account for payment they said they cannot help, I am still having more than 22k in my account and they are not allowing me to pay my credit card bill either.

          5) after writing so many mail to MD and CEO bank doesn't care about reply to customer.

          Now I am going to pay the complete amount and will change my salary account and will close this one.

          I will never suggest anyone to have relationship will indusind or HGS.

                I have taken a loan for a two wheeler from an indusind bank. It has been two months before since my loan due amount expired. but I have not received a call from the bank to get an RC Book yet. They said yes. Currently I do not respond if I call them.I went to bank twice and asked my loan was cleared when my documents has been handover to me, then he said come to the bank 1 month later. Then 1 month later when I went and asked, they said it was still 1 month. Currently I do not respond if I call them.What was the issue for my Two Wheeler Documents, when will you Surrender into my hand.Pls be Follow and quickly response to my mail or my contact number.

                  I have account in sec 8 c branch chandigarh no[protected] in the name of jyoti dhingra
                  on 27/09/2020 online transactions has been done in my account which have not done by me

                  and i inform the branch on 06/10/2020 and given written complaint and on 08/10/2020 i receieved mail for the wrong transaction done in my account and given no 2760544

                  but till date no revert is found from their side even no recevied any mail even i have talked to the branch staff many time he said it will be definately reversed

                  so kindly arrange to reverse my money on priority as per details below
                  account is debited by 9 entries : 1767.40, 1446.06, 1767.40, 2008.41, 1767.40, 1847.74, 1767.40, 2008.41, 1767.40
                  and revesal is done on same day is by 6 entries : 2008.41, 2008.41, 1767.40, 1767.40, 1446.06, 1767.40

                  amount which is not reversed is 5382.54

                  so kindly arrange to reverse my money on priority

                      Because of some family reason i put instant relieving after took confirmation from my branch manager and my RSM . But now they told that i haven't serve the notice period so they are putting my F&F on hold but i gave instant relieving.

                          Dear sir/medam as i had taken persnol loan in ur bank, Due to covid i was not able to clear my 2mnths emi & a person called from ur bank on (10/10/20)to pay outstanding emi than i told him will pay on (14/10/20)so again he started argiving with me in very loca language, used abused words, this is 3rd time happened with me like this so kindley do the needfull, if i not get any response from ur end then will go to local police station & file a complaint.

                            Dear Sir

                            We have applied for the Duplicate Copy Of NOC against our vehicle on Dated :- 06-August-2020 which was financed by you inspite of clearance of all obligations which was pending aginst such financed vehicle

                            We have no dues against our vehicle and the loan was already closed by paying full dues

                            Also We have requested to you for issuance of duplicate NOC twice by submitting the requisite document

                            But this matter is pending by more than 3 months (approx.) and no action has been seen from indusind bank.

                            We have mailed to noble site, they replied us that the noc will be issued on 17 oct. But it's still not recieved by the branch. Again we mailed & they requested for 7 days time. But i can't wait for 7 days. I've already waited approx 3 month.

                            We request you to please look into this matter on pripority basis

                              My credit card limit is 100000. I made a purchase of Rs. 25000 on Oct 2019 with EMI option. I paid 2 EMI till Dec n on the same month my card is been blocked by the bank.

                              I called customer care n bank continuously for activating my card or for a solution but both the department didn't turn up even after 2 months. I stopped my payment after Dec 2019. By Feb customer service started calling me back asking for making the payment but I informed them unless and otherwise my card get activated, I won't pay the money.

                              Then on March Covid issue came and lost my job. Till this moment iam jobless.

                              Meanwhile several persons called me for making the payment and saying that they will move legally and my account willl goto NPA etc etc.

                              I told them my situation and when I arranged some money, I contacted all of them back thru whatsapp but they never turned back till this moment.
                              Right now 25k after paying 2 EMI has become around 50k. I'm not in a position to pay the money.
                              I need a settlement...I'm ready to pay back what I have borrowed without interest as it's not my mistake but it's the bank...
                              Hope I will get a solution atleast in this stage. Please support.

                                Subject: complaint letter for staff. Sir/madam,
                                I am an account holder in your bank for more than 1 year . My current account no.[protected] and debit card no. [protected] is opened in your bank . I want to bring this into your kind attention that I made a transaction of 1500 rupees to [protected]@sbi on 6 Oct 2020, at 7:22 pm. The transaction Id is:[protected]. But, amount didn't reflect in receiver account, but the amount has been debited from my account. So, please help me by refunding my amount. Please, help me out from this problem as soon as possible.
                                Thing is that I have emailed you before but you didn't take any action. So, please help me out from this problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  This is to inform you that I am a credit card holder of Indusind bank. I have been a regular customer and always paid the bill on time before the due date. But in this COVID-19 crisis I lost my job. But till the month of march, I paid all the bills on time. Now, the collection team is after my life for the payment. I already informed them that I am a jobless, but would pay your dues once I get the job and salary. But they are not ready to listen to me. They are forcing me to make the payment at any cost. Due to this harassment calls, I met with an accident and my car got damaged badly. The card number is [protected]. Request for your intervention as my life is in trouble.

I am only asking them for some time only as I am jobless currently and fighting for bread and butter for my family. But they are creating unnecessary pressure.                                     My account has debit freeze status from long bank and i have visited bank many times so that i can withdraw money by removing this debit freeze but everytime the employees are saying that there is a debit freeze. I have done kyc twice still they are not removing the debit freeze status.

                                    I thinh this is not a trustable bank as i have seen many complaints like this type .

                                    I am calling customer care continuously but they are also hanging up call.

                                    My netbanking is not opening.

                                    They have freezed my everything.

                                    I feel like cheated.
