no dues certificate of two wheeler loan

Hi..

My loan acount no. — 1496 and i had financed a hero honda cd dlx motor cycle in 2007 from indusind bank. I had cleared all my dues payment in 2008 for the same but bank had closed my file on 18/12/2018 and till date bank had not provided my no objection certificate to clear the further documentation. I am regular following with bank representative mirzapur (Uttar pradesh) branch for no dues certificate but they are not...

Dear sir,
Rs. 999/- deducted from my indusind bank amazon pay credit card no. [protected] for amazon standing instru. I didn't take any services. Its debited automatically which is not done by me and without my consent.
Please look into this matter and credit rs. 999 /- in my indusind bank amazon pay credit card dated 20th april 2020. I am shocked because i believe in indusind bank credit card. This is first time i face this type of problem. I tried to contact customer care but customer care services is currently not available due to cronavirus at this time.

Please look in to this matter seriously and resolve it asap

    I transferred money to one of my beneficiaries on april 22 and it had not arrived on the 23rd. When i visited the branch, they gave me a number to call which did not work[protected] and said someone would track the transaction with state bank of india. I then tried calling the customer service number and i was given a service request number and told to wait three days and i would be contacted by someone. I called on the 27th, but after 40 minutes of waiting on the phone, getting broken connections, dropped calls, a connection where no one could hear me but they also would not disconnect, i finally got through only to have them tell me that saturday was not a business day and i needed to wait and call the next day. I decided not to call the next day so that they would not tell me the day was not over yet and maybe the answer would come later and to call tomorrow, so i called this morning and this time i was told that the transaction went through and was credited to the beneficiary account on the same day as the transaction.

    I tried to ask why did they not tell me that the first time i called, but the rep could not understand my english and i was not in the mood to try and translate it for him since the answer really did not matter. Understanding my despair, the rep asked me for the account number and ifsc number so that he could verify the data, but he was hardly listening and i got the feeling that i was being patronized. I asked if the account name matched and he said yes.

    Then he suggested i get a bank statement from the beneficiary for the time period including the 22nd showing that the money had not been received. The beneficiary is locked up in indore right now, while i live in ratlam and as far as i know, he and his wife, both older people who lost their jobs early on due to the lockdown, have no money for food and are living on flour alone from their landlord. They cannot read, and i dont know how long it would take to get a bank statement and what kind of difficulties that would cause them. If i were able to produce such a document what would my bank, indusind, do for me or for them?

    I had explained this was an emergency situation and i would have thought that someone would go the extra mile to help someone in need. I want some kind of assurance from someone higher up in the office that this is the way they handle things and that i will not get any more help from them. I am finding it hard to accept that this is all they will do to help.

    i would like to withdraw my complaint as the company technically did not do anything wrong. yes, the money was debited to the account where i sent it. but because i had no proof other than someone on the phone telling me everything went through and the beneficiary is a friend of mine, i wanted something to back up what i was told and never got it. maybe i expect too much. it turns out that the bank account and name given to me by my friend was not his wife's account, it was the account of his landlord who pretended to be helping him by letting him use the account to receive money. however, the landlord is a thief and continued to tell my friend that the money had not been received. thanks to the receiving bank, i was able to verify that the money went through, and then once more confront my friend and learned that we had both been duped. there is no way for me to get money to my friend, unless the lockdown where he lives is ended in time...

            Dear sir/mam,

            This letter serves as a formal urgent request for a reversal of wrongly charged rs.4720.00/- on my credit account.

            I nikhil khurana, hold indusind bank jetairways voyage amex credit card no.[protected] member since june, 2017.
            I have recently received another indusind bank jetairways voyage amex credit card no.[protected] showing member since march, 2020.
            As per my account i, have been charged
            Rs.1500 as card joining fee on march 16, 2020
            Rs.2500 as card annual fee on march 16, 2020
            Rs.720 as gst.

            Firstly i, have never given any request for a new credit card in any verbal or written form to indusind bank nor did i, ever receive any notification on any changes or update from the bank's end.
            Secondly, i am member since june, 2017. So i, get charged annual fees charged in june every year and not in march.

            I want to bring it to your notice that i, have been wrongly issued a new credit card and my account has been debited wrongly.

