I was holding credit card from Induslnd bank. When I was in Delhi, that was mis used and payments for the same delayed. Later when collection agency team approached realised that late payment charges and other charges were kept on adding evey month. Finally we were mutually agreed to settled the account by paying the settled amount. It was in year 2012 approxmately. The left over amount was very minimal. Now I have approached IndusInd bank to close the account complteley by paying the left over ammount. But i was shocked by knowing the amount which I need to pay for closing the account. They asked me to pay 1.8 lac for closing. What I didn't understand how come the amount is 1.8 lac when the leftover amount was around 20K i think. Seems like they kept on adding late payment and othe charges even on the settled account. Is it fair doing this? I need support to solve this issue.

I have got response from Indusind bank customer care inresponse to my mail, and had discussion with Collection manager Mr. Milind Tawde. My issue got resolved now. Thanks to Mr Milind Tawde.
IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No response received from the Indusind bank customer care so far. Attached the Card settled date and highest credit details.
No response received from bank so far. This is the evidence how this Indusind bank customer care services.

    I have raised several complaint corresponding to my Indusind Account issue but not resolved since 4 months.
    I need reversal of wrongly charged Rs.1180.00/- on my savings account.

    I had tried to open a digital account through the Indusind online mobile website. There were a lot of Technical Issues during the procedure.
    After I filled in my personal details & KYC verification was completed, I was redirected to the page where I had to select the Account Variant.
    There I found about the Account options available but I could NOT SELECT the account variant on my own because the session was timed out & I could not complete the process.

    After I refreshed the screen also, I could not go back to the account opening page or access the account variant options any more.

    Immediately after this I contacted Indusind phone banking & spoke to a Support Executive.
    He misguided me by giving wrong information that once my account gets activated I would be able to change the account variant & select a suitable Debit card.

    So I waited for the next day & when my account got activated, I completed the fund transfer for initial balance to my account but there was no option to change the account variant.
    Then I found that by default the Premium account variant got pre-selected for my account which I had Never selected in the first place.

    Even I dropped an email to the Indusind mail id to stop my Debit card issuance process but that was not put into effect & I received the Premium Debit against my choice.

    I contacted the phone banking channel several times to get my issue resolved but they could not help me in any way.
    I even visited the branch physically & placed a request to change the Account variant & issue the Regular Debit Card for my account but still no action from their end.

    When i contacted phonebanking again they are saying that account variant cant be changed when it was initially selected.
    But my problem is that I NEVER selected this account variant but it got assigned to me by the bank back end team on its own due to some technical glitch.

    I am quite discouraged to continue further with this banking facility due to the poor experience provided by the Support team & Banking Executives.

    I explained the whole thing to an Indusind Banker over video call but he purposely disconnected my call without providing any resolution. This is the kind of customer experience they are providing to a Senior citizen.

      My name is Subhankar Jana.I am from West bengal .I am financed my scooty from Indusind Bank Ghatal Branch.I have paid all dues to indusind bank vehicle department on 6th Aug 2020 for getting my bike NOC letter. Indusind bank ghatal branch employee has informed me that i will be getting my NOC letter within 15 days to maximum 30 days. But now it has been 3 month and there is still no update of my NOC. Whenever i asked about it to indusind employee he says it will come and he dont know that when it will be received in branch. On asking the courier details and any contact details about noc, he say we dont have any contact details but it will come soon. It has been more than 3 months i have paid the amount and not received the NOC.please help.

          My name is jayakumar,
          Last wednesday i visit indslnd bank alppuzha, regarding my SIBIL Score issue, (Rejected my home loan due to this SIBIL score reflection from different person)my score deviated by another customer financial issue, and i requested to change my documents from that perticular customer code ASAP.
          Unfortunatly there is no update regarding this until the date.

          This is regarding my personal documents missuse by indslnd bank alappuzha branch.
          If this issue persist until tommorow,
          As an abroad customer and save to others from this cheating attittude,
          Am going to share the details with proof in all social medias and register the complaint against the bank due to my CIBIL score deviation and reject my home loan from other banks.

            Duplicate NOC for two wheeler loan

            I have applied for NOC for my two-wheeler( R No AP28CD 3891 and loan # AHH42181H) loan till now I haven't heard anything back. I tried to reach CC but they are asking to visit the branch. which is problematic in this pandemic time. so could you please check with thirumalagiri branch and take the necessary steps.

            I have been constantly harrassed by indusind bank representatives for not paying annual charges on a card which I have not received. I hsve lodged complaint that neither did i ask for any new card or any updation still they deem to issued some card and billed annual charges in.month of october 2020. These are such difficult times i have my ailing parents to take csre and my family and with these calls made to me daily. Even.on Bank holidays and odd hours. I really dont know what to do. This is complete breach of trust and my privacy is gone. I have clearly told them.and have called them.several times and my request or complaint is going to deaf hears. I have lost my.patience and i am going rude. But please understand our mind when.there is no.work and these calls making more depressing. please somebody needs to take care of this.

                  Hello Sir,

                  Indus ind back offers loan and I took the loan.

                  loan EMI is 31690/- and card limit is 60000/-.

                  And they are generating statement on 3rd of everything and bill due date is: 23rd of everymonth.

                  Here what Indus Ind bank doing is, they are generating statement for loan account on 17th of everymonth. So they are calculating bill I have to pay and next month emi. So as my limit is 60k only, the total of two amounts is above my limit and they are adding over limit fee and GST.

                  While taking the load they promised that I have to pay 31690/- every month and with this Indus Ind genrating bill amount 32800 /- (Approx).

                  Without spending any amount on card I am paying extra 1000/- everymonth.

                  Can you please take action and I am ready to provide all bills generated.

                          I am trying to reach Indusind bank so that they i can full and final amount of credit card settlement.                             Am also facing same issue with indusind bank,

                            Due to covid 19 situation I was not getting my complete salary, so I told bank to convert my transactions into EMI but bank said we don't have EMI offer for you

                            1) I have 3 other credit card where i have facilities that I can convert my transactions into EMI but Indusind provides that facilities when bank feels like

                            2) after informing that I will pay my bill after salary they use that as opportunity and applied lien just before my salary

                            3)after raising more than half the credit card bill bank only debit their minimum statement amount so that they can earn money by adding up interest rate

                            4) when I said to bank that I don't have any other bank account for payment of credit card and avail my account for payment they said they cannot help, I am still having more than 22k in my account and they are not allowing me to pay my credit card bill either.

                            5) after writing so many mail to MD and CEO bank doesn't care about reply to customer.

                            Now I am going to pay the complete amount and will change my salary account and will close this one.

                            I will never suggest anyone to have relationship will indusind or HGS.

                                  I have taken a loan for a two wheeler from an indusind bank. It has been two months before since my loan due amount expired. but I have not received a call from the bank to get an RC Book yet. They said yes. Currently I do not respond if I call them.I went to bank twice and asked my loan was cleared when my documents has been handover to me, then he said come to the bank 1 month later. Then 1 month later when I went and asked, they said it was still 1 month.
