This is inform to you that the statement of jan/2020, indusind bank have charged me very much for late fee and finance charges for 4days late payment, i make the payment every month regularly, politely i'm requesting my all deducted charges back into my card account, total amount deducted: rs.2474.12

I have submitted documents on 24 dec 2019 but as of now mr. Hitesh mahna (Relationship manager) took approx 2 months.
Lastly he always have a excuse this and that..

Lastly he don't has manner how to communicate with customers.

Then also he misbehaved in whatsapp also.
This is not the way of indusind policy to communicate with the customers.

I booked a forex wire transfer #202061 and transferred 5% money.
They asked me to visit the branch which i cant do as i am outside india right now.
I have been chasing the customer care and the branch since last week to cancel the transaction but neither they making the transfer, nor returning my money.