            Please reverse the wrongly debited amount back to the credit card.
            As per my account i, have been wrongly charged
            Rs.1500 as card joining fee on march 16, 2020
            Rs.2500 as card annual fee on march 16, 2020
            Rs.720 as gst.

            All my credit card accounts have already been permanently cancelled.

              I have an fd in gomti nagar branch lucknow. Fd matured on 11.04.2020. I have informed vide registered mail to them on 4.04.2020 to give the benefit of sr. Citizen. On 13.04.2020 i have recieved the smc of renewal and today i have received the mail of fd renewal. Wherein found that they have simply give the general rate. On 13.04 2020 i again send mail to them informed them that renewed fd not acceptable on the general rate if interest. Till day neither they informed nor called.

              Please be note that renewed fdr not acceptable on the general rate.

                Hello team,

                This is to inform you today i received this e-mail that my indusind bank credit card statement generated.
                I shocked that i don't have any banking or credit card of indusind bank. Some time ago i sent document to a girl, just to check availability. But i never applied even i have not signed anywhere.
                That was the process of making credit card but today i got to know that in your record credit card already allocated and not even i or you don't know where is that card and who is using it.

                This is really ridiculous 😡 and if someone has that card he or she could get the pin then he or she can use it.
                It's really major issue and i belive you have to investigate very deeply.

                Kindly remove that card from my name which i never applied and not received. Else i have to report it to legal way.

                  Hi,

                  Due to lock down the emi amount which was supposed to get debit on 4th april didn't happen. Alternalitvly i was given a option to make the emi payment online using https://www.indusind.com/loanemipayment/html but the submit button is not working and i am unable to pay the emi online.

                  Please help me in paying my emi online.

                  I have also raised a service request number but still i didn't get any resolution.

                      This is abhishek das. I want to intimate you that i had an salary account with indusind bank which was opened on 02 jul 2018. At the time of opening account it was clearly mentioned that i will have "zero account
                      Balance benefits". Type of a/c indus comfort - regular.

                      Now the issue is indusind bank started charging maintenance charges on my account without any notice, so i decided to close my account.
                      I raised account clousure request on 12/21/2019 but they did not proceed with my request and kept my account as it is and recurring maintainance charges are imposed on my account without any notice, not a single email or sms alert. These maintenance charges caused my account balance to reach a negative amount.

                      Current state of my account:
                      Account number 1000xxxx4166
                      Available balance (Rs.) : -599.00

                      Please close my account as soon as possible as i have already raised account closure request, i am not liable to pay account maintenance charges that are imposed on my account without notice.

                      Please note,
                      As per the rbi rule, "according to the rbi notification, banks should not take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention. Instead of levying penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in ordinary savings bank accounts, banks should limit services available on such accounts to those available to basic savings bank deposit accounts and restore the services when the balances improve to the minimum required level.

                      Also it says clearly that : as per a directive from the reserve bank of india (Rbi), banks have been asked to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance touches zero, the times of india reported. The central bank has also given the customers an option to approach the banking ombudsman in case lenders continue to debit charges on such accounts, creating negative balance.
                      In the event of a default in maintenance of minimum balance/average minimum balance as agreed to between the bank and customer, the bank should notify the customer clearly by sms/ email/ letter etc. That in the event of the minimum balance not being restored in the account within a month from the date of notice, penal charges will be applicable.
                      It should be ensured that the balance in the savings account does not turn into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance.

                        With reference to the above subject, we wish to inform you that we are having a fixed deposit account with indus ind barakhamba branch ac no[protected] in the name of automobile traders association delhi we want to destroy that fixed deposit but with some issues we cant close so i think if we don't want to destroy that fixed deposit i think its responsibility of the bank to post it on customer address but in your staff named bushra is a irresposnsible and casual behaviour person dont have manners to talk with customers is that a way to deal with customers.

                            Last 1 year se mai indusind se bol rha hoon ki mera settlemet kara dijiye but ye janboojhkar nhi karna chahte hain. Koi bolta hai ki 20 tarikh ke baad settlemetn nhi hota to koi bolta hai ki emi hai isliye nhi ho sakta. Aise hi karke mera kitna paisa bekar kar rahe hain. Mai apna settlement chahta hoon but customer care se bhi koi help nhi mil rha hai.

