Wanted to make settled indusind credit card to closed in cibil

HI,

I am trying to reach Indusind bank so that they i can full and final amount of credit card settlement. I settled my credit card 3 years back due to some financial issues and now i am able to rest amount so that they can update my cibil from Settle to closed . But not getting a response from them....

Lien applied and account mis use

Am also facing same issue with indusind bank,

Due to covid 19 situation I was not getting my complete salary, so I told bank to convert my transactions into EMI but bank said we don't have EMI offer for you

Regarding dues of my two wheeler loan

Hold my Full and final settlement

Because of some family reason i put instant relieving after took confirmation from my branch manager and my RSM . But now they told that i haven't serve the notice period so they are putting my F&F on hold but i gave instant relieving....

Hello, i finance a seplender plus from indsind bank. Whose Name is Satish Kumar .Or Bike Number (HR02 AA 7636) I had also given documents on 24/09/2020 and paid the fees.
I have clear all my dues for the same but till date bank not provide my no objection certificate still not received till to date... Customer satisfaction is very poor service... loans division could not respond properly... Today very urgent loan clear certificate...

We have applied for the Duplicate Copy Of NOC against our vehicle on Dated :- 06-August-2020 which was financed by you inspite of clearance of all obligations which was pending aginst such financed vehicle

Credit card payment related

My credit card limit is 100000. I made a purchase of Rs. 25000 on Oct 2019 with EMI option. I paid 2 EMI till Dec n on the same month my card is been blocked by the bank.

I called customer care n bank continuously for activating my card or for a solution but both the department didn't turn up even after 2 months. I stopped my payment after Dec 2019. By Feb customer service started calling me back asking for making the payment...

Harassment by credit card collection team

Debit freeze

My account has debit freeze status from long bank and i have visited bank many times so that i can withdraw money by removing this debit freeze but everytime the employees are saying that there is a debit freeze. I have done kyc twice still they are not removing the debit freeze status.

I thinh this is not a trustable bank as i have seen many complaints like this type .

Not Offering EMI on My Outstanding

Over limit fee charged after moratorium

My Credit card limit is 38000. During moratorium period i have applied for moratorium and i have not paid minumum dues till august 31st. later after 31st august they started generating the bill with all charges with out late payment fee but with over limit fee. after this there was a huge pressure to me for making minimum due before my last date of payment. When i asked the reason they said over utilized. Which I have not done from my side....

Wrongly billed after blocking credit card 1yr past

This bank is giving sms stating as yearly membership charge on blocked card . It is blocked about 1 yr back and since then there is no monthly statement at all. So I thought it is fine.