                            Myself Manikandan i have used indusind credit card I have raised a settlement amount collection team raise a letter but not yet received but they told amount should be around 50000rs without any letter or notification collection agency call today they told u will get a letter in evening and pay immediately and I will ask how should pay immediately with out any conformation or notification letter or else this is the procedure once you receive a letter and pay on that day itself and I will ask sometime I will arrange but they refused and tone has raised and behaviour as changed to threaten me

                            Hi am Srinivas. wanted to apply for settlement hence have suffered from COVID19 positive and facing financial crunch.

                            Am continuously getting threatening whats up messages from different numbers to attend the court and all even I requested them am in a quarantine and how can I attend the court?

                            When I contacted the customer care [protected] there is no proper response stating that system error and I need to call back. and tried to reach the Customer care but couldn't able reach them even this is a character calls

                            Please need an proper advise from Indusind representatives for settlement or EMI option to over come monthly 5000 interest and such a critical situation I couldn't able to bear the Interest charges more over threat from collection agents.

                              Hi sir,
                              Myself praveen kumar from hyderabad, telangana state. My complaint is about my two wheeler loan at indusind bank (Tirumalagiri branch, hyderabad). My loan no. Aay04583h. My loan end date is 21/02/2020. I haven't paid jan & feb emi because of temporarily loss o[censored]nemployment, s emi is 3130 i. E for 2 months 7200 (Including cheque bounce charges). I have requested the bank officials to give some time to clear my emi. On march 10th 2020, when i'm going on bike along with my family. Suddenly, 6 members attacked me (Near paradise circle) and they said that they are from bike seizing agency (Durga associates hyderabad). I was shocked because as per the rbi guidelines if a account is out of order for more than 90days, then it will turn into npa after that they can start legal proceedings but without any information, without prior notice. They seized my vehicle. The seizing persons told to pay the emis and take the bike. I have visited the indusind bank (Tirumalagiri branch, hyderabad) and told them that my bike got seized and informed them that i'll clear my 2 emis. When i asked them to give a emi closure statement. I was shocked, they also included bike seizing charges which is more than 6000rs. Total it is mentioned that i i need to pay 16000rs where as my 2 months emi with cheque bounce was 7200. When i approached the branch manager named - prasad. He was not even explaining about the charges. I was talking to them in a polite manner but the manager was talking so reckless and rude i. Requested the manager that i can't pay 16000 because of my unemployment situation. He said that to forget his bike and buy some new bike because of not paying 2 months emi. This is that behavior of a indusind bank, manager. When i asked him about his employee id. He was not even showing his id.
                              Now, i'm putting this complaint. So that i can get my bike back by paying without any extra charges.
                              I hope i'll get help from you people.
                              Please help me. I'm completely hopeless and even we can't afford 16000 of amount because i'm from a lower middle class family.

                              I kindly request you people to help me out of this. Take this complaint seriously and do the needful.

                                I initiated a wire transfer of CAD 3500 on 1st March
                                I paid the 5% fee through HDFC netbanking (ref. no ) for Rs. 9635.64.But after that I got failed transaction message
                                I have confirmation that the amount of Rs. 9635.64 has been debited from my account. But I do not have a confirmation from Indus forex

                                Please refund my money.

                                I am getting too much call which is pre-recorded from different number every time to my mobile number [protected]

                                WHich is very irretative and making me as harassment.

                                If some one is other side we ca request, but this is pre-recorded only.

                                  harassment by collection agents

                                  Hi indusind,

                                  I have raised a complaint regarding the harassment by collection agents again and again regarding the over limit of credit card.

                                  I have placed a complaint regarding the same to the customer care department for the same with complaint number 91970.

                                  The call which i received where from banglore

                                  Till date, i have not received any resolution for the same.

                                  Its been over two months since i am telling my bank account relationship manager to give me passwords for my internet banking and everything all they want is more time... I need to do payments, i am stuck with these misleading fake people and bank... Now will try to register a case against them, i have all the recordings and everything next monday maybe, soon will send a draft by my lawyer... I'll also notify rbi about it...

                                  They want money for debit card...
                                  They dont want to send me my internet banking passwords etc.

                                  Over a lakh rupees is stuck now, i have a company account...
